ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, WORK MOTIVATION, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA, TBK PEKALONGAN WAHID HASYIM BRANCH OFFICE
This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 45 employees. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis model uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. While the data analysis technique used the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t statistical test which were processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. Partially, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office
FORMULATION OF BUSINESS STRATEGY USING SWOT METHOD AND QUANTITATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING MATRIX (QSPM): (CASE STUDY SURYA BOUTIQUE HOTEL SEMARANG)
This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to formulate a business strategy at Surya Boutique Hotel Semarang by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using IFE, EFE, CPM, SWOT, and QSPM which showed the results of an IFE weighted score is 2,644, an EFE weighted score is 3,258, and a CPM score is 3,023 which means the company is in a strong enough position in controlling the strengths and weaknesses to face opportunities and threats. Based on the SWOT analysis, integration, intensive, and diversification strategies were developed into 8 alternative strategies for the company. The most suitable strategy based on QSPM is to rearrange the number of room availability based on customer interest with a TAS value of 6,968. This strategy is in line with the current condition of the hotel, which is experiencing a limited number of rooms in the type that consumers are most interested in
Influence of Export Price, Domestic Sales and Dollar Exchange Value on the Export Volume of Terpentine in Central Java's Non-Wood Forest Products Industry
This research aims to identify the influence of export price, domestic sales and Dollar”™s exchange rate on Turpentine”™s export volume in KBM Industri Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu Jawa Tengah during 2018-2021. This research was using secondary data during 2018-2021 which obtained by collecting data from KBM Industri Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu Jawa Tengah and Bank Indonesia. The data was tested with multiplier linear regression analysis technique. F test results indicates that export price, domestic sales and Dollar”™s exchange rate simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Turpentine”™s export volume. T test results indicates that export price positively and significantly influence Turpentine”™s export volume. Instead, domestic sales and Dollar”™s exchange rate have a negative and insignificant influence on Turpentin”™s export volum
Analisis Sifat Korosi Hasil Cor terhadap Temperatur Pembuatan Propeller Perahu Menggunakan Metode Sand Casting
Propeller sebagai bagian penting pada kapal yang berguna untuk menggerakkan kapal. Propeller dapat diproses dari bahan aluminium melalui metode pengecoran. Pengecoran yang digunakan di industri rumahan biasa menggunakan aluminium bekas sebagai bahan baku. Manfaat dari re-casting sendiri adalah limbah-limbah aluminium dapat didaur kembali menjadi produk yang lain. Sayangnya re-casting ini malah dapat meningkatkan porositas dan mengurangi kekuatan serta kekerasan. Selain itu dalam pengecoran aluminium bekas juga susah untuk mengontrol komposisi kimia yang diinginkan karena tidak diketahui jenis aluminium yang dijadikan sebagai bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh temperatur cor terhadap ketahan korosi dari propeller yang telah dibuat. Propeller dicor dengan dengan bahan aluminim bekas dan menggunakan cetakan pasir dengan variasi suhu penuangan 400 °C, 500 °C dan 550 °C. Metode karakterisasi yang dilakukan adalah uji komposisi kimia, pengamatan mikrostruktur, dan uji korosi (polarisasi potensiodinamik). Hasil dari pengujian komposisi kimia (spectrometer) bahwa unsur yang terkandung yaitu jenis paduan Al-Si dengan persentase sebesar Al 92,92%, kemudian Si 3,84%. Hasil pengamatan mikrostruktur didapatkan temperatur 550 °C menghasilkan nilai porositas terkecil dengan rata-rata 7,17 ðœ‡m. Semakin meningkat temperatur tuang didapatkan arus korosi (Icorr) semakin kecil yaitu mencapai 0,42 µA/cm2. Apabila semakin rendah nilai laju korosi, semakin meningkat ketahanan korosinya. Sehingga semakin kecil ukuran poros maka ketahan korosinya meningkat
Performance of Photovoltaic as Pump Drive for Alternator Characteristic Monitoring System
The objectives of this research to generate electrical energy by making photovoltaic which utilizes the potential of solar radiation sources to drive the pump. There are 2 monocrystalline solar panels installed with a capacity of 100 Wp. Installation of solar panels at an angle of 7 ° based on geographic location in the Tambakboyo, Ambarawa, -7.263239"(Latitude) South Latitude and 110 °42'06.82 (Longitude) East Longitude. The test is carried out by turning on the pump for 1 hour within a period of time until 7 days. The parameters measured in the test are solar radiation data (W/m ²), voltage (V) and current (A) input from solar panels, battery input voltage, voltage and current input from the inverter, as well as the output voltage and current from the inverter. The results of test obtained the highest efficiency value of 12.854% at a voltage of 12.58 V and a current of 10.4 A
PENGENALAN DAN PELATIHAN UJI TANAH DI LAPANGAN UNTUK SISWA BIDANG KEAHLIAN KONSTRUKSI JALAN, IRIGASI, DAN JEMBATAN SMKN 7 SEMARANG
Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa yang berasal dari SMKN 7 Semarang adalah suasana pembelajaran dan sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan PTV. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya celah antara kurikulum SMK dengan PTV. Siswa SMKN 7 Semarang sudah memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait kompetensi bidang teknik sipil, tetapi ketika memasuki dunia PTV masih mengalami kesulitan dalam beberapa bidang. Oleh karena itu untuk menjembatani dan mengisi celah dari kurikulum SMK ke PTV diperlukan pengenalan dan pelatihan terkait kompetensi bidang teknik sipil, salah satunya adalah kompetensi pengujian tanah di lapangan.Pelatihan yang dilakuakn adalah pelatihan uji sandcone dan DCP. Hasil dari pelatihan siswa SMKN 7 Semarangdapat memahami secara tepat cara pengujian di lapangan menggunakan alat sandcone dan DCP, juga cara analisis data hasil pengujian. Selain itu, kuisioner juga menanyakan terkait kemudahan bimbingan selama pelatihan, hasilnya adalah 91% siswa menyatakan bahwa dosen dan mahasiswa yang mendampingi memberikan bimbingan dan arahan dengan jelas sehingga mudah dipahami oleh siswa
Effect of Sales Promotion, Website Quality, and Digital Marketing on Impulse Buying (Case Study on the Consumers of the Millennial Marketplace on Bukalapak in Semarang Region)
This study aims to analyze the effect of Sales Promotion, Website Quality, and Digital Marketing on Impulse Buying (Case Study on Bukalapak's Millennial Generation Consumers in the Semarang Region). The data collection methods used were questionnaires, and literature studies. The questionnaire used is the Agree Disagree Scale with a score of 10 points (1-10) and the sample collection used is non-probability sampling, which does not provide equal opportunities/opportunities for each member or member of the population. Using a purposive sampling method, 100 samples of Bukalapak consumers were taken, who live in the Semarang area, and aged 25-40 years, and made purchases at Bukalapak more than once. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS 26. The results show that sales promotion, website quality, and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. With a coefficient of determination of 45.1
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, UKURAN, DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN MANAJEMEN LABA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
The development of technology and information in the era of globalization has increased public awareness of the role of companies in the environment. Many companies have provided welfare for people's lives. However, the company's activities in running its business will also not be separated from the negative impact on the company's environment. The purpose of this study was determined the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and firm size on earnings management and financial performance and viewed the effectiveness of earnings management as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019, which were 129 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling and judgment sampling approach, namely the sample had reported complete financial statements for three consecutive periods. Measurement of CSR disclosure refers to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) instrument, company size is measured by total assets, financial performance is measured by ROA, and earnings management is measured using the Jones model. Hypothesis testing analysis technique use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that CSR disclosure has a negative and insignificant effect on earnings management and financial performance. However, firm size has a positive and significant effect on earnings management and financial performance. Another finding is that earnings management is able to mediate the effect of firm size on performance
EVALUASI KINERJA MULTI ANTENA MIKROSTRIP 2,4 GHZ DIRECTIONAL UNTUK APLIKASI KOMUNIKASI NIRKABEL
Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, komunikasi nirkabel telah menggunakan antena patch mikrostrip sebagai komponen umum dalam sistemnya. Makalah ini menyajikan rancangan susunan patch mikrostrip paralel di insert untuk beroperasi pada frekuensi narrowband untuk komunikasi nirkabel. Multi Antena Mikrostrip 2,4 GHz Directional Sangat penting dievaluasi dalam konteks ini karena secara signifikan multi antenna memberikan dampak signifikan pada sistem komunikasi yang memanfaatkan multi input dan multi output. Penguatan yang tinggi diperoleh dengan menggunakan patch persegi yang mudah di duplikasi dan diimplementasikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antena yang di evaluasi kinerja paramternya sangat penting. Beberapa parameter antena seperti pola radiasi dan gain untuk satu dan multi antena diplot dan didapatkan hasil yang baik. Perangkat lunak simulator struktur frekuensi tinggi (HFSS) telah digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil eksperimen. Sebagai bahan substrat, digunakan FR4 yang mempunyai konstanta dielektrik 4,2.Kata kunci : Antena, Miikrotrip, Multiantena, Nirkabel.In recent years, wireless communications have used microstrip patch antennas as a common component in their systems. This paper presents the design of an inserted parallel microstrip patch array to operate at narrowband frequencies for wireless communications. 2.4 GHz Directional Microstrip Multi Antenna It is important to evaluate in this context because multi antennas have a significant impact on communication systems that utilize multiple inputs and multiple outputs. The high gain obtained by using a square patch is easy to duplicate and implement. This shows that the antenna performance parameters evaluated are very important. Several antenna parameters such as radiation pattern and gain for single and multiple antennas were plotted and good results were obtained. High frequency structure simulator software (HFSS) has been used to obtain the experimental results. As a substrate material, FR4 which has a dielectric constant of 4.2 is used.Keywords: Antenna, Microtrip, Multiantena, Wireless
