Get PDFWith the COVID-19 pandemic, people are afraid to meet other people because they are afraid of getting infected, as well as people who work as tellers, where these tellers meet other people every day. In order to reduce the fear and worry of the people, the idea emerged to design a desk organizer equipped with ultraviolet-C where this ultraviolet-C light can also kill COVID-19 with a certain spectrum. The study was carried out by conducting interviews with several tellers and the conclusion was that there was still not much use of ultraviolet-C rays in banks to sterilize goods, where cleanliness of goods was very important during this COVID-19, the use of ultraviolet-C rays is still being used. to check the authenticity of the money. The innovation that he wants to produce is the use of ultraviolet-C rays that can sterilize goods where there are still not many uses of ultraviolet-C rays in banks. On the other hand, tellers also need a desk organizer so that the table is always neat, therefore the innovation is designed, namely a desk organizer equipped with a slot to sterilize goods using Ultraviolet-C rays with the aim of not only keeping the table tidy, it can also be used to disconnect the chain of spread of COVID-19 that can stick to goods

Get PDFPanrita Lopi Beach is one of the natural tourist destinations that needs to be surveyed by visitors in order to identify and determine strategies for developing tourist attractions and also marketing in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of tourists and travel patterns of tourists who visit and to determine the perception of the level of tourist satisfaction with infrastructure products, public facilities and tourism facilities in this tourist destination. The main variables used in segmenting comprise: Geographic Segmentation, Demographic Segmentation, Psychographic Segmentation, and Behavior-based Segmentation. This research is a type of survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. I carried out data collection from primary data sources and secondary data sources. The sample used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique by accidental sampling, namely a sampling technique based on chance, anyone who coincidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person who was met is suitable as a data source. Data that has been collected from research results related to typology (characteristics, travel patterns) and visitor perceptions can be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The analyzed data comes from surveys through questionnaires that have been given to visitors, including data on visitor profiles, visitor travel patterns, and visitor perceptions about this Panrita Lopi beach

Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen pada Foto Copy Kurnia Jaya Sangatta
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze consumer satisfaction on Photocopy of Kurnia Jaya Sangatta. The analysis uses descriptive statistics where the data is processed using SPSS version 21. The results of the study are proven from 96 respondents who answered the questions asked, the average answer was satisfied. In terms of data validity and reliability, the results of the study show that all indicators of satisfaction variables given a photocopy of Kurnia Jaya Sangatta proved valid and reliable. The conclusion of this study is that consumers feel satisfied while using the photocopy service of Kurnia Jaya Sangatta, both seen from the photocopying results and the services provided. This consumer satisfaction can be seen from the average respondents' answers above 49% answered satisfied. In terms of consumers wanting to use photocopying services and wanting to recommend, the average respondent's answers above 45% answered that they were willing. As for the problem of complaints or complaints, the average respondent's answers above 47% answered that they did not want to complain and if there were consumers who complained, consumers believed that the Kurnia Jaya shop owner was willing to accommodate their complaints

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the financial performance of local revenue of Bontang City for the period 2014-2018. Thw Analytical tools used are revenue growth, the degree of decentralization, regional independency, the regional financial dependency, the effectiveness of local taxes, and the degree of contribution of the BUMD contributions as well spending growth, operating expenditure, capital expenditure, and expenditure efficiency. The results showed that the financial performance of Bontang's regional income in general had increased. Even so the regional financial performance of the Bontang city in terms of revenue in general is still not good. This is evidenced by the average growth of income experiencing negative growth of -1.69%, the degree of decentralization ratio is still lacking due to a percentage of 13.37%, the ratio of regional independence is very low due to a percentage of 16.26%, the ratio of regional financial dependence is very high due to a percentage of 87.18%, the ratio of effectiveness of effective local tax due to a percentage of 107.55%, and the degree of contribution of BUMD has contributed due to the percentage of 3.23% and regional expenditure in the city of Bontang in general can be said to be good. This is evidenced by the average growth of expenditure experienced a negative growth of -2.02, the ratio of operating expenditure to total expenditure dominated because of a percentage of 71.15%, the ratio of capital expenditure to total expenditure did not dominate due to a percentage of 28.23%, and efficient shopping efficiency ratio due to a percentage of 84.87%

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze and determine the effect of 5C Principles, namely: Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), and Condition of Economy (X5) on bad credit (Y) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sangasanga Unit for the period 2015-2018. This research was conducted in Sangasanga District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. In this research using primary data obtained from the distribution of the Sangasanga Unit BRI customer questionnaire as many as 100 respondents. Sampling is done by probability sampling technique using Slovin formula. The type of data in this study is quantitative data and uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis analyzed in statistics with the help of SPSS version 23. Testing of the hypothesis used is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneously (f test). Partial test results in this study indicate that Character has a positive and significant effect on bad credit, Condition of Economy has a positive and significant effect on bad credit, while Capacity has a negative and not significant effect on bad credit. Capital has a negative and insignificant effect, Collateral has no effect negative and not significant to the existence of bad credit. Simultaneous test results show a significance value of 0,000 which means that Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), and Condition of Economy (X5) have a joint effect on bad credit (Y) on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sangasanga Unit
