Isu Terorisme Dalam Bingkai Majalah Isra’ (Analisis Framing Berita Terorisme Pada Majalah Isra’ Rubrik ‘Suara Khadijah’)
Full text linkThis study wants to answer how Isra Magazine 'frames the issue of terrorism' in the 'Voice of Khadijah' rubric. This study uses a qualitative approach by analyzing news texts on the issue of terrorism using framing device Robert N. Enmant as an analytical tool, namely Define Problem, Causal Interpretation, Moral Evaluation, and Treatment Recommendation. The results of this study found three main frames in the coverage of Isra' Magazine related to the issue of terrorism, namely, first, violations of legal procedures. Police officers (especially Detachment 88) violated legal procedures in an effort to deal with suspected terrorist acts, both in terms of raids, arrests, detentions, and trials. Second, violations of human rights (HAM). The alleged perpetrators of terrorism and their families have become victims of human rights violations by the police and mainstream media reports. Third, the mainstream media is not neutral and objective in covering terrorism. The coverage carried out by the mainstream media often discredits suspected terrorist acts and their families. The mainstream media is accused of being just a mouthpiece for the government, in this case the police. Thus, it can be concluded that Isra' Magazine's position in looking at terrorism issues is that there is a tendency for Isra' Magazine to “defend” suspected terrorist acts and place state apparatus and mainstream media as sources of problems, even though from the beginning they emphasized that there was no special agenda to defend terrorism
Analysis of Character Education Values in the Film Iqro: The Adventure of Reaching for the Stars by Iqbal Alfajri
No full textThis study analyzes character education values in the Indonesian film Iqro: Petualangan Meraih Bintang directed by Iqbal Alfajri. The research aims to explain the relevance of character education values, the strategies used by the grandfather character to internalize those values to his granddaughter, and the specific character traits depicted in the film. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis, the study applies Roland Barthes’ semiotic theory focusing on denotation and connotation to interpret scenes, dialogues, and symbols. The prim ary data source is the film itself, while secondary data are derived from relevant books, journal articles, and online resources. Findings reveal three main character education values strongly represented in the film: (1) perseverance, as seen in Aqila’s determination to prove astronomical facts and fulfill her grandfather’s requirement to learn the Qur’an before using the observatory telescope; (2) sincerity, reflected in the grandfather’s dedication to nurturing Aqila’s character and defending the Bosscha Observatory from threats of hotel construction; and (3) religious literacy, highlighted through the integration of Qur’anic verses with scientific learning about the universe. The study concludes that the film effectively conveys Islamic character education through relatable narratives, inspiring young audiences to combine knowledge seeking with moral and spiritual growth. These findings imply that films with moral and educational content can be an effective medium for character building in Islamic education contexts
LEVEL OF PERCEIVED BEHAVIOURAL CONTROL AND ITS IMPACT ON JAWI ACCEPTANCE AMONG INDIANS COMMUNITY IN MALAYSIA: Mohd Khairull bin Ab Ghani
Full text linkThe issue of introducing the teaching of Jawi script or khat calligraphy in schools has become a serious issue, as it is facing intense opposition by the non-Malay-Muslims. The issue of introducing a six-page lesson on khat calligraphy in the Year 4 Bahasa Malaysia textbook for vernacular schools also has bring about some hot reactions by political leaders, educationists, and community groups. This is due to the misconception towards the word Jawi itself as most who are against it thought that it is an Islamic teaching when it is actually just a form of Arabic writing system. Therefore, this study aims to identify the role of perceived behavioural control in explaining the acceptance of Indian community in Malaysia towards Jawi-Khat. This study was conducted in Malaysia with a total of 192 respondents. The sampling technique used is convenient sampling. The findings of the study has proven that perceived behavioural control is positive and significant towards the acceptance of Jawi among the Indians community in Malaysia
The Transmitter's 'Adalah (Uprightness); The Ethical Conception in the Hadith Transmission
Full text linkA transmitter as the main element in the hadith transmission has special conditions. It relates to considerations in determining the hadith qualifications. One of the conditions playing a central role is the transmitter's uprightness ('adalah). The article aims to reveal that the transmitter's uprightness intersects with ethical philosophy. As a prescriptive science, ethics is a branch of philosophy that considers an action critically with certain moral parameters. Through a qualitative study using the moral philosophy approach from the perspective of Agus Dewantara, the transmitter's uprightness conception correlates with ethical values. As A result, the transmitter's uprightness has two ethical dimensions. First, the ethical-theological dimension correlates with subjective moral order including: a transmitter must have a Muslim identity and implement religious provisions. Second, the ethical-sociological dimension correlates with an objective moral order meaning that a transmitter must be mukallaf and always maintain self-image (muru'ah)

