    PENGARUH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DAN TRUST TERHADAP REPURCHASE INTENTION TIKET KERETA API

    PT KAI is the only company that provides rail transportation services in Indonesia. PT KAI has 9 Operational Areas (Daop) spread across Java Island. PT KAI Daop 4 Semarang oversees stations on the northern rail line in Central Java. This study aims to determine the influence of customer experience and trust on repurchase intention. The samples of this study were 100 respondents from PT KAI Daop 4 Semarang train passengers who had made a ticket purchase transaction and used the train as transportation at least twice. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 25. The data obtained was collected from questionnaire and literature review based on predetermined indicators. The results of the analysis show that customer experience and trust have an influence on repurchase intention. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.582, which means that customer experience and trust contribute 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is contributed by other variables not examined in this study. This implies that the customer experience experienced by passengers shows positive results and the trust that has been built by the company has an important role in repurchase intention

    Keliki Village, Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province, has a TPS3R which was initially considered less attractive by the local community because it was considered to interfere with tourism. This background encouraged the implementation of green infrastructure in the TPS3R of Keliki Village as an effort to improve the quality of the environment and the aesthetics of the area. The problems faced were the low public awareness of sustainable environmental management and the lack of skills of local craftsmen in implementing green infrastructure principles. The purpose of this activity was to rearrange the TPS3R according to green infrastructure standards, while providing training to local craftsmen so that they are able to work on infrastructure projects properly. The method used involved collaboration between the Bali State Polytechnic, the Keliki Village Government, and the Yowana Bakti Keliki BUMDES, with training in installing environmentally friendly geotextile-based paving as the main focus. The Village Government provided the facilities, infrastructure, and materials needed, while the BUMDES facilitated labor from local banjars. The results of this activity showed an increase in the skills of local craftsmen and the arrangement of the TPS3R which was more visually attractive, in accordance with the concept of green infrastructure. In conclusion, the implementation of green infrastructure in TPS3R has not only succeeded in improving environmental quality, but also changed the image of TPS3R into an environmentally friendly area and more attractive to the community and tourists

    Influence of Coaching and Capital Loans on Business Development Foster Partners in the Partnership Program (Case Study of PT. Telkom Indonesia's Foster Partners Regional Division IV Semarang)

    Parts of the essential economy in Indonesia are micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a role in overcoming unemployment, poverty, and economic inequality. However, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises as partners of PT Telkom      Regional IV partnership program in Semarang  in the 2020-2022 period has fluctuated and tends to decline. The aim of this study was to find out the influence of coaching and capital loans on the business development of partners in Semarang. The population in this study amounted to 58 fostered partners. The cencus sample technique was used in this research.. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that there is a simultaneous and partial influence between coaching and capital loans on partners”™business development.

    Improving the Accuracy of the C45 Classification Algorithm Using Information Gain Ratio Feature Selection for Classification of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Disease

    Abstract”” Diabetes is a disease that can cause death. Diabetes can cause heart failure, chronic kidney disease, glaucoma that attacks the eyes and several other diseases. WHO data states that there were more than 2 million deaths due to diabetes in 2019. Data from the International Diabetes Federation shows that around 537 adults are recorded as living with diabetes. This condition must be treated immediately, considering that diabetes is one of the most deadly non-communicable diseases in the world. Patient registration is mostly done in hospitals. A lot of data will only become digital waste if it does not have more benefits. In 2020 Diabetes and Hospital in Sylhet donated patient data for further research. This data contains 520 patient records with 17 attributes that have been validated by specialist doctors. Early stage diabetes risk prediction data is released by the uci repository as public data and can be used for research testing. Research using this dataset has been widely carried out with the previous best accuracy level of 95.96%. In previous studies, all attributes were used in the classification process. The number of irrelevant attributes can affect the performance of the classification algorithm. This study uses the information gain ratio for feature selection of the early stage diabetes risk prediction dataset. The C45 algorithm is used for classification, evaluation using confusion matrix and validation using 10 folds cross validation. The results of this study improve the performance of C45 so that it obtains an accuracy level of 96.15%. This study also produces a decision tree for diabetes.

