    Abstract Preschool children’s health is strongly influenced by clean and healthy living habits, one of which is handwashing. However, many children still do not understand the importance of proper handwashing. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of children aged 4–6 years in practicing handwashing according to WHO standards. The activity was carried out on July 19, 2025, at TK Nidzamyah, Campurejo Subdistrict, Kediri City, involving 53 preschool children, 6 teachers, and 40 parents/guardians. The implementation methods included interactive health education, a demonstration of the six handwashing steps, hands-on practice by the children, and the provision of educational media in the form of posters and children’s songs. Teachers and parents were also given supporting materials to continue the education in their respective settings. The results showed that more than 88% of the children were able to perform proper handwashing after the education session, and there was an increase in parents’ awareness of the importance of establishing clean-living habits from an early age. This program had a positive impact not only on children’s behavior but also on enhancing collaboration between teachers and parents in supporting handwashing routines. With a fun and educational approach, this initiative can serve as an effective promotive intervention model in other early childhood education settings.     SKRINING PEMERIKSAAN PERTUMBUHAN UNTUK ANAK USIA PRASEKOLAH DI TK NIDZAMYAH KOTA KEDIRI

    Skrining pemeriksaan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak usia prasekolah merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang sangat penting guna mendeteksi secara dini adanya gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya permasalahan atau gangguan terutama pada pertumbuhan fisik anak dan meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi dengan pengukuran Berat Badan dan Tinggi Badan anak, identifikasi ketidaksesuaian peetumbuhan menggunakan parameter z-score, dan edukasi interaktif pada Orangtua. Sasarannya terdiri dari seluruh siswa-siswi TK Nidzamyah Kota Kediri sebanyak 53 siswa dan Orangtua. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak  41 anak (76,7%) menunjukkan pertumbuhan sesuai usia, 12 anak (23,3%) masuk kategori tidak sesuai. Selain itu, diperoleh peningkatan pemahaman Orangtua tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah sebesar 36%. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada skrining pemeriksaan pertumbuhan anak usia prasekolah di TK Nidzamyah Kota Kediri telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memperoleh hasil yang signifikan. Dampak positif lainnya adalah terbentuknya sistem pencatatan awal tumbuh kembang anak di sekolah serta komitmen bersama antara guru dan orangtua untuk menjadikan kegiatan ini sebagai program rutin.     The canteen is a strategic object in providing nutritious, safe, and halal food. However, the canteen at SMPN 1 Bangkalan still requires handling to become a proper canteen according to health standards which may be due to a lack of awareness and school management. This program aims to strengthen the capacity of school management in developing a healthy canteen at SMPN 1 Bangkalan. The target of the activity is the school teachers who are part of the school canteen management team. The activity methods include socialization, orientation, application of science and technology, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The stages of community service activities carried out include socialization with activity partners, orientation of healthy canteen policies, preparation of Decrees and Standard Operating Procedures for School Canteen Supervisors, and procurement of hygiene and sanitation facilities in the form of portable handwashing stations and separate covered organic-inorganic trash bins. The results of the activity demonstrate a real commitment from the school to strengthening management's role in fostering and educating about healthy canteens. The school plans to establish a written policy that explicitly regulates the types of food that may and may not be sold in the canteen, so that all parties involved have clear guidelines.     Juvenile delinquency is a growing social problem that requires comprehensive handling through collaboration among various parties, including educational institutions and community groups. This activity aims to enhance the understanding of adolescents in Tangerang City regarding the impacts of deviant behavior and to strengthen their ability to make positive decisions through educational and character-building approaches. The method used includes socialization sessions for students at Dharma Putra Senior High School, Tangerang City, during the School Orientation Period. The results show an increase in participants’ knowledge about juvenile delinquency, greater awareness of the importance of self-control, and the formation of a collaborative commitment between the school and students in preventing juvenile delinquency. This program is expected to serve as an effective model of sustainable intervention for creating a social environment that supports adolescent development in Tangerang City

    The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) in Indonesia has made it easier for people to access various digital financial services. However, low levels of digital financial literacy remain a major challenge in achieving sustainable financial inclusion. The imbalance between increasing financial inclusion and financial literacy has resulted in many people having access to financial products without understanding how to use them wisely, leaving them vulnerable to risks such as illegal online loans, fraudulent investments, digital fraud, and consumptive behavior. This situation highlights the need to strengthen the community's financial management skills by simultaneously improving financial literacy and digital literacy. This community service activity, conducted in Cijurey Village, Panyingkiran District, aims to improve the community's ability to manage personal and household finances through the integration of financial literacy and digital literacy. The approach used is community-based learning, through face-to-face training that is participatory, contextual, and applicable. Participants are equipped with an understanding of financial planning, the safe use of financial technology, and hands-on practice in digital financial management. The integration of these two literacy skills is expected to shape smart, critical, and adaptive financial behavior to the development of the digital economy, while strengthening the community's financial management capacity towards sustainable economic prosperity

