    Analisis Sifat Fisik dan Mekanik terhadap Hasil Lelehan Sampah Plastik Kemasan sebagai Pengganti Bata Beton

    Indonesia merupakan negara dengan produksi sampah tertinggi kelima di dunia setelah Negara Brasil. Sampah yang tidak dapat dikelola dengan baik yaitu sampah plastik kemasan dengan jumlah sebesar 16% dari total timbulan sampah nasional. Salah satu inovasi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mendaur ulang sampah plastik menjadi Bata Beton. Bata Beton berbahan dasar plastik dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai kebutuhan lahan parkir dan konstruksi untuk pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Kekuatan Fisik dan Mekanik dari Bata Beton berbahan dasar plastik serta mengetahui kualitas bata beton berbahan dasar plastik yang dihasilkan. Metode pelelehan yang paling efektif digunakan yaitu menggunakan Pelelehan dengan kompor dua tungku. Jenis sampah yang digunakan yaitu PE (polyethylene) & PP (polypropylene) dengan variasi suhu 200 °C dan 220 °C. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Uji Ketahanan Air, Ketahanan Termal, Uji Tekan, Uji Bending, dan Uji Impak. Hasil pengujian untuk penyerapan air diperoleh daya penyerapan air paling baik yaitu sampel jenis PE (Polyethylene) pada suhu 200 °C dengan nilai penyerapan air sebesar 1,88%. Pada hasil pengujian termal yang stabil terdapat pada sampel jenis PP (polypropylene) 200 °C dan Mix 220 °C dengan nilai termal berturut-turut 336 °C ”“ 356 °C dan 339,7 °C ”“ 359,2 °C. Hasil pengujian tekan yang paling baik pada, sampel jenis PP (polypropylene) 200 °C sebesar 17,67 Mpa. Hasil pengujian bending, kekuatan bending yang paling tinggi diperoleh sebesar 24,663 MPa pada spesimen PP (polypropylene) 200 °C. Sedangkan pada hasil pengujian impak, kekuatan impak yang paling tinggi diperoleh sebesar 2,04 MPa pada spesimen PP (polypropylene) 220 °C

    Tanah liat atau clay merupakan material yang digunakan sebagai material pembentuk benda keramik. Produk keramik merupakan salah satu produk yang menjadi komoditas bagi masyarakat di indonesia. Nilai ekspor produk keramik indonesia mencapai 24.258.693 USD ayng berkontribusi terhadap PDB Indonesia. Salah satu skala usaha produk keramik adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berkontribusi besar terhadap pendapatan domestik bruto, serta berdampak pada pengurangan pengangguran di Indonesia. UMKM Keramik secara umum masih menggunakan metode tradisional dalam proses produksinya. Disisi lain perkembangan teknologi manufaktur menghasilkan berbagai teknologi yang dapat menghasilkan produk yang inovatif, salah satunya adalah Teknologi 3D Printer. Namun material clay yang dapat digunakan untuk Mesin 3D Printer yang tersedia saat ini merupakan material pabrikan yang memiliki harga yang relatif tinggi, sehingga diperlukan inovasi untuk menanangani permasalahn tersebut. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan material clay untuk Mesin 3D Printer LDM dengan menggunakan sistem screw extruder. Adapun material tersebut perlu dilakukan proses filterisasi ukuran menggunakan Mesh 100, kemudian dilakukan pencampuran dengan komposisi berupa clay sebesar 400 gr dan air sebesar 200 ml hingga 250 ml

    Bridges have a central role as routes that connect between regions, one of which is Permata Jangli Housing Phase 2. Because of the importance of this connectivity, community dedication to repairing bridges is a major concern in efforts to maintain the safety and sustainability of the bridge. This community service examines repair methods for the retaining walls around the bridge to avoid the potential for the bridge to be eroded by water flow. Through the active participation of community members and the implementation of appropriate construction techniques, the results of this collaboration show that the retaining walls around the bridge have been successfully repaired, as well as increasing their resistance to water pressure and erosion. The success of this community service not only improves the quality of life of local residents by ensuring sustainable connectivity, but also empowers communities in efforts to preserve their vital infrastructure. This community service can be an inspiring example for similar efforts in similar housing complexes that face similar challenges in maintaining important infrastructure such as bridges. This underlines the important role of community service in maintaining infrastructure as a key aspect in sustainable development in urban housing

