No full textThe information technology development in the age of globalization, social networking has become a trend among people, one of them is facebook. facebook has also been used for political, business and even integrated into the information service system at a hospital, the Klungkung District Hospital. This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital of Klungkung Regency.Based on visitor data from March 23 to 28, 2020 amounted to 1191, using the Slovin formula found 397 samples / respondents. Researchers use data analysis methods using qualitative descriptive analysis and qualitative approaches to data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation in data collection. From the results of data analysis and discussion that have been described, the conclusion can be drawn is after conducting research using a questionnaire that has been given to patient respondents or a companion / patients escortedtotalling 397 questionnaires, showing that facebook social media is very effective in information services at the public relations section of the Regional General Hospital of Klungkung Regenc

No full textPerkembangan suatu daerah menjadi kawasan parwisata memberikan pengaruh terhadap, tata ruang, ekonomi, dan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Hotel adalah salah satu akomodasi wisata yang mememagang peranan penting pada daerah wisata. Ubud terkenal dengan keunikan seni dan budaya yang menyatu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakatnya. Perkembangan Ubud menjadi daerah tujuan pariwista menyebabkan munculnya akomodasi pariwisata seperti penginapan, restoran, galeri, dan biro perjalanan. Penginapan di kawasan parawista Ubud terbagi mejadi beberapa jenis seperti, homestay, villa, bungalow, dan hotel resort berbintang. Hotel resort merupakan salah satu jenis penginapan yang paling banyak menghabiskan lahan, karena terdapat -fasilitas fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Keberadaan hotel resort berbintang di Kawasan Parawisata Ubud tentu menyumbang pendapatan daerah dan menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Selain dampak positif , keberadaan hotel resort juga memberikan dampak negatif, yaitu banyak terdapat ahli fungsi lahan dan kerusakan lingkungan. Peneliti akan melihat secara detail bagaimana pola persebaran hotel resort berbintang di Kawasan Parawisata Ubud dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain, kecendrungan pola persebaran hotel berbintang di Kawasan Pariwisata Ubud berbeda-beda tergantung pada kelasnya, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam pola persebaran hotel berbintang adalah akses dan potensi pemandangan alam
TANAMAN TOMAT YANG TERINFEKSI TOMATO INFECTIOUS CHLOROSIS VIRUS (TICV) DENGAN BERBAGAI METODE DETEKSI
No full textPenyebaran Tomato infectious chlorosis virus (TICV) yang terbatas pada jaringan floem ini menyebabkan TICV sangat sukar dipurifikasi untuk mendapatkan virus murni dalam jumlah yang memadai sebagai antigen. Mungkin karena alasan ini maka belum ada antiserum komersial yang tersedia untuk mendeteksi TICV sehingga sampai saat ini deteksi TICV dilakukan hanya melalui reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Kemajuan teknologi di bidang biologi molekuler telah menyediakan metode untuk mengekspresikan suatu gen tertentu, dengan menyisipkannya dalam vektor ekspresi (plasmid) pada Escherichia coli. Antiserum poliklonal disiapkan untuk selubung protein (coat protein) (TICV) yang diekspresikan dalam Eschericia coli yang dievaluasi berdasarkan reaksinya terhadap keberadaan partikel virus dalam jaringan tanaman tomat. Evaluasi berdasarkan kekhususan reaksi antiserum dan tingkat titer antiserum dengan menggunakan 3 macam uji serologi yang berbeda, yaitu agarose gel precipitation test (AGPT), dot blot immunobinding assay (DIBA), dan indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (I-ELISA). Antiserum memberikan sinyal positif yang jelas pada semua uji serologi yang menggunakan cairan perasan tanaman tomat yang terinfeksi TICV, tetapi tidak ada sinyal positif yang terdapat dalam uji reaksi antiserum dan cairan perasan tanaman tomat sehat. Hal ini yang menunjukkan kekhususan dari antiserum tersebut

Pada twitter sendiri para remaja ini cenderung menggunakan kata makian untuk mengutarakan apa yang mereka rasakan saat ini. Kata makian biasanya memiliki arti cenderung kasar, hal ini sangat berbeda dengan twitter. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas maksud dari kata makian pada media sosial twitter dengan rumusan masalah peneliatan seagai berikut 1) Bagaimanakah maksud dari kata makian pada media sosial twitter 2) Bagaimakah konteks yang terjadi 3) Termasuk tindak tutur apa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu secara teoretis dan metodelogis. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat reffren pada kata makian yang terjadi selain itu terdapat juga tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi. This research applied qualitative & quantitative design. Researcher use questionnaires and scoring rubric to get student opinions and experience in learning the bilingual English material and also validity from expert judges for the development of teaching materials before its ready to use for students. The result showed the English teaching materials on the part of body is ready to use after the validation from the expert judges and based on the questionnaires could conclude that this teaching material had very good quality. Therefore, this teaching material was proper to be used in English teaching learning process for third grade students in SD Dwijendra Denpasar
