    The higher the mobility, the higher the volume of traffic on the road, this causes quite significant congestion, then the higher the mobility, the higher the queues and delays at an intersection. Therefore, there is a need for study or research regarding the continuous and ongoing performance of intersections. continuously every year. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of unsignalized intersections using the PKJI 2023 method using quantitative descriptive methods, data collection is carried out through traffic surveys to obtain intersection performance in the form of traffic flow volume (V), capacity (C), degree of saturation. (DJ), delay (T), and queue probability (PA). The analysis method is in accordance with the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023) as a reference in research. The results of the intersection analysis showed that the highest traffic volume occurred on Monday 19 February 2024 at 06.30-07.30 WIB with a traffic flow volume (V) = 1,401 cur/hour, with a capacity value (C) = 3,512.05 cur/hour, degree of saturation (DJ) = 0.40, Delay (T) = 9.62 sec/cur, and queue probability (PA) upper limit = 18.75% and lower limit = 7.58%. Meanwhile, there is an intersection performance engineering for the next five years with traffic flow volume (V) = 1800 cur/hour and degree of saturation (DJ) = 0.51

    This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology capabilities on organizational agility, knowledge management on organizational agility, information technology capabilities on product innovation, knowledge management on product innovation, organizational agility on product innovation. The research variables extend the academic discussion by finding inconsistencies in information technology capabilities and knowledge management on product innovation. Organizational agility is used as a mediating variable. This study is theoretically useful regarding the role of organizational agility as a mediator and managerially used as a foundation for the Semarang Cooperative & MSME Agency in educating the importance of technology and knowledge management, as well as training umkm actors to respond quickly to change. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) as an analytical tool with primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample was taken by purposive random sampling from 123 culinary MSME owners in Semarang City who use digital platforms. This study found that information technology capability has a positive effect on organizational agility, knowledge management has a positive effect on organizational agility, and organizational agility has a positive effect on product innovation. However, the relationship between information technology capabilities and knowledge management is not significant to product innovation, and emphasizes the importance of organizational agility as a mediator. The research implication shows that organizational agility optimizes the use of information technology and knowledge management, so that both can contribute significantly to product innovation

    In Indonesia, there are many MSMEs that don't know much about Financial Literacy, so many have difficulty getting capital and end up going bankrupt. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, saturated sampling type, with the number of respondents studied being 37 MSMEs. Based on a simple linear test by testing the hypothesis, financial literacy influences the sustainability of MSMEs. This is shown by the t table test result = 2.305 and the calculated t result is 5.825. So the calculated t is greater than the t table (5.825 > 2.305) which means that financial literacy has a significant effect on business sustainability

    Kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Mugi Lestariberada di Desa Wedusan, Kecamatan Dukuhseti, Kabupaten Pati. Fokus usaha KWT yaitu pada kegiatan usaha pembuatan ceriping pisang dan singkong dengan memanfaatkan hasil sumber daya alam yang ada di Kabupaten Pati. Pengelolaan usaha yang dilakukan oleh KWT masih konvensional, baik dari segi produksi maupun manajemen.Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai luaran tersebut yaitu: (a) Sosialisasi kegiatan terkait, (b) Penerapan TTG berupa mesin perajang pisang dan singkong serta peniris minyak, (c) Pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap mitra berupa pelatihan edukasi penggunaan mesin, media sosial, pemasaran online, d) Monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan program pemberdayaan berbasis masyarakat (PBM) ini meliputi: (1) penerapan TTG berupa mesin perajang pisang dan singkong, (2) terciptanya 1 media sosial dan 1 e-commerce yang digunakan sebagai media pemasaran online, (3) terciptanya branding product berupa logo dan kemasan, (4) meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra melalui pelatihan penggunaan alat serta media online berupa instagram dan shopee. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya jumlah produk ceriping pisang dan singkong sebesar 50%, meningkatkan mutu produk, meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra terkait mesin TTG serta media pemasaran online, meningkatkan pelayanan mitra terkait pembuatan branding product untuk strategi pemasaran

