    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana peran Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) pada pasar tradisional di Desa Sukaraja Kulon Kabupaten Majalengka dengan fokus pada masalah bagaimana peran UMKM pada pasar tradisional itu, adapun metode yang digunakan dalam mengurai masalah tersebut dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan wawancara para pelaku UMKM di Pasar Tradisional itu, hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menemukan dua pendekatan utama, bahwa UMKM dapat menghidupkan pasar tradisional dengan durasi waktu yang relatif singkat dari jam 03.00 sampai jam 10.00 WIB. Bahwa UMKM dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dengan berbagai pilihan produk yang di sajikan dengan murah dan menawarkan sesuai kebutuhan. Dari dua pendekatan tersebut menunjukan hasil bahwa melalui teori pasar maka UMKM bukan hanya melengkapi dan meramaikan pasar tradisional tetapi UMKM justru dapat merawat model jual beli yang bersandar pada nilai-nilai kekeluargaan dan keterbukaan sebagaimana harapan jual beli syariah, dan dapat menggerakan sektor ekonomi lokal yang lebih mapan

    The Influence Of Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, And Perceptions Of Organizational Support On Organizational Commitment In Employees Of Mineral Water Companies

    This study aims to evaluate the extent to which emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support influence employee commitment to the organization at a Bottled Water Company. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving observational data from 57 employees. The data were collected through questionnaires, with validity and reliability tests conducted. Data analysis included classical assumption testing, as well as t-tests and F-tests, using SPSS version 26. The analysis results indicate that, collectively, the three independent variables have a significant influence on organizational commitment. However, when examined individually, only emotional intelligence and perceived organizational support show a significant effect, while job satisfaction does not exhibit a meaningful impact. The coefficient of determination shows that 78% of the variation in organizational commitment can be explained by these three variables. It is recommended that the company enhance employees perception of organizational support and develop their emotional intelligence to strengthen organizational commitment. This can be achieved through training programs, managerial support, and the creation of a supportive work environment. Although job satisfaction does not significantly influence commitment on its own, it should still be considered as a contributing factor to overall employee well being.  &nbsp

    The Influence of Income and Consumptive Lifestyle on Interest in Using Shopee Paylater in Gen Z

    This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of income and consumptive lifestyle on the interest in using Shopee PayLater among STIES Indonesia Purwakarta students of the 2021 cohort. The method used is descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling technique on 33 respondents from a total population of 107 students. The analysis results show that income has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using Shopee PayLater (tcount = 3.667; sig = 0.001; R² = 0.578), as does a consumptive lifestyle (tcount = 9.736; sig = 0.000; R² = 0.754). Simultaneously, both variables had an 80.4% influence on interest in using the service (Fhitung = 61.479; sig = 0.000; R² = 0.804). These findings confirm that financial aspects and consumptive behavior are the main indicators of student preferences for paylater services. Practical implications include the need for behavior-based marketing strategies and the strengthening of digital financial literacy in higher education environments

