Kepemimpinan kolektif dalam pengembangan budaya organisasi: literature review study
Get PDFLeadership in a more specific scope becomes a valuable capital in managing the organization. The research method used is a Systematic Literature review. Based on the results of article collection on the classification of sources, themes, and years of publication of articles, 35 articles were obtained that met the article classification. The results show that collective leadership is a collaborative and mutually beneficial leadership process, which allows all elements of an institution to take part in building a certainty that accommodates common goals. Leadership collectivity is the behavior and nature of leaders who involve all staff, to be able to form an organizational culture to be able to work by their respective authorities and duties through a mutually arranged organizational culture, as well as collaborate and be responsible with a collective leadership structure

Get PDFThe use of red dragon fruit as a natural dye has the potential to be developed as a source of antioxidants. This research aimed to determine the effect of the ratio of red dragon fruit on the chemical, physical and organoleptic properties of steamed sponge cake. This research used a randomized block design (RAK), with one factor: adding red dragon fruit, which consisted of 5 treatments. Each treatment was subjected to chemical testing (water content, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrate and antioxidant activity) and physical and organoleptic tests. The test data were analyzed using the ANOVA statistical test. If there were differences, a follow-up test was conducted with DMRT with a significance level (α=0.05%). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that The addition of red dragon fruit has a significant effect on increasing water content, ash, and antioxidant activity, but has no effect on fat, protein and carbohydrate levels. Dragon fruit steamed sponge cake that is acceptable/preferred (3.76) is a steamed sponge cake with a red dragon fruit ratio of 36 g, pink colour (3.36), very soft texture (4.2), no dragon fruit taste (4 .0), no dragon fruit aroma (4.1), water content 7.78%, ash content 7.39% db, fat content 3.15% db, protein content 10.32% db, carbohydrate content 78, 45 5 db, and antioxidant activity levels of 19.39%

Get PDFPasar tradisional merupakan ruang sosial urban yang dapat mewakili karakter budaya Nusantara. Pasar Cihapit memiliki karakter unik tersendiri dari pasar lainnya, melalui fenomena-fenomena ruang yang telah lama terbentuk dari pencampuran berbagai etnis, budaya dan sejarah didalamnya menciptakan keunikan tersendiri pada kawasan tersebut. Sejak tahun 1940-an, pedagang di Pasar Cihapit merupakan pedagang tradisional dengan sistem turun temurun dari generasi ke generasi dan melayani konsumen menengah ke atas yang berdomisili di Kawasan Sentra Bandung. Pada penghujung tahun 2014, muncul gerakan kreatif Pasar Cihapit sebagai identitas urban di Bandung. Gerakan kreatif ini dianggap dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mendukung inovasi, keragaman, dan toleransi. Masuknya komunitas kreatif ini mengakibatkan munculnya perubahan pada Pasar Cihapit, dimana pasar bukan hanya sebagai tempat jual-beli semata melainkan juga sebagai ruang interaksi sosial dan sarana rekreatif pada kawasan urban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi transformasi fisik dan aktor yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan pada kawasan Pasar Cihapit. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan didukung dengan data sekunder melalui Google Maps ‘Street View’. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh gerakan kreatif yang dibawa oleh dua kelompok kreatif yang mengakibatkan perubahan elemen fisik, spasial dan kultural dari kawasan Pasar Cihapit

Pig farming has increased asculinary tourism grows in various regions. As time goes by, poor pig waste managementbecomes a problem. This is the case occurs in Sumodaran Village, Banyuraden Sub-district,Gamping Sleman, which is 800 meters from the Integrated Campus of Widya MataramUniversity, and 3 km from the center of Yogyakarta City. In this area there is a pig farm that isquite troubling to the community because it discharges directly openly into the irrigationchannel behind the pen, causing water and air pollution to the surrounding environment. Pigwaste in the form of solid manure and water from the barn is left to flow into the irrigationchannel (the irrigation channel behind the barn is a tertiary channel of the Mataram sewer). Thislivestock waste without further handling causes water, air (unpleasant odor) and fly breedingso that it can pollute the surrounding environment. From the initial observations, the researcherwas encouraged to arrange the waste channel in a closed manner while utilizing eco-enzymesto break down feces or other waste so that there is no water and air pollution / odor. Revisit intentions in local food restaurants: a critical review
Get PDFThis study examines the factors influencing revisit intention at local food restaurants, emphasizing the need for a broader methodological approach. Through a critical review of relevant studies, this study identifies customer satisfaction, service quality, and food value as essential determinants of predicting revisit intention. Furthermore, this study critiques methodological approaches in the literature, highlighting limitations such as selection bias and limited sample representation due to standard non-random sampling methods. A mixed-methods approach, incorporating quantitative and qualitative data, is recommended to provide a more comprehensive understanding of diners’ motivations and experiences. Expanding sampling techniques to incorporate random or stratified methods is suggested to increase the generalizability of the findings. This approach would also allow for richer insights into how social, cultural, and technological factors influence revisit intention across contexts. Ultimately, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexity of customer behavior, particularly as it relates to culinary experiences, and proposes future research directions that integrate multiple sampling and analysis methods to capture the dynamic nature of revisit intention

