The rapid development of science and technology and education also brings changes in human life. These changes have the effect of higher demands on each individual to further improve their performance. In order for their existence to be maintained, each individual will experience stress and frustration, especially for individuals who are less able to adjust to these developments. If you pay attention to people in everyday life, you will see various things that happen among the community. Some always seem to be happy, happy, happy and laughing even though what they will face later is different as expected. There are also those who often complain and grieve, despair, give up, do not fit in with other people and their work. This makes a person experience a health problem. This happens because of the lack of community for something to maintain harmony in society. It is these disturbing symptoms that prompt psychiatrists to try to investigate what causes different people's behaviors, despite the same conditions. This effort fostered one of the youngest branches of psychology, health. And in studying health, there are stress disorders and frustration among the community, due to a person cannot control himself to be better

Infectious diseases are still one of the important public health problems, especially in developing countries. The high incidence of Antibiotic resistance due to the irrational use of antibiotics is a special concern at this time. The government is also trying to control it through the Antimicrobial Resistance Control Program, including the rational administration of prophylactic antibiotics in surgery. Prophylactic antibiotics are antibiotics given before, during, and after surgical procedures to prevent complications of infection or infection of the surgical site (IDO). A retrospective and observational (non-experimental) study to know Patient characteristics, surgical characteristics, characteristics of the use of prophylactic antibiotics, rationality and cost analysis of using prophylactic antibiotics in Sectio Caesarea surgery and Appendectomy of patients at Hospital X Type B Jakarta in the period January 1 2021 – September 30 2021. Additives that are often used in food and beverages with the aim of attracting the attention of consumers, namely commonly known as addictive substances in food and beverages, can be in the form of dyes, flavoring and aroma, enhancers, antioxidants, preservatives, emulsifiers, bleaches, thickeners and sweeteners. Tartrazine or FC&C Yellow 5 dye code E 102 is a synthetic dye that produces a lemon yellow color which is easily soluble in water, and is a derivative of coal tar which is a mixture of phenolic compounds, polycyclic and heterocyclic hydrocarbons. The tartrazine compound is resistant to light, acetic acid, HCl and 10% NaOH, while 30% NaOH will undergo a chemical reaction with a reddish color change. Easily faded in the presence of an oxidizing agent, FeSO4 will make the substance solution cloudy, whereas in the presence of copper (Cu) there will be a change from yellow to reddish. paper chromatography and Uv-Vis spectrophotometry methods were positive for containing Tartrazine dye with levels that exceeded the limit set by ADI (Acceptable Daily Intake), which is around 7.5 mg/Kg/day. Tartrazine dye levels in samples A, B, C, D and E respectively 1.06457 ; 28.1832 ; 40.6126 ; 15.7269 and 28.936 mg/L. The use of tartrazine that exceeds the maximum limit permitted by the Government can cause harmful effects to the health of the body. Among them such as causing urticaria (skin allergies), rhinitis (runny nose), asthma, purpura (bruises on the skin) and systemic anaphylaxis (shock). The maximum limit for the use of tartrazine coloring permitted by the Government of Indonesia based on BPOM Regulation Number 11 of 2019 states that the maximum level of use of tartrazine in food additives is a maximum of 100 mg/kg for confectionery or candy which includes hard and soft confectionery, nougat and others.

    Get PDF
The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 35-70% of pregnant women in developing countries are anemic. Indonesia is one of the  developing countries  with  the highest incidence of anemia, which is around 70% in pregnant women.  One  of the causes of anemia during pregnancy  is that many pregnant women do not know the prevention of  anemia  during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  health counseling on the   prevention of anemia on the knowledge of   pregnant women. The research design used was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest  method where the characteristics of this design were no comparison group (control).  The study population was all pregnant women at the Minanga Health Center which amounted to 46 people. The sample technique used was simple random sampling, which was as many as 35 people. Analysis with Wilcoxon signed rank test.  The test results have a significant influence of health counseling on  anemia prevention  on the  knowledge of  pregnant women (α ≤ 0.05,  namely p-value = 0.000).    The conclusion is that health counseling on the prevention of anemia increases the knowledge of pregnant women. Suggestions are expected by the puskesmas to increase counseling or education about anemia  during pregnancy so that  pregnant women's  knowledge  about anemia increases.&nbsp

    Get PDF
This study aims to determine the ability of the Modified Foam Stability (FS-50) test to predict fetal lung maturity in preterm premature rupture of membranes treated with Dexamethasone. The study sample included pregnant women with PROM at a gestational age of 24 to less than 34 weeks in the ER and Obstetrics Ward of Sanglah Central General Hospital, Denpasar. The patient underwent a vaginal speculum examination to collect fluid pooled in the vagina or from the outer cervical opening. Fluids are checked with the Modified Foam Stability (FS-50) test and graded from 0 to +4 to estimate fetal lung maturity. The first test was performed before Dexamethasone, followed by serial examinations at 12-hour intervals for 48 hours. Before dexamethasone injection, all patients got 0 scores as a baseline. There were statistically significant differences in FS-50 values before and after injection of the first, second, third, and fourth doses of Dexamethasone in PPROM patients. Fetal lung maturity was reached after the third dose of dexamethasone injection (36 hours after the first injection), characterized by an FS-50 value of > +3 and no asphyxia in the newborn. Spearman's rank analysis showed a significant correlation (p=0.005) between infants' maximum FS-50 value and asphyxia status. The FS-50 value > +3 is associated with the absence of asphyxia in infants born to PPROM patients who were given Dexamethasone for lung maturation. FS-50 can predict fetal lung maturity in preterm premature rupture of membranes given dexamethasone therapy
