Recorded as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia always makes improvements in the development of halal tourism, one example is on the island of Madura, especially in Bangkalan, namely the Mangrove Education Park Tourism which is in Labuhan Village, Sepulu District, Bangkalan Regency. This research was conducted to determine the tourism potential of the Mangrove Education Park in becoming a halal tourist destination. By using a research method that is descriptive qualitative and using a field study approach, it is hoped that this research can increase readers' understanding of halal tourist destinations and tourism potential that can have the opportunity to become halal tourist destinations
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS’ ATTITUDES TOWARD ENGLISH WRITING AT ENGLISH STUDY PROGRAM IN JAMBI UNIVERSITY: SINTHYA PRALINDA, REKO HARY PUTRA.
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to investigate the undergraduate students’ attitudes toward English writing in the English Study Program at Jambi University. This research was quantitative research with a survey approach through a questionnaire. The sample of this research was 43 third-semester students of Regular (classes A and B) chosen by using a total sampling technique. The data in this research were obtained through 18 questions of the questionnaire adopted from Ansarimoghaddam & Tan’s research (2014).
The finding showed that undergraduate students’ attitudes toward English writing at the English Study Program in Jambi University are positive in the three components of attitudes (cognitive, affective, and behavior). From the all components, the average total mean distribution was 2.6137. Whereas from each component, like in cognitive aspects, the average of students’ responses was 2.5514. This aspect is defined as how capable someone is of the activity. Next, in the affective aspect, the average of students’ responses for this aspect was 2.6163. This aspect is defined as how the activities in English writing make the students feel. Last, in behavior aspects, the average of students’ responses was 2.6733. This aspect is defined as when the students need to determine how they should behave toward a certain thing, in this case English writing. It also talks about their experience with this thing
Contextual Interpretation: Correlation of KH Bisri Mustafa’s Interpretation and Abdullah Saeed’s Contextual Approach to Q.S. Yūsuf: 55
Get PDFAbstract.Interpretive works in the archipelago are often influenced by the subjectivity of mufassir. This can be seen from the language and script used in writing the interpretation, as well as the local issues included in the interpretation, one of which is the interpretation of Al-Ibrīz by K.H. Bisri Musthafa. The authorship of subjectivity in interpretation is inevitable, it is argued by Abdullah Saeed in his contextual approach that the first step that an interpreter must pay attention to is to understand the subjectivity of the mufassir. In his interpretation of Q.S Yūsuf: 55, K.H. Bisri Musthafa allows a person to ask for a position, but he also presents a hadith that forbids asking for office. To produce a contemporary meaning and become a solution to current social problems, the author will also read the verse through the contextual approach of Abdullah Saeed. This article aims to see how the interpretation of Q.S Yūsuf: 55 in the interpretation of Al-Ibrīz and also in the contextual approach of Abdullah Saeed. Then the author also wants to show the correlation between the results of the interpretation of the two. The method used in this study is descriptive-analytical, the results of which will expose the contextual correlation of the interpretation of KH. Bisri Musthafa and the results of interpretation through Saeed's contextual approach to Q.S Yūsuf: 55. The results of this study prove that the moral ideal of the verse is that a Muslim is required to participate in advancing the life of the nation and state while volunteering as a leader is one of the wasīlaḥ in achieving that goal.
 
DIGNIFYING THE INSTITUTION OF FATWA ACCORDING TO THE PERSPECTIVE OF QAWAID FIQHIYYAH: MEMARTABATKAN INSTITUSI FATWA MENURUT PERSPEKTIF QAWAID FIQHIYYAH
Get PDFFatwa is very important to the Muslim especially in facing the modern life nowadays. This is because there are many new things that require the latest fatwas to facilitate the affairs of the lives of Muslims. Therefore, the fatwa institution needs to be elevated as respected and revered organization. This study aims to see the ways that can be used to elevate the institution of fatwa from the point of view of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah. The form of this study is qualitative which gathers information from the books of turath, contemporary books, scholarly studies, as well as current fatwas related to fatwas, fatwa institutions and Qawaid Fiqhiyyah. All this information will be examined to get the best worldview related to the steps that can be taken to elevate the institution of fatwa from the perspective of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah. The results show that Qawaid Fiqhiyyah can be a guiding instrument to elevate the institution of fatwa. In conclusion, the application of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah needs to be expanded in the form of action and implementation in all fatwa institutions
PENGARUH LABEL HALAL TERHADAP PENDAPATAN AGROINDUSTRI OBAT TRADISIONAL DAN TANAMAN REMPAH DI MADURA
Get PDFMadura memiliki potensi pengembangan agroindustri obat tradisional dan tanaman rempah. Peluang pengembangan usaha kecil obat tradisional di Madura sebagai penyokong ekonomi rumah tangga masyarakat masih terbuka luas, juga mengingat Madura memiliki banyak tanaman obat-obatan yang turun temurun dan sudah banyak digunakan untuk kesehatan dan kecantikan. Suatu usaha dalam menghasilkan keuntungan membutuhkan manajemen yang baik seperti memberikan label halal terhadap produk yang ia produksi, sehingga memberikan efek yang berbeda dengan produk yang belum memiliki label halal.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal terhadap pendapatan agroindustri obat tradisional dan tanaman rempah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik analsis data yaitu analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM yaitu model persamaan struktural untuk mengembangkan atau memprediksi suatu teori yang sudah ada. Model persamaan yang dianalisis adalah model bagian luar (outer model), model bagian dalam (inner model) dan pengujian hipotesis.
Hasil analisis PLS, menunjukkan bahwa parameter estimasi antara X dengan Y adalah sebesar -0,530. Dengan taraf signifikansi 0,050 (5%), didapat nilai p-value = 0,029 atau <0,001, dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Label Halal (X) terhadap Pendapatan Agroindustri (Y)
Ratib Tegak in Kerinci: Between Spirituality, Local Wisdom and Character Values in the Younger Generation
Get PDFRatib saman (Ratib tegak) is one of the local wisdoms of the Kerinci people which still exists today. Even though there are some criticisms of this ratib, the community still maintains and preserves this ratib and even makes it a ritual with a specific function and purpose. There are at least three things that are examined in this article, namely spirituality, local wisdom and character values contained in the Ratib Tegak ceremony. This study uses a qualitative research design with a realist ethnographic approach. The research informants consisted of traditional leaders, clerics, ratib saman actors, and community leaders using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using analytical techniques from Miles and Huberman with three stages, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Ratib tegak tradition contains elements of spirituality which the community believes is a form of obedience and obedience to the Almighty. It contains character values that need to be applied to the younger generation which includes four aspects, namely thought, heart, exercise and taste

