FANATISME PENGGEMAR TERHADAP ATTACK OF TITAN: (Studi Kasus Kualitatif Fenomenologi dalam Komunitas Anime Lovers Indonesia)
Get PDFThe Attack on Titan anime has become an extraordinary phenomenon among anime lovers in Indonesia. This series attracts attention and has many fans, especially in anime-loving communities, with its tense storyline and stunning visuals. In this article, the author analyzes fan fanaticism towards Anime Attack on Titan through a qualitative phenomenological study in the Indonesian Anime Lovers community. Researchers plunged directly into the Indonesian Anime Lovers community to answer and feel what a fan's experience is, to see what forms of fanaticism exist within the community. In this article, various forms of fanaticism from Attack on Titan anime fans are found, such as changes in behavior, terror, intimidation, harassment by fans in the Indonesian Anime Lovers Community.

Evaluasi Postur Pekerja UMKM Tahu Menggunakan Software Tecnomatix Jack
No full textAdanya aktivitas manual handling pada aktivitas pencetakan tahu di rumah produksi di UMKM X memiliki risiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) dikarenakan berat beban yang diangkat sebesar 25,80 kg, dibuktikan dengan telah dilakukan penelitian terhadap beban kerja yang diangkat oleh pekerja, dan didapatkan hasil nilai lifting Index lebih dari 1. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu penilaian terhadap postur pekerja saat pekerja mengangkat beban pada proses pencetakan tahu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis nilai PEI pada postur pekerja dengan menggunakan metode Posture Evaluation Index pada software Tecnomatix Jack 8.4. Metode PEI digunakan untuk menentukan apakah suatu pekerjaan yang disimulasikan sudah optimal sehingga dapat dikatakan aman untuk terus dilakukan ataukah diperlukan suatu usulan perbaikan untuk menghindari kemungkinan risiko cedera yang dapat terjadi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan terhadap evaluasi postur pekerja saat proses pencetakan tahu yang telah dilakukan yaitu didapatkan total enam gerakan saat proses pencetakan tahu, dan sari keenam gerakan tersebut didapatkan dua gerakan yang memiliki nilai PEI lebih dari 2, sehingga diperlukan konfigurasi usulan terhadap kedua gerakan tersebut agar sistem kerja yang dilakukan aman untuk terus dilakukan pekerja. Konfigurasi usulan yang diberikan yaitu dengan mengubah panjang meja dan membagi berat beban batu yang diangkat menjadi tiga, dan didapatkan enam gerakan mengangkat batu yang berbeda memiliki nilai PEI kurang dari 2, ini berarti konfigurasi usulan yang diberikan terhadap sistem kerja dapat dikatakan aman untuk dilakukan oleh pekerja

Layanan JogjaKita seperti JogjaCar, JogjaRide, JogjaKurir, JogjaShop, JogjaFood, JogjaSend, Pembayaran, Ticketing, dan lainnya. Karena JogjaKita masih baru, maka perlu adanya masukan dari voice of customer sehingga JogjaKita dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan JogjaKita, serta mengetahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan dengan keinginan pengguna JogjaKita, dan untuk mengetahui voice of customer JogjaKita sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dilengkapi House Of Quality (HOQ). Hasilnya adalah penetapan target berdasarkan respon teknis. Setiap respon teknis dijadikan masukan bagi JogjaKita untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan layanan. Hasil respon teknis ialah : (1) Mengembangkan layanan dan inovasi yang bermanfaat. (2) Mengevaluasi kinerja dan menambah jumlah driver, (3) Mengevaluasi aplikasi guna memberikan kemudahan, (4) Melatih karyawan maupun driver dalam menghadapi customer, (5) Menjaga keamanan customer, (6) Membangun komunikasi dengan customer, (7) Melayani dengan sopan dan ramah, (8) Menjaga hubungan dengan customer
Strategi Koping Pelampiasan Stres pada Mahasiswa Rantau
Get PDFIndividuals who decide to migrate to continue their education and improve their quality of life will undoubtedly face various new problems with themselves and their surroundings. The many issues faced by students who are away from home can cause them to experience stress. In dealing with this stress, each student away from home has a different way. This paper aims to determine coping strategies for stress relief from the perspective of the phenomenology of students who are away from home. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, which is collected data through interviews with two informants from different campuses. The results of the study show that the reasons why students who are away from home experience stress are due to pressure in the world of lectures and also other problems that they face simultaneously. The coping strategies used are in two forms: coping strategies that focus on emotions and those that focus on meaning.

The Role of Graffiti as an Expression of Youth Identity: (Case Study on ROCE and BKRE Bombers)
Get PDFGraffiti art has drawn pros and cons from the public and is considered a Form of vandalism or crime because it damages public facilities. However, for graffiti artists or bombers, graffiti is a place to express themselves. Even though it received a lot of negative responses from the public, graffiti was able to survive and continue to exist. Based on this, the author wants to know the meaning behind the activities of the bombers who chose graffiti art as a medium of expression. The author uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used in this article are interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used is the theory of self-expression through the symbolic interaction approach by George Herbert Mead. The research results show that graffiti perpetrators or bombers choose graffiti as a medium for self-expression and self-existence. Graffiti allows bombers to display their work to the broader public.

