    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta dalam mengelola teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. COBIT 2019 merupakan kerangka kerja yang diakui secara global untuk tata kelola dan manajemen teknologi informasi, yang membantu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strategis dan operasional mereka melalui penggunaan TI yang efektif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi pegawai Instalasi SIMRS dan stakeholders berdasarkan pemetaan RACI Chart. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengaitkan visi dan tujuan perusahaan pada COBIT 2019 sehingga terpilih domain APO12, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04 dan DSS05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas domain APO12 dan DSS02 berada pada level 2 dengan nilai kesenjangan 2 level, sedangkan domain DSS03, DSS04 dan DSS05 berada pada level 3 dengan nilai kesenjangan 1 level. Rekomendasi perbaikan proses mengacu pada best practice COBIT 2019

    Kelompok Tani Rukun di Desa Ngagel Kec Dukuhseti Kab Pati memiliki usaha berupa pertanian dan juga petenakan, salah satunya berupa peternakan sapi. Sistem peternakan sapi masih dilakukan secara konvensioanal, salah satunya adalah berupa sistem pakan ternak, dimana pakan berupa hijauan dan juga sisa hasil pertanian diberikan secara langsung. Dampak negative dari cara konvensional ini berupa banyaknya pakan yang terbuang akibat tidak seragamnya ukuran, dan juga banyaknya tenaga kerja serta waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam penyedianan dan pemberian pakan. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sebagai upaya perbaikan sistem pakan Sapi Pada Kelompok Tani Rukun di   Desa Ngagel Kec Dukuhseti Kab Pati. Metode yang digunakan berupa transfer teknologi, penyuluhan dan juga pelatihan.     Proses maintenance mold sangat penting dalam industri manufaktur untuk menjamin kelancaran produksi dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses perawatan mold dengan merancang alat bantu inovatif, yaitu flipper mold, menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Inventor Professional 2024. Metode yang digunakan meliputi desain parametrik model 2D dan 3D, pemilihan material baja medium carbon steel, serta simulasi mekanis untuk memastikan ketahanan alat. Hasilnya, flipper mold mampu meningkatkan efisiensi perawatan mold, mengurangi kebutuhan operator dari dua menjadi satu, serta mempermudah pembalikan mold yang beratnya mencapai 200kg.     Cycle Time merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam waktu produksi, Cycle Time yang baik akan menunjang target yang harus terpenuhi, bahkan jika Cycle Time menurun maka produksi juga akan meningkat dan omset perusahaan juga akan meningkat. Pada studi kasus PT Arisamandiri Pratama yang salah satu produksinya berupa part AC yaitu pipa kapiler yang masih mengunakan meja putar manual untuk memutar pipa yang akan dilakukan proses las sehingga tidak mampu mencapai target 800 part/jam atau 6400 part/hari.     AbstrakBIM 5D merupakan bagian dari dimensi BIM yang berhubungan dengan perhitungan volume pekerjaan dan optimasi, dimana contoh software untuk menjalankan BIM 5D adalah Cubicost. Cubicost merupakan produk dari PT. Glodon yang terdiri dari beberapa software dengan berbagai macam fungsi. Pada studi ini akan dilaksanakan menggunakan produk Cubicost yaitu TAS dan TRB yang digunakan untuk menghitung perhitungan volume pekerjaan secara cepat, detail dan akurat, yang akan dibandingkan dengan metoda konvensiol pada Proyek Pembangunan Fasilitas Perkeretaapian Manggarai sampai dengan Jatinegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan kedua metoda ini tidak identik sama yaitu hasil perhitungan TAS dan TRB memperoleh hasil volume baja tulangan sebesar 1.055.303,98 kg, sedangkan hasil perhitungan konvensional sebesar 1.052.779,36 kg, sehingga diperoleh selisih sebesar 2.966,70 kg, jika di persentasekan akan didapatkan selisih sebesar 0,28%. Selisih perhitungan tersebut terbilang kecil dan masuk toleransi, akan tetapi akurasi tersebut bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi dengan pemodelan TAS dan TRB yang lebih baik dan detail.Kata kunci: Perhitungan Volume Pekerjaan, Baja Tulangan, Cubicost TAS dan TRB.Abstract5D BIM is a dimension of BIM that focuses on quantity take-off and optimization. One software example for implementing 5D BIM is Cubicost, a product of PT. Glodon. Cubicost consists of several software with various functionalities. This study utilizes two Cubicost software, TAS and TRB, to calculate quantity take-off quickly, in detail, and accurately. The results are then compared with the conventional method in the Manggarai-Jatinegara Railway Development Project. The research results show that the calculation results of both methods are not identical. The calculation results of TAS and TRB obtained a rebar volume of 1,055,303.98 kg, while the conventional calculation result was 1,052,779.36 kg, resulting in a difference of 2,966.70 kg. In percentage, the difference is 0.28%. Although the calculation difference is relatively small and falls within the tolerance, the accuracy can be further improved with better and more detailed TAS and TRB modeling.Keywords: Quantity take-off, Reinforcement Bar, Cubicost TAS dan TR

