The Central Bureau of Statistics is an organization that has been established based on Presidential Regulation Number 86 of 2007 concerning the Central Statistics Agency and the Regulation of the Head of the Central Statistics Agency Number 7 of 2008 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of The Central Statistics Agency located in Kerinci Regency. The formulation of the research problem, namely, what is the Quality, Quantity and Performance (K3) of Employees at the Central Statistics Agency of Kerinci Regency? The research objective is to see the quality, quantity and performance (K3) of the employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Kerinci Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interview guides to 7 informants who refer to the research indicators, namely 1. Knowledge. 2. Skills. 3. Capability 4. Number of Hours Worked. 5. Use of time. 6. Responsibility. 7. Quantity of work. 8. Work quantity. 9. Punctuality of time. 10. Work effectiveness. 11. Independence. 12. Work Commitment. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants’ answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the interpreter of the researcher. It is known that the Quality, Quantity and Performance (K3) of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kerinci Regency have been carried out properly according to its rules and main duties, only one research indicator that has not been implemented is the indicator of independence. Where employees are not all independent in carrying out tasks such as new employees and employees who occupy a room or work with new job duties. For this reason, the authors suggest that employees at the Central Statistics Agency of Kerinci Regency can maintain and continue to strive to continue to do innovation and creativity in work and increase employee Independence

The formulation of the research problem is, What is the Function of the DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City)? The research objective is to determine the function of DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City). This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interview guides to 5 informants referring to 5 research indicators, namely 1. Agenda setting process 2. Policy formulation process 3. Policy adoption process 4. Policy implementation process and 5. Policy evaluation process. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the interpreter of the researcher. It is known that the function of DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City) of the five research indicators four indicators are well implemented, namely for the indicators of the policy formulation process, the policy adoption process, the policy implementation process, and the policy evaluation process while the process indicators The formulation of policies has not been carried out properly and this is in line with the theory of Purwo's opinion which the author makes as a proposal in research indicators. For this reason, the authors suggest that the function of DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process in Sungai Penuh City can be improved so that it can be maximized in carrying out its function in policy making

