Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Malahayati Menggunakan Metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL) Dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)
Get PDFUPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Malahayati mempunyai tanggung jawab dan fungsi salah satunya memberikan pelayanan kepada pengunjung. Peran pengunjung sangat penting dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Malahayati serta mengetahui tingkat kesenjangan kinerja dan atribut yang menjadi prioritas bagi perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Service Quality dan Importance Performance Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Malahayati tergolong baik yaitu diperoleh angka Customer Statisfaction Index Service Quality sebesar 80,82%. Namun, berdasarkan tingkat kesenjangan kinerja UPT. Perpustakaan masih dikatakan rendah dibuktikan dengan skor gap atribut pelayanan bernilai negatif. Untuk kesenjangan Importance Performance Analysis tingkat kesesuaian menunjukkan belum memuaskan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 90% dari 24 atribut kepuasan layanan yang diberikan. Terdapat 6 atribut yang masuk kedalam kuadran A. 6 atribut tersebut merupakan prioritas utama untuk dilakukan perbaikan yaitu (Tangible) atribut ke 2,3,8, (Reliability) atribut ke 12,13 dan (Assurance) atribut ke 19.

Inovasi Tata Letak Produksi: Meminimalkan Pemborosan Transportasi di UKM Gelora Bakery dengan Pendekatan SWCT
Get PDFPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi di Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Gelora Bakery di Indonesia. Fokus utamanya adalah memperbaiki tata letak area produksi dengan menerapkan Standardized Work Combination Table (SWCT). Gelora Bakery, yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur, menghadapi kendala waktu berjalan yang mengakibatkan fluktuasi kapasitas produksi dan kesulitan dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Melibatkan 25 pekerja dengan jam kerja efektif 9 jam per hari, penelitian ini menggunakan SWCT untuk merepresentasikan standar kerja dan mencatat kombinasi gerakan manusia dan mesin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pengurangan waktu berjalan yang signifikan sebesar 34,58% setelah dilakukan perencanaan ulang tata letak area produksi. Keberhasilan penerapan SWCT tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UKM Gelora Bakery, tetapi juga meningkatkan produksi harian biskuit kaleng. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami pentingnya strategi efisiensi produksi dalam industri makanan di Indonesia. Selain itu, saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang durasi proses pemanggangan menciptakan landasan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi UKM Gelora Bakery secara keseluruhan.
This study explores strategies to improve production efficiency at Gelora Bakery Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The main focus is improving the production area's layout by applying the Standardized Work Combination Table (SWCT). Gelora Bakery, located in East Jakarta, faced walk time constraints that resulted in fluctuations in production capacity and difficulties in meeting customer demand. Involving 25 workers in effective working hours of 9 hours per day, this study used SWCT to represent work standards and record the combination of human and machine movements. The analysis results showed a significant reduction in walk time of 34.58% after re-planning the layout of the production area. The successful implementation of SWCT not only improved SME Gelora Bakery's operational efficiency but also increased the daily production of canned biscuits. This study contributes to understanding the importance of production efficiency strategies in the food industry in Indonesia. In addition, the suggestion for further research on the duration of the baking process creates a foundation for continuous improvement to increase the overall production efficiency of SMEs Gelora Bakery

Get PDFProduktivitas kerja memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Masalah penurunan produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia telah menjadi topik wacana yang luas. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi terus menggarisbawahi perlunya peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang disengaja dan komprehensif di berbagai industri, menekankan pentingnya mengembangkan sumber daya manusia untuk mempertahankan daya saing dalam lingkungan kerja kontemporer dan menuntut. Meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas karyawan, yang mencakup elemen-elemen seperti distribusi usia dan pencapaian pendidikan. Mengingat latar belakang kontekstual dari kekhawatiran ini, penyelidikan dilakukan untuk memeriksa pengaruh usia dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap efisiensi karyawan di PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Silo-Dryer di Lampung. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini mencakup analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, menggabungkan analisis faktor konfirmasi, analisis regresi berganda, dan analisis korelasi. Analisis terutama berfokus pada hasil deskriptif menggunakan berbagai metrik SPSS. Selain itu, pemeriksaan mengintegrasikan tes normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, penilaian multikolinearitas, tes regresi linier ganda, uji determinasi, uji t hipotesis, dan uji F hipotesis simultan menggunakan SPSS sebagai alat ukur. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan korelasi substanensial antara variabel independen dan dependen, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 65%. Direkomendasikan agar perusahaan memprioritaskan perekrutan lulusan dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang solid dan menyediakan program pelatihan yang disesuaikan untuk meningkatkan keahlian karyawan mereka selaras dengan bidang masing-masing

The film "Penyalin Cahaya" tells the story of Suryani, Farah, and Tariq, who experienced sexual harassment by a fellow Matahari Theater group member, Rama. Rama is described as a figure who has a powerful relationship with the university. This article uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique used in this article is the listen-and-note method. The theory used in this article is the Theory of Silence by Edwin Arderner and Shirley Arderner. The purpose of this study is to determine the reasons for the silence experienced by victims of sexual harassment in the film "Penyalin Cahaya." The results of the analysis of the film "Penyalin Cahaya" using the Theory of Silence obtained that the cause of silence in women and men is the lower class, which does not have the power to defend themselves. The existence of authority is the main factor in silence in the film "Penyalin Cahaya."

