Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kemiskinan Provinsi Bangka Belitung Tahun 2010 - 2020
This study aims to analyze the impact of education on the growth of the poor population in Bangka Belitung Province in the 2010-2020 period. The data used in this study are secondary panel data taken from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) from seven districts/cities in Bangka Belitung including Bangka Regency, Belitung Regency, West Bangka Regency, Central Bangka Regency, South Bangka Regency, East Belitang Regency, and Pangkalpinang City in 2010-2020 using the variable growth of the poor population as the dependent variable, while the independent variables used are Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP), per capita expenditure, average length of schooling, and also the open unemployment rate. After Chow and Hausman test, it can be seen that the best research model for this research is the Fixed Effect Model method. From this research, it is known that the dependent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, if based on the results of individual tests, the average length of schooling and the open unemployment rate have a significant effect on the dependent variable and no significant effect is found on the GDRP and per capita expenditure variables on the dependent variable
Pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Tahun 2016 - 2020)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze how much the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Company Size have on Debt Policy in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2016-2020. The type of this research is quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely IDX and IDN Financials. The population used in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), totaling 57 companies. The sample used in this study was selected by the purposive sampling method, amounting to 11 companies. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis with classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing.
The results showed that liquidity had a significant negative effect on debt policy with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, profitability had a significant negative effect on debt policy with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, and firm size had no significant effect on debt policy with significant value of 0.396 > 0.05. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it shows that liquidity, profitability, and firm size have a significant effect on debt policy with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.350 or 35%
KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS ULASAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 3 X KOTO SINGKARAK SEMESTER II TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022
This study aims to describe the skills of writing review texts using audio-visual media for class VIII students of SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive method. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique is based on percentage random sampling (proportional random sampling) whose method of withdrawal is based on the proportion of the number of students per class. Data collection techniques in the form of performance tests. Data analysis techniques include reading, checking and scoring student test results, converting raw scores into grades, classifying student scores on a scale of 10, making histograms, and concluding research results in the form of a thesis. The results of the research on writing review text skills using audio visual media, the average value of students' ability in writing review texts using audio visual media on the work identity structure is 85.53 which is in very good qualification, on the orientation structure is 78.85 is in good qualification, in the synopsis structure, 88.87 is in very good qualification, in the analysis structure, 68.86 is in more than adequate qualification, in the evaluation structure 71.07 is in more than adequate qualification. It can be explained that the students of SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak are able to write a review text correctly. Based on the above qualifications, it can be concluded that the skills of writing review texts using audio-visual media students of class VIII SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year are in good qualifications with a mastery level of 76-85% with an average score of 78.40 .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan menulis teks ulasan dengan menggunakan media audio visual siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak semester II tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan persentase secara acak (proportional random sampling) yang cara penarikannya berdasarkan proporsi jumlah siswa per kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data berupa, membaca, memeriksa dan memberi skor hasil tes siswa, mengubah skor mentah jadi nilai, mengklasifikasikan nilai siswa dengan skala 10, membuat histrogram, dan menyimpulkan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk skripsi. Hasil penelitian keterampilan menulis teks ulasan dengan menggunakan media audio visual, nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks ulasan dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada struktur identitas karya yaitu 85,53 yang berada pada kualifikasi baik sekali, pada struktur orientasi yaitu 78,85 berada pada kualifikasi baik, pada struktur sinopsis yaitu 88,87 berada pada kualifikasi baik sekali, pada struktur analisis 68,86 berada pada kualifikasilebih dari cukup, pada struktur evaluasi71,07 berada pada kualifikasi lebih dari cukup. Dapat dijelaskan bahwa siswa SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak mampu menulis teks ulasan secara tepat. Berdasarkan kualifikasi di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan menulis teks ulasan dengan menggunakan media audio visual siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 X Koto Singkarak semester II tahun ajaran 2021/2022 berada pada kualifikasi baik dengan tingkat penguasaan 76-85% dengan nilai rata-rata 78,40
Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Di Kelas VIII Pondok Pesantren Waratsatul Anbiya’ Kota Solok
The process of implementing mathematics learning in schools often experiences obstacles, including students lacking participation in the learning process so the learning outcomes of mathematics are still low. The purpose of this study was to improve students 'mathematics learning outcomes by using Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning Models in Class VIII Waratsatul Anbiya Islamic Boarding School Solok City. The type of research carried out was PTK in two cycles. Data collection is done by learning achievement tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes. Improved learning outcomes in this study that is equal to 83.33% of students have completed learning at the end of the second cycle. One of the factors that led to an increase in student learning outcomes by using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model is that students begin to be active and are seen to be serious about students in learning. So, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning models can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics.
 
Peningkatan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis Mahasiswa Dengan Pendekatan CTL Pada Mata Kuliah Kalkulus 2 Di FKIP UMMY
Understanding the concept is one very important aspect of the learning process. However, students understanding of mathematical concepts in the Calculus 2 course is still low. This study aims to describe the data on increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts through contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). This type of research is classroom Action Research which has been carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects are even semester students in 2011/2012. Data were analyzed descriptively from Student Worksheets (LKM), quizzes, and tests. The results showed that there was an increase in students' understanding of mathematical concepts from cycle I (31.6%) to cycle 2 (68.4%)
STUDENTS’ GRAMMATICAL PROBLEMS IN DEVELOPING THE PARAGRAPHS OF ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY
This research aimed to determine the grammatical problems found in students’ argumentative essays. The type of research used was descriptive research and the data source of this research was argumentative essays written by English Department students. Research data were collected by giving writing assignments and coding sheets. The collected data were grouped based on the research objectives, then described and analyzed to get the actual facts. The research findings showed that some of the grammatical problems that were often faced by students in writing argumentative essays were subject-predicate compatibility, verb forms, verb tenses, plural forms, and word formation errors as well as problems in the use of conjunctions, auxiliary modals and the use of personal subjects. In conclusion, the students still do not understand the concept of grammar well, and it will be difficult for them to produce a good argumentative essay.
