Desain Lembar Kerja Siswa Pada Materi Lingkaran Berbasis Realistic Mathematic Education
This is the background of the research by necessary of teaching materials in the learning process. The teaching materials that apply are able of guiding students in the learning process and it hind a concept that also after to train which appropriate with level of student's ability. The teaching materials that exist are not whole to guide students to find a concept yet. Therefore, it is developed of LKS design based on RME and intended to the facility for students, this research aims to know the validity and practicality of LKS based on RME. Kind of the research and development (R&D), used model 4-D which consists of 4 stages. They are define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research is limited just to conduct until the development stage. The validity of LKS has 72,92% with a valid category. Based on the practicality of the questionnaire from a teacher 82,19% with very practice category. The result of practicality of questionnaire from students has 90,88% with very practice category. Therefore, LKS design on circle material based on RME at second grade of SMPN 4 in Lubuk Alung has valid and practice
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK TEMA MENYAYANGI TUMBUHAN DAN HEWAN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COVID-19 METODE BLENDED LEARNING DI KELAS III SDN 06 KUBANG SEMESTER GANJIL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022
This study aims to see and analyze the increase in student learning outcomes with the theme of loving plants and animals through the blended learning method of covid-19 learning in class III SDN 06 Kubang in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of; planning, action, observation and reflection. The research was carried out from July to September 2021. The data analysis technique was the percentage technique. The average learning outcomes of students' knowledge in the first cycle is 79 with a complete percentage of 61%. The average learning outcomes of students' knowledge in cycle II is 90 with a 100% complete percentage. The average learning outcomes of skills in the first cycle is 80 with a complete percentage of 71%. In the second cycle the average learning outcomes of skills is 96 with a 100% completion percentage. The conclusion of this study is that the blended learning method of covid-19 learning can improve student learning outcomes on the theme of loving plants and animals in class III SDN 06 Kubang in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year
GRAMMAR MASTERY AND WRITING ACHIEVEMENT OF THE TOEFL: A CORRELATIONAL STUDY AT HIGHER EDUCATION
The research was a kind of correlational study which had objective to determine the association of grammar mastery and writing achivement in making prediction how much the correlation among the variables quantitatively. Population of the study was the fourth semester students of AMIK Mitra Gama registered on 2019/2020 academic year totally 126 students, 30 students was the sample of this research taken by cluster sampling technique. Test of grammar and writing adapted from Cambridge Preparation TOEFL was the instrumentation. Data analyzed by using correlation Pearson Product Moment (r-test). The result of the study found that robserved (0,92) is higher than rtable (0,362) on 0,05 significance level. In addition, hypothesis testing resulted that H1 (there is a correlation between grammar mastery and writing achievement) is accepted, but H0 (there is no correlation between gammar mastery and writing achievement of the TOEFL) is rejected. In sum, there was a significant correlation between mastery of grammar and writing achievement for the fourth semester students of AMIK Mitra Gama. From the result of the research, grammar and writing should be stated on lesson plans of English 1, 2 and 3 course and taught more intensive since those skills also support student’s achievement to administer TOEFL.  
PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS XII TKR SMK ADZKIA PADANG DENGAN MODEL STAD
This study aims to explain the process of improving motivation, activity, and the results of mathematics learning and describes how high achievement motivation students in the class XII TKR SMK Padang Adzkia STAD model. The research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques are drawn from the questionnaire, charging sheets observation by the observer, and the test result of learning. The technique of data analysis used alur model. This technique consists or 3 alur; data reduction, data of the description, and transform raw data which comes from field note. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results showed an increase in motivation, activities, and student learning outcomes. This is evident from an increase in motivation in very good and good categories of 14 people (53,8%) to 24 people (92,3%) and a decline in the number of students with sufficient motivation on the category of registration (38,5%) after the action
STUDI PENGGUNAAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN PESERTA DIDIK PADA MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X SMKN 3 KOTA SOLOK
The learning process in school tends to be dominated by the educator, the learners' learning outcomes are still low, the lack of motivation of learners in learning mathematics. One effort to overcome that is by using LKPD on the learning model of quantum learning. The purpose of this study is what to determine the results of learning mathematics learners using LKPD paada learning model of quantum learning is better than without using LKPD on learning model of quantum learning in class X SMKN 3 Solok city. This type of research is a quasi experiment using Randomized Control Group Only Design design. The population in this study were students of class X SMKN 3 Solok city registered in the academic year 2017/2018. The way of sampling is done by cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this research was class X TBO 2 as experiment class with 30 students and XTBO 1 as control class with 30 students. Data analysis technique used is test of equation of two mean that is z test. From the calculation obtained zhitung = 4.15 and ztabel = 1.67 this shows that zhitung > ztabel HI hypothesis accepted at 95% confidence level. It can be concluded that the results of learning mathematics learners who use LKPD on quantum learning model learning is better than using the learning model of quantum learning without LKPD
