    Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises aims to support initiatives in implementing micro small and medium enterprises. Thus, increasing the income of low- and middle-income people, and creating jobs. However, the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially in Labulanda Village, West Kulisusu District, and North Buton District, have not been able to reduce the unemployment rate. So that entrepreneurship training is needed for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Labulanda Village, North Buton Regency. The method and implementation of this activity include conducting training discussions and coordination first with the Lurah as the partner in charge, then holding a conference to discuss the implementation and goals of the local community. For Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, this service provides marketing and entrepreneurship training in Labulanda Village, West Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The results of this activity show how to assess the effectiveness of the overall training program. Indicators of the success of training activities show that 80% of participants can understand business strategies, entrepreneurial tactics, and product marketing aimed at consumers

    Learning mathematics using traditional setting make students only memorize formulas and are good at counting without knowing the meaning behind the formula or calculation. As a result they cannot use mathematics in problem solving. Good quality in learning mathematics can only be realized by teachers who master the right mathematical approach. Realistic Mathematics Education Smart Camp is a 32 hours model training activity to facilitate mathematics teachers who are members of the city/district Mathematics council to improve the quality of mathematics learning through training in making progressive learning designs through the RME approach. This article compares how the condition of teachers related to their mathematical abilities in solving problems before and after participating in the training. Mathematics teacher show that their ablity in beginning were still lay on third level Bloom Cognitive hierarchy. They master calculating and applying formula in certain mathematics application. However, in the real context, they failed to use mathematics. After given progressive workshop, they were able to apply mathematics in any condition. They literated in using mathematics to solve daily problem. From this comparison, it can be concluded that the RME Smart Camp training has a significant role in improving the ability of teachers to prepare mathematics lessons that foster meaningful understanding using students' abilities

    Indonesian is a bridge between various things so that we can communicate, interact and understand each other. For this reason, it is very important for students to master Indonesian language skills. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of class IVB students at SDN Brumbung, Mranggen sub-district, Demak Regency for the odd school year 2021/2022. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages. The results of this research are an increase in learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects for class IV B students at SDN Brumbung for the 2021/2022 Odd Academic Year using the CRH cooperative learning model. The increase from cycle I with 17 students completing it with a percentage of 62.96% to 24 students with a percentage of 88.89% in cycle II

    This study aims to describe the problem-solving ability profile of students in biology learning at MA Darul Muqorrobin. This research is descriptive qualitative with the technique of collecting data which is netted with a problem-solving ability test in biology learning. The subject in this study is students of class X MA Darul Muqorrobin for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 53 people. Generally, the problem solving ability of students in biology learning at MA Darul Muqorrobin is in poor criteria where the indicators of understanding the problem are 51% (not good), designing problem solving 32% (not good), implementing problem solving 38% (not good) and recheck the troubleshooting result of 37% (not good). To improve problem-solving skills in biology learning, teachers need to apply problem-based learning models and media and create a learning environment that supports problem-solving methods that can increase students' learning activities, motivation and cognitive abilities

    This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills and environmental care character of students, one of which is the lack of supporting media for interesting learning textbooks with lots of pictures and content that can make it easier for students to understand the material. This study aims to examine and develop a valid, practical and effective science comic book media to improve critical thinking skills and students' environmental care character. This study uses research and development methods, which means that research aims to produce certain products that can be used in the learning process, in the form of science comic book media. The sources of this research are students, teachers, and experts. The data in this study were obtained through data on the needs of students and teachers, which were obtained through a need’s questionnaire; IPA comic book media assessment data, which was obtained through a science comic book media readability questionnaire; and media application data obtained through test instruments, journals, and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used was the research prerequisite test including the normality test, as well as the media effectiveness test including the paired t test and the N-Gain test.The results showed that, (1) the assessment of 1 media expert validator and 2 material expert validators obtained an average percentage score of 95% and 92% with a very valid category; (2) the results of the media practicality test based on the teacher's response obtained an average percentage score of 96% in the very practical category, and based on the student's response the average percentage score was 95% in the very practical category; (3) The results of the T test on the pre-test and post-test of critical thinking skills obtained a Sig score. (2-tailed) of 0.002, while the results of the T-test on the pre-test and post-test of environmental care characters obtained a Sig score. (2-tailed) of 0.000 (4) the results of the N-Gain pre-test and post-test critical thinking skills obtained a score of 0.63 in the "moderate" category, while the environmental care character obtained a score of 0.42 with the category "currently"