 
TRADISI TURUN MANDI DI KELURAHAN TANAH GARAM KOTA SOLOK (TINJAUAN SEMIOTIKA)
The tradition of going down the bath is not something that is done without the meaning behind it. A group of people carry out a custom or tradition without knowing the meaning of the custom itself which results in the community not understanding about the customs themselves. Therefore, it is feared that people's ignorance of these customs and especially the influence of foreign cultures into regional cultures, so that the cultural values contained in them will fade slowly. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The findings of the semiotics review study are signs, emblems, and cues. Semiotic surveys are found in a series of events in the tradition of going down and down bathing in Tanah Garam Village of Solok City. In the data that has been obtained in the study, that the semiotics review of the series of events in the tradition of going down the bath in Tanah Garam Village of Solok City there are 59 data in total, signs (sign) there are 21 data, symbols (symbols) are contained 19 data, and the signal (signal/index) contained 19 data. The three components are interconnected signs, symbols, and signal in the study of semiotics cannot be separated from each other.Tradisi turun mandi bukanlah sesuatu yang dilakukan tanpa adanya arti dibelakangnya. Sekelompok masyarakat menjalankan suatu adat atau tradisi tanpa mengetahui arti dari adat itu sendiri yang mengakibatkan masyarakat kurang memahami tentang adat itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, dikhawatirkan terjadinya ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan adat istiadat ini dan terlebih adanya pengaruh budaya asing ke dalam budaya daerah, sehingga nilai-nilai budaya yang ada di dalamnya akan memudar secara perlahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Temuan penelitian tinjauan semiotika adalah tanda, lambang, dan isyarat. Tinjauan semiotika terdapat dalam rangkaian acara dalam tradisi turun mandi di Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kota Solok. Pada data yang telah didapat dalam penelitian, bahwa tinjauan semiotika pada rangkaian acara dalam tradisi turun mandi di Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kota Solok terdapat 59 data keseluruhan, tanda (sign) terdapat 21 data, lambang (symbol) terdapat 19 data, dan isyarat (signal/index) terdapat pada 19 data. Ketiga komponen tersebut saling berhubungan tanda, lambang, dan isyarat dalam kajian semiotika tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lainnya
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU UPTD SD NEGERI 03 MUNGO DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MELALUI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KUNJUNGAN KELAS SEMESTER II TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kompetensi guru UPTD SD Negeri 03 Mungo dalam proses pembelajaran matematika di kelas. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan dilakukannya suatu tindakan oleh kepala sekolah dengan melaksanakan supervisi akademik. Teknik supervisi akademik yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini yaitu kunjungan kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah supervisi akademik kunjungan kelas dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam proses pembelajaran matematika di UPTD SD Negeri 03 Mungo semester II tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk siklus mengikuti siklus Kemmis and Taggart. Penelitian terlaksana dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen supervise akademik proses pembelajaran matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan dala penelitian ini yaitu jika semua guru sudah berhasil memperoleh nilai kompetensi dengan peringkat minimal baik, jika belum tercapai maka dilanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus I diperoleh bahwa 33.33% guru sudah berhasil mencapai nilai minimal baik, walaupun meningkat dari prasiklus tetapi penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus II. Pada siklus II diperoleh bahwa 100% guru sudah memperoleh nilai minimal baik, sehingga indikator keberhasilan penelitian telah tercapai. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru UPTD SD Negeri 03 Mungo dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran matematika melalui supervise akademik kunjungan kelas semester II tahun pelajaran 2021/202
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Karya Abadi Pratama Bukittinggi
This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance CV. Karya Abadi Pratama Bukittinggi. Here the author describes the effect of compensation and work discipline on performance. The type of research conducted in this study uses quantitative and descriptive methods. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Karya Abadi Pratama Bukittinggi with a population sample of 51 employees. While the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination at a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the variables of compensation and work discipline had an effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa tentang Gerak Lurus dengan Menerapkan Model NHT di Kelas X MIPA 1 SMAN 2 Solok
This research aims to increase the student’s learning achievement about straight movement by applying NHT model at grade X of natural. Science class I Physics is one of the subjects that is not interesting to some of the student of SMAN 2 Solok. Because it is considered as a difficult subject, so that they tend to be passive to join the physics class. One of the models to increase the student activeness is NHT model. This research is an action research by having collaboration between the researcher and the researcher and the physics teacher. The subject research are 36 student of SMAN 2 Solok,grade X of natural science class I In year of 2021/2022. The technique of data collection uses student’s activities observation space and student’s test marks. The result show that by applying NHT model at the material of straight movement at grade x of natural science I at SMA 2 Solok. There is increase to: (1). The student’s activities at cycle I that is 72,9%, then at the cycle 2 it become 95 %, the percentage increasing is 22,9%.(2).Teacher’s activeness at the first meeting is 73,07% and getting increases to the forth meeting to 90,74%. It increases 17,67% with the very good predicate, and (3).The student learning achievement, at the cycle 2 there are 5 students (14%) got very good score, 25 students(69,5%) got good score, 5 students(14%) got middle score, and there is only I student(24,77 %) got the lowest score
