Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative design. The population of this study were permanent and contract employees at the front office of Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous Significance Test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 4.609 with a sig value of 0.017, which means that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect, although not significant. R Square value of 0.224 which means that employee performance is influenced by leadership style and work stress by 22.4%, while the remaining 77.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

Age is considered an important determinant of corporate innovation because of its learning effect, which enables mature companies to innovate more effectively as they build on previous routines and capabilities. Over time, companies can not only innovate based on past experience and capabilities, but can also accumulate resources, managerial knowledge, and the ability to handle uncertainty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age on financial performance, as measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The results of the regression analysis show that the age of the company has no effect on ROA and ROE. Based on the results of this study, the management of Bank Victoria Syariah should try to increase market share to increase financial performance, for example by intensifying promotions and corporate cooperation

Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan terhadap air, ketersediaan air tidak dapat dipastikan keberlangsungannya baik di masa sekarang maupun masa yang akan datang. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya antara lain, bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, pencemaran lingkungan dan rusaknya habitat di sekitar sumber mata air. Diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif sehingga dapat terlaksana upaya sistematis dan terpadu yang dilakukan untuk menjaga kelestarian fungsi lingkungan hidup sekaligus mencegah pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan.Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan mempergunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Peneliti menggali data dari buku ilmiah, referensi, prosiding, jurnal serta peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan diperlukan upaya menyeluruh agar pengelolaan sumber daya air dapat dilaksanakan secara lestari. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya sadar dan terencana yang memadukan aspek lingkungan hidup, sosial dan ekonomi ke dalam strategi pembangunan untuk menjamin kesejakteraan generasi masa sekarang dan generasi masa depan. Upaya-upaya dimulai dari kebijakan hingga pelaksanaan kebijakan yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat sehingga mampu memelihara kelangsungan daya dukung dan daya tampung keberadaan sumber daya air. Tujuan penulisan ini ialah untuk mengetahui respons mahasiswa terkait pemerintah yang menuntut untuk dikritik, namun terancam oleh UU ITE. Dan membahas bentuk jaminan hukum agar masyarakat dalam mengkritik pemerintah dapat terlindung dari sanksi pidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan melakukan survei melalui kuesioner, dan metode yuridis normatif yaitu menganalisis permasalahan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur hukum. Adanya UU ITE membuat masyarakat khawatir dalam memberi kritik dan masukan kepada pemerintah karena kurangnya jaminan atas kebebasan berpendapat dalam memberikan kritikan kepada pemerintah melalui media sosial

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to find out and examine the implementation of basic minimum service standard (SPM) policies in the Sleman District Education Office. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data with qualitative analysis. The implementation of policies related to the fulfillment of the Basic Education SPM which is the authority of the Sleman Regency Government has not yet reached 100%. In the indicator of basic education quality services from the side of access distance has been fulfilled while the indicators of study groups (rombel) have not been fulfilled. In the indicators of basic education quality services in terms of laboratory availability has not been fulfilled while the availability of teacher rooms already meets SPM standards. In basic education quality services in terms of teacher education qualifications, principals and supervisors have been fulfilled, but in terms of teacher qualifications the educator certified has not been fulfilled. Whereas the indicators for the realization of visits by supervisors to educational units are carried out once every month and each visit is carried out for 3 hours to carry out supervision and guidance not fulfilled. Therefore, in order to fulfill SPM Dikdas, it is best to: give sanctions to schools whose number of classes exceeds SPM, allocate funds with the SPM fulfillment priority scale, provide (support to teachers of PPG trainers) and optimize school supervisor performance

In relation to cultural heritage, empowerment activities depart from the basic concept that the management of a cultural heritage needs to pay attention to its important value or social significance. In other words, the extent to which a cultural preservation is socially meaningful for its people. The process of empowering the Tourism Village in Plempoh Hamlet, Bokoharjo Village, Prambanan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. At the beginning of the program, the community awareness stage was carried out by pioneers of village empowerment with makeshift funds and there was no guidance from government agencies. Before Pokdarwis was formed, it was previously called Plempoh Tourism Village in 2010. Only in 2015 did Pokdarwis Plempoh be formed. Efforts made in utilizing the potential and skills possessed for the initial pilot. To identify potential as well as constraints on community empowerment related to the availability of regional cultural resources. Mapping the needs and forms of empowerment programs tailored to the needs of the community and the availability of supporting resources. The initial approach taken was a community-oriented approach in its implementation realized through empowering the community around the site. This smart phone supports online access to social media because of its features that can be connected to the internet. So anyone can share their photography using this tool and also social media. social media makes it easy for everyone to access information including personal activities that are shared, so that phenomena that are often referred to as social climbing phenomena are phenomena marked by social media users who are competing to improve their social status on online social media. The phenomenon of social climbing makes someone create a new identity for themselves on social media. Creating a life that is exaggerated from its original reality or also called hyperreality. Deforestation and Changes in People's Economies Due to Oil Palm Plantations in East Kalimantan

The high demand led to the massive clearing of oil palm plantations in East Kalimantan that resulted in land exploitation. In addition, the concept of poverty alleviation by the government in East Kalimantan by relying on employment from palm oil plantations then added a new problem that is deforestation and changes in the local people's system to be discussed in this journal. This research uses qualitative descriptive. The result in the Get is 1.) The job opening brought about a new problem of community economic vulnerability due to an error in understanding the concept of poverty and the existence of fundamental source of blindness. 2.) East Kalimantan Region is only a land that is not followed by access to education and health and the assurance of a decent life for the company. 3.) The change of the living system depends only on one commodity of oil palm 4.) The exploitation of this land has an ongoing impact on deforestation in East Kalimantan, which is detrimental to the existence of diversity of plants, animals and local communities
FORTIFIKASI BUAH NAGA MERAH (Hylocereus costaricensis) PADA OPAK KASBI ( Manihot esculenta crantz )
Get PDFTelah dilakukan penelitian tentang “ Fortifikasi buah naga merah (Hylocereus costaricensis) pada opak kasbi ( Manihot esculenta crantz ) â€. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada penambahan bubur buah naga merah pada pembuatan opak terhadap sifat fisik, kimia dan tingkat penerimaan panelis pada uji organoleptik. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Data hasil pengamatan dari masing-masing parameter dianalisa statistik dengan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah fortifikasi bubur buah naga merah  (Hylocereus costaricensis) dengan opak kasbi (Manihot esculenta crantz) dengan perlakuan fortifikasi opak kasbi yaitu dengan menambahkan bubur buah naga merah (Hylocereus costaricensis) (Kontrol, 5%,15%,25% dan 35%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fortifikasi bubur buah naga merah  (Hylocereus costaricensis) pada opak kasbi (Manihot esculenta crantz) berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar abu, pati, antioksidan, intensitas warna, ketebalan, pengembangan, warna, tekstur, flavor dan kesukaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa uji organoleptik opak kasbi yang masih dapat diterima oleh panelis adalah pada perlakuan dengan penambahan bubur buah naga merah sebesar 35% yaitu dengan perbandingan antara bubur buah naga merah perlakuan (kontrol -35%) yang mempunyai sifat fisik yaitu dengan warna semakin merah kehitaman dan tekstur semakin rapuh. Sedangkan sifat organoleptik yang dimiliki yaitu dengan warna semakin merah kehitaman, tekstur semakin rapuh, dan flavor semakin terasa bubur buah naga merah dan rasanya semakin terasa bubur buah naga merah
