ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN NASABAH ATAS FITUR APLIKASI BIMA MOBILE PADA PT BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA TENGAH
Get PDFIntense market competition can affect customer responses to bank performance. Bank need customer responses to their products or services so that they can be used as material for evaluation and improvement in the future. Customer needs continue to change and increasingly diverse in line with development in the world and technology, so companies must be able to meet the needs desired by customers. The purpose of this research is to determine customer responses to the current Bima Mobile service and customer needs for the availability of Bima Mobile application features. In this research the descriptive statistical measurement used is the mean of customer response data and customer needs which have been arranged in a frequency distribution table. The analysis results show that the lowest indicator on the customer response component is occupied by the feature availabilityr, while the highest is application display. For the customer needs component, the analysis results show that the lowest indicator is the availability of the donation payment feature and the highest is the availability of the electricity payment feature. The company can take steps to follow up on customer responses to the features avaibility indicator that occupies the lowest position, by developing the Bima Mobile application features availability according to customer needs

Kegiatan berlangsung satu hari dan kegiatan diakhiri dengan penandatanganan MOU sekaligus penyerahan 512 buku dari PT. Kinokunia Bukindo. Diskusi publik bertujuan untuk membangun mindset para pemuda agar memiliki jiwa entrepreneur. Tidak dipungkiri masih banyaknya pemuda yang memiliki cita - cita selesai sekolah dan kuliah bekerja di kantor, sebagai ASN atau bekerja di perusahaan. Meskipun kabupaten Tangerang dikenal dengan seribu industri tetapi jumlah pencari kerja dan perusahaan tetap masih tidak seimbang. Banyaknya pendatang dari luar Tangerang mengakibatkan persaingan yang sangat ketat diantara pencari kerja. Optimizing Call Setup Success (CSSR) Parameters In Mobile Communications Using K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN)
Get PDFThe evaluation of the mobile communication network inside the cellular communication system, often known as the Global System for Mobile Communication, is crucial to achieve optimal call quality. The Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR) is a measure that plays a significant role in determining the performance of the mobile network, alongside various other factors. The mobile network's performance may decrease if the Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR) number is below the expected standard. The CSSR outcome is influenced by multiple variables that lack a specific formula or exhibit no discernible relationship with one another. The individual responsible for optimizing decisions in the real case is an operator or an engineer who relies on their experience to inform their choices. Nevertheless, even those with previous expertise in this domain may encounter difficulties determining the most effective approach for optimizing CSSR parameters since they must consider the interconnections among the many inherent values in these parameters. In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to employ pattern recognition algorithms, among which the k-nearest Neighbor (k-NN) technique is included. In this study, the k-nearest Neighbor method will be employed to assist novice engineers in determining the optimization method for enhancing CSSR performance. Certain data from the OMC-R are utilized for the purpose of enhancing the performance of the CSSR and determining the feasibility of employing the k-NN pattern recognition approach to improve the CSSR. The efficacy of the k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) algorithm in providing an optimal solution, as determined by the operator or engineer on behalf of the telecommunication service provider, serves as a key indicator of the system's overall success. The implementation of CSSR optimization utilizing the k-NN algorithm decision has achieved a successful outcome, with 89.65% of the total data being accurately processed

