Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Excellent service quality needs to get the main attention in the provision of services in hospitals, for that it is important to improve the performance of nurses as the spearhead of service. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of nurses at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study with hypothesis testing, carried out in October 2021 - December 2021 with a total of 118 nurses as respondents. Hypothesis testing using path analysis structural equation model (Structural Equation Model. The results show that compensation, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on nurse performance. Partial test results are as follows: compensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work environment has a significant positive effect on motivation work, compensation has a significant negative effect on nurse performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on nurse performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on nurse performance.The results of this study are in line with the theory expressed by Bernaddin and Russel (1993) about factors that can affect performance. employees include work motivation and factors that can affect work motivation include compensation and work environment Managerial implications: hospital management needs to improve the employee remuneration system, develop a reward system in the form of intrinsic compensation and improve the hospital governance system that refers to improving the work environmentMutu pelayanan yang prima perlu mendapat perhatian utama dalam pemberian pelayanan di rumah sakit, untuk itu penting meningkatkan kinerja perawat sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan teori yang diungkapkan oleh Bernaddin dan Russel (1993) tentang faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan diantaranya adalah motivasi kerja dan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja diantaranya adalah kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja. Pola Resistensi Kuman Mycobacterium Tuberculosis terhadap Obat Anti Tuberkulosis Lini Pertama
Pulmonary Tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is still a major public health problem in the world, including Indonesia. One of the biggest challenges in current TB control program is Multi Drug Resistance TB (MDR-TB). Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a complicating factor in TB disease control because it provides a high burden of morbidity and mortality (50–60% in five years). This literature review aims to increase knowledge about the pattern of first-line antituberculosis drug resistance so that it can early diagnose any suspected drug-resistant TB, prevent drug-resistant TB, and as a reference for conducting further research. This literature review was conducted through PubMed and Google Scholar searches with English and Indonesian articles, then all articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed. Based on literature studies from several studies, the most common pattern of resistance is rifampin or isoniazid-resistant TB, followed by resistance to rifampin and isoniazid. Most of the patients were relapse cases. To establish a diagnosis of TB drug resistance begin with identifying risk factors and accelerating laboratory diagnosis. Early detection and initiation of MDR-TB therapy is the to the successful treatment.
Penyakit Tuberkulosis Paru (TB Paru) adalah suatu penyakit kronik menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis yang masih menjadi masalah utama kesehatan masyarakat di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu tantangan terbesar dalam program penanggulangan TB saat ini adalah Multi Drug Resistance TB (MDR-TB). Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) merupakan faktor penyulit dalam penanggulangan penyakit TB karena memberikan beban morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi (50–60% dalam lima tahun). Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang pola resistensi obat antituberculosis lini pertama sehingga dapat mendiagnosis secara dini setiap terduga TB resistan obat, melakukan pencegahan TB resisten obat, serta sebagai acuan untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Tinjauan literature ini dilakukan melalui penelusuran PubMed dan Google Scholar dengan artikel berbahasa Inggris dan berbahasa Indonesia, kemudian semua artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dianalisis. Berdasarkan studi literatur dari beberapa penelitian, pola resistensi terbanyak adalah TB resisten rifampisin atau isoniazid diikuti resistensi ganda rifampisin dan isoniazid. Sebagian besar pasien merupakan kasus kambuh. Upaya dalam menegakkan diagnosis resistensi obat TB diawali dengan mengenali faktor risiko dan mempercepat dilakukannya diagnosis laboratorium. Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) or Venereal Diseases (VD) are diseases that are transmitted through sexual intercourse, either vaginal, anal, or oral. HPV infection has a large number of about one million cases every day. One study conducted by WHO stated that 31% of women in Indonesia were exposed to infection from this virus. The HPV that can cause Condyloma Acuminata are HPV-6 and HPV-11. Although pharmacological and preventive therapies such as vaccines have been carried out, the number of sufferers is still increasing and becomes a burden for the country because in general this disease attacks the productive age population, so it is time to take a more sophisticated approach to the curative treatment of this disease. Looking for the latest curative methods that can stop condyloma acuminate permanently in each individual. The research method used is by conducting a literature study through several journal databases such as Pubmed, Cinahl, Google Scholar, and others. Based on several studies, it was found that CRISPR/Cas9 proved to be effective in suppressing the expression of the E7 protein and its sequence, proliferation and at the same time inducing apoptosis through the caspase-3 pathway in the conservative genome-specific proteins E7 HPV-6 and HPV-11. Not only decreasing expression and increasing deletion of the target genome, CRISPR/Cas9 has also been shown to be very efficient in suppressing cell proliferation. Keratin cells that have been exposed to the E7 HPV-6 and HPV-11 genomes will cause uncontrolled cell proliferation. With this method, the treatment of Condyloma Acuminata can be carried out effectively and efficiently so that it does not cause recurrence in the sufferer.Penyakit Menular Seksual (PMS) atau Venereal Disease (VD) adalah penyakit yang ditularkan melalui hubungan seksual baik secara vaginal, anal, maupun oral. Infeksi HPV memiliki angka yang besar yaitu sekitar satu juta kasus setiap harinya. Salah satu studi yang dilakukan oleh WHO menyatakan bahwa 31% wanita di Indonesia terpajan infeksi dari virus ini. HPV yang dapat menyebabkan Condyloma Acuminata adalah HPV-6 dan HPV-11. Walaupun terapi farmakologis dan preventif seperti vaksin sudah dilakukan, namun jumlah penderita masih terus meningkat dan menjadi beban tersendiri untuk negara karena pada umumnya penyakit ini menyerang penduduk usia produkti sehingga sudah saatnya melalukan pendekatan yang lebih mutakhir untuk penanganan kuratif penyakit ini. Mencari metode kuratif mutakhir yang dapat menghentikan condyloma acuminate secara permanen pada tiap individu. Metode penelitian yang dilakukana dalah dengan melakukan studi literatur melalui beberapa database jurnal seperti pubmed, cinahl, google scholar, dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil studi ditemukan bahwa CRISPR/Cas9 terbukti efektif dalam menekan ekspresi protein E7 beserta sekuensnya, proliferasi serta sekaligus menginduksi terjadinya apoptosis melalui jalur caspase-3 pada genom spesifik konservatif protein E7 HPV-6 dan HPV-11. Tak hanya menurunkan ekspresi dan meningkatkan delesi genom target, CRISPR/Cas9 juga terbukti sangat efisien dalam menekan proliferasi sel. Sel keratin yang sudah terpapar oleh genom E7 HPV-6 dan HPV-11 akanmenyebabkan terjadinya proliferasi sel yang tidak terkendali. Dengan melalui metode ini pengobatan Condyloma Acuminata bisa dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga tidak menyebabkan kekambuhan pada penderitanya
Potensi Tabir Surya Pada Berbagai Tanaman Herbal
The skin is the outermost part of the body that can be exposed to direct sunlight. One of the cosmetics that can be used to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun is sunscreen. Herbal plants can be used as active ingredients for making sunscreen, such as Moringa leaves, soursop, basil, blackberries, and onion skin. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of adding plant extracts in the sunscreen formula. The research method was carried out by literature review or literature review in research journal databases from 2012 to 2022. The results showed that there was an effect of sunscreen on plant extracts added to the sunscreen formula, testing both in-vitro using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and in vivo using test animal. Phenolic compounds such as flavonoids and tannins contained in these plants are proven to absorb UV rays.Kulit merupakan bagian tubuh terluar yang dapat terpapar sinar matahari secara langsung. Salah satu kosmetik yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melindungi kulit dari efek buruk sinar matahari yaitu sunscreen. Tanaman herbal dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai zat aktif pembuatan sunscreen seperti daun kelor, sirsak, kemangi, blackberry, kulit bawang merah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat efektivitas penambahan ekstrak tanaman dalam formula sunscreen. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan literatures review atau tinjuan pustaka pada database jurnal penelitian dari tahun 2012 hingga 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya efek tabir Surya pada ekstrak tanaman yang ditambahkan kedalam formula sunscreen, pengujian baik secara in-vitro menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis maupun in vivo menggunakan hewan uji. Potensi Tumbuhan dan Tanaman Herbal Indonesia Sebagai Anti SPF