Analysis of the Decision (PN Lubuk Pakam No. 1369/PID.B/2024/PN LBP) in the Perspective of Criminal Procedure Law
No full textThis study analyzes the court decision in case number 1369/PID.B/2024/PN LBP from the Lubuk Pakam District Court from the perspective of criminal procedural law. Using a qualitative observational research method, the study examines the legal process, application of legal principles, and judicial reasoning in a theft case. Key findings include: 1) The court appropriately applied relevant criminal code provisions on theft; 2) The trial process adheres to criminal procedure principles, including the defendant's rights; 3) The judges provided clear legal considerations based on evidence and witness testimony; 4) The sentencing was proportional and considered mitigating and aggravating factors; 5) The decision demonstrates a commitment to combating theft crimes. Overall, the ruling reflects a fair and transparent application of criminal procedural law in Indonesia's justice system. This analysis contributes to understanding how legal principles are applied in practice in Indonesian criminal cases.

Get PDFThe utilization of green bean flour in cookie products has the potential to be developed as a food innovation and as a functional food. This research aims to determine the protein and fibre content of the cookies produced and to diversify the Indonesian people's dependence on imported raw materials (wheat flour). This research used the RAK (Randomized Block Design) 1 factorial method consisting of 6 treatments, namely 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60% and 75%. Each treatment was subjected to chemical tests (moisture, ash, fat, protein, crude fibre and carbohydrate content) and organoleptic tests (scoring test and hedonic test). The results of the data obtained are then analyzed statistically using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). If there is a significant difference, the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) will be carried out with a 5% follow-up test. The results of this research indicate that chemical and organoleptic changes occurred. Based on the test parameters, the most acceptable cookie treatment is the 45% treatment. The chemical test results obtained were as follows: Water 3.94 (%), ash 1.32 (%db), fat 30.06 (%db), protein 10.23 (%db), crude fibre (%db), and carbohydrates 45.10 (%db). Limitation Of Authority Between Central And Local Governments In The Oil And Gas Business
Get PDFThe oil and gas revenue-sharing system for several regions has conflicting norms for regulating authority between the central government and regional governments in the oil and gas revenue-sharing system for several regional governments. In Article 14 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government it is stated that only the central government can manage oil and gas business activities. -Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas still regulates the authority/involvement of local governments in fulfilling the clauses of the cooperation contract as an instrument of oil and gas business activities. The method used in writing this article is normative law. In this study, the authors want to know and obtain clarity about what the central authority over the oil and gas business is, and how the revenue-sharing funds are divided for the two local governments. The literature used in this paper comes from scientific journals and is supported by scientific books from various scientists. From the results of the research that has been done, in fact there is still involvement of local governments both in management in the form of fulfilling the clauses of the cooperation contract, especially in determining the work area and its return as well as environmental management

Get PDFWarga di wilayah RW 06 Kelurahan Kadipiro Kecamatan Banjarsari Surakarta, sebagian besar memiliki tingkat ekonomi menengah kebawah. Di wilayah tersebut terdapat beberapa usaha rumah tangga yang masih perlu pengembangan baik mengenai modal maupun pengelolaannya. Dari sisi modal, warga masih banyak memanfaatkan jasa keuangan yang memberikan bunga pinjaman terlalu tinggi (rentenir). Keadaan ini dirasakan berat bagi para pelaku usaha tersebut. Hal ini yang memotivasi Ketua di RW 06 yang berusaha melepaskan jeratan dari para rentenir dengan memberikan dorongan kepada remaja Karang Taruna di RW 06 untuk mendirikan koperasi simpan pinjam. Dalam mengatasi keadaan tersebut, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat bekerja sama dengan Ketua RT 06 Kelurahan Kadipiro, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta melakukan pendampingan dalam proses pembentukan koperasi simpan pinjam. Sebelum melakuan pendampingan, tim pengabdian melakukan observasi dan bertanya langsung kepada warga khususnya remaja karang tarunanya. Setelah diadakannya sosialisasi dan pendampingan oleh tim pengabdi, warga perwakilan RT dan warga khususnya remaja Karang Taruna RW 06 Kelurahan Kadipiro Kecamatan Banjarsari Surakarta dapat memahami dan telah menyiapkan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk pembentukan koperasi simpan pinjam. Mereka telah melakukan proses dalam pembentukan koperasi tersebut yang tentunya juga dilakukan pendampingan oleh tim pengabdi.

Get PDFThis research to assess Solvability and Profitability and their effect on stock prices and business value, this study involves an analysis of several factors, including the Dept. to Equity Ratio, Return on Investment, Stock Price, and Price Book Value. Utilizing secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from 2020–2021, research was conducted on LQ45 companies. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The list of LQ45 business actors registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022 is the basis for selecting the research population. A total of 98 financial reports from 32 companies are included in the sample selected based on the research criteria. The analysis results indicated that Solvability affects the company's value, while profitability does not have an impact. Additionally, both profitability and solvability do not have a significant influence on stock prices. However, stock prices are significantly influenced by the company's value. Solvability and profitability ratios do not show any observable impact on stock prices when the company's value is used as a mediator.