Get PDFKegiatan sosialisasi dan pemetaan potensi pemanfaatan kembali limbah kotoran sapi yang dikonversi menjadi biogas pada Kelompok Tani Sumber Rejeki, Kota Semarang, selaku mitra kegiatan, sudah dilakukan. Metode kegiatan yang digunanakan adalah pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan menitikberatkan pada keterlibatan mitra. Hasilnya, potensi limbah dari kegiatan peternakan pada kelompok mitra dengan rata-rata jumlah ternak yang dimiliki sebanyak 14 ekor sapi dewasa, dapat menghasilkan 406 kg kotoran per hari dengan potensi slurry sebagai bahan baku utama pembuatan biogas sebesar 812 kg/hari. Kapasitas digester yang dibutuhkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi slurry tersebut adalah sebesar 15 m3 dengan potensi biogas yang dihasilkan sebesar 12,789 m3/hari. INFLUENCE OF PROCESSING AND NON-PROCESSING SERVICE QUALITY ON PASSENGER SATISFACTION SEMARANG AIRPORT
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to investigate the variables that affect Passenger Satisfaction. The determining factors considered are the Service Quality of Processing and Non- Processing. This study uses a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique, namely by distributing questionnaires to air service users who depart through Semarang Airport with 100 respondents. The SPSS 26 statistical test tool is used in this data analysis procedure together with a variety of linear regression analysis techniques. The findings revealed that Passenger Satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by the Service Quality of Processing and Non-Processing. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.660, this means that 66% of Passenger Satisfaction can be explained by the Quality of Processing and Non-Processing Services while the remaining 34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This shows that Processing and Non-Processing Service Quality plays an important role in increasing Passenger Satisfaction
INFLUENCE OF THE TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE CONCEPT ON SUSTAINABILITY AND SUCCESS OF TOFU SMEs IN MAGELANG
Get PDFBusiness sustainability is essential for enterprises to endure in the future and provide economic, social, and environmental opportunities for future generations. By establishing business sustainability in economic, social, and environmental aspects, a business can enhance its success. This study seeks to analyse business sustainability and success in tofu SMEs in Magelang Regency, with a focus on sustainable practices. The study was conducted using purposive sampling technique with specific criteria and considerations to determine the sample. A total of 60 participants from the tofu industry hub in Candimulyo District were included in the sample. The analysis employed quantitative methods and a descriptive analysis approach, using variables and indicators. The research findings indicate that the sustainability of tofu SMEs is influenced by economic, social, and environmental variables within the triple bottom line concept. Meanwhile, the success of small and medium-sized enterprises producing tofu is determined by economic and social factors, operating within the framework of the triple bottom line concept

Get PDFComplexity in construction projects tend contractors to share the works to subcontractors. The subcontractor's role has a high influence on project completion. However, in project, disputes between subcontractor and main contractor arise regarding compliance of rights and obligations that impact to claims. This research was conducted to evaluate construction claims from the perspective of subcontractors and contractors related with types of claims, the drive and resistance”™s factors for claims, the impact of claims, total amount of claims, and characteristics of subcontractors. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and case studies of projects based on perspective of the contractor and subcontractor. The results of the analysis show that claims for variation order, extension of time and price adjustments are the types of claims regularly occurred; driving”™s factor of claims due to price increases, late of payments and acceleration of the works; the resistance”™s factors for claims are due to lack of understanding of the contract, poor communication, incomplete documents; and the impact of claims are the increase in the cost budget, time of construction, and relationships; regarding total amount of claim with range 1-20 billion; then for subcontractor”™s characteristic, mostly foreign subcontractor regularly propose to claim
PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN VERMIKULIT TERHADAP KUAT LENTUR BETON MUTU RENDAH DENGAN SIMULASI BANJIR AIR LAUT
Get PDFThe condition of high tides causing flooding or what is called tidal flooding is a condition that has a negative impact on the surrounding area, especially construction buildings. Construction buildings that are submerged in sea water can experience corrosion in the building structure. The addition or substitution of certain ingredients that can minimize the influence of minerals and salts contained in sea water, such as vermiculite, can be an alternative to this problem. Vermiculite material has the ability to absorb water and can extract heavy metal salts from water. This research was carried out by adding vermiculite to the concrete mixture at 0% (normal concrete), 12%, 24% and 36%, which was then tested on fresh concrete mixture (slump and bulk density testing). The test object used is in the form of a block with dimensions of 100mm × 100mm × 500mm. Concrete flexural strength testing was carried out on test objects that had been soaked using sea water and ordinary water as a comparison. The highest flexural strength value of concrete was in the mixture with a percentage value of 36%, namely 2.91 MPa for concrete submerged in sea water and 2.86 MPa for concrete submerged in plain water. The addition of vermiculite material can increase the flexural strength value of concrete along with the percentage level of the vermiculite mixture

Get PDFThere is an intensity to the observation of this research to understand the management of the active dynamic archive of the Examination Results Report (LHP) at the Central Java Provincial Inspectorate and also the obstacles and solutions to such obstacles. As for the observations, the research is qualitatively descriptive and uses a method of data collection, documentation, and interviews. Observations show that LHP archive processing includes creation, maintenance, storage, and shrinkage. Creation processes include creation in the processing unit, recording in the archive unit, and scanning. LHP archives are stored in the archive unit room and also in the record center using a number storage system. The process of LHP shrinkage has not been completed. The obstacles faced are the lack of SDM, lack of storage space, insufficient security aspects of the record center, and also poor archival systems, according to Agus Sugiarto and Teguh Wahyono. The advice that can be given is to: 1) make the recruitment of archive experts; 2) repair the corrupted record center; 3) make the procurement of archive equipment; 4) improve the security aspects of the record center; and 5) make the process of narrowing strictly