    A compound fertilizer mixing machine (mixer) is a type of machine used to produce compound fertilizer. This fertilizer consists of a mixture of humus fertilizer, animal manure and humus soil. This machine is very important in its use as a mixer of different types of fertilizer ingredients, so as to produce a homogeneous mixture. The aim of this research is to design a fertilizer mixing machine that can be used by small and medium industries and farmer groups. In this design, consider the factors that influence the strength of the main components, such as the drive shaft, mixing blade, belt transmission system, machine frame, etc. This research was carried out in three stages, namely the load simulation stage on the drive shaft and stirrer blade to determine the safety factor. The second stage is calculations in the design of the main components of the machine. In the final stage, the process of making the machine and testing is carried out. The design of this machine was simulated using SOLIDWORK 20 software. The simulation results using SOLIDWORK showed a minimum FOS (Factor of Safety) value of 2.98 on the stirrer blade and the main shaft had met the safety factor. With 180 participants in a cross-sectional design, combining quantitative survey data and qualitative insights from interviews, the study employs regression and correlation analysis, ANOVA, and t-tests for preliminary analysis. The study's significance lies in contributing to academic discourse and offering practical insights into the Afghan banking industry, shedding light on the nuanced dynamics of E-Banking adoption.     Implementation Control And Monitoring System Water Quality of Koi Fish Ponds Based On the Internet Of Things

    Koi fish is one of the ornamental fish that is in great demand and has a fairly high price. Water quality plays an important role in the success of keeping koi fish. The quality of koi fish water must be at an ideal temperature of 25-30 °C and an acidity level or pH of 7-8 pH. The level of salt contained in water for koi fish must also be considered. A pond with a size of 200 x 50 x 100 cm requires a salt content of 1 to 2 ppm. Giving this salt is done to prevent the growth of bacteria in the koi pond which can come at any time. Ignorance of pond owners about the value and condition of water quality can disrupt the health of koi fish which can cause death. Based on these problems, the authors created a water quality control and monitoring system in koi fish ponds. The system created consists of a pH sensor, temperature sensor, and salinity sensor, and uses the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. The process of sending data to the IoT platform using a WiFi network. Based on the temperature sensor test, there is an average error of 1.4% with a sensor accuracy level of 98.6%. Testing the pH sensor and salinity sensor using the linear regression method. As for the pH sensor, the average error is 2% with an accuracy rate of 98%. The results of the salinity sensor test obtained an average error value of 7.6% with an accuracy rate of 92.3%. Then in the MQTT protocol, the parameters for delay and jitter have a bad category, while throughput has a moderate category, and packet loss has a very good category according to the TIPHON standard.

    Prototype Implementation of Exhaust Fan Control Using Mamdani Fuzzy Logic to Minimize LPG Concentration

    This research aims to design and build a prototype of LPG gas leak detection system using fuzzy logic Mamdani method based on ESP32 with MQ-2 and DHT11 sensors as input and exhaust fan as output or action taken to prevent gas concentration. This research methodology includes literature study, identification and analysis, data collection, design implementation, software and hardware testing, and experiments to verify system performance. The results show that the system can detect LPG leaks and then provide preventive action by adjusting the speed and turning on the exhaust fan. This research is a prototype LPG gas leak detection system using fuzzy logic can be a solution to prevent hazards due to leaking gas. The contribution of this research is to provide alternative data processing methods that can improve the performance of gas sensors and provide responses that are in accordance with environmental conditions