UV radiation can have an adverse effect on the skin. One of the ways to prevent these bad effects is to use sunscreen. The ethanol extract of jeruju leaves contains several secondary metabolites in the form of flavonoids and phenolics so that it has the potential as a sunscreen agent. This study aims to determine the potential of Indonesian herbs and plants as anti SPF. The method used in this article is a literature review. The results of phytochemical screening, temugiring ethanol extract contains flavonoid, phenolic (tannin) compounds, and curcumin, all of which have the potential as antioxidants and are useful as active ingredients that have the potential as sunscreens. From the results obtained, the methanol and n-hexane fractions of kebiul leaves can be used as sunscreen ingredients, at concentrations of 600 ppm, 800 ppm and 1000 ppm are included in the suntan category (moderate to extra protection), which will slightly absorb UV- A, but most can absorb UV-B rays. The suntan category can still cause the skin to turn brown, but only temporarily. The SPF value of the ethanol extract of jeruju leaves can be seen in the table. Based on the table, the average SPF value of the ethanol extract of jeruju leaves increased with each increase in the concentration of the extract. The SPF value ranges from 0 to 100, and the ability of a sunscreen that is considered good is above the SPF 15 value. Based on the literature, it is stated that flavonoids are one of the natural compounds that have the potential as photoprotective agents because they have the ability to absorb UV rays and can be antioxidant compounds.Radiasi UV dapat menimbulkan efek buruk pada kulit. Upaya untuk mencegah efek buruk tersebut salah satunya dengan menggunakan tabir surya. Ekstrak etanol daun jeruju mengandung beberapa senyawa metabolit sekunder berupa flavonoid dan fenolik sehingga berpotensi sebagai agen tabir surya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi tumbuhan dan tanaman herbal Indonesia sebagai anti SPF. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah literature review. Hasil skrining fitokimia, ekstrak etanol temugiring mengandung senyawa flavonoid, fenolik (tanin), dan kurkumin, dimana ketiganya berpotensi sebagai antioksidan dan berguna sebagai bahan aktif yang berpotensi sebagai tabir surya. Dari hasil yang didapatkan pada fraksi metanol dan n-heksan daun kebiul dapat digunakan sebagai bahan tabir surya, pada konsentrasi 600 ppm, 800 ppm dan 1000 ppm termasuk ke dalam kategori suntan (proteksi sedang sampai ekstra), dimana akan sedikit dapat menyerap sinar UV-A, namun sebagian besar dapat menyarap sinar UV-B. Kategori suntan masih dapat menyebabkan kulit berubah warna menjadi coklat, namun hanya bersifat sementara. Nilai SPF dari ekstrak etanol daun jeruju dapat dilihat pada tabel. Berdasarkan tabel, nilai SPF rata-rata ekstrak etanol daun jeruju mengalami peningkatan pada setiap kenaikan konsentrasi ekstrak. Nilai SPF berkisar antara 0 sampai 100, dan kemampuan tabir surya yang dianggap baik berada diatas nilai SPF 15. Berdasarkan literatur menyebutkan Flavonoid adalah salah satu senyawa alami yang berpotensi sebagai agen fotoprotektif karena memiliki kemampuan dalam menyerap sinar UV serta dapat menjadi senyawa antioksidan
Ketertarikan Lalat Pada Fly Grill yang Berbeda Warna
The objective of this research is to determine the difference between the yellow variations on the fly grill on the fly density. This study was carried out through pre-experimental research through a one-shot case study design. Furthermore, this research was conducted at Sambirejo Market, particularly the area that sells meat. In this case, there are 4 measurement points employed. The measurement of fly density was done for 30 seconds with 10 repetitions and each measurement average was determined. Furthermore, the data collected were analyzed using one-way ANOVA test and followed by an LSD test. Based on the research, results were obtained in the form that there was a significant difference between the fly grill and the yellow color variation on the fly density at Sambirejo market (p value = 0.035 < α = 0.05). In addition, there was also a significant difference between the dark yellow and golden fly grills (p value=0.007 < α = 0.05). In this case, the golden yellow fly grill is more effective in measuring the fly density than the dark yellow and light yello. It is further suggested that future researchers will use different bright colors and provide a grease on the surface of the fly grill using materials whose smell is preferred by fly such as meat or fish. Therefore, it will be more attractive for fly to perch.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara variasi kuning pada fly grill terhadap kepadatan lalat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one shoot case study. Penelitian dilakukan di pasar sambirejo yang berfokus pada area penjualan daging. Jumlah titik pengukuran yaitu 4 titik. Pengukuran kepadatan lalat dilakukan selama 30 detik dengan 10 kali pengulangan, kemudian masing-masing dicari rata-ratanya. Analisis data menggunakan uji one way anova dan dilanjutkan uji LSD. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara fly grill dengan variasi warna kuning terhadap kepadatan lalat di pasar sambirejo (p value=0,035 < =0,05). Ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara fly grill warna kuning tua dengan keemasan (p value=0,007 < =0,05). Fly grill warna kuning keemasan lebih efektif digunakan dalam pengukuran kepadatan lalat dibandingkan dengan fly grill warna kuning tua dan muda. Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya menggunakan warna cerah yang berbeda dan memberikan pelumuran di permukaan fly grill menggunakan bahan yang berbau kesukaan lalat seperti daging atau ikan, sehingga lebih memikat lalat untuk hinggap

