Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Sepatu di Kawasan Kota Medan
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sepatu di Kota Medan merupakan salah satu jenis UMKM yang sangat berkaitan dengan perekonomian dari masyarakat serta menyumbangkan pertumbuhan di Kota Medan. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu UMKM sepatu yaitu UMKM Sepatu BJ. Bersaudara Jaya. UMKM sepatu tersebut masih memiliki kendala terhadap strategi dalam pengembangan usahanya selama terjadinya pandemi Covid- 19 pada faktor-faktor permasalahan yaitu pemasaran, modal, teknologi, sumber daya manusia, manajemen, produksi, maupun kemitraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan UMKM sepatu di Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Analisis SWOT bertujuan memberikan suatu panduan supaya lebih fokus melalui berbagai sudut pandang, baik dari segi kekuatan maupun kelemahan serta peluang ataupun ancaman maka diperlukan suatu strategi dalam pengembangannya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan nilai Matriks IE (Internal Eksternal) pada titik (2,93;3,59) berada di Sel II. Serta diagram analisis SWOT pada kuadran III titik (-0,43;0,55). Berdasarkan Matriks SWOT diperoleh strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunity) dengan fokus strategi dengan meminimalkan masalah dalam internal serta memaksimalkan peluang pasar yang ada dalam pengembangan UMKM sepatu di Kota Meda
Pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap customer satisfaction Starbucks di wilayah Bandung
One of the coffee beverage brands that has been named as a company that is able to provide the best service for consumers, but in terms of what kind of service and how is provided by Starbucks so that it can provide satisfaction for consumers with its products and can be named the company with the best service in its field. On that basis, this study aims to determine and analyze how customer relationship management affects customer satisfaction at Starbucks in the Bandung area. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory survey research techniques. The population of this research is Starbucks consumers with a sample of 100 respondents through non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling method. This research data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires to buyers of Starbucks products. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, which is assisted by the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 analysis tool. Implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Jawa Tengah Nomor 53 Tahun 2019 dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Tuksongo, Kabupaten Magelang
Regulation of the Governor of Central Java Province Number 53 of 2019 is one of the prerequisites in developing tourism villages in regencies/cities in the Central Java region. Implementation of these regulations is carried out by creating a classification of Tourism Villages periodically every 4 years to determine the range of values used as a reference, including determination, management, development, guidance, and supervision of the tourism village; provide guarantees of legal certainty in the management of tourism villages; and basic determination of government financial assistance for the management and development of tourism villages. This paper analyzes the implementation of regulation and its challenges by focusing on Tuksongo village. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research methodology. Findings show that based on the self-assessment on tourism village development, Tuksongo Village belongs to second category (developing) on the classification, which can be developed further to third category (developed) through improving several indicators: tourist attraction, accessibility, preservation and conservation of the environment, urban space planning, and village networking.

PENGEMBANGAN UMKM SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK WISATAWAN : (Studi Pada Desa Wisata Kampoeng Di Kalurahan Kampung Kapanewon Ngawen Kabupaten Gunungkidul)
Tourism development can bring many benefits and benefits to both a village and its community. It is hoped that this construction and development will be able to increase tourism, so that it can become a main sector in the development of community-managed businesses. Tourism development efforts can create jobs for people who have potential in micro, small and medium enterprises or other businesses. The method used is a qualitative approach by collecting interview data, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with several informants, including tourism village managers, tourism village actors, community service providers and visitors. In data analysis, researchers followed the flow of activities suggested by Miles and Huberman. The flow of activities consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions which are carried out simultaneously. The aim is to examine the potential of Kampoeng Tourism Village as an attractive tourism destination. And the role of the community and village institutions can contribute to the development and preservation of MSMEs and create structures that can increase village tourism potential.

Studi Prototipe Alat Pemintal Pelepah Pisang Bagi Kelompok Pengrajin Gedebog Pisang di Desa Kedungkeris
Banana trees are commonly found in the village of Kedungkeris, Nglipar District,Gunung Kidul Regency. The abundance of banana trees has not yet been utilized to itsfullest potential. After being cut down, the banana tree trunks are simply left to rot, eventhough they have economic value. The objectives of this activity are: 1) To transferknowledge and technology (IPTEKS) as a tangible manifestation of the Tri Dharma ofHigher Education carried out by lecturers from Universitas Widya Mataram, and 2) Tocreate a banana pseudostem spinner and test the tool. The methods used are: 1)Preparation and planning, 2) Designing, 3) Fabricating the tool, 4) Testing the tool, and5) Evaluating the results of the tool testing. The results of this activity indicate thatimprovements are needed in the braking system, the technique for connecting bananapseudostems, and the dryness level of the banana pseudostems
The creation of Pulesari Tourism Village involves social group interaction with local communities and self-confidence in circular economy
