    HEALTH LEVEL OF SHARIA COMMERCIAL BANKS STUDY WITH RISK BASED BANK RATING (RBBR) APPROACH FOR THE YEARS 2018-2022

    This reseacrch aims to analyze the health level of Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Based on the sampling criteria, 6 Islamic commercial banks were obtained that could be used as research samples. The research method used is the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method including risk profile, good corporate governance, earning and capital factors. The results showed that during the 2018-2022 period, the Islamic commercial bank that had the best health level the "very healthy" category was BTPN Syariah, while the Islamic commercial bank that had the worst health level the "less healthy" category was Bank KB Bukopin Syariah. The main factor of the low level of health of several Islamic commercial banks is low profitability, so that policies taken to improve the health level of banks are to increase income and making cost efficiency

    Application of Temperature Monitoring and Blowing Machine Control System Technology Based on a Programmable Logic Controller in the Plastik Bottle Production Process at CV. Nugroho Plastik is a tool used to monitor the liquid temperature of plastik pellets to drive the plastik pellet machine in the blow molding process at CV Nugroho Plastik, which can operate both manually and automatically. The aim of creating this system is to reduce damage to the plastik ore pushing machine due to the plastik ore liquid not being hot enough or vice versa, which can result in broken axles in the plastik ore pushing machine. The control used in the temperature monitoring and blowing machine control system is PLC CP1L M30DT expansion CP1W-TS002. as a plastik ore sensor, 2 Type K thermocouples are used, while to monitor the output and provide input to the controller used, namely HMI NB7W TW00B. The plastik ore temperature value in this tool is set in the range of 130 °C to 190 °C. The results of applying this technology show that the type K thermocouple sensor has an accuracy of 99.7% in reading the temperature of the plastik ore heating machine, and in general, the system implemented has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of the production process. Apart from that, this system has shown good performance in controlling the blowing machine based on the temperature of the pusher machine

    Digital financial literacy training through non-cash transactions aims to increase financial inclusion, as well as public knowledge and skills in managing digital finance. This service activity uses the experiential learning method with 20 participants from MSME actors in Kudus Regency. The scope of material in this service is the introduction of non-cash transactions, instruments in digital payments, the benefits of non-cash transactions, how to prevent and overcome problems in noncash transactions, and understand consumer protection in digital transactions. The result of this activity is that MSME players have increased their understanding and skills in digital financial literacy, especially in non-cash transactions. This increase is expected to make it easier for MSME players to better manage their digital finances. In addition, this activity can encourage increased community financial inclusion and have an impact on increasing sustainable economic growth

    Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan mendasar kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan air bersih pada suatu hotel dapat dihitung dengan jumlah tamu serta jenis dan jumlah alat plumbing. Untuk   memenuhi jumlah kebutuhan air bersih pada Hotel Grandhika Pemuda Semarang dengan jumlah gedung 8 lantai dan 2 basement. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membandingkan kapasitas air bersih yang tersedia dengan persediaan air, kebutuhan air, dan pemakaian air pada hotel. Kebutuhan air bersih yaitu tangki atap/atas yang digunakan sekarang berjumlah 2 tangki roof water tank yang berkapasitas 20 m ³ dan 2 tangki raw water tank yang bekapasitas 38 m ³, memiliki kapasitas keseluruhan untuk tangki atas 58 m ³, dan tangki bawah digunakan berjumlah 1 tangki ground tank dengan kapasitas 100 m3. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih berdasarkan jumlah penghuni dan berdasarkan perhitungan jumlah dan jenis plumbing. Hasil dari penelitian perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih dari jumlah penghuni 136,2 m3 dengan pemakaian air bersih setiap 10jam/hari sebanyak 13,62 m3/jam, Kebutuhan air dari jumlah dan jenis plumbing sebanyak 43,76 m3/hari, Pemakaian air tahun 2017sebanyak43,42m3/hari. Pemakaian air tahun 2018 sebanyak 46,79m3/hari, Pemakaian air tahun 2019 sebanyak 45.54 m3/hari, Pemakaian air tahun 2020 sebanyak 23,44 m3/hari. Kapasitas tangki atas/atap sebanyak 86,26 m3, kapasitas tangki bawah sebanyak 45,4 m3. Dengan adanya analisis air bersih ini dapat diharapkan kapasitas penyediaan yang telah terpasang pada Hotel Grandhika Pemuda Semarang mampu melayani kebutuhan air bersih pada beban puncak. Dengan melakukan pengukuran terhadap debit air dapat diketahui debit air yang dibutuhkan, lalu dari hasil pengukuran tersebut dibandingkan dengan kapasitas yang terpasan

    Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada sub line wiper assy yaitu pada proses nut push press terdapat komponen tambahan berupa o-ring, setiap proses nut push press membutuhkan 4 buah o-ring. Kapasitas batang suplai o-ring yang terbatas mengakibatkan perlu adanya pengisian secara berulang pada batang suplai o-ring, pengisian o-ring ini dilakukan oleh operator feeder secara manual. Dampak dari masalah tersebut yaitu waktu penyuplaian o-ring kurang efektif, berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan alat yang digunakan untuk menyuplai o-ring secara cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengurangi waktu proses penyuplaian o-ring dengan membuat rancang bangun autofeeder part o-ring dengan sistem penggerak pneumatik. Metode penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, studi pustaka, perancangan, pembuatan dengan pemilihan komponen dan pengerjaan alat, serta pengujian. Hasil dari autofeeder part o-ring yakni mempermudah dan mempercepat proses penyuplaian o-ring. Menurunkan cycle time penyuplaian o-ring dari 83,9 detik menjadi 38,6 detik atau berkurang 53,9% dan waktu proses pengisian o-ring dapat dikurangi dari 31,8 detik menjadi 17,7 deti

    Optimasi Parameter Plastic Injection Molding pada Mold ID Card Holder Landscape untuk Menurunkan Cacat Sink Mark

    Masifnya industri pengolahan plastik mendorong perguruan tinggi vokasi untuk memberikan kompetensi kepada lulusannya menjadi mold maker. Sebagai perwujudan kompetensi terebut, mahasiswa Program Studi Pembuatan Peralatan dan Perkakas Produksi di Politeknik Astra membuat project mold ID card holder dengan format landscape berbahan Polypropylene. Tujuan pembuatan mold ini adalah sebagai alat peraga praktikum dan adanya permintaan produk yang dapat dijadikan sebagai souvenir resmi Politeknik Astra. Seiring berjalannya waktu, ID card holder yang dihasilkan memiliki cacat sink mark, deformasi dan mengalami penyusutan material sehingga ID card sangat sulit untuk masuk dan secara visual tidak layak untuk dijadikan souvenir. Penelusuran yang dilakukan menghasilkan temuan adanya kesalahan prosedur berupa trial dan error dalam proses cetak dan tidak digunakannya CAE dalam proses pembuatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kembali kombinasi parameter optimal pada mold ID card holder landscape dengan menggunakan kombinasi Metode Taguchi dengan pendekatan GRA-PCA dan software Autodesk Moldflow Adviser Ultimate 2024 serta mendapatkan perbandingan biaya sebelum menggunakan CAE dan sesudahnya. Parameter mold temperature, melt temperature dan injection time menjadi variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan sink mark estimate, volumetric shrinkage dan warpage menjadi variabel terikatnya. Kombinasi parameter mold temperature 30 °C, melt temperature 200 °C dan injection time 3,5 s memberikan respon optimal sehingga cacat sink mark maksimalnya 0,02 mm dan selisih biaya Rp8.250.000,00 lebih rendah dengan memanfaatkan CAE

    The Kali Lamong Project is scheduled to be completed within 35 weeks with acontract value of Rp. 72,000,000,000,-. The purpose of this study is to determinecost and time performance, cost and time estimates at the end of project completionand the factors that cause delays or project progress. The method used in this studyis the Earned Value method which combines the elements of cost and time as well asthe physical performance of the work The data obtained from the project includesthe project time schedule, budget plan (RAB), project weekly reports and actualcosts, then an analysis of costs, schedules, variances and performance indexes iscarried out by explaining the problems that arise during the research. From theresults of the analysis it is known that the costs incurred are lower than thebudgeted costs indicated by the value of CPI = 1.12 and the implementation time isslower than the planned schedule indicated by the value of SPI = 0.71. The resultsof the calculation of the estimated final project cost of Rp. 67,952,500,564.98 withan estimated completion time of 43 weeks, indicating that the project experienced adelay of 8 weeks from the planned 35 weeks. This delay was caused by variousfactors such as delays in the initial erection of the project by a third party, damageto equipment, changes to the drawings by the planning consultant and changes tothe design by the owner

    Development of a Biomass Anila Furnace with a casing for preheating

    This study aims to find out the effect of using a shroud mounted on an anila biomass gasification furnace. The casing functions as a guide and heats the air that will enter the combustion chamber. The method used in this study is an experimental method. The type of furnace used in the experiment is a biomass anila furnace. This furnace is made of metal. The casing is attached to the outside and envelops the furnace. Measurements made between long flame, starting time, and flame stability. The test results show that the average startup time is 10 minutes. long flame flame with cover is 87.79 minutes, while without cover is 72.28 minutes. The stability of the flame using the casing is more stable than without the casing
