Pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan social media marketing terhadap purchase decision dengan brand image sebagai variabel intervening
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as an intervening variable on scarlett whitening users in Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative research method, with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 112 respondents who were scarlett whitening users in Yogyakarta. The data collection method used a questionnaire via google form. The data analysis technique used data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and sobel tests through the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision Brand image is able to mediate Celebrity Endorsement on Purchase Decision. Brand image is able to mediate Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decision. The findings of this study can provide Scarlett Whitening with in-depth insights into consumer preferences as well as the latest market trends, so that companies can develop more relevant and effective marketing strategies. In addition, the results of this research can also be used to strengthen the brand image by highlighting values that are in accordance with consumer needs and expectations
Legal Protection of Licensee and Licensor In Licensing Agreements
Get PDFThis research discusses how the trademark license agreement can protect the licensee and licensor, the rights and obligations of the parties that arise in the trademark license agreement, and the legal consequences in the event of default. This research is normative research, with a statute approach to the problem. The analysis is focused on laws, regulations, documents, and other references related to brands and license contracts.
The brand license agreement must comply with the principles of contract law because the principles of contract law are the foundation that must be obeyed by the parties so that it will not harm either party and can be implemented fairly. In addition, there needs to be an agreement that is mutually beneficial and does not burden each other. In a trademark license agreement, reciprocal rights and obligations occur between the licensee and the licensor. Both parties have mutual rights and both also have mutual obligations so a balanced bargaining position between licensee and licensor needs to be balanced so that there is no imbalance in rights and obligations.
A brand license agreement will lead to disputes if the parties do not fulfill their rights and obligations as agreed. If one of them defaults, the other party can demand fulfillment of the engagement; fulfillment of the agreement with compensation; compensation; cancellation of the agreement; or cancellation with compensation. The first step that needs to be taken when a dispute occurs is to resolve the dispute by deliberation to reach a consensus. If not reached, dispute resolution can be seen in the trademark license agreement clause. Settlement of this dispute can be done both inside and outside the court. Legal Effects of Land Abandonment in the Perspective of Justice Theory

The results showed that the legal consequences of land abandonment can lead to the abolition of Land Rights or Management Rights. Get PDFPerencanaan tata ruang Gedung CTC (Centralized Traffic Control) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam optimalisasi kendali lalu lintas perekereta-apian terutama di Wilayah Divre 3 Palembang Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan matriks pola tata ruang Gedung CTC di Kabupaten Muara Enim yang menjadi titik transit utama rangkaian Kereta Api Panjang atau Babarangjang yang mengangkut hasil pertambangan Batu Bara di Wilayah Sumatera Selatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mencangkup kajian Pustaka, teknik wawancara, dan observasi lokasi pembangunan. Yang mana hasil dari proses pengumpulan data akan dianalisa dan dielaborasi secara sistematis untuk menemukan pola tata ruang ideal untuk Gedung CTC. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pola tata ruang Gedung CTC sangat menekankan aspek mekanikal dan elektrikal yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan persinyalan elektrik lalu lintas kereta api. Sehingga dalam perencanaanya perlu direncanakan ruang khusus dengan desain spesifik seperti ruang pengendali utama (Command Centre), Ruang Fasopka, dan Ruang UPS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa bangunan CTC adalah bangunan utilitas persinyalan elektrik yang terbagi menjadi empat zona utama yaitu public, semi-publik, semi-privat, dan privat. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya kajian riset lanjutan terutama yang berkaitan dengan sistem struktur dan interior CTC dalam rangka pengoptimalisasian fungsi dan sistem bangunan secara keseluruhan

Get PDFDalem Mangkubumen awalnya adalah rumah tinggal Pangeran dari Kraton Yogyakarta, yaitu Pangeran Adipati Anom calon Sultan Hamengkubuwono VII. Dalem Mangkubumen yang dibangun tahun 1874-1905 tersebut telah mengalami berbagai fungsi, awalnya sebagai rumah Pangeran, hunian kerabat Kraton, hingga menjadi kampus Universitas Gadjah Mada (1949-1982) dan kampus Universitas Widya Mataram sejak tahun 1982 hingga saat ini. Perubahan fungsi tersebut menyebabkan penambahan bangunan baru yang memadati komplek Dalem Mangkubumen. Munculnya bangunan-bangunan baru tersebut mengakibatkan perubahan tata ruang dan bentuk bangunan pada beberapa bagian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa banyak peran Universitas Widya Mataram dalam mempengaruhi perubahan tata ruang maupun bentuk bangunan dalam komplek Dalem Mangkubumen seperti yang nampak pada saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif historis secara deskriptif dan grafis dengan observasi visual dan penelusuran dokumen untuk menemukan jejak kronologis terbentuknya tata ruang dan bentuk bangunan yang baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ruang kegiatan kampus Universitas Widya Mataram, telah terjadi beberapa perubahan bentuk pada bangunan asli, penambahan bangunan baru, pemanfaatan ruang terbuka untuk fungsi baru. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan pelestarian dalem Mangkubumen sebagai bangunan bersejarah yang perlu dikembalikan pada tata ruang dan bentuk aslinya serta penyesuaian penggunaannya

Determinants of intention buying local foods: a conceptual framework
Get PDFConsuming food from the area has grown in popularity. Local foods have positive effects on the environment, economy, society, and health. In particular, we investigate how consumer beliefs about locavorism is predicted by antecedent factors (i.e., values of collectivistic and individualistic). We also investigate how locavorism is predicted by consumer travel behavior and city branding. We also look at how these sets of beliefs affect consumer attitudes toward and intentions to buy local foods in Special Region of Yogyakarta. By addressing the antecedents of locavorism and placing the constructs of locavorism within an integrated network of antecedents and effects, this study closes a research gap in the field of local food research. We use 9-point scales for questionnaire, which is a novelty in this study, where previous studies used 7 scales. The 9-point scales are used to rate as closely as possible the respondent's response to what is described. This study's conclusions have ramifications for regional food marketers.

Get PDFFinancial management plays a crucial role in the survival and growth of companies. Cash disbursement is a common transaction in companies, necessitating effective internal control systems to prevent fraud or misappropriation. This study aims to analyze the internal control system and evaluate the internal control system over cash disbursements at PT WE, a mining consulting company in Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive-evaluative with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with relevant staff. Evaluation was conducted based on the 17 principles within the five main components of the COSO Internal Control—Integrated Framework 2013. The results indicate that PT WE has implemented some internal control principles effectively, but there are still weaknesses in interdepartmental coordination, risk identification, and cash disbursement procedures. Based on the findings, it is recommended that PT WE improve coordination and communication between departments, systematically identify risks, and enhance cash disbursement procedures by establishing clear protocols, segregating related tasks, and periodically evaluating the internal control system

Nadin is an active singer who has just released an album entitled "For the World, Love and Dirt" on October 13 2023. Nadin Amizah has many fans spread across various regions in Indonesia and even abroad. On social media, especially TikTok, lots of Nadin fans post about Nadin, either at concerts or anything related to Nadin Amizah. Due to this, researchers are interested in studying research related to the fanaticism of Nadin Amizah's fans on TikTok social media. This research is qualitative research with content analysis, to interpret an idea or content to find out its relationship to the study being researched. The data collection techniques include documentation and observation. The subject of this research is the TikTok account of one of Nadin Amizah's fans, namely @cnadacc. The research results show that there is internal involvement and external involvement. Demonstrated internal involvement is manifested through loyalty, emotional attraction, sacrifice of time and energy. Meanwhile, their external involvement is realized through interactions built on social media and their activities, being involved in general activities related to their idols.
