Market share analysis of vitamin C products using the Markov chain method and marketing strategy using SOAR analysis
Get PDFMarket Share is frequently used to indicate market competitiveness to record how well and rapidly a company is developing compared to its rivals. Vitamin products are presently a popular item among many consumers. 73% of Indonesians consumed many supplements during the Covid-19 virus pandemic, according to a survey conducted by PT Neurosensum Technology International, a market research firm based on neuroscience and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The survey covered 500 sample sizes and found that 94% of respondents consumed vitamin C during a pandemic. According to data from Top Brand, the top five products from 2018 to 2022 are Vitacimin, Enervon-C, You C1000, Redoxon, and Vicee. It is a well-known fact that Vitamin C's market share fluctuates wildly from year to year. This study employs the Markov Chain and SOAR techniques to generate some alternative marketing strategies. The results indicated that the prediction of the percentage of market share until equilibrium conditions were reached was obtained in the 28th period of March 2025, with Vitacimin at 41%, Enervon C at 13%, You C1000 at 23%, Redoxon at 11%, and Vicee at 12%. The Redoxon product was then analyzed using SOAR analysis, and eight alternative marketing strategies were developed
Pengaruh daya tarik iklan di sosial media Instagram terhadap minat beli konsumen produk Innisfree
Get PDFConsumers have a tendency to develop an intention to buy a product after seeing product advertisements in various electronic media, one of which is through Instagram social media. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of advertising attractiveness on Instagram social media on consumer buying interest in Innisfree products. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires to respondents which consist of several statements. The population in this study were consumers of Innisfree products with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis which is processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 analysis tool. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Advertising variable on consumer buying interest. This research is expected to provide a number of theoretical and practical guidelines on how entrepreneurs can effectively implement advertisements on the Instagram social media platform to attract consumer buying interest

Get PDFEconomic development in Indonesia with technological advances has a significant impact. Innovation and new technological breakthroughs today in the financial sector using Fintech or financial technology. Fintech initially only existed in the conventional financial system, but along with the times, fintech has now entered the Islamic financial system. The purpose of this study is to analyze fintech in the economy in Indonesia through an Islamic perspective. The type of research used is to use literature studies obtained from various sources. This research is descriptive and qualitative. The data used is secondary data. The data collection technique is to use literature review to examine the theoretical basis related to fintech concepts and mechanisms that are currently developing rapidly in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. As well as knowledge of the development of sharia fintech as the main basis for building correlations between practice and theory based on Islamic perspectives. This research produces Fintech in an Islamic perspective, offering alternative choices to people who use financial technology services, especially for people who want to avoid the trap of usury, because the fact that occurs almost entirely contains elements of usury. However, muamalah is not only important in terms of economic value but must also be of worship value so that muamalah activities become a blessing of participation
Profiling dan pemetaan riset innovation ambidexterity melalui pendekatan bibliometrik
Get PDFThis study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of current conditions and future research potential in innovative ambidexterity research. To achieve this goal, this study uses a bibliometric approach, the data sources used are secondary data sources, where the data used is in the form of 81 research articles taken in the Scopus database. In addition, selected articles are published by well-known publishers, namely Elsevier, Inderscience Publishers, Springer, Emerald, Routledge, Cogent, and Sage Publications. The results of the co-occurrence analysis and thematic map outline various emerging research topics in its clusters. Dimanqa cluster 1 covers issues such as Construction Industry, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Innovation, Finance, Functional Laterity, Hemispheric Dominance, Human Resources Management, Management Practice, Manufacturing, Microfoundation, Open Innovation, Performance, Social Capital, and Sustainability. Cluster 2 raised topics such as business development, competitiveness, digital transformation, information management, information processing, innovation performance, investment, marketing, organizational framework, performance assessment, regression analysis, social network, and sustainability development. Meanwhile, cluster 3 highlights The third cluster consists of empirical analysis, entrepreneurial orientation, exploitation, exploration, industrial performance, intellectual capital, pharmaceutical industry, strategic entrepreneuship, technological development. The fourth cluster consists of business performance, dynamic capabilities, enterprise resource management, industrial management, information analysis, knowledge management, knowledge transfer, least squares approxima, radical innovation. Meanwhile, the fifth cluster consists of connectedness, decision making, environmental dynamis, firm performance, knowledge management, technological innovation, top management team. And, the seventh cluster consists of competitive intensity. Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between diet and physical activity with the nutritional status of adolescents at Muhammadiyah Boarding School, Pleret, Bantul, Yogyakarta, in 2023. This study uses a type of quantitative research with data collection carried out in this study using a cross sectional design. The source of research data comes from primary data, namely observation, documentation, and filling out questionnaires. The total sample used was 78 students.The results of the Chi-Square test analysis on the correlation between diet and nutritional status of adolescents at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Pleret showed a significant value of 0.000, meaning the P value is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the Chi-Square test for physical activity showed a significant value of 0.033, with a P value of 0.033 < 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected, indicating a significant correlation between diet, physical activity, and nutritional status of adolescents at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Pleret in 2023