Get PDFThis research focuses on reconstructing the concept of digital-based accountability for international corporations regarding unlawful acts to achieve justice in Indonesia, particularly within the context of national legal system reform. The rapid development of digital technology has introduced new challenges to Indonesia’s legal system, especially concerning activities of international social media corporations often involving legal violations such as misuse of personal data, illegal content, and privacy breaches. This research adopts a constructivist approach, emphasizing that law is a social construct that must continuously adapt to societal dynamics, including technological advances. The analysis includes a review of relevant national and international regulations and identifies existing legal gaps. The findings reveal the need for updated national regulations that can encompass digital-based international corporations and highlight the importance of enhancing the capacity of law enforcement to understand digital issues. Furthermore, this research recommends international cooperation, increased public digital literacy, and the adoption of business and human rights principles as strategic steps to ensure accountability of international digital corporations in delivering justice for the Indonesian public

Perkembangan zaman yang berjalan dengan cepat perlu diperhatikan dan disikapi secara bijak. Para arsitek dan desainer perlu memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tentang bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan pembangunan berkelanjutan pada bangunan arsitektur yang akan didirikannya di masa mendatang. Pemilihan, manfaat dan dampak dari material yang digunakan juga harus dipertimbangkan dengan benar. Kreativitas arsitektur bambu merupakan salah satu pilihan yang tepat untuk digunakan karena bersifat ringan, kuat, terbuat dari bahan dasar alami, harganya relatif rendah dan mudah didapatkan. Beberapa bangunan arsitektur Bali yang memanfaatkan material bambu mampu menciptakan kombinasi yang tepat antara desain dan gaya arsitektur yang ada tanpa menghilangkan kebudayaan Bali itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan masyarakat yang membaca dapat sadar dan menambah wawasan tentang pentingnya menggunakan material ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, kedepannya para arsitek Indonesia juga dapat berkontribusi dalam merancang dan menciptakan bangunan yang ramah lingkungan. Dengan demikian, pembangunan berkelanjutan dapat terus diterapkan di Indonesia, khususnya di masa yang akan datang demi mencegah bertambahnya isu pemanasan global dan kerusakan lingkungan yang terjadi di Indonesia
Sosialisasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada Unit LDPM Gapoktan Sidomulyo

Awareness of theimportance of K3 is still low among employees of the LDPM GapoktanSidomulyo Unit, which can increase the risk of work accidents and reduceproductivity. In addition, the inadequate availability and use of personalprotective equipment (PPE) increases vulnerability to work-related accidentsand diseases. This program aims to provide knowledge about K3, provideknowledge on how to identify potential hazards in the workplace and takesteps to prevent work accidents. This service is carried out through threepreparation stages, namely, implementation of K3 socialization, as well asevaluation and follow-up. The result of this service was that the K3 outreachactivities carried out by the UST service team succeeded in increasing theunderstanding of employees at the LDPM Gapoktan Sidomulyo Unit. Thisincrease has a positive impact on employee performance, by creating a safer,more productive and efficient work environment
Efektivitas Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat
Get PDFDevelopment that starts in the village sector is the first step to run the economy of Indonesia, one of the many development programmes are the formation of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). The presence of BUMDes is expected to be able to improve the standard of living and community welfare. Community welfare itself has a meaning that has been stated in Indonesian Law (UU No. 11 of 2009). The objectives of this study are to analyze the effectiveness of Village-Owned Enterprises that have managed their business units, to analyze the welfare of village communities affected by the operation of Village-Owned Enterprises and to analyze the influence that occurs between the effectiveness of Village-Owned Enterprises and the welfare of village communities. Descriptive analysis, paired sample T-Test, correlation and ordinal regression analysis are among those of the methode that are used in this study. The result of the study shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between the effectivity of the BUMDes and the welfare of the villagers, and there are 4 indicators of effectiveness of the BUMDes that significantly impactful to the welfare of the villagers, and it consist of sustainability, impact, empowerment, and participation
Flash sale characteristics and attitude as determinant of impulse buying behavior
Get PDFTechnological advances, driven by the increased use of the Internet and electronic commerce, are creating tremendous business opportunities. The use of flash sales as a medium for promotion and sales is one form of e-commerce use. This study examines the effects of promotion characteristics information, visualization, entertainment, and economic benefits on impulse buying. Quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques are used in the research. Data was collected from 240 respondents consisting of Gen Z in 9 cities in East Java using a five-point Likert scale through an online questionnaire. The results of the research show that information and visibility in flash sales can have an impact on attitudes, but entertainment information and economic benefits do not. There is evidence that customers' impulse buying behavior can be influenced by entertainment information and economic benefits. Therefore, it is recommended that future researchers re-examine the variables which do not influence. To increase customer interest and purchase intention, sellers should conduct flash sales at certain times or moments