    Hospital expansion is driven by demand for health services due to the uneven health facilities in Bekasi Regency. This study aims to analyse the development strategy of Putra Medika Hospital using TOWS Analysis and Exploratory Mixed Methods. This research method is mixed. The qualitative phase began with in-depth interviews with the management of the Putra Medika Group Clinic to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This qualitative data became the foundation for formulating the TOWS matrix. Then, the quantitative phase in the form of a survey was conducted on prospective patients and stakeholders, validating the qualitative findings and measuring market preferences. The qualitative participants were 22 people while the quantitative sample was 40 people. The results of the TOWS analysis show that Putra Medika has internal strengths to capitalise on market opportunities, but also needs to overcome weaknesses and manage competitor threats. In conclusion, Putra Medika Clinic management must integrate the findings of internal and external factors to produce concrete strategic recommendations for hospital development. These include optimisation of superior services, effective marketing strategies, and risk mitigation. The implications of this research offer practical guidance for Putra Medika's management so that expansion in Bekasi can be carried out in a sustainable and competitive manner.Literasi pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Secara khusus, literasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami, menganalisis, dan mengaplikasikan informasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian studi kasus adalah jenis pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami secara mendalam suatu kasus tunggal atau beberapa kasus dalam konteks kehidupan nyata. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu; Reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan literasi, khususnya literasi baca tulis, merupakan fondasi utama dalam proses pembelajaran siswa di SD Negeri 1 Plampang, kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi tersebut menjadi latar belakang utama dilaksanakannya Program Literasi Baca Tulis tahun pelajaran 2024/2025.Kegiatan membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran menjadi salah satu intervensi penting. Kegiatan menulis diarahkan untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan menyusun paragraf, memilih kosakata yang tepat, dan menuangkan ide secara runtut.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hal yang patut diapresiasi adalah meningkatnya ketertarikan siswa terhadap kegiatan membaca. Buku-buku fiksi dan nonfiksi yang tersedia di pojok literasi menjadi media utama dalam proses ini. Beberapa siswa bahkan mulai menunjukkan minat untuk membaca buku di luar jam sekolah, dan membawa bacaan favorit mereka ke rumah. Hasil evaluasi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya menyediakan bahan bacaan yang beragam dan sesuai tingkat perkembangan siswa agar hasil yang dicapai semakin optimal

    The role of entrepreneurship can have an influence on the economic improvement of a country, one of which is MSMEs. The better MSMEs in a country, the better the economic growth in that country. Against the background of low interest in entrepreneurship among students. This study aims to find out how the influence of Social Media Utilization, Motivation and Business Knowledge on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Majalengka. The method used is survey method with a verification descriptive approach. The population in this study were 6th and 8th semester students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Majalengka University who had studied entrepreneurship courses, with a sample of 100 people. The instrument test used in this study is the validity and reliability test. The analytical tools used in this study are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing for partial tests using the t test and simultaneous tests using the f test. The results showed that social media utilization was in the very high category, motivation was in the high category and business knowledge was in the very high category. The results of hypothesis testing show partially and simultaneously that social media utilization, motivation and business knowledge have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.Peranan kewirausahaan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan perekonomian suatu negara, salah satunya UMKM. Semakin baik UMKM suatu negara, maka semakin baik pula pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara tersebut. Dengan latar belakang rendahnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Pemanfaatan Media Sosial, Motivasi dan Pengetahuan Bisnis terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 6 dan 8 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Majalengka yang telah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Uji instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis untuk uji parsial menggunakan uji t dan uji simultan menggunakan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi, motivasi berada dalam kategori tinggi, dan pengetahuan bisnis berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pemanfaatan media sosial, motivasi, dan pengetahuan bisnis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha

    Analysis of Consistency of Volleyball Top Serve of Sports Coaching Education Students, Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Malang in Indoor Volleyball Games

    Consistency in service skills is crucial for athlete development and performance. This study evaluated the consistency of overhand serve skills in volleyball among students in the Sports Coaching Education program at the Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Malang, focusing on indoor volleyball. The descriptive method was employed to gather data using the AAHPER Youth Fitness Test. The findings indicated that most participants exhibited moderate to low proficiency in volleyball overhand serving performance, with 39.44% classified as "Fair" and 33.10% as "Poor." The average performance score was 2.45, with a standard deviation of 0.97, signifying considerable range in students' skill levels. These findings suggest that students' consistency in volleyball overhand service skills is still evolving and highlight the necessity of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical execution. A well-organized curriculum enhances training consistency, communication proficiency, and player involvement. This research significantly contributes to coaching education by highlighting the necessity of practice-based learning methodologies to enhance volleyball serve proficiency, adequately prepare future coaches, and ultimately elevate athlete performance in competitive environments.