Basil leaves (Ocimum Sanctum) can live well in the wild or cultivated. So far, basil leaves (Ocimum Sanctum) are only used as a complementary ingredient in cooking. In fact, basil leaves (Ocimum Sanctum) have great potential to be used in cosmetics. These basil leaves also have active compounds, namely essential oils, alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, steroids. Some of these tannins and phenols have anti-acne properties. In this study, we will discuss which preparations and at what concentration basil leaves are effective in inhibiting acne-causing bacteria (Staphylococcus Aureus). The research was conducted through a collection of journal data that has a purpose with the object of research and an explanation of several methods in the research is carried out. The results of the study concluded that the most effective preparation of basil extract in inhibiting acne-causing bacteria (Staphylococcus Aureus) was a cream preparation with an extract concentration of 45% with an inhibition zone of 25.05 mm.Daun kemangi (Ocimum Sanctum) bisa hidup dengan baik dalam keadaan liar ataupun dibudidayakan. Sejauh ini daun kemangi (Ocimum Sanctum) hanya digunakan sebagai bahan pelengkap pada masakan yang sebenernya daun kemangi (Ocimum Sanctum) memiliki potemsi yang besar untuk dimanfaatkan pada kosmetika, daun kemangi ini juga memiliki senyawa aktif yaitu minyak atsiri, alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid, steroid tannin dan fenol beberapa ini memiliki dengan sebagai anti jerawat. Pada penelitian kali ini akan membahas sediaan mana dan pada konsentrasi berapa daun kemangi efektif dalam menghambat bakteri penyebab jerawat (Staphylococcus Aureus). Technological developments have an impact on making it easier for fraud to occur which has an impact on service performance. Good service performance is the achievement of an unqualified opinion on the hospital management audit. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the role of the internal audit unit on service performance and insurance claims management system with fraud prevention as an intervening variable at Tarumajaya Hospital, Bekasi. The research method used is explanatory causality quantitative analysis with quantitative methods. With a sample of 40 people. The data were analyzed by path analysis through SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a direct and indirect influence on the role of the internal audit unit on service performance and the insurance claim management system with fraud prevention as an intervening variable at Tarumajaya Hospital. internal examination unit on service performance and insurance claim management system at Tarumajaya Hospital, Bekasi. Evaluating The Efficacy And Safety Of Tranexamic Acid To Hydroquinone And Triple Combination Cream In The Treatment Of Melasma
Background: Melasma is acquired skin condition characterized by sporadic hyperpigmented macules or patches that affects photo-exposed areas which occur chronically. Melasma seriously impairs a patient’s quality of life. Current treatments for melasma include hydroquinone, corticosteroids, retinoids, natural substances, and triple combination creams (TCC), which demonstrate variable efficacy and side-effect profiles. Melasma can now be treated with tranexamic acid (TA), a well-known anti-fibrinolytic drug. Oral, topically applied, and procedural techniques were used to administer TA. Purpose: This review evaluating the efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid to hydroquinone and triple combination cream in the treatment of melasma and suggests steps that need to be taken to mainstream TA use in clinical settings. Review: Among the recent melasma treatments are including hydroquinone (HQ), triple combination topicals, and regular use of broad-spectrum sunscreen. .1 Because plasmin has been shown to have melanogenic properties, tranexamic acid (TA) is an essential therapy option for melasma due to its anti-plasmin (and consequently anti-fibrinolytic) properties. Recent research has shown that melasma-affected skin has enhanced vascularity and VEGF expression in the epidermis, suggesting yet another method by which TA may treat melasma clinically. Conclusion: The review revealed that a combination of tranexamic acid and hydroquinone has better efficacy in treating melasma rather than hydroquinone alone. Oral tranexamic acid combined with TCC can prevent recurrence and sustain the outcome.Latar Belakang: Melasma adalah suatu kondisi kulit didapat yang ditandai dengan makula atau bercak hiperpigmentasi sporadis yang mengenai daerah terpajan foto yang terjadi secara kronis. Melasma sangat mengganggu kualitas hidup pasien. Perawatan saat ini untuk melasma termasuk hidrokuinon, kortikosteroid, retinoid, bahan alami, dan krim kombinasi tiga kali lipat (TCC), yang menunjukkan kemanjuran variabel dan profil efek samping. Melasma sekarang dapat diobati dengan asam traneksamat (TA), obat anti-fibrinolitik yang terkenal. Teknik oral, topikal diterapkan, dan prosedural digunakan untuk mengelola TA.