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Karakteristik individu terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. BPR Rangkiang Denai Kota Payakumbuh: Indonesia
Karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai Adjusted R Square (R²) adalah sebesar 0.488. Hal ini berarti besarnya pengaruh dari variabel karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja dalam penelitian ini hanya mampu mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 48.8%

The research aims to find out the strategies that must be carried out by the Karak Kaliang 88 Suka Maju household industry in running its business. The data analysis method used is quantitative and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the Karak Kaliang 88 Suka Maju household business, Tanjung Harapan District, Solok City, receipt of Rp. 906,750,000/year are obtained, revenues are Rp. 606,360,326/year, and profits are Rp. 602,065,730/year with a B/C Ratio of 2.00/year. Based on the SWOT analysis, it shows that the strategy used is S-O, namely using well-known brands and products that continuously develop the market. THE QUALITY PERFORMANCE OF INTENSIVE ENGLISH COURSE LECTURER
Intensive English Course (IC) has been considered an essential program to prepare qualified English Department students in higher education in the first semester. The lecturers teach this program for the four skills and two components; listening, reading, speaking, writing, vocabulary and grammar in an integrated manner for one semester. This course will be a success if the lecturers have the capability in content and pedagogy to teach the IC program. Furthermore, this study aimed at describing lecturers’ quality performance in teaching IC at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek (SMDD) Bukittinggi. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire to 95 first-semester English department students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The findings showed the lecturers’ average was 58,83. It means that the lecturers were qualified in teaching Intensive English Courses in all indicators; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy
PEMEROLEHAN SINTAKSIS ANAK USIA 5 TAHUN DI KENAGARIAN KOTO BARU KECAMATAN KUBUNG KABUPATEN SOLOK (KAJIAN PSIKOLINGUISTIK)
The background of this research is to explore and examine more deeply related to syntax acquisition in children aged 5 years by focusing attention on the development of syntax acquisition and sentence structure when children are at their pride. This study aims to describe the acquisition of syntax for 5 year old children in Kenagarian Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency (Psycholinguistic Study). This type of research is qualitative using descriptive method. The research subject was a girl named Hidayatul Hafidzah (HH) when she was 5 years old. The data for this study were obtained from data sources in the form of conversational texts produced by preschool-aged children. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, documentation and audiovisual techniques which contained utterances in each speech event. The data analysis technique used in this study is in the form of sentences conveyed by children based on their functions in HH's daily speech. The steps taken by researchers in managing data are reducing data, identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding the data obtained. Data were analyzed based on the forms and functions that exist in the language of children aged 5 years. Based on research findings obtained in the field found 65 data. Language elements included in the scope of syntax are (a) phrases, (b) clauses divided into two parts, namely independent clauses and dependent clauses and (c) sentences divided into three parts, namely declarative sentences, imperative sentences, and interrogative sentences. So, the most frequently found syntax acquisition sentences. This is because it is evident from the utterances found by Hidayatul Hafidzah (HH) that are realized in the form of multiwords.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk menelusuri dan mengkaji lebih dalam terkait dengan pemerolehan sintaksis pada anak usia 5 tahun dengan memfokuskan perhatian pada perkembangan pemerolehan sintaksis dan struktur kalimat ketika anak berada pada masa kebanggaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemerolehan sintaksis anak usia 5 tahun di Kenagarian Koto Baru Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok (Kajian Psikolinguistik). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah seorang anak perempuan bernama Hidayatul Hafidzah (HH) ketika berusia 5 tahun. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber data berupa teks percakapan yang dihasilkan oleh anak usia prasekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan audiovisual yang berisi ujaran dalam setiap peristiwa tuturnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kalimat yang disampaikan anak berdasarkan fungsinya dalam ujaran keseharian HH. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan peneliti dalam mengelola data yaitu mereduksi data, mengidentifikasi data, mengklasifikasi data, menganalisis data, dan menyimpulkan data yang diperoleh. Data dianalisis berdasarkan bentuk dan fungsi yang ada dalam bahasa anak usia 5 tahun. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang diperoleh di lapangan ditemukan 65 data. Unsur bahasa yang termasuk dalam lingkup sintaksis (a) frasa, (b) klausa terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu klausa bebas dan klausa terikat dan (c) kalimat terbagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu kalimat deklaratif, kalimat imperatif, dan kalimat interogatif. Jadi, pemerolehan sintaksis yang paling banyak ditemukan kalimat. Hal ini dikarenakan terbukti dari ujaran-ujaran yang ditemukan Hidayatul Hafidzah (HH) diwujudkan dalam bentuk multikata
Peramalan Permintaan Produk Nata De Coco Dalam Supply Chain Management Dengan Model Arima
Forecasting can be used to predict goods and services. This study aims to predict demand for nata de coco using the ARIMA model so that the company's inventory is well controlled and the supply chain is not constrained. This research data is secondary data taken during the request period from June 2021 to May 2022. The results show that the best ARIMA model is (0.2,1). The equation model formed is.