    Application of Interval Training Method Based on Maximum Aerobic Speed Capacity on the Improvement of Anaerobic Lactic Capacity

    This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the short interval training (SIT) and long interval training (LIT) methods based on Maximum Aerobic Speed (MAS) on improving anaerobic lactic capacity in female futsal student-athletes who are members of the Futsal Student Activity Unit at the Indonesia University of Education. Data were collected in two stages: a pretest before the implementation of the training program and a posttest after completing 16 training sessions. The measurement instrument used in this study was the 35-meter Rast test. The study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design, and the data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed an improvement in the average 35-meter Rast time from 7.95 seconds to 6.16 seconds, with statistically significant results (p = 0.749). This study provides a basis for designing more adaptive and physiologically-based training programs in sports that require explosive abilities, such as futsal

    Physical Education and Health Teacher Performance Evaluation Instrument

    The purpose of this study is to develop a valid, practical, and effective teacher performance evaluation instrument based on professional, personality, and social aspects. This research is a research and development (R&D) study. The model development stages consist of preliminary research, prototyping, expert assessment, content validity estimation using Aiken's V-Coefficient, and inter-observer reliability testing. The practicality and effectiveness testing involved 82 physical education, sports, and health teachers in Padang City. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 statistical software. The results of the data analysis confirmed that the designed instrument has met the criteria for high validity and reliability, making it suitable for use as a measuring tool for the professional performance of physical education, sports, and health teachers. This instrument was developed through systematic stages, starting from literature study, needs analysis, preparation of performance indicators, to field trials involving experts and education practitioners. With this instrument, it is hoped that the process of evaluating the performance of physical education, sports, and health teachers will be more objective, transparent, and can encourage continuous improvement in the quality of learning

    Efforts to Improve Soccer Passing and Stopping Skills Through Audiovisual Media Among Students at SMPN 12 Pekanbaru in the 2024/2025 Academic Year

    Physical education is an important part of the educational process that focuses not only on physical fitness, but also on the psychological, social, and motor skill development of students. One of the sports that is widely taught in physical education is soccer, where mastery of basic techniques such as passing and stopping are fundamental skills that students must master. However, in reality, many students experience difficulties in mastering these two techniques, thus requiring innovation in the learning process. This study aims to improve students' passing and stopping skills through the use of audio-visual learning media. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles involving 23 students of class VII.3 SMPN 12 Pekanbaru, consisting of 13 male students and 10 female students. Each cycle was carried out through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection using learning tools such as lesson plans, observation sheets, and soccer skill assessment instruments. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' passing and stopping skills, with learning completeness increasing from 52.78% in cycle I to 82.60% in cycle II. The conclusion of this study confirms that the use of audio-visual media can be an effective alternative learning strategy in improving the mastery of basic soccer techniques. The implication of this study is the need for physical education teachers to integrate audio-visual media more intensively so that learning becomes more interesting, interactive, and able to improve student learning outcomes

    Sport Motivation Levels of Adolescent based on Demographic Status

    Participation in sports and physical activities plays a crucial role in promoting physical fitness and mental well-being among adolescents. However, motivation to engage in such activities often differs across demographic factors, particularly gender and residential background. This study aimed to analyze the differences in sport motivation levels among adolescents based on gender and residential status using the Self-Determination Theory framework. A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 501 students aged 17–21 years majoring in sport and health-related fields. The Sport Motivation Scale-II (SMS-II) was utilized to assess participants’ motivation levels. The Mann–Whitney U test was applied to examine differences between male and female students, as well as between those from rural and urban areas. Findings revealed a significant difference in sport motivation between male and female students, with males showing higher motivation levels. However, no significant difference was observed between students from rural and urban areas. The results indicate that gender remains an influential factor in shaping sport motivation among adolescents. Implementing gender-responsive strategies may enhance youth participation in sports and physical activities. Future studies should further investigate social and environmental factors influencing sport motivation to design inclusive and effective interventions