Berbagai macam upaya yang mereka lakukan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan di semua jenjang. Mulai dari penetapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan sampai pada peningkatan Akreditasi lembaga pendidikan. Komunikasi sebagai sarana peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan upaya atau salah satu cara peningkatan mutu di dalam dunia pendidikan.
Para ahli sepakat bahwa komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam pendidikan. Sebab, komunikasi yang baik akan membentuk hubungan yang baik. Baik itu guru dengan muridnya atau murid dengan gurunya. Guru dituntut berperan aktif dalam proses belajar-mengajar terutama dalam proses belajar mengajar tatap muka. Guru dituntut sebagai perancang pembelajaran (designer of intruction), guru sebagai pengelola pembelajaran (manager of Instruction), guru sebagai pengarah pembelajaran, dan guru sebagai konselor dan lain sebagainya. Dalam menerapkan beragam hal tugas seorang guru, perlunya komunikasi yang efektif dalam proses belajar-mengajar antara murid dan guru. Sehingga tujuan peningkatan dari mutu di lembaga kependidikan bisa tercapai.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis memaparkan betapa pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif di dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Untuk membantu penulis di dalam memaparkan korelasi antara komunikasi dengan pendidikan, maka penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif
Konsep Jihad dalam Tafsir Al-Maraghi (Studi Tafsir Tematik Tentang Jihad dalam QS. At-Taubah)
Get PDFArtikel ini membahas tentang Konsep Jihad dalam Tafsir al-Maragi (Studi Tafsir Tematik tentang Jihad dalam QS. At-Taubah). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap: 1) Konsep jihad dalam surah at-Taubah pada tafsir al-Maragi, dan 2) Relevansi jihad dengan konteks masa kini menurut tafsir al-Maragi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode penelitian tematik surah. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer, yaitu Tafsir al-Maragi, sedangkan sumber data sekunder, yaitu Kitab al-Mu’jam al-Mufahrasy li al-Fazdil Quran Karim, ensiklopedia, jurnal dan literatur yang relevan dengan jihad. Teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan studi dokumen, yang dianalisis menggunakan langkah-langkah dalam metode tematik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Adapun al-Maragi membagi konsep menjadi beberapa bagian: a. Objek jihad yakni orang-orang musyrik, munafik dan kafir. b. Media jihad seperti harta dan diri mereka. c. Cara berjihad: untuk melawan orang-orang kafir dan munafik yaitu berjihad dengan tangan dan berjihad dengan lisan. d. Macam-macam jihad: jihad yang haq dengan tujuan untuk membatalkan yang batil. e. Tujuan berjihad atau berjuang di jalan Allah yaitu merupakan jalan untuk memelihara keberadaan umat dan ketinggian kalimatnya, membersihkan mereka dari keimanan yang lemah dan kelalaian terhadap hak-hak Islam, menegakkan neraca keadilan, serta menegakkan yang haq. f. Keutamaan jihad yaitu lebih agung derajatnya, kemuliaannya, tinggi kedudukannya dalam martabat keutamaan dan kesempurnaan, lebih besar pahalanya, menikmati kesenangan di dunia, serta Allah menjanjikan bahwa yang berjihad akan memperoleh berbagai kebahagiaan abadi di akhirat. Dengan melihat beberapa konsep yang ditawarkan tafsir al-Maragi apabila telah mengikuti cara yang tertera di atas. Get PDFTulisan ini mengkaji tentang metode, pendekatan dan corak tafsir Alquran. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna-makna dari metode, pendekatan dan corak ketika hendak melakukan penelitian tafsir, untuk mengupas tentang metode, pendekatan dan corak dalam tafsir Alquran. Dari pembahasan dalam tulisan ini, dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa: pertama, metode tafsir adalah suatu cara, langkah-langkah ataupun kerangka yang harus ditempuh ketika melakukan penafsiran Alquran, sehingga dalam hal ini terdapat beberapa metode penafsiran Alquran, yaitu; metode tafsir tahlili, ijmali, muqaran, maudhu’iy dan hermeneutika. Kedua; pendekatan tafsir adalah sudut pandang dari prosesnya tafsir dan dari pendekatan itu akan membuahkan corak, sehingga antara pendekatan dan corak tafsir itu saling keterkaitan antara keduanya. Adapun pendekatan dalam tafsir adalah pendekatan tekstual, kontekstual, bahasa, historis dan sosio-historis. The formulation of the research problem, namely, how are the general principles of public services at the Kerinci Regency Industry and Trade Service. The objective of the research is to find out the general principles of public services in the Kerinci Regency Industry and Trade Service. This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interview guides to 7 informants referring to 6 research indicators, namely 1. Transparency 2. Accountability 3. Conditional 4. Participation 5. Non-Discriminatory. 6. Balance of Rights and Obligations. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the interpretative researcher. It is known that the General Principles of Public Service at the Industry and Trade Office of Kerinci Regency, from the six research indicators, five indicators are well implemented, namely accountability, conditionality, participation, non-discrimination and balance of rights and obligations, while transparency indicators have not been maximally implemented. For this reason, the authors suggest that the General Principles of Public Service in the Kerinci Regency Industry and Trade Service can be improved so that they are more transparent in providing services to the community

The reality that occurs until now there are still complaints from the community such as the unknown requirements, convoluted and also uncertainty in the administration of administration and the attitude of government officials who are less responsive to what is the needs of each community. In carrying out public services there is a tendency for injustice to exist in public services where people classified as poor will find it difficult to obtain services. The approach used in this study is a qualitative study, because it determines and reports the existing situation according to its reality and by measuring it. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the Active Role of Youth in the Era of Globalization in the Development of the Muara Semerah Air Warm Village in Kerinci Regency, using data collection techniques through field studies namely conducting direct interviews with Youth in the Development of the Muara Semerah Air Warm Water Village in Kerinci Regency and literature study by reading documents relating to the problem under study to look for concepts, theories, opinions or findings related to the subject matter.
Based on the results of the study, it was concluded, about the Active Role of Youth in the Era of Globalization in the Development of the Muara Semerah Air Warm Village in Kerinci District, the lack of active role of young people in various village activities such as Musrenbang, mutual cooperation, management of the village community, and so forth. Young people are also not involved in the ranks of village administrators, resulting in the estuarine genreta as red as a vacuum, on the other hand genreta also does not carry out activities such as recitation, holding inter-household tournaments, social activities. From these phenomena the researcher has obtained the answer, namely from the results of the study with the interview above, namely the authority of the active role of the globalization era youth in Muara Semerah, the warm water district of Kerinci district which is still very low, due to the lack of active youth in village activities and village government. Here it is clear that inactive youth organizations then become vacuum without any activities and lack of synchronization between village government and youth organizations
