This article focused on analyze (1) Effect of the money supply, income, domestic interest rates, inflation and the trade balance to the exchange rate in Indonesia. (2) The influence of domestic interest rates, output and the exchange rate on the money supply in Indonesia. Data used time series of (I year quartal 2000 – IV year quartal 2010). This article use analyzer model equation of simultaneous with method of Two Stage Least Squared (TSLS). The result of research concludes that (1) the money supply have a significant and positive impact on the exchange rate, incomes have significant and positive impact on the exchange rate, domestic interest rates significantly and negatively on the exchange rate and inflation have a significant and positive impact on the exchange rate. While the trade balance is not significant and negative effect on the exchange rate in Indonesia. If the money supply increases, the exchange rate will also increase or depreciate. If income increases, the exchange rate will depreciate. If the domestic interest rate increases, the exchange rate will appreciate. If inflation increases, the exchange rate will also depreciate. (2) domestic interest rates, output, and the exchange rate significantly influence the money supply in Indonesia

In particular Solok UMMY student enrollment year 2013 A researcher interviewed, most students said the difficulty in studying subjects algebraic structure. The reason given students include: subject algebraic structure is subject elusive and too abstract. Study results subject algebraic structure low. This is caused by kurangtepatnya learning model used. The research problems is the extent STAD cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes subject algebraic structures in mathematics education Prodi 13A MAT UMMY Solok. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) conducted three cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. Subjects were students of mathematics education Prodi MAT 13A UMMY Solok with the number of students 22 people. Data was collected through field notes and test results belajar.Teknik data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students increased from the first cycle to the third cycle. The percentage of student results on the first cycle of 59.10%, an increase of 3.63% in the second cycle into 72.73%. From the second cycle to the third cycle increased by 4.54%, so at the end of the study reached 77.27%. So learning STAD Cooperative Learning Model can improve learning outcomes of the course structure 13A MAT algebra math education Prodi UMMY Solok

Grouping regency/city in West Sumatra by the Village Potential ( Podes ) present important note by the goverment so they can determine so well targeted policy retrieval. The potential availability of an infrastructure based on the observed village owned by village / urban / rural of the five sectors , namely education , health , market building , electricity and roads. Based on the potential of the village will be clustered Regency/ City which has the closest relationship using distance Manhattan (city block) . Distance Manhattan has the ability to detect the existence of outliers better. Results of research clustered regency / city in West Sumatra into 3 groups: Group 1 (Mentawai Islands ) which is the area of infrastructure conditions of the area under average conditions the potential of the area in general . Group 2 are areas that have potential for relatively similar in terms of infrastructure , where this group of potential villages located around the central value of observed variables .  While group 3 (Pasaman Barat Regency) have an infrastructure that is above the average value of  the potential of the area in general

PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA SDMELALUI PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI REACT

This article was written aimed to determine (1) understanding of mathematical concepts of students who use the REACT strategy better than students using the conventional learning model, (2) understanding of mathematical concepts of students who have prior knowledge of high, medium and low with using REACT strategy better than the students who used conventional learning models, and (3) the interaction between early learning approach with the ability of students to affect an improved understanding of mathematical concepts of students. Samples were fifth grade elementary school students 03 and 04 Solok City academic years 2012/2013 as many as 56 people. Research data on study result of the students were collected through initial skills test, pretest and posttest. To see the improvement, the analysis used the gain. Based on the results of this study concluded that an increased understanding of mathematical concepts of students using REACT strategy is better than using the conventional learning, and there is no interaction between early learning approach with the ability of students to affect an improved understanding of mathematical concepts of students

This study aims to determine the increase in activity and mathematical problem solving ability of students through Konstruktivismedi Model X class D MAN megrim Kemang Jambi. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively with teachers. Actions performed two cycles including: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were 37 students of class X DMAN megrim Kemang Jambi. Data were collected by observation sheet, field notes and test mathematical problem solving ability. Data were analyzed deskriptif.Dari results of this research note that the learning of mathematics through the Model Konstruktivismedapat improve the activity and mathematical skills of students of class X DMAN megrim Kemang Jambi. The results of data analysis showed that an increase in students' learning activities for each indicator concerned. Increased activity of the student in question is the increased activity of students during the learning process. Students actively responding to questions teachers solve the problems, stating the reason, explained to the group, presented the results of group discussions and make conclusions. The percentage of students who achieve KKM for mathematical problem solving ability in the first cycle is 26%, and then increased to 75% in Cycle II