Di dunia investasi setiap kegiatan usaha berjalan dengan cepat dan juga dinamis, dengan persaingan usaha akan memacu para pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas produknya agar menarik keran investasi dari para investor. Persaingan usaha yang dikehendaki tentu bukanlah persaingan yang semena dan sewenang-wenang yang tidak memperhatikan berbagai pihak yang terlibat khususnya masyarakat, hal ini sejalan dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh Pasal 33 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 yang pada dasarnya mengingikan ekonomi kerakyatan di lingkup dunia usaha dan lain-lain, akan tetapi walaupun amanat UUD ini sudah ada sejak pertama lahirnya kemerdekaan Indonesia namun pada kenyataanya aturan atau regulasi hukum mengenai persaingan usaha ini baru dapat dibentuk pasca runtuhnya orde baru yaitu tahun 1999. aspek investasi dari investor kurang tersentuh dengan baik, karena itulah perlu untuk dikaji lebih mendalam mengenai hal tersebut untuk melihat aspek perundang-undangan tentang larangan praktek monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat didalam investasi, sehingga nanti dapat dilihat bagaimana pengaruh aspek hukum persaingan usaha mengatur kegiatan usaha dalam berinvestasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dimana metode ini digunakan untuk melihat fenomena yang terjadi dalam suatu aturan perundang-undangan hingga nanti ditemukan masalah untuk dicarikan solusinya. Aspek terpenting dalam penanaman modal adalah investasi yag dilakukan oleh investor, baik investor asing maupun investor swasta yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh laba atau keuntungan. Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 masih tergantung pada beberapa faktor, yakni kemampuan dari undang-undang itu sendiri untuk memberikan sejumlah rambu-rambu sebagai pengaturannya, kedua, usaha untuk menjadikan aturan undang-undang ini menjadi undang-undang yang megatur persoalan bisnis di negara Indonesia memerlukan waktu, artinya aturan ini harus ditindak lanjuti dengan reformasi hukum bisnis pada umumnya.

Signifikansi Pemilihan Kata Tijārah dalam Q.S. Aṣ-Ṣaff [61]: 10-11 (Studi Analisis Hermeneutika Ma’nā-Cum-Maghzā)
Get PDFThis article examines the main message (maghzā) of the choice of the word tijārah in Q.S Aṣ-Ṣaff (61): 10-11. Armed with an understanding that the Qur'an did not come down in a vacuum, its verses will respond to the conditions of Arab society at the time of revelation. Commerce is the livelihood of the Arab community, especially the residents of the city of Mecca. For this reason, the issue of commerce cannot be separated from the context of the revelation of the Qur'an. Commerce in Arabic is defined as tijārah, this word can then be used as the key to see how the Qur'an responds to Arab commerce and provides guidance through it. To find the significance of the use of the word tijārah in the verse, this study uses a ma'nā-cum-maghzā hermeneutic approach. A balanced interpretation method that combines text and context, as well as the past and the present to produce a contextual interpretation. As a result, the use of the word tijārah in this verse is not without meaning, but contains two main messages. First, the shift in perspective (worldview); namely from commerce that is quantitative-material (worldly) to non-material-qualitative (spiritual) commerce. Second, the command to carry out meaningful commerce in totality; namely by strengthening faith in Allah and the Messenger of Allah and fighting in the way of Allah with all his wealth and body and soul
PENGGUNAAN E-COMMERCE DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SEKTOR UMKM
Get PDFUMKM are one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy, but the dilemma is the minimal use of technology by UMKM amid ongoing global competition. This study aims to provide awareness to both UMKM and stakeholders about the importance of using technology in advancing the economy. The method used is literature study with reference sources from several articles available online. The results showed that there was still a lack of interest in the use of technology coupled with inadequate facilities. So it can be concluded that there are still many UMKM in areas that still use traditional methods. The author suggests to increase the supporting facilities by stakeholders for the sustainability of the welfare of the small community