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Esport yang berpotensi memengaruhi capaian akademik melalui dinamika psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, dukungan sosial, serta ketersediaan sarana belajar terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa UKM Esport Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research melalui analisis regresi linear berganda terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala Likert empat tingkat yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, dukungan sosial, dan fasilitas belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Temuan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa capaian akademik tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan kognitif individual, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan diri, kualitas interaksi sosial, serta dukungan lingkungan belajar. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan multidimensional dalam pengelolaan mahasiswa UKM Esport guna mendukung keberhasilan akademik yang berkelanjutan

    Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh struktur modal dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian fokus pada entitas yang bergerak disektor consumer non-cyclicals yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan rentang waktu pengamatan 2019-2023. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, dari populasi 113 perusahaan menghasilkan 12 perusahaan terpilih dengan total 60 data observasi. Data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan diolah menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews12. Didasarkan pada hasil seleksi model, Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dipilih sebagai model terbaik dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis data memberikan kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial, struktur modal memberikan dampak yang negatif pada kinerja keuangan, sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak terbukti berdampak secara signnifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan

    The mental health of health workers is a crucial aspect that affects the quality of service in hospitals. High work pressure, complexity of medical cases, and communication challenges between teams are the main risk factors for psychological disorders among health workers. This study aims to design an integrated leadership and communication development model as a strategic effort to support the mental health of health workers at Jannah Hospital Serang. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving medical personnel, hospital leaders, and support staff. Analyses were conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, needs, and barriers in aspects of leadership and internal hospital communication. The results showed that inclusive and empathic leadership, as well as open and structured communication, contributed significantly to improving the psychological well-being of health workers. Based on these findings, an integrated communication-based leadership development model was formulated that includes transformative leadership training, a two-way communication system, and HR engagement. This model is expected to be a reference in strengthening the hospital's human resource management system oriented towards mental health, as well as improving the work effectiveness and satisfaction of health workers in a sustainable mannerKesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan merupakan aspek krusial yang memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tingginya tekanan kerja, kompleksitas kasus medis, dan tantangan komunikasi antartim menjadi faktor risiko utama gangguan psikologis di kalangan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pengembangan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terpadu sebagai upaya strategis dalam mendukung kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Jannah Serang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan tenaga medis, pimpinan rumah sakit, dan staf pendukung. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, kebutuhan, dan hambatan dalam aspek kepemimpinan serta komunikasi internal rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan empatik, serta komunikasi yang terbuka dan terstruktur, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga kesehatan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dirumuskan sebuah model pengembangan kepemimpinan berbasis komunikasi terpadu yang mencakup pelatihan kepemimpinan transformatif, sistem komunikasi dua arah, dan keterlibatan SDM. Model ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam penguatan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia rumah sakit yang berorientasi pada kesehatan mental, serta meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan secara berkelanjuta

    ANALYSIS OF THE PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELECTRIC SHUTTLE BUS DRIVE SYSTEM RESULTING FROM CONVERSION

    This research aims to analyze the performance of the electric drive system in electric shuttle busses converted from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to battery-based electric vehicles. The focus of the study is directed toward evaluating the technical characteristics of the electric motor, battery capacity and endurance, range estimation, power requirements, and the efficiency of the vehicle's drive system. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, literature study, and mathematical modeling based on the vehicle's technical specifications, including vehicle mass, battery capacity, power and torque of the electric motor, as well as vehicle resistance parameters such as rolling resistance and aerodynamic drag. The analysis results show that 2 lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries with a capacity of 15.84 kWh can support an operating time of approximately 6.46 hours with an estimated range of 323 km at a speed of 50 km/h. The motor power calculation shows that the electric motor has a maximum power of 96.33 kW, while the actual power requirement of the vehicle on flat roads is only about 4.8 kW.     Digital transformation in primary education requires teachers to possess integrated technological and pedagogical competencies in order to design effective learning environments. However, disparities in digital readiness remain a significant challenge in many primary schools. This study aims to describe the role of graduates of the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) in strengthening digital learning practices in primary schools, to identify the challenges they encounter, and to examine the strategies employed to optimize the use of instructional technology. This research adopted a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis process consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that PPG graduates contribute to improving the quality of digital lesson planning, the use of interactive learning media, and the implementation of technology-based assessment that supports students’ conceptual understanding and engagement. Digital learning practices also enhance instructional clarity and enrich students’ learning experiences through the use of diverse digital learning resources. Nevertheless, limited access to digital devices, unstable internet connectivity, and insufficient continuous professional development remain major barriers to effective digital learning implementation. This study concludes that PPG graduates play an important role as agents of digital transformation in primary education; however, the effectiveness of this role is highly dependent on systemic school support, infrastructure readiness, and the sustainability of teachers’ professional development