Get PDFFinancial reporting quality and ownership structure are critical factors that can influence investment efficiency in companies. However, the findings of this study indicate that neither financial reporting quality nor ownership structure significantly impacts investment efficiency in Indonesian companies. Financial reporting quality was assessed based on timeliness, conservatism, and accrual quality, while ownership structure was evaluated through managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and block ownership. Investment efficiency was measured using the residual approach, identifying overinvestment and underinvestment through an investment regression model. Secondary data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period were analyzed using multiple linear regression with firm size and leverage as control variables. Despite the lack of significant statistical influence, this study emphasizes the importance of maintaining high-quality financial reporting and balanced ownership structures to support effective corporate governance. Practical implications suggest that companies should continue prioritizing transparency and accountability, as these remain vital for creating conditions conducive to optimal investment decisions and fostering investor trust in Indonesian corporate practices
THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION TO HANDLE CONFLICT: (Case study of Mixed-Use Building in the Engineering Department at The Rich Jogja Hotel and Jogja City Mall)
Get PDFThe Rich Jogja Hotel and Jogja City Mall are subsidiaries of PT. Garuda Mitra Sejati (GMS). This hotel and mall are unique because they carry the concept of a mixed-use building, which turned out to cause many problems, including (1) electricity, (2) evacuation routes, and (3) plumbing. This research uses a qualitative case study method to determine the role of organizational communication in handling conflict in engineering departments at The Rich Jogja Hotel and Jogja City Mall through concepts of mixed-use buildings. The research results show that intensive communication has been carried out by the hotel, mall, and holding teams, such as organizing open forums or sharing sessions with employees. Even in handling problems, company leaders still do not involve all parties, but only those relevant to the conflict.

Correlation of Interest, Knowledge, and Local Wisdom in Implementation Sustainable Development Goals
Get PDFThe SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) program continues the MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) which ended in 2015. Both agendas take the form of sustainable development programs designed by the UNDP (the United Nations Development Program) from the perspective of developed countries. In Indonesia, the sustainable development agenda, especially the SDGs, has been implemented to date but has experienced various obstacles related to issues of public interest and knowledge of the SDGs, as well as the lack of local wisdom values in SDGs programs. Therefore, this research examines the correlation of the extent to which people are interested in acquiring knowledge of sustainable development according to the SDGs framework, including aspects of local wisdom in the SDGs agenda. Data was obtained through a survey of 100 respondents in Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region, and then analyzed to see the correlation between interest, knowledge, and local wisdom within the SDGs' sustainable development framework. The research results show that the knowledge related to sustainable development has a positive and significant relationship with interest in the SDGs, including the high level of public understanding of the SDGs program. Apart from that, the level of knowledge of local wisdom is positively and significantly correlated with interest in the SDGs. This can be seen from the fact that people with a high understanding of local wisdom are highly interested in SDGs programs.

Analisis Peran Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKPPD) dalam Pengembangan Karir Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Kabupaten Magelang
Get PDFThe number of Civil Servants in Magelang Regency as of 2020 is 6,932 people. Apart from that, the influx of additional personnel is 2,213 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). Based on this data, it creates an opportunity for BKPPD Magelang Regency to hold a Career Development program for State Civil Apparatus to be able to improve employee performance by filling strategic positions in the government such as functional positions and other positions and ranks. This research aims to explain and analyze the role of the Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKPPD) in the career development of civil servants in the Magelang Regency environment. The research was carried out using qualitative research methods and was based on Jim Ife's role theory, namely the facilitative role and technical role and used purposive sampling and simple random sampling informant selection techniques. The research results show that the steps taken by the BKPPD of Magelang Regency, namely as a facilitator, include a functional position development program and structuring of ASN starting from increasing capabilities through education and training to improving services through service innovation such as providing administrative services which are not only implemented on the table but are already implemented. innovate with technological developments and are supported by technical activities through self-development activities such as through education and training activities which aim to shape the character of ASN so that they have the spirit of being a public servant while at the same time enhancing the integrity and professionalism of ASN's performance.