    AbstrakSaklar adalah salah satu dari perangkat elektrik yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai pengontrol, memutus dan menghubungkan tegangan listrik ke beban yang biasanya berupa lampu listrik. Beban listrik secara umum adalah semua peralatan yang dalam bekerjanya menggunakan energy listrik. Ada banyak jenis saklar yang digunakan dalam rangkaian instalasi cahaya maupun tenaga listrik. Pada rumah tangga, perkantoran, hotel, sekolah, kampus, mall, industri dan bangunan lainnya, saklar digunakan untuk mengontrol nyala dan matinya lampu. Untuk mengubah kedudukan saklar mekanik manual dari menghubung menjadi terputus atau sebaliknya dilakukan dengan cara menekan bagian knob yang biasanya dengan mengguakan jari tangan.Dengan menggunakan saklar elektronik jenis sentuhan (touch switch), untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu, cukup dilakukan dengan menyentuh permukaan saklar yang tidak menggunakan knob. Jenis saklar remote jarak jauh (wire less) untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu dilakukan dengan menekan tombol “ON” atau “OFF” pada remote transmiternya. Pengontrolan nyala lampu jarak jauh yang menggunakan aplikasi android via Bluetooth atau wifi, untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu dilakukan dengan cara menyentuh gambar aplikasi pada layar smartphone.Saklar elektronik yang dirancang pada penelitian ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan sensor infra red switch tanpa sentuh dan remote switch yang diaplikasikan untuk mengganti saklar mekanik manual. Saklar elektronik hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mengontrol lampu listrik tanpa sentuh dan dapat juga dikontrol melalui remote dari jarak jauh. Infra red swith dan remote switch pada penelitian ini digunakan sebagai masukan dari Arduino mini Seeeduino Xiao SAMD21 dan keluarannya menjadi input Solid State Relai (SSR) yang berfungsi sebagai driver lampu. jika data dari output Arduino= 1 lampu menyala, sebaliknya jika datanya= 0, lampu menjadi mati.Kata kunci: sensor infra red switch, remote switch, Arduino Seeeduino XIAO, saklar elektronik, tanpa sentuhan.AbstractSwitch is one of the electrical devices that functions as a controller, disconnecting and connecting electric voltage to loads, typically in the form of electric lights. The electric load, in general, refers to all equipment that operates using electrical energy. There are many types of switches used in lighting and electrical power installations. In households, offices, hotels, schools, campuses, malls, industries, and other buildings, switches are used to control the on and off of lights. To change the position of a manual mechanical switch from connected to disconnected or vice versa, it is done by pressing the knob, usually with the use of fingers.By using touch-type electronic switches (touch switch), to turn on and off lights, you only need to touch the switch surface without using a knob. Remote switches of the wireless type are used to remotely turn on and off lights by pressing the "ON" or "OFF" button on their remote transmitters. Remote control of light using an Android application via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is done by touching the application image on the smartphone screen to turn on or off the lights.The electronic switch designed in this research utilizes a touchless infrared sensor switch and a remote switch applied to replace the manual mechanical switch. It is expected that the electronic switch resulting from this research can control electric lights without touch and can also be controlled remotely. The infrared switch and remote switch in this research are used as inputs to the Arduino mini Seeeduino Xiao SAMD21, and its output serves as the input to the Solid State Relay (SSR), which functions as the light driver.     Studi Pengaruh Variasi Media Pendingin Quenching dan Waktu Penahanan pada Proses Heat Treatment terhadap Kekerasan Baja AISI 1045

    Baja merupakan logam yang banyak digunakan sebagai bahan industry mesin, salah satunya yaitu baja AISI 1045. Baja AISI 1045 memiliki kandungan karbon sebesar 0,45% dan tergolong dalam jenis baja medium. Penerapan baja tersebut yaitu sebagai bahan dasar connecting rod, roda gigi, bearing serta poros, yang mana dalam pengopreasiannya mendapatkan gesekan serta tekanan yang menyebabkan keausan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menambah umur penggunaannya perlu dilakukan proses heat treatment sebagai upaya meningkatkan sifat mekanik dari baja. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan proses heat treatment pada temperature 920℃ dengan variasi media pendingin (udara, oli SAE 15-50, air garam) dan variasi holding time (20 menit, 30 menit, 40 menit). Selanjutnya di lakukakan pengujian kekerasan menggunakan rockwell hardness test (HRB) untuk menyatakan nilai kekerasan. Hasil pengujian selanjutnya dibandingkan untuk mendapatkan nilai kekerasan yang optimal. Hasil rata ”“ rata kekerasan raw material yaitu sebesar 88,2 HRB. Selanjutnya nilai rara-rata kekerasan paling tinggi di dapatkan pada waktu penahanan 40 menit dengan media pendingin quenching ari garam sebesar 110,32 HRB dimana terjadi kenaikan dari raw material sebesar 25%. Sedangkan nilai kekerasan rata-rata paling rendah didapatkan pada waktu penahanan 20 menit dengan media quenching udara sebasar 88,9 HRB

