Stakeholder engagement, government policy, and tourist satisfaction
The tourism industry has a complex relationship between geography, and all-natural resources, human, so tourism can create problems in human life. Good management in the tourism industry can create benefits for the nation's economy such as foreign exchange income, business development, and employment opportunities. For the optimum goals, the tourism industry can establish good relations with stakeholders and government policy support. Aim to the research on the evaluation of the effect of stakeholder engagement in tourism development and government policy on tourist satisfaction in the Indonesian tourism industry. This research is based on quantitative to test the hypothesis affecting stakeholder engagement in tourism development and government policy on the Indonesian tourism industry. The sample size of the research 250 with propulsive sampling and the main instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis to use examine hypothesis with structural equation modelling Amos 20 version. The result of the investigations shows that the stakeholder engagement in tourism development has not been able to provide a level of tourist satisfaction, but the government policies can be influenced by tourist satisfaction
INDOBARCA IDENTITY CONSTRUCTION (INDOBARCA CHAPTER JAKARTA, BANDUNG AND JOGJA) ON INSTAGRAM
This research discusses identity construction by the Jakarta, Bandung, and Jogja chapters of IndoBarca on their Instagram accounts. Football is a sport that is popular with people all over the world. FC Barcelona is a football club from Catalonia, Spain, with many followers from various parts of the world. FC Barcelona has an official community from multiple countries, including Indonesia, namely IndoBarca. IndoBarca holds the Penya title, which was given directly by FC Barcelona as an official community and, to this day, a chapter (representative, section) in almost all of Indonesia. This research aims to discover how para chapter from the IndoBarca community build their identity on Instagram. This research uses observations on each of the three Instagram accounts IndoBarca and data collection techniques through documentation and observation. The research results show that each chapter of IndoBarca is trying to construct its identity differently from chapter other. To show every chapter using regional icons in the middle of the IndoBarca logo, using specific colors for content uploaded on Instagram, differentiating content from attributes membership, and carrying out activities (events) for members.

Semiotic Analysis of the Meaning of Masculinity in the Lyrics of the song "Risalah Hati" DEWA 19
Music is a medium for communication, music is also often used as a means to encourage sympathy about the reality that is happening. Because music is played from children to adults, from waking up to before going to bed. Thus, music can also be an inspiration for people who listen to it, because the music played encourages someone to act, behave, and can even change their lifestyle. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis technique. Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic theory focuses on signified and signified as well as syntagmatic and paradigmatic relationships. This research found that the meaning of masculinity in the lyrics of the song "Risalah Hati" by Dewa 19 illustrates that someone living in the world is always in pairs. A form of strength (power) from a man, an aura of courage, aggression, and emphasis on every action becomes something meaningful when a man is in love. Masculinity in the lyrics of the song "Risalah Hati" also teaches us how to be rational in loving ourselves and loving others.

Gen Z’s Motives to Watch Beauty Vlogger Content : (More than just Entertainment)
Recently, following and watching content from beauty vloggers has become one of the most common activities done by Generation Z through various social media platforms. Apart from entertainment purposes, following and watching content from beauty vloggers is done with various motives and reasons. This research specifically aims to find out the motives of Generation Z in Jakarta in following and consuming content produced by beauty vloggers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The data were analyzed using Alfred Schutz's phenomenological method. The findings of this study show that there are three typification of informants in this research based on their motives: entertainment seekers, information and reference seekers and role model seekers.