Pulesari Tourism Village offers several additional programs. It is a popular tourist destination because it thrives on community involvement. In addition, tourist cities are fashionable areas that attract visitors and influence their choice to visit modern tourist destinations. However, the amount of rubbish collected and the number of tourists increases. Therefore, it is essential to support environmental organizations in their efforts to keep areas tidy. To maintain the sustainability and cleanliness of tourist attractions, it is necessary to study the awareness of preserving ecological cleanliness through increasing self-confidence and social interaction regarding circular economy. This research used quantitative methodology and involved a total sample of 286 people, selected through systematic simple random sampling. The research sample objects include tourism awareness groups, youth organizations, farmer groups, farmer women's groups, and family empowerment and welfare. Purposive sampling was used to conduct research. Research data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression and Pearson correlation tests to determine the elements influencing social interaction and self-confidence about innovative (dependent) (independent) circular economy. Research findings show that although there is a weak correlation between social interaction and self-confidence, social interaction and self-confidence in responsible circular economy significantly impact maintaining the cleanliness of the tourist environment in the Pulesari tourist village. The conclusion explains that social interaction and confidence in circular economy are two ways to increase the number of tourist visits
Kandungan Gizi dan Daya Terima Cilok dengan Penambahan Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera)
Cilok merupakan makanan dengan bahan utama tapioka. Penggunaaan bahan berupa tapioka menyebabkan kandungan gizi yang dimiliki oleh bahan pangan tersebut kaya akan kadar karbohidrat tetapi protein, kalsium, besi, vitaminnya rendah sehingga diperlukan adanya diversifikasi agar dapat menunjang petumbuhan pada anak-anak. Peningkatan gizi dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan bahan-bahan yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang tinggi, sumber vitamin dan mineral misalnya kelor. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan
penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai “ Kandungan Gizi Dan Daya Terima Cilok dengan Penambahan Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera)”
Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal yaitu pengaruh konsentrasi penambahan kelor yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi penambahan daun kelor (0%; 2,5%; 5,0%; 7,5%; dan 10%). Masing-masing cilok yang dihasilkan dianalisa secara kimia (kadar air, kadar protein, kadar abu, kadar lemak, kadar karbohidrat dan kadar b Karoten) dan uji organoleptik dengan metode scoring meliputi warna, rasa, dan tekstur, dan uji hedonic (kesukaan keseluruhan). Tiap perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan Analisis of Varians (ANOVA), apabila terdapat perbedaan antara perlakuan dilakukan uji lanjutan dengan Metode Duncan`s Multiple Ranges Test (DMRT) pada jenjang 5%
Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Penumpang Terhadap Pelayanan Sisi Darat (Landside) Di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta Menggunakan Metode CSI Dan IPA
Bandar udara memegang peranan penting dalam menyediakan layanan transportasi udara. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada penumpang di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta maka pihak bandara perlu mengetahui atribut-atribut apa saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan untuk memberikan kepuasan pelayanan kepada penumpang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada penumpang keberangkatan dan kedatangan di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode CSI untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang secara keseluruhan, dan dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode IPA untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan yang kemudian diolah menjadi Diagram Kartesius. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data metode CSI yaitu sebesar 79,62% dikategorikan puas, dan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode IPA dari 20 atribut terdapat 2 atribut dalam kuadran I yang berarti harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan, yaitu atribut ketersediaan dan kemudahan mendapatkan transportasi darat ke/dari bandara dan atribut keamanan dan kenyamanan di area terminal bandara
Penentuan Strategi Pemasaran Pada Perusahaan Distributor Makanan Ringan
Persaingan antar pasar industri dalam sektor makanan dan minuman semakin kompetitif. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya perusahaan dalam negeri maupun luar negeri yang bermain dalam sektor makanan minuman dan selalu memproduksi jenis makanan dan minuman yang jenisnya beraneka ragam. PT X sebagai distributor produk makanan ringan perlu melakukan analisis strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk. Metode analisis yang sesuai digunakan dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap kondisi ril perusahaan adalah metode Quantitative Strategi Planning Matrix (QSPM). Berdasarkan dari hail pegolahan data diperoleh nilai IFE sebesar 2,66 sedangkan untuk nila EFE sebesar 3,27. Pada matriks IE yaitu menempatkan perusahaan berada pada sel I yang disebut strategi tumbuh dan kembangkan. Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh pada matriks QSPM didapatkan alternative strategi yang paling menarik dan di prioritaskan untuk dilakukan perusahaan yaitu melakukan kerjasama dengan principle untuk mendistribusikan produk tic-tic ke toko retail online. Dengan nilai TAS 7,810. Strategi yang kedua yaitu memperluas jaringan distribusi ke toko retail yang ada di Batam dengan nilai TAS 7,221. Strategi ketiga membuat iklan di media sosial dengan nilai TAS 6,783. Dan strategi yang terakhir yaitu memberikan diskon dengan nilai TAS 6,158
Boarding House Property Market Trends and Investor Preferences in Boarding House Development: A Comparative Study with Web Scraping
The development of the education industry and other supporting sectors scattered in the Sleman Regency - Indonesia has influenced the mushrooming of boarding houses. It is essential to use business intelligence for boarding house investors to analyze market trends to produce a boarding property business that is not inferior to its competitors. This study aims to contribute to the boarding house investors to obtain information on the characteristics, relationships, and effects of boarding house facilities on the rental prices set to remain competitive in the market. A total of 658 boarding house data from an e-commerce platform was extracted using business intelligence web scraping to determine the characteristics of the boarding house market trend in Sleman Regency. Multinomial Logistic Regression was used to find out the facilities for rooms, bathrooms, shared services and equipment, and common rooms, making the difference in rental prices for superior, exclusive, intermediate, and standard boarding house classes. The Multinomial Logistic Regression analysis results revealed that boarding houses with high rental prices were more concerned with things directly felt by tenants (everything about their room needs). Meanwhile, boarding houses with affordable rental prices prioritized things that general tenants could use/utilized