    Pengembangan Media Digital Book Bergambar Seri Berbasis Examples Non Examples untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Karangan Narasi Siswa

    This research is motivated by the low skills of writing narrative essays for fifth grade students of SDN Sidalang 01 based on observations and interviews with classroom teachers. This research aims to produce digital media illustrated book series based on examples non examples to improve the skills of writing narrative essays. The type of research used is Thiagarajan Semmel and Semmel 4-D (Four-D) development research. The data collection method used is the method of observation, questionnaires and tests. The results of the research at the definition and design stages produced a digital media design for a series of picture books which in its presentation used the examples non examples syntax. Then the development stage was carried out, namely by expert validation, practicality testing and effectiveness testing on digital media based on examples-non-examples-based picture books. The results of the media expert validity test got an average score of 89.37% with very good criteria and 89.5% according to material experts with very good criteria. The results of the practicality test based on student responses got an average score of 92% and 90.7% based on the teacher's response with very good criteria. The effectiveness of digital media illustrated book series based on examples non examples tested valid based on the t test got a sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 so that Ho was rejected, while the average N-Gain result was 0.57 in the moderate improvement category. It can be concluded that the digital media picture book series based on examples and non-examples is proven to be valid and feasible to use in learning

    The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a severe global recession with differential impacts within and across countries. As of August 2020, Indonesia’s COVID-19 case-fatality rate is higher than the world average. Preventive measures for the spread of infection in the form of physical distancing implemented in all educational facilities force educators and students to develop online learning technology, according to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2020. Changes in learning patterns pose problems for the academic community, including in schools. Bogor Telecomedika Vocational High School. Difficulties arise not only because of the lack of skill of students and teachers in using technology, but also the increased workload due to the number of subjects and the workload that must be completed. Objective: As an Indonesian who lives in a country with abundant natural resources, the use of medicinal plants as an immune enhancer is an alternative to improve health. Methods: This activity was conducted at the Vocational School of Telekomedika in the form of a webinar with 129 participants. The theme of the webinar contains socialization and education about plants that are efficacious for enhancing immunity and making herbal medicine as one of the implementations of their use, as well as providing information about herbal product entrepreneurship. Results: This activity had a positive impact on 80.6% of participants in significantly increasing knowledge about nutritious plants and skills in processing natural ingredients into herbal medicine for body immunity

    The application of the STAD cooperative learning model to improve students' ability to solve cube root problems in mathematics in class VI SDN Getas 1 semester I for the 2021/2022 school year. The low formative test in mathematics lessons on the cube root material of 26 students who completed only 4 students (15%). The average value is 53. This is because students have not memorized multiplication and division. From this the author wants to improve students' ability to solve cube root problems by conducting research in the form of classroom action research by applying STAD cooperative learning model because this learning includes lectures, group work, discussion, giving quizzes or tests as drills for students. The results of the first cycle of learning the average value of 63 students, and in the second cycle has increased to 84. Of the 26 students who completed the first cycle 10 children (38%), in the second cycle to 22 children (84%). This proves that the STAD cooperative learning model can improve students' ability to solve cube root problems as evidenced by the increase in the average value of students in learning

    The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of grade 3 students at SD Negeri 1 Ngroto, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Learning Model for the Odd 2021/2022 academic year. The method in this research is the classroom action research method by applying cycle I and cycle II. The data collection technique in this research is documentation technique, written tests through cycle I and cycle II. Data analysis in this research is student learning outcomes in cycle I and student learning outcomes in cycle II using descriptive statistical tests. Students are said to obtain maximum results if the student's test score is more than the KKM, namely 75. The success indicator used is successful if it increases by more than or equal to 85% of the total number of 3rd grade elementary school students who reach the KKM, namely 75. The results of this research are an increase student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II and achieving classical learning completeness in cycle II

Data collection techniques in this research were written tests, documentation and observation using cycle I and cycle II. Data analysis in this research is student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II by testing using statistical test learning outcomes scores. The success indicator is said to obtain maximum results if the student's test score is more than the KKM, namely 75. The success indicator used is successful if it increases by more than or equal to 85% of the total number of 3rd grade elementary school students who reach the KKM, namely 75. The results of this research occur increasing student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II and achieving classical learning completeness in cycle II