Hubungan Pengetahuan Gizi Dengan Pemilihan Makanan Balita Di Kalurahan Margokaton, Seyegan, Sleman, Yogyakarta
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi yang dibutuhkan balita sesuai umur dan perkembangannya, 2) Cara ibu memilih makanan untuk balita, 3) Menganalisis ada tidaknya hubungan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan pemilihan makanan balita di Dusun Ngaran dan Sonoharjo, Margokaton, Seyegan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi Ibu-ibu Dusun Ngaran dan Sonoharjo, Sleman, Yogyakarta, yang memiliki balita usia 6 bulan hingga 5 tahun dengan jumlah 70 orang. Pengujian instrumen untuk uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan N = 41 dan taraf signifikan 5% maka r tabel = 0,273. Uji reabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dengan koefisien 0,848. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif (mean, median, modus, standar deviasi) dan analisis korelasi untuk mencari dua variabel dan uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment yang didahului dengan uji prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi di Dusun Ngaran dan Sonoharjo termasuk kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 51,2%. 2) pemilihan makanan balita yang dilakukan ibu di Dusun Ngaran dan Sonoharjo termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan frekuensi 48,8%. 3) Adanya hubungan yang positif antara pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan pemilihan makanan balita dengan perhitungan hasil r hitung 0,614 dengan N=41 pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 0,273 atau disimpulkan r hitung sebesar 0,614 > 0,273
Efektivitas Ruang pada Revitalisasi Pasar Tradisional dengan Fasilitas Modern di Bali dari Sudut Pandang Perilaku Pengguna : Studi Kasus : Pasar Badung, Denpasar Bali
Kajian ini membahas efektivitas ruang pasar tradisional dengan fasilitas modern (Pasar Modern-Tradisional) berdasarkan perilaku pengguna menggunakan metode post-occupational evaluation (POE). Kajian ini difokuskan pada lokus yang representatif, yaitu Pasar Tradisional Badung sebagai kasusnya. Hasilnya ditemukan dengan mengamati perilaku pengguna dan melakukan analisis konten terhadap beberapa foto situasi terkini di Pasar Modern-Tradisional Badung. Temuan ini didukung dengan mewawancarai 50 pengguna Pasar Modern-Tradisional Badung secara acak, yang diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 kategori – penjual, pembeli reguler (harian), dan pembeli sesekali – untuk mengetahui persepsi dan preferensi pengguna. Membandingkan data untuk menentukan prioritas kebutuhan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan kebutuhan dasar ruang. Ternyata kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pasar tradisional Badung sebagai objek wisata mempengaruhi efektivitas tata ruang di dalamnya. Perancang berusaha mengakomodasi turis/pembeli sesekali namun kurang memperhatikan esensi dari daya tarik pasar tradisional itu sendiri. Studi ini dapat memberikan ide-ide alternatif sebagai dasar untuk merancang pasar tradisional secara efektif
Perancangan Alat Destilasi Untuk Mengubah Sampah Plastik Menjadi Bahan Bakar Minyak Prospektif Melalui Proses Pirolisis Bertingkat
Permintaan akan bahan bakar terus meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu, namun ketersediaannya semakin terbatas. Selain itu, meningkatnya jumlah limbah plastik di lingkungan masyarakat menjadi masalah yang semakin mendesak. Salah satu solusi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini adalah dengan mengubah limbah plastik menjadi bahan bakar melalui metode pirolisis plastik, sebuah pendekatan yang relatif sederhana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat atau perangkat yang mampu mengubah sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar minyak melalui proses pirolisis. Jenis plastik yang digunakan termasuk PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), dan PP (Polypropylene). Pendekatan penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, eksperimen, dan pengamatan terkait pengembangan alat destilasi untuk pengolahan sampah plastik. Desain alat yang terpilih mencakup satu tabung reaktor sebagai tempat pemanasan sampah plastik, dilengkapi dengan pipa aliran uap dan dua tabung kondensor yang berfungsi untuk mengkondensasikan sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar minyak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu dan desain yang tepat menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan alat destilasi. Proses konversi plastik menjadi minyak melalui metode pirolisis biasanya dilakukan pada suhu antara 200°C hingga 500°C. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan termasuk peningkatan suhu operasional alat destilasi dan penggunaan desain tungku yang dirancang khusus untuk menjaga stabilitas api meskipun terkena angin
