No full textSeiring dengan berkembangnya industri peternakan di Indonesia, maka kebutuhan akan pakan yang berkualitas dan terjangkau menjadi meningkat. Salah satunya adalah rumput kering, selain harganya murah juga tahan lama ketika disimpan. Langkah-langkah dalam perencanaan alat diawali dengan studi literatur, perancangan serta perhitungan. Desain gambar teknik dibuat dengan modeling pada software autodesk inventor. Prinsip kerja mesin ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan hawa panas yang dihembuskan oleh blower dari pipa yang dipanaskan dengan kompor, kemudian udara panas tersebut masuk kedalam ruang pengaduk dan kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk mengurangi kadar air pada rumput. No full textThe purpose of the study is to find out and analyze the quality of service, credit procedures, credit requirements, and interest rates have a significant effect on the customer's decision to apply for People's Business Credit. This study is a quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with a testing aid tool, namely IBM SPSS version 23. The results of this study partially have no effect on the customer's decision to apply for People's Business Credit, Credit Procedures, Credit Requirements and Interest Rate partially have a significant positive effect on the customer's decision to apply for People's Business Credit, and together have a positive and significant influence on the customer's decision to apply for People's Business Credit at PT. No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence of risk, benefit, convenience, security, and trust on generation Z's interest in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were generation z in Samarinda City who were interested in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with a sample size of 149 respondents. In this study, the analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) Risk does not affect the interest in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, (2) Benefits affect the interest in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, (3) Convenience affects the interest in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, (4) Security affects the interest in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and (5) Trust affects the interest in using BRIMO PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Simultaneously, it means that risk, benefits, convenience, security, and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using BRIMO in Samarinda City with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, and the Trust variable that has a dominant effect on the interest in using BRIMO in Samarinda City is 0.245

Observations and data recording were carried out randomly per week for 3 months Collecting data on the speed of wrapping or packaging gabin bread products carried out by 8 old employees and 3 new employees Data were analyzed through statistics, arithmetic series models and other mathematical models The results obtained are the average speed of wrapping gabin bread is 72 packs, while the new employees are 42 packs The average speed of wrapping 72 packs for new employees is estimated to be approximately 22 days after they start working In the equality model if the production is around 693 packs per day and 1 employee is absent, then the company is equivalent to employing 7 old employees and 5 new employees Through graphic analysis, it is concluded that employee turnover is recommended for no more than 5 people in a certain period Through the model if there is a problem in production, through the reverse comparison model, the company can only produce a maximum of 630 or 91% of the target average packaging per day
Explaining Revisit Intention in Culinary Tourism: Case Study of Pekalongan, City of Batik
Get PDFCulinary tourism has become an important sector of the global tourism industry, offering destinations the opportunity to showcase their cultural identity through food. Pekalongan, a city renowned for its batik heritage, also possesses a rich culinary tradition that reflects its unique cultural identity. Despite its potential, Pekalongan has faced challenges in sustaining its tourism industry, highlighting the need to explore factors that encourage tourists to return. This study investigates the influence of seven factors—Attitude, Emotional Value, Local Food & Beverage Image, Health Value, Prestige Value, Price Value, and Taste/Quality Value—on revisit intention among urban tourists. Using a quantitative, non-experimental design, data were collected from 176 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that Emotional Value and Taste/Quality Value significantly influence revisit intention, underscoring the importance of emotional connections and high-quality food in motivating repeat visits. Other factors, such as Attitude, Local Food & Beverage Image, and Price Value, contributed to the overall tourist experience but did not independently predict revisit intention. These results suggest that Pekalongan should prioritize strategies that enhance tourists’ emotional engagement and ensure consistent food quality to foster loyalty and increase revisit rates. The study contributes to the understanding of culinary tourism dynamics in smaller cities and provides actionable insights for stakeholders aiming to revitalize tourism through authentic and memorable culinary experiences. Future research should explore additional factors influencing revisit intention and their interactions to provide a more comprehensive understanding of tourist behavior
Bilingual E-Book: A Platform to Promote Culinary Tourism from Palembang
Get PDFThe culinary industry is one of the leading sectors in creative industries, with pempek from Palembang being a notable example. The increasing number of national and international events held in Palembang underscores the importance of promotion and marketing. In the era of Society 5.0, the use of digital and English-based promotional media is essential. This study employs research and development methods to describe the design and development of a bilingual e-flip book as a promotional tool for culinary tourism. The product is a digital promotional medium accessible via an Instagram link, featuring an attractively designed digital book with a red, black, and white color scheme. Each page includes images of products, prices, brief descriptions, facilities, ordering procedures, and payment methods in both Indonesian and English. The flip book effect simulates the experience of flipping through a real book. The product validation results from language experts (90) and design experts (88.63) yield an average score of 89.32, indicating high suitability. Public response to the bilingual e-flip book is very positive, with 69.2% agreeing it is highly efficient for obtaining information about products and facilities at culinary tourism destinations, 65.4% finding the information very accurate, and 71.8% considering it highly practical for promotional purposes

Get PDFCork eggs include snacks modified with the addition of mackerel and natural ingredients such as sungkai leaf extract. Sungkai leaves have chemical content such as alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, triterpenoids, phenolics, saponins, chlorophyll as green dyes that have antioxidant effects. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of sungkai leaf extract (Peronema canescens Jack) on the characteristics of mackerel cork eggs. In this study, sungkai leaves were extracted by infusion with the addition of water solvent heated on a water bath for 15 minutes starting from a temperature of 90 °C. The addition of sungkai leaf extract with concentration variations was 0, 50, 100, 150, and 200 mL. The resulting mackerel cork eggs were tested for their characteristics with test parameters, namely water content, antioxidant activity using DPPH and organoleptic methods. The results showed that the addition of sungkai leaf extract had an effect on the characteristics of mackerel cork eggs. Mackerel snakehead eggs with the addition of sungkai leaf extract as much as 200 mL had the best characteristics with a moisture content of 1.6% and antioxidants of 52.365 mg/L. Organoleptic testing of mackerel snakehead eggs with the addition of sungkai leaf extract as much as 100 mL was the most preferred by the panelists.

Loa Janan Branch Pawnshop, which is influenced by communication, motivation and financial compensation both partially and simultaneously, is the aim of this research. This research was conducted at PT. Loa Janan Branch Pawn Shop. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples obtained using the Simple Random Sampling method was 33 respondents. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and R2 test, t test, F test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software tool. The research results show that partially the variables of communication, motivation and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of communication, motivation and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Loa Janan Branch Pawn Shop

No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of usefulness, ease of use and promotion on the decision to use QRIS as a digital payment technology for Samarinda State Polytechnic students, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with a sample of Samarinda State Polytechnic students for the 2020-2023 class. The sampling technique used in this research used a purposive sampling technique using the Hair et.al., 2014 formula which was measured using a Likert scale. The sample used in this research was 160 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test (R^2), multiple linear analysis, t test, f test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity and using SPPS version 25 software. The research results show that the usefulness and ease of use variables positively and significantly influence the usage decision and the promotion variable has no effect and is not significant on the usage decision. Simultaneously, the variables of usefulness, ease of use and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use and the variable of ease of use has a more dominant influence on the decision to use. So all these factors together improve the usage decision