Full text linkThis research is motivated by the author's observations on Japanese heritage in Jambi. Whether in the form of documents, objects and buildings. Meanwhile, the information regarding the Japanese occupation in Jambi is still insufficient and complete. Therefore the authors are interested in raising the title Reconstruction of the Dynamics of the Japanese Occupation Government in Jambi Syu. 1942-1945 AD. The research objective was to describe the state of Jambi prior to the Japanese occupation. Then describe the history of the Japanese entry in Jambi. Next, he describes the government system that was applied during the Japanese occupation in Jambi. This type of research is literature research using descriptive analytical methods with a historical approach using historical method work steps, the researcher will try to describe and tell what the author found in a thesis entitled Reconstruction of the Dynamics of Japanese Occupation Government in Jambi Syu. 1942-1945 AD. The results of this study indicate that before Japan conquered the Jambi residency, Japan first carried out propaganda in various aspects. Only then did Japan conquer. The government system used by Japan is different from the government system applied during the Dutch administration. the government system applied is a militaristic government sistem. This change has had a profound impact on the lives of the people of Jambi. Although using a different government system, the government structure used follows the old structure with changes in the pronunciation of each position into Japanese
Strategi Dakwah Dalam Membina Akhlak Remaja di Desa Bendung Air Kayu Aro
Full text linkThe progress of the times and technology makes young adolescents absorb values from anywhere, including negative values. This has a serious impact on adolescent morals. This study wanted to see how the right da'wah strategy in fostering adolescent morals in the village of Bendung Air Kayu Aro. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by interview process. The results of the study show that there is success in communicating messages of moral values. This shows that the emotional, intellectual, and sensory tactics and principles used have brought positive changes to adolescents, as evidenced by the increase in the quality of adolescent worship and the increase in adolescent morale

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi dan preferensi masyarakat pesantren terhadap keberadaan bank syari’ah di sumatera barat. Menggunakan indikator-indikator persepsi dan preferensi yang menjadikan pokok dalam pengukuran yang berkenaan dengan persepsi maupun preferensi. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga pesantren yang tersebar di Padang Panjang yaitu Pesantren Nurul Ikhlas, Bukittinggi Pesantren Parabek dan Agam Pesantren diniyyah Pasia dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan preferensi masyarakat pesantren Sumatera Barat terhadap bank syari’ah diukur dengan personal effect, cultural effect dan physical effect dapat disimpulkan positif atau baik
The Comprehension of the Tablighi Jama'at in Pakauman Ulu Village About QS Ali-Imran [3]: 110 in the Khuruj Movement
Full text linkThe Khuruj movement as a result of the reception or understanding of the Tablighi Jama'ah group which has an influence related to da'wah in society is the starting point of this research. The understanding of the Tablighi Jama'ah which is based on QS Ali-Imran [3]: 110 becomes the material object of the study. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method that describes data in the field as a primary source and is supplemented with secondary data from various previous research literature. The results of this study are that the Khuruj movement for the Tablighi Jama'ah is considered the key to their movement culturally touching all levels of society and is strategic. The results of the analysis as a conclusion from this study show that understanding of QS Ali-Imran [3]:110 tends to be textually related to the word ukhrijat which means going out of the house or place of residence to preach as the duty of the Prophets and Apostles to reach the best people. This understanding has implications, namely the existence of the Khuruj movement which is considered a benchmark of faith and religious understanding for the tabligh congregation. Then the researcher also relates the relevance of the Da'wah concept of the Tablighi Jama'ah and the challenges of da'wah in the era of society 5.0
SIGNIFIKANSI SOSILINGUISTIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB: Al Amin Hadi
Full text linkSosiolinguistik telah menjadi ilmu yang independen yang berfokus pada kajian bahasa dan masyarakat. Dalam pembelajaran bahasa, sosiolinguistik berperan dalam menentukan deskripsi situasi berbahasa di lingkungan sosial dan variasi bahasa yang muncul akibat adanya pola-pola masyarakat dalam penggunaan bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan signifikansi dan urgensi sosiolinguistik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, serta mendeskripsikan adanya variasi berbahasa memengaruhi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sosiolinguistik memiliki signifikansi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Sosiolinguistik menjadi pendekatan dalam pembelajaran untuk mengkreasikan pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang efektif dan integratif.
 
ANALISIS HUKUM PRINSIP ULTRA PETITA OLEH MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI SEBAGAI UPAYA MEWUJUDKAN KEADILAN SUBSTANTIF DI INDONESIA: MURLINUS
Full text linkThis research has two purposes, the first one to explain an untruth principle condition of non ultra petita that is done by Constitutio Court, the second one is to explain a substantive justice concept as a principle of Constitution Court in doing ultra petita compared by principle of non ultra petita according UU. No. 8 2011. Thereby, the reseacht us library reseacht, data analysis result is delivered descriptively, describing, explaining the problems these have relevances with this reseacht clearly and detailed. Data analysis technic that is used is qualitative datas, namely by analyzing seconder datas that found suitable with decided problems frames. The reseacht result indicates that things which gave any reasons in thinking constrction of Constitution Court Judge in giving decisive ultra petita. The judge of Constitution Court thought that essentials or the heart of law to be asked to be judicial review had not been suitable of UUD 1945, until any other sections that connected is stated to be unvalid or not be used. The Constitution Court has a function as quardian of constitution, even if it needs in decision may be happened untruth of procedural of justice prinsiple, in order to be substantive justice. The character of Constitution Court Decision is public or general for everybody. Petitum that appeared in in every aplication said to “judge decides the matter or case must be justifiable”, as a principle for making dicision to be a character of ultra petita for qetting justice
