    The main objective of this program is the preparation of financial reports in accordance with ISAK 35 at PA Roudlotusy Syifa' Semarang City. In the proposed community service activities for this year (2023), it has been mutually agreed that problems should be prioritized in the following aspects: (1) How to record transactions for the receipt and expenditure of funds from the PA Roudlotusy Syifa' Foundation in accordance with ISAK 35. (2) How to present financial reports The PA Roudlotusy Syifa Foundation is based on ISAK 35. The methods used are as follows: (1) Program outreach and collaboration. (2) Training in Preparing Foundation Financial Reports based on ISAK 35 standards. (3) Assistance in preparing ISAK 35 financial reports.     Pengaruh Kedalaman Pemotongan Terhadap Keausan Pahat HSS pada Proses Pembubutan Baja Aisi 1040 Menggunakan CNC Turning

    Proses produksi di industri tidak lepas dengan penggunaan mesin perkakas, salah satunya mesin bubut untuk proses pembubutan. Ketika pahat tidak diperhatikan tekait kemampuan untuk melakukan pembubutan dengan kedalaman pemotongan yang tepat dan dipakai terus-menerus lambat laun akan terjadi keausan pahat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedalaman pemotongan terhadap keausan tepi, keausan kawah, dan massa aus pahat. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pahat bubut HSS Bohler Mo Rapid Extra 1200 Molibdenum M2 yang sudah diasah membentuk pahat rata kanan sesuai geomeri dan digunakan untuk proses pembubutan Baja Aisi 1040 sepanjang 100 mm. Proses pembubutan menggunakan variasi kedalaman pemotongan 0,5 mm untuk pahat A, 1 mm untuk pahat B, dan 1,5 mm untuk pahat C dengan Vc dan feeding tetap masing-masing sebesar 21 m/min dan 0,02 mm/putaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai keausan tepi tertinggi didapat dari pahat C sebesar 0,0302435 mm, kemudian pahat B sebesaar 0,0240594, dan pahat A sebesar 0,0175976 mm. Nilai keausan kawah tertinggi didapat dari pahat C sebesar 0,007836 mm, kemudian pahat B sebesaar 0,00668 mm, dan pahat A sebesar 0,004416 mm. Nilai massa aus tertinggi didapat dari pahat C sebesar 0,085 gram, kemudian pahat B sebesaar 0,057 gram, dan pahat A sebesar 0,039 gram.    Kata kunci: Keausan Pahat; Kedalaman Pemotongan; HSS; Pembubuta

    Alat pelindung diri (APD) adalah seperangkat alat yang digunakan untuk melindungi diri dari bahaya kecelakan kerja. Safety shoes adalah salah satu contoh APD yang digunakan sebagai pelindung kaki dari benda jatuh. Toe cap adalah struktur utama safety shoes yang berperan dalam menahan impak dari benda jatuh tersebut. Saat ini material pembuat toe cap masih di dominasi oleh material metal. Secara umum penggunaan material metal didasarkan pada kekuatan yang tinggi. Namun metal memiliki kelemahan jika dibanding dengan material polimer dan komposit, yaitu   memiliki massa yang tinggi, oleh karena itu terdapat perasaan kurang nyaman saat dipakai. Jika dipakai secara terus menerus pada jangka yang Panjang dapat berdampak kurang baik bagi kesehatan kaki. Selain itu, resiko jatuh saat menggunakan safety shoes semakin meningkat saat melakukan aktifitas gerak melintasi banda. Ini dikarenakan terjadinya perubahan pusat masa, sehingga akan mengganggu keseimbangan. Salah satu solusi dari masalah tersebut adalah menemukan material pembuat toe cap dari bahan yang ringan namun kuat menahan beban impak. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji kharakteristik Impak dan Bending pada tiga variasi jenis komposit. Variasi serat karbon/akrilik (CA), variasi serat kaca/akrilik (GA) dan variasi Serat karbon/serat kaca/akrilik (CGA).     Karburisasi adalah proses perlakuan panas yang meningkatkan kekerasan dan ketahanan aus baja karbon rendah, seperti AISI 1020, yang sering digunakan dalam industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh fraksi berat batubara lignit dan cangkang telur sebagai media karburasi terhadap kandungan karbon, kekerasan, dan struktur mikro baja AISI 1020. Karburasi dilakukan dengan lima variasi fraksi berat (60-100% batubara lignit dan 0-40% cangkang telur) selama dua jam, diikuti pendinginan udara. Kandungan karbon diukur menggunakan optical emission spectrometer (OES), kekerasan diuji dengan microvickers, dan struktur mikro dianalisis menggunakan scanning electron microscope (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan cangkang telur sebagai katalis meningkatkan kandungan karbon hingga 0,955%, dengan kekerasan tertinggi sebesar 3937 HV pada variasi 30% cangkang telur.     Polisi tidur berfungsi meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas dengan mengurangi kecepatan kendaraan di area berisiko tinggi. Salah satu metode produksi polisi tidur adalah melalui teknologi additive manufacturing (AM) menggunakan mesin 3D printer berjenis fused deposition modeling (FDM) dengan filamen eFlex TPU-95A. Filamen ini memiliki sifat fleksibel yang cocok untuk aplikasi tersebut, namun sifat mekanik seperti kekerasan, keuletan, dan kekuatan tarik sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengaturan parameter proses pencetakan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi parameter pencetakan, seperti suhu nozzle, kecepatan pencetakan, dan ketebalan lapisan, terhadap sifat mekanik produk 3D printing dari filamen TPU-95A. Metode Taguchi L9 (33) digunakan untuk menentukan kombinasi parameter optimal dalam proses pencetakan. Uji sifat mekanik dilakukan pada beberapa sampel produk hasil eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sampel 1, 3, dan 4 menunjukkan sifat mekanik yang sangat baik dalam hal fleksibilitas dan ketahanan terhadap deformasi dinamis, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai bahan alternatif untuk pembuatan polisi tidur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa produk 3D printing dengan filamen TPU-95A dapat memenuhi standar sifat mekanik yang diperlukan untuk aplikasi polisi tidur, terutama dalam hal daya tahan dan performa terhadap beban dinamis, dengan penyesuaian parameter pencetakan yang tepat