    Assessment using the International Roughness Index (IRI) is an important indicator in evaluating the quality of road surfaces, which affects the comfort and safety of users. This study aims to map road conditions in Tembalang District, Semarang City, using the IRI value as a reference for determining maintenance budget needs. IRI data was collected using the RoadLabPro application on a smartphone installed in a four-wheeled vehicle, with measurements taken on various roads in Tembalang District to obtain a representation of overall road conditions. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to classify road conditions into categories of Good (IRI ≤ 4.0), Moderate (4.1 ≤ IRI ≤ 8.0), Lightly Damaged (8.1 ≤ IRI ≤ 12), and Severely Damaged (IRI ≥ 12). The analysis results show that 80.65% of the road sections are in good condition, with an average IRI of 2.98 m/km, while the other 19.35% are in moderate condition with an average IRI of 4.32 m/km. Mapping data using QGIS facilitates the identification of areas that require further maintenance. The results of this study are expected to support more appropriate decision-making regarding road maintenance planning and budgeting in Tembalang District

    The development of information technology, especially the internet, is currently prosessing rapidly and has become a crucial medium for information dissemination and communication. The increasing number of internet users is driving the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia. CV Rahayu Barokah Gedongsari is an SME engaged in the production and sale of natural skin care products under the brand “Ralodex”. CV Rahayu Barokah Gedongsari still lacks information about its products and does not have a wide marketing rich. To address this issue, an informative e-commerce website is developed to introduce the brand “Ralodex” and expand its marketing reach. The objective of this research is to design an e-commerce website as a media for dissemination infromation, presenting detailed product information to introduce the brand expand its marketing reach. The methods used is developing this website is Waterfall method, which involves several stage: requirement analysis and definition, ayatem and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance.     E-commerce websites are recognized as effective long-term marketing tools in the digital realm. Through websites, users can access comprehensive information about products or services. MDF Pressing, a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) operating in the school supply manufacturing sector, currently conducts its marketing efforts offline by physically visiting or calling schools. This approach poses challenges in reaching a wider market. Furthermore, the business management system of MDF Pressing relies on conventional manual record-keeping in physical notebooks. The objective of this research is to develop an online market presence and facilitate business management by constructing an e-commerce website using the Content Management System WordPress. The website development is undertaken through the Waterfall model of system design. The results of this study demonstrate that sales transactions can now be conducted online, enabling customers to save time and effort by avoiding physical visits. Additionally, the website has been integrated with Instagram and Shopee, and SEO optimization has been successfully implemented. Consequently, information exchange about products has become easily accessible, contributing to the expansion of market outreach.     Impact of Using E-Filing, E-Billing, and Trust in Authorities on Individual Taxpayer Compliance (A study at the Pratama Kediri Tax Service Office)

    Efficient tax management and increasing taxpayer compliance are key challenges in modern tax administration. Therefore, the Directorate General of Taxes strives to enhance the number of taxpayers complying with reporting Annual Tax Returns (SPT) and paying tax bills on time. This research investigates the effects of using e-Filing and e-Billing systems, as well as trust in authority, on personal taxpayer compliance. The use of e-Filing and e-Billing expedites the tax submission and payment processes, thereby fostering taxpayer compliance. This study was conducted at the Primary Tax Service Office in Kediri using descriptive analysis method. The population studied consists of 121,291 employees in Kediri, with a sample size of 107 respondents selected through non- probability purposive sampling. Data analysis employed classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis, facilitated by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software

    Influence of Service Quality, Facilities, and Location on Traditional Market Traders' Satisfaction (Case Study on Satrio Wibowo Market Traders Semarang)

    Customer satisfaction is a measurement of success in the service business. Customers feel satisfied when their needs surpassed their expectations. The market is a physical place where sellers and buyers make transactions, for traders who sell in this market, the variables of service quality, facilities and location are the main factors for trader satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and location on the traditional market traders satisfaction at Satrio Wibowo Semarang. The population in this research is Market Traders at Pasar Satrio Wibowo Semarang. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with the sampling method by a census/sampling total of 79 respondents. Data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality partially has a insignificant positive effect on the traditional market traders satisfaction, but facilities and location have a significant positive effect on traditional market traders satisfaction. Simultaneously the service quality, facilities, and location have a significant positive effect. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.75, it means that service quality, facilities, and location contribute to the traditional market traders satisfaction by 75%, while 25% is influenced by other variables not included in this study