PENGARUH MENONTON ANIMASI JEPANG DI INTERNET TERHADAP GAYA HIDUP WIBU DI YOGYAKARTA
Popular culture refers to those cultural elements that are best known, accepted, and consumed by the majority of society. It covers various aspects of daily life, such as music, films, television, fashion, food and other trends. Like this research, it focuses on three main operational indicators of anime consumption: preference, frequency, and attention. The sample consisted of 50 participants randomly selected from the wibu population during the Jejepangan cosplay event in Yogyakarta, with the aim of identifying and analyzing the influence of Japanese animation (anime) on the lifestyle behavior of wibu fans in Yogyakarta, especially in terms of consumption patterns, clothing choices, and merchandise purchases . This research uses a Likert scale questionnaire designed to measure the extent to which anime influences changes in consumption patterns, clothing choices and merchandise purchases. The results of the research, the results of statistical analysis in the F test, obtained an F value of 55.527 with a probability value (sig) = 0.000. It is known that Ftable with a total of 50 respondents is 4.04, so that the Fcount value > Ftable (55.527)> Ftable (4.04), and the sig value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or the value of 0.000<0.05. So it can be concluded that, variable x, namely the influence of watching Japanese animation on the internet (simultaneously), has a significant effect on variable y, namely the lifestyle of wibu in Yogyakarta. The conclusions of this study provide valuable insight into the influence of Japanese anime on the lifestyle of weibu individuals in Yogyakarta. These findings confirm the researchers' hypothesis that watching anime over the internet significantly influences weeaboo lifestyle choices, including clothing preferences, participation in events, and consumption patterns.

Manajemen Strategi dalam Pengendalian Risiko Kualitas pada Proses Produksi Kain di PT XYZ: Strategy Management in Quality Risk Control in the Fabric Production Process at PT XYZ
Industri tekstil berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu bagian industri tekstil adalah PT XYZ. Hasil produksi dari PT XYZ diataranya adalah kain kain rayon lebar RY30/RY30 805062. Pada proses produksi kain rayon lebar RY30/RY30 805062 mengalami beberapa kendala terutama terjadi cacat produksi. Alternatif strategi diperlukan dalam mengatasi kendala cacat produksi yang terjadi. Metode SWOT digunakan dalam membentuk alternatif strategi. Alternatif strategi yang terpilih dianalisis dengan metode decision tree. Atas rekomendasi PT XYZ dipilih tinggi alternatif dari nilai probabilitas tertinggi yaitu “memperhatikan kapasitas produksi ketika menerima pesanan”, “mengurangi jumlah complaint oleh pelanggan melalui zero cacat produksi” dan “memutus sementara pesanan pada siklus produksi saat ini”
Managing State Finances Amid Globalization; Challenges And Opportunities
The increasing complexity and dependency of the global financial system are among the impacts of globalization on Indonesia's financial management. Globalization is often associated with the economy, politics, and society globally. This phenomenon indicates an increasing interconnectedness between countries worldwide. As a result, globalization creates broader impacts, influencing nearly every aspect of human life at the local, national, and global levels. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a literature review method. The results show that state financial management must be carried out in an orderly manner, in compliance with laws and regulations, and executed with high efficiency, economy, and effectiveness. Human resource competence becomes a critical element of achieving optimal state financial management. Globalization, a complex phenomenon involving economic, political, social, and cultural integration worldwide, is a process that accelerates interactions and exchanges between individuals, companies, governments, and institutions across different parts of the world. Globalization has become a significant factor influencing the regulation of state financial management. In the era of globalization, Indonesia faces unique challenges and opportunities in managing its finances. Some affected aspects include economic dependency due to Indonesia's increasing global connectivity through international trade, foreign investment, and capital flows. This affects state revenue and fiscal policy, as global economic fluctuations can impact tax revenue, commodity prices, and domestic financial market conditions.