    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN QRIS PADA KALANGAN MAHASISWA

    Salah satu inovasi yang mendominasi dunia pembayaran adalah QRIS (Quick Response CodeIndonesian Standard). QRIS menyediakan metode pembayaran yang cepat, efisien, dan modern, menjadi suatu fenomena yang sangat relevan, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 370 mahasiswa dari populasi sebanyak 6.128 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier. Nilai adjust R Square adalah 0,389, maka data menunjukkan nilai fit yang lebih baik. Dapat diartikan juga bahwa perubahan variabel independen dapat menjelaskan perubahan variabel dependen sebanyak 38,9%, sedangkan sebanyak 61,1% dapat dijelaskan perubahan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel TAM yaitu persepsi kemudahaan (perceived ease of use), persepsi kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness), dan persepsi kenyamanan (perceived enjoyment), mempunyai pengaruh signifikan trhadap keputusan penggunaan pembayaran digital QRIS hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitasnya kurang dari 5%.

    The aims this research to test of transformational leadership and entrepreneurial orientation on SME's Performance through product innovation. Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the pillars and strengths that contribute to the Indonesian economy. The number of MSMEs in Kudus Regency is the lowest among the surrounding cities, only 990 MSMEs. MSMEs must be able to navigate changes in their business environment, which requires leaders who can take appropriate action. It is necessary to apply leadership styles, such as transformational leadership and innovate to improve the performance of MSMEs. Through Product Innovation and Entrepreneur Orientation, then MSMEs can keep up with developments in the era so they can present superior products that have a greater chance of attracting consumers. Data analysis uses the AMOS Structural Equation Model (SEM) using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests which include confirmatory factor analysis normality tests, full measurement models, hypothesis tests and intervening tests. The results of this research are that transformational leadership and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on SME's Performance. However, transformational leadership and entrepreneurial orientation have an insignificant positive effect on product innovation. Product innovation is able to partially mediate transformational leadership and entrepreneurial orientation on SME's Performance

    Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah terbesar yang dihadapi oleh Paguyuban UKM Wanita Berkarya yaitu mengenai pemasaran produk. Sebagian besar anggota UKM tersebut masih melakukan pemasaran produknya secara tradisional yaitu dengan menjual secara langsung di toko ”“ toko atau outlet sehingga produk mereka kurang dikenal oleh pasar secara luas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan solusi sebagai berikut: 1) Melakukan pelatihan strategi marketing dengan menggunakan platform digital sebagai upaya mengoptimalkan penjualan hasil produksi batik, 2) Mengembangkan media website sebagai market place produk batik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri (1) survey lapangan (mitra); (2) Koordinasi dengan ketua dan pengurus paguyuban; (3) Sosialisasi program; (4) Pelaksanaan program; dan (5) Evaluasi kegiatan dan penyusunan laporan kegiatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar baik. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan melalui angket kepuasan peserta menunjukkan bahwa seluruh memberikan respon yang positif terhadap kegiatan ini karena memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menggunakan platform digital marketing menggunakan Toko Online Batik Wanita Berkarya yang telah dikembangkan oleh tim PkM sebagai media promosi dan penjualan produk batik yang dihasilkan

    The aim of this community service is to help partners improve their skills in sharia capital market investment, especially sharia mutual funds. Practical learning of sharia capital markets is very important considering that SMK N 3 Jepara is a vocational secondary education which is expected to produce graduates who are not only theoretically competent but also practically skilled, including in relation to investing in the sharia capital market. Implementation of service is carried out with training and mentoring. With this service program, it is hoped that teachers and students in sharia capital market subjects will have practical investment experience in the sharia capital market so that the quality of learning will be better. Apart from that, providing investment practices to students at SMK N 3 Jepara is expected to improve the quality of graduates who have good skills related to sharia capital market investment. Furthermore, this service supports government programs in order to increase inclusion in the sharia capital market in Indonesia, especially sharia mutual funds

    Vocabulary is the most important thing needed in relation to being able to communicate. Language competence includes 4 aspects, namely the ability to listen (listening), the ability to read (reading), the ability to write (writing) and the ability to speak (speaking). Writing is one of the productive language competencies, this is different from listening or reading competencies that are only receptive. At the learning level for the higher education level, it is necessary to have a measurement of productive ability, therefore this research aims to research the competence of students of the Accounting Department in producing descriptive text in English. The sample used in this study was 60 people taken from 10 students in each Study Program in the Department of Accounting, Semarang State Polytechnic, consisting of 6 Study Programs, namely: Accounting Study Program (D3), Finance and Banking Study Program (D3), Accounting Computer Study Program (D4), Sharia Banking Study Program (D4), Financial Analyst Study Program (D4) and Managerial Accounting Study Program (D4). The research method in this research is descriptive analysis. From this research, it is hoped that 'common error' will be found which is usually done by students in writing descriptive texts using English. This research is expected to contribute to the development of literacy theory, applied language theory as well as language learning theory and literacy in general as well as English language learning in the Accounting Department