Acts of Violence against Children Outside the Investigation Process by Police Officers
Get PDFReports from legal aid organizations show signs of physical violence which should be a major concern in the investigation, but these appear to be ignored in the authorities' official reports. The research aims to examine the procedural law violations committed by police officers in cases of violence against children outside the investigation process. This study uses a normative juridical approach with an analysis of the murder case of Afif Maulana as the main illustration. The results show several serious violations of legal procedures that negatively impact the transparency and accountability of investigations. Violence by police officers against children also violates various national and international regulations on child protection. These violations significantly affect the psychological condition of children and cause deep trauma. This research emphasizes the importance of reforming Indonesia's judicial and law enforcement systems to ensure better protection for children in conflict with the law.

No full textThis research aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for land certificates registration whose mechanisms are not in accordance with the General Principles of Good Government (AUPB) based on Decision Number 12/G/2019/PTUN.JBI and improvements and changes to the land office for the future regarding the land certificate registration process whose mechanism is in accordance with AUPB. This is normative legal research using a statutory regulation approach and a case approach. The results of this research are the field review stage until the issuance of a certificate of violation of the SOP based on PP 24/1997 and Minister of ATR/KBPN Regulation Number 12 of 2021. The Head of the Jambi City Land Office violated the AUPB, namely the principles of accuracy, legal certainty, fair play, and mixing up authority. Improvements to the land office are that all BPN services will be switched electronically, including electronic certificates for the public carried out in stages. The Touch My Land application overcomes administrative weaknesses. STPN produces skilled measuring officers. PTSL maps village land to minimize overlap. The land certificate registration mechanism must be guided by land regulations and AUPB.

Pengaruh Penambahan Produk Fermentasi Air Kelapa Pada Sari Buah Belimbing (Averrhoa carambola L.) Terhadap Sifat Mikrobiologis Dan Tingkat Penerimaan Konsumen
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of adding a fermented coconut water produc on the microbiological, organoleptic properties of star fruit juice, and chemical properties (pH). This research used a Completely Randomized Design method, the effect of adding Biojanna (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%) to the star fruit juice produced was analyzed microbiologically (TPC Bacteria and TPC Lactic Acid Bacteria. ) two repetitions, chemical analysis measurements (pH), t-test carried out 3 times and organoleptic tests using the Hedonic method (aroma, taste and overall preference). Observed data for each parameter was statistically analyzed using ANOVA and continued with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at a significance level of 5% if there is a significant difference. The research results show that Biojanna products do not contain lactic acid bacteria (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%) in the juice Star fruit has no significant effect on microbiological and organoleptic properties. The addition of Biojanna to star fruit juice has no impact on the addition of bacteria, and has no effect on consumer acceptance in terms of (taste, aroma, and overall preference) adding 2% Biojanna to the juice fruit is the sample preferred by panelists, with the maximum contamination limit (ALT) before storage in the refrigerator, the value is 6.9 x 103 CFU/ml, and after storage, the value is 1.9 x 104 CFU/ml, the pH value before storage is 5, 96, and after storing the pH value of 6.09

Get PDFTechnological developments are currently growing in various fields, one of which is in the field of government. The One-stop Administration Services Office (SAMSAT) is an adaptation of technology applied in the government sector to provide online services to PKB taxpayers. E-Samsat user still shows a low level which is influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived convenience. This study aims to examine the effect of acceptance of the use of E-Samsat on tax compliance in Kupang with the technology acceptance model (TAM). The research population used PKB taxpayers who are registered at the Samsat Office in Kupang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and 215 respondents were obtained. The results showed that the variables perceived usefulness and perceived convenience has a positive effect on behavioral intention, behavioral intention has a positive effect on E-Samsat acceptance, and E-Samsat acceptance has a positive effect on tax compliance. The perception of usefulness and convenience will increase the taxpayer's intention to use E-Samsat which can then describe the acceptance and compliance of taxation in Kupang

Get PDFThis study examines the influence of prices and healthy food on purchasing decisions for UMKM ready-to-eat packaged food products, with information labels as a mediating factor. The data was collected through a non-probability sampling method using a google form online questionnaire, with a total of 196 respondents who had purchased UMKM packaged food in Indonesia. The study utilized Partial Least Square SEM and identified the variables Price and Healthy Eating as the dependent variables, Purchase Decision as the independent variable, and Information Label as the mediating variable. The results indicate that price and healthy food have a positive and significant effect on information labels, information labels have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, healthy food has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, information labels mediate the effect of healthy food on purchasing decisions, and information labels mediate the effect of prices on purchasing decisions
