Micro, small and medium enterprises have an important role in maintaining general economic balance in an area through increasing income in the category of community economic independence. Micro-enterprises are more directed at production carried out by households. However, there are still many problems in its operations, especially in human resources and the management of products and waste from products in a sustainable manner. In this activity, researchers use a participatory approach which is often called participatory action research (PAR). The result of this assistance is that improving the quality of knowledge of business actors can be carried out properly through providing education regarding administrative requirements that must be met by business actors in managing their business, including NPWP, NIB, PIRT, Trademarks and Halal Certification. improvement of product quality that has been carried out for business actors in this assistance through the implementation of a marketing mix strategy as expected. Utilization of tree waste and banana peels through education in this activity can run well. Classroom management is very important in the learning process. Because a comfortable classroom atmosphere can make the learning process conducive and enjoyable, especially at the early childhood education level. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe how classroom management at RA Al-Hamidiyah Pangkalan Pangandaran also makes RA Al-Hamidiyah Pangkalan Pangandaran a model of classroom management that can be used as an example in good classroom management. The method that researchers take is a service learning method. The results obtained from this research are that classroom management at RA Al-Hamidiyah Pangkalan Pangandaran went very well. The importance of good classroom management because it is the main factor that can create a conducive, fun and effective classroom atmosphere has a major influence on the ongoing learning process in the classroom
Profil Kemampuan Metakognisi Siswa dalam Memecahkan Masalah Kontekstual Matematika Ditinjau dari Gaya Belajar
Students' metacognitive abilities in solving mathematical contextual problems are quite low, one of the reasons is the differences in students' learning styles. This study aims to describe students' metacognitive abilities in solving mathematical contextual problems in terms of visual learning styles, auditory learning styles, and kinesthetic learning styles. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMP N 34 Semarang in 2023/2024. The subjects of this study were students in class VIII G consisting of 1 student with a visual learning style, 1 student with an auditory learning style, and 1 student with a kinesthetic learning style. The data collection method used is a learning style questionnaire, metacognition ability tests, and interviews. While the triangulation used in this study is time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that 1 student with a visual learning style is able to master 1 of the 3 indicators of cognitive ability and tends to have low metacognition ability. Students with an auditory learning style are able to fulfill 3 of the 3 indicators of metacognitive ability and tend to have high metacognitive abilities. Students with a kinesthetic learning style are able to fulfill 2 of the 3 indicators of metacognitive ability and tend to have moderate metacognitive abilities. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that students' metacognitive abilities in solving mathematical contextual problems with the subject of auditory and kinesthetic learning styles are higher than the subject of visual learning styles
PKM Penggunaan SPSS untuk Olah Data dalam Penelitian bagi Guru-Guru SMK Al-Kautsariyyah Mranggen, Demak
SPSS is a very user-friendly statistical software. Because of its simplicity that makes it very applicable among researchers. So that in this service activity, the team will provide training on the use of SPSS for Al Kautsariyyah Vocational School teachers to use in data processing in classroom action research. The lack of statistical knowledge among teachers in schools is what motivated us to provide SPPS training so that later it is hoped that it will provide sufficient provisions to assist teachers with research, especially quantitative research. In this activity the team provided an introduction to statistical methods and how to apply them in quantitative research using SPSS software. The output form of this community service activity is the product of data processing and its interpretation by the participants. This PKM activity went very well and even had quite a good impact on the participants because the participants gained hands-on experience of SPSS to conduct data processing and analysis in quantitative research. Participants are not only able to operate SPSS, but are also able to interpret the results or output produced by SPSS
Kemampuan Representasi Siswa SMP Kelas VIII dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita Materi Peluang Ditinjau dari Gaya Belajar Visual
This study aims to determine the representational abilities of class VIII junior high school students in solving word problems on opportunity material in terms of student learning styles. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in class VIII B and VIII E of SMP Miftahul Ulum Boarding School Jogoloyo Demak which were selected based on the results of a questionnaire test. The subjects of this study were selected based on a learning style questionnaire of 60 grade VIII students, 6 students were selected consisting of 2 subjects with a visual learning style, 2 subjects with an auditory learning style, and 2 subjects with a kinesthetic learning style. . The instruments used in this study were a learning style questionnaire test to determine research subjects, math word problems to bring out students' representation abilities, and interview guidelines. The validity of the data uses technical triangulation, namely checking data that has been obtained from the same source using different techniques. The results of the research based on tests and interviews obtained 1) subjects with a visual learning style gave rise to visual representation indicators, and representations of mathematical equations or expressions. 2) subjects with learning styles bring up indicators of visual representation, and representation of equations or mathematical expressions. 3) subjects with kinesthetic learning styles only bring up visual representation indicators