    Waste is the remains of daily human activities and/or from natural processes in solid form, and the source of waste is the initial/first place where the waste is. Based on the chemical properties of waste it is grouped into two types, namely organic waste which consists of organic compounds (carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen and are quickly decomposed/weathered) come from living/dead things. The second type is inorganic waste which consists of non-organic materials (difficult to be decomposed by soil microorganisms) so it is durable and does not decompose easily. This article contains a report on the implementation of community service regarding the application of technology in managing household waste sorting on Jalan Bukit Cemara Indah XI RT 06 RW 13 Meteseh Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The aim of this service is to provide guidance by means of mentoring and counseling in managing waste sorting in the community. The method used consists of three stages which include (1) the observation and needs analysis preparation stage, (2) the implementation of the service process, (3) the service finalization and evaluation stage. The result of this service is the implementation of assistance in waste sorting management which is supported by the construction of a waste sorting place for the community on Jalan Bukit Cemara Indah XI RT 06 RW 13, Meteseh Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City

    PENERAPAN UJI TANAH DI LAPANGAN UNTUK SISWA SMKN 5 SURAKARTA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK KONSTRUKSI DAN PERUMAHAN

    SMKN 5 Surakarta students encountered a challenge during the initial assessment of the civil construction implementation, particularly concerning field soil testing. This challenge was exacerbated by the absence of soil mechanics courses in the curriculum. While the students possessed a fundamental grasp of civil engineering competencies, they faced difficulties in various aspects, with field soil testing being a notable area of concern. To address these competency gaps and enhance the vocational school curriculum, training sessions were conducted to educate students on the practical application of soil tests in the field. The specific training covered sand cone and DCP tests. According to the questionnaire results, post-training, over 50% of SMKN 5 Surakarta students exhibited a clear understanding of how to perform field tests using DCP, Sand Cone, and Speedy Moisture test equipment, along with the ability to analyze the resulting test data. The effectiveness of direct training and intensive mentoring was evident in facilitating students' comprehension of the provided material. Notably, 90% of the students affirmed that the training was easily comprehensible

    ANALISIS KUAT TEKAN GREEN CONCRETE FC 20 MPa MENGGUNAKAN BIJI PLASTIK PETE (POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE)

    Concrete is a building material consisting of a mixture of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, water and other additional materials (Firdaus, 2019). Concrete materials come from nature (gravel, sand and aggregate) which will eventually run out because they cannot be renewed. Therefore, the use of concrete materials needs to be innovated to become green concrete or environmentally friendly concrete. Environmentally friendly concrete is made using waste or comes from industrial waste materials. One of them is replacing aggregate with materials that do not damage the environment, such as Polyethylene Terephthalate (PETE) plastic pellets. PETE plastic pellets are a type of plastic material that has wrinkle-free fibers. This material is often used for packaging food and drinks such as bottles of soft drinks, mineral water and so on. The aim of this research is to determine the influence and trend of compressive strength of fc'20 MPa concrete on replacing some of the coarse aggregate with PETE (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic pellets varying 10%, 20% and 30%. The research method used was to make cylindrical test objects of each variation and then test them at the age of 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. The compressive strength test results for concrete variations of 10% PETE at 7 days, 14 days and 28 days were 21.84 MPa; 22.78 MPa and 24.35 MPa. In the concrete test variation of 20% PETE aged 7 days, 14 days and 28 days was 21.03 MPa; 22.09 MPa and 23.21 MPa. The compressive strength test for concrete variations of 30% PETE aged 7 days, 14 days and 28 days was 20.22 MPa; 20.71 MPa; and 20.95 MPa. These results show that the test object produces concrete compressive strength exceeding FC 20 MPa with an increasing trend from 7 days - 28 days

    2022 is the beginning of offline learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. where previously learning was carried out online including practicums. One of the practicums carried out in the Semarang State Polytechnic Civil Engineering department is the masonry practicum which is carried out for semester 1 students. With the offline masonry practicum, the practicum will leave behind brick fragments that can no longer be used. These broken bricks will usually be thrown away at the end of each semester after all the practicums have been carried out. the proportion of brick fragments to intact bricks usually reaches 30% to 40%. The construction workers come from the Ngadirgo community, they learn building work autodidactically based on experience. With the continued development of BSB, there are quite a lot of employment opportunities, including development workers. Techniques and methods of masonry work that comply with construction standards can increase the ability of craftsmen to become skilled workers so that it is hoped that they can improve the welfare of the community around Ngadirgo sub-district, Mijen sub-district. Ngadirgo sub-district currently has a village cemetery which is located in Ngadirgo hamlet RW 2, in this cemetery there is no coffin house which is used to store death equipment including the coffin which is currently still entrusted to one of the residents' house.
