Peningkatan Identitas Visual dan Jangkauan Pasar UMKM Keripik Tempe Boga Rasa melalui Program BRADESPA di Desa Andir
The Community Service Program through BRADESPA (Branding, Desain, dan Pemasaran Digital) was implemented to improve the visual identity and marketing reach of the Boga Rasa Tempe Chips MSME in Andir Village, Jatiwangi District. The partners' main challenges included the lack of a logo and tagline, simple packaging without brand identity, and the lack of use of digital platforms for promotion. The program employed a collaborative, participatory approach, including observation, brand identity design (logo, slogan, and packaging), redesign of custom non-transparent pouch packaging, and optimization of digital marketing through business registration on Google Maps. Results demonstrated an improved product professional image, ease of consumer location discovery, and readiness of partners to utilize digital marketing strategies independently. The program provided immediately usable outcomes, although long-term adaptation requires continued support. Future development will focus on social media-based promotion, product certification, and expanding distribution to a wider market
Sosialisasi Dan Praktik Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Stunting Di Desa Panawangan Kabupaten Ciamis
Panawangan Village faces four main issues that are the focus of the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) implementation: high stunting rates. The first issue is the lack of education regarding stunting prevention in toddlers. This activity aims to raise parental awareness of the importance of nutritional intake in supporting optimal child growth and development. The Thematic Community Service Program aims to identify existing problems and offer innovative and sustainable solutions to improve the welfare of the village community. The following outcomes were achieved: Outreach activities successfully reached all hamlets in Panawangan Village with active community participation. Oral evaluations demonstrated an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of stunting and the importance of nutrition for children; The formation of a waste bank management group in Cigobang Hamlet; Increased community awareness of the importance of waste sorting and household waste reduction; and A record number of waste collected and processed during the activity.
 
BUDAYA SEKOLAH DAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER: STUDI KOMPARATIF PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Budaya sekolah dan pendidikan karakter berperan penting dalam menentukan pembentukan karakter siswa melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan budaya sekolah, membandingkan kontribusinya dengan pendidikan karakter, serta merumuskan strategi sinergi keduanya dalam mendukung pelaksanaan P5 di Sekolah Dasar Daarul Hijrah Al-Amin Samarinda. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatam kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mennjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah berbasis religius dan pembiasaan positif berperan kuat dalam membentuk dimensi beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia serta dimensi gotong royong dan berkebinekaan global. Pendidikan karakter melalui P5 melengkapi proses ini dengan kegiatan terstruktur yang menumbuhkan kemandirian, kreativitas, dan nalar kritis. Namun, dukungan dokumen RKT dan RKAS belum optimal karena kegiatan P5 belum dicantumkan secara eksplisit. Secara keseluruhan, sinergi budaya sekolah dan pendidikan karakter terbukti memperkuat internalisasi nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS THROUGH FOOD CHAIN LEARNING INDICATORS
Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning requires analytical and problem-solving skills through concrete experiences. Problem-solving skills, as part of higher-order thinking, are highly dependent on students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to scientifically analyze the profile of students' critical thinking skills on food chain material at SDN Kwaron 1. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research subjects consisted of 23 Phase C students at SDN Kwaron 1. The data collection instruments used written tests to measure critical thinking skills and material comprehension questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively and quantitatively to provide an objective picture of student achievement. The results showed that students' critical thinking skills were very low. Based on supporting data, 61% of students did not understand the concept of the food chain well. These findings provide empirical evidence of the need to improve critical thinking skills in science education, especially in food chain material in elementary schools
TRENDS IN DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS (2015-2025): A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
Differentiated learning is gaining attention in elementary education in Indonesia, especially after the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study examines publication trends, implementation patterns, obstacles, and strategies for strengthening differentiated learning at the elementary school level during the period 2015–2025. The study was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol. A total of 25 empirical research articles that met the inclusion criteria were systematically analyzed. The results of the study show that the development of differentiated learning can be divided into three main phases: (1) the pre-pandemic period, when its implementation was still limited because teachers' pedagogical abilities were not yet optimal; (2) the pandemic period, when differentiated learning began to adapt to online learning models; and (3) the Merdeka Curriculum era, when diagnostic assessments, personalized learning, and student learning profile mapping were further strengthened. Bibliometric mapping using VOSviewer revealed dominant topics such as readiness-based learning, flexible learning, the use of digital media, and social-emotional support. In general, differentiated learning has been proven to increase student motivation, participation, and academic achievement; however, obstacles related to teacher readiness, time management, and infrastructure availability are still encountered. This study presents new insights by mapping trends over a decade based on policy phases, while combining empirical synthesis and bibliometric visualization. Recommendations are also provided for research and policy development so that the implementation of differentiated learning in elementary schools can be more evenly distributed
ECO-PEDAGOGY FOR SUSTAINABLE CHARACTER EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS: A CRITICAL REVIEW IN THE CONTEXT OF PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE
Global environmental crises such as climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss demand a paradigm shift in education that focuses not only on cognitive aspects but also on character building and ecological awareness. Primary education plays a strategic role in instilling sustainability values from an early age through an integrative approach. This study aims to analyze the role of philosophy of science in the development of eco-pedagogy as a foundation for strengthening sustainable character education in elementary schools. The research uses a literature review method with the following stages: (1) searching for scientific articles through relevant national and international databases; (2) selecting sources based on the suitability of the themes of philosophy of science, ecopedagogy, and character education; and (3) conceptual analysis and thematic synthesis. The results of the study show that ontologically, ecopedagogy views humans as an integral part of the ecosystem; epistemologically, environmental knowledge is constructed through reflective, contextual, and critical learning; and axiologically, education is directed at forming moral responsibility and concern for the environment. The integration of philosophy of science in ecopedagogy strengthens the integration between knowledge, values, and ecological actions of students. In practical terms, elementary school teachers can design environment-based thematic learning, use reflective methods and contextual projects, and instill environmental ethics values in daily learning activities. Internal Dimensions of Elementary Students' Mathematics Engagement: A Bibliometric Analysis (2019-2025)
Internal dimensions including motivation, self-efficacy, emotion, interest, and metacognition are critical psychological factors influencing elementary students' mathematics learning engagement. This bibliometric study examines research trends in internal dimensions from 2019 to 2025 using text mining and co-occurrence analysis. Data comprising 995 peer-reviewed articles were obtained from Google Scholar and analyzed using VOSviewer. Results identified 76 key terms forming 5 thematic clusters: (1) technology-mediated internal factors, (2) self-efficacy and achievement, (3) teacher as facilitator of internal development, (4) developmental and relational factors, and (5) motivation as core dimension. The network demonstrated high interconnection (995 links, total link strength 1,999), with self-efficacy emerging as the most researched construct. Temporal analysis revealed a paradigm shift from studying isolated psychological factors (2019-2020) toward integrated models examining multiple internal dimensions within technology-enriched learning contexts (2023-2024). Research gaps exist in developmental trajectories of internal factors across elementary grades and in mechanisms linking teacher practices to students' internal engagement. Practical implications emphasize holistic interventions simultaneously addressing motivation, self-efficacy, and mathematics anxiety through developmentally appropriate, technology-enhanced strategies. Teachers’ Perspectives on the Transition from Early Childhood Education to Grade One
Moving from ECE to Grade One is a pivotal step that can either support or disrupt children's early learning, especially when classroom expectations change abruptly. Yet, evidence from developing education systems remains limited, and little is known about how teachers in Zanzibar interpret and manage this transition. Therefore, this study aims to address that gap by exploring teachers' perspectives on the transition from ECE to Grade One in Zanzibar's unique cultural and linguistic context. This study employed a qualitative descriptive design, involving six teachers: 3 from ECE and 3 from lower primary. Data were collected through interviews and analysed thematically to identify recurring patterns in teachers' experiences. The findings revealed five interconnected themes: First, teachers primarily framed readiness for Grade One in terms of basic literacy skills, chronological age, and children's independence and social competence. Second, early adjustment is often marked by emotional distress and uneven preparedness, particularly for children without preschool experience. Third, teachers described a sharp pedagogical shift, compounded by changes in the language of instruction and classroom routines. Fourth, overcrowded classes, limited learning materials, inadequate infrastructure, and scarce professional support constrained teachers' ability to respond to diverse learning needs. Finally, teachers recommended stronger alignment between pre-primary and primary settings, sustained parent-teacher collaboration, targeted training on transition support, and reduced class sizes. By foregrounding teachers' perspectives from an underrepresented context, this study positions transition as a shared responsibility of children, families, and schools, and offers practical directions for policy and school-level improvement in Zanzibar and similar settings
Pelaksanaan Motivasi Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Majalengka
Penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Majalengka. menunjukkan bahwa prestasi kerja pegawai belum optimal, hal ini terlihat diantaranya lambatnya penanganan dan penyelesaian surat izin usaha angkutan barang mapun surat izin bongkar barang, hal ini berdampak bagi usaha masyarakat pengguna jasa Dinas tersebut sehingga menimbulkan keluhan dan kekecawaan, Indikator masalah tersebut diduga disebabkan dorongan atau semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas tersebut belum maksimal. Untuk itu penulis merasa tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mengambil judul : “Pelaksanaan Motivasi Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Majalengka”. Adapun yang dijadikan populasi maupun sampel dalam penelitian penulis adalah pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Majalengka dari popuasi berjumlah 60 orang. diambil sampel sebanyak 30 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel yaitu Purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif Analisis, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang menguraikan atau menjelaskan kejadian yang timbul pada saat penelitian sedang berlangsung dan sifatnya aktual, kemudian data yang dikumpulkan disusun, dianalisa yang pada akhirnya dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut :bahwa Kepala Dinas dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pengawasan. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi secara keseluruhan baru mendapatkan nilai 65,33% dengan predikat “Cukup Baik”..Kondisi demikian jelas akan berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya perstasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Majalengka,dimana secara keseluruhan berdasarkan rekapitulasi hasil tanggapan responden tentang pencapaian prestasi kerja pegawainya baru sebesar 61,28% dengan predikat “Cukup Baik