Analisis Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen Tes Hasil Pendidikan Karakter di Lingkungan Sekolah Dasar
Pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar menjadi fokus perhatian yang semakin meningkat dalam upaya mengembangkan aspek moral dan etika pada anak-anak. Untuk mengukur hasil pendidikan karakter, instrumen tes yang valid dan reliabel diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tes hasil pendidikan karakter di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan sampel siswa sekolah dasar yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dirancang khusus untuk mengukur aspek-aspek kunci dalam pendidikan karakter, seperti integritas, tanggung jawab, empati, dan kerjasama. Data yang diperoleh dari tes ini dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik yang relevan. Temuan ini memberikan bukti empiris yang kuat bahwa instrumen tes hasil pendidikan karakter yang digunakan di lingkungan sekolah dasar adalah alat yang valid dan reliabel. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa instrumen tes ini dapat digunakan oleh sekolah dasar untuk mengukur dan memantau perkembangan karakter siswa secara objektif. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk pengembangan instrumen tes pendidikan karakter yang lebih baik di masa depan
Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dan Games Kahoot pada Materi Limit di Masa New Normal
The partner involved in this community service activity is MA Al Falak. The devotion is to provide limit material by using interactive learning media and kahoot games to give a positive influence on the mastery of the concept of limit students of MA Al Falak. The implementation of devotion to the SCHOOL MA Al Falak carried out three stages. First, the provision of pretest, materials and kahoot games. The second, divide the class into two groups to get intensive guidance from two students involved in this PKM. Third, review of the material and the provision of posttest. The results of the implementation of this devotion based on the results of descriptive statistical calculations, there was an increase in student learning outcomes that can be seen from the average student pretest score of only 34.35 then increased to 78.70
Uji Validasi dan Reliabilitas Instrumen Penilaian Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar
This research aims to determine content validity and reliability. Critical thinking assessment instruments that previously existed. The instrument developed is in the form of test questions. Analysis of the test items used the V coefficient by Aiken's while reliability was estimated using Kappa with the help of SPSS Version 28. The results showed that the test questions and research questions proved valid, the highest with Aiken's V coefficient ?s, namely 0.841 and reliable with a Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.903. After being validated, it was then tried out on class VI students at Karangtengah 01 Elementary School. The trial results showed that the level of difficulty of spreading and the differential power had good average criteria (can be used). Based on the results of this study, the instrument for assessing the critical thinking skills of class VI students at SDN Karangtengah 01 is valid and practical
Analisis Validtas, Reliabilitas, dan Kelayakan Instrumen Penilaian Rasa Percaya Diri Siswa
This research is part of a research on the development of student self-confidence assessment for elementary school. The purpose of this study was to determine the content validity and reliability of an instrument. The instrument developed was in the form of a questionnaire sheet. Content analysis and observation sheets used Coefficient V by Aiken's while Reliability used Cronbach's Alpha with the help of Ms. Excel. The results of this study indicate that: the questionnaire sheet in the form of a scoring rubric and this research proved valid, the highest with a coefficient of V Aiken s 0.74 and reliable with a coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha = 0.76 which means high. The instrument's feasibility test also shows 100% of the statement items are eligible to be used. Based on the results of this study, the assessment of increasing student self-confidence is appropriate to use
Profil Kemandirian dan Kreativitas Siswa SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang pada Pembelajaran Konsep Bioteknologi
This study aims to analyze the profile of students' independence and creativity in learning biotechnology materials. This research is a descriptive qualitative research type with the research subject being 60 students of class XII MIPA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang in the academic year 2021 – 2022. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire about students' independence and creativity. The results showed that the students of class XII MIPA SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang had an independent and creative attitude in carrying out biotechnology projects to show a percentage of over 60% overall. Of course, the level of independence and creativity between one student and another varies. Many students tend to be less independent and innovative but also less dependent on others and lacking ideas. It can be seen from the research results that the figures range at most at 50-60%. Project-based learning model innovation using a scientific approach can be used to increase students' independence and creativity in learning