    The rapid development of concrete nowadays demands us to conduct research or further develop previous research. The goal is to produce higher quality concrete products. This research aims to determine the effect of adding Poly Vinyl Acetate white glue to the physical and mechanical properties of concrete with a ratio of 1PC: 2PS: 3KR. This research was conducted at the Materials Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department, State Polytechnic of Semarang. The concrete produced in this study is in the form of cylinders with a diameter of 15cm, nine in total, and one beam measuring 15x15x60 cm. The samples produced consist of one sample of normal concrete and four samples with PVAc glue mixtures (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10%). The research results show that the addition of glue has little effect physically. The percentage results of compressive strength of cylinders at 7 days of age with normal concrete are as follows: PVAc 2.5% increased by 12.96%; PVAc 5% increased by 4.78%; PVAc 7.5% decreased by 14.68%; PVAc 10% decreased by 39.57%. At 14 days of age, with normal concrete: PVAc 2.5% increased by 16.66%; PVAc 5% decreased by 3.65%; PVAc 7.5% decreased by 20.93%; PVAc 10% decreased by 52.10%. At 28 days of age, with normal concrete: PVAc 2.5% decreased by 6.13%; PVAc 5% decreased by 13.24%; PVAc 7.5% decreased by 20.69%; PVAc 10% decreased by 48.86%. As for the flexural strength results of beams at 28 days of age, concrete with PVAc content: 2.5% decreased by 32.09%; 5% decreased by 45.56%; 7.5% decreased by 36.51%; 10% decreased by 33.88%.     This study discusses the assessment of liquefaction by triaxial consolidated undrained (CU) testing. The soil sample employs Rembang silica sand with a grain size distribution that lies within the zone of liquefaction. In the test, Liquefaction develops in sand when the ratio of the change in pore water pressure to its confining stress (Ru) turns approximately 1 and the deviator stress drops to approximately zero. According to the findings, loose to medium-dense sand experience liquefaction when the applied confining stress is low (<100 kPa). In sandy soils, limited liquefaction occurs at confining pressures of 200 − 400 kPa with the range of relative densities around 34.41% − 47.78%.     Kurikulum Merdeka (The Independent Curriculum) gives institutions/teachers the freedom to be creative in providing teaching to students. Teachers' freedom to be creative is facilitated by the government with educational platforms. Apart from that, in digital electronics, there is an application that really supports government programs. With this application, teachers and students can be creative in making interesting learning materials. The name of the application is Canva. It is used to support communicative learning , this community service activity is carried out regarding the use of the Canva application. This training was carried out at Ky Ageng Giri Kindergarten, Girikusumo Village, Banyumeneng, Mranggen, Demak. The training is aimed at kindergarten and PAUD teachers in the Ky Ageng Giri Kindergarten and its others TK surroundings. There were 15 participants who attended the training. The training steps are 1) Introduction of each service participant and audience participant, 2) explanation of the application and benefits of Canva in teaching, 3) recognizing the features in Canva, 4) practice creating various daily teaching and administration needs, 5 ) monitoring the use of Canva in school activities. The results of the training show that the participants can use this application to create posters according to the needs of each school. They can use all the elements contained in the application. Using this application requires a data package, therefore it is recommended that users first check data availability before working.     Pancasila education as one of the General Compulsory Courses is given in universities as an effort to re-cultivate Pancasila values in students. One effort to anticipate corruption is to foster behavior and attitudes that are in accordance with Pancasila values. For this reason, it is necessary to have a good and correct understanding among students regarding the values of Pancasila so that they can implement these values in their contribution to being involved in solving the nation's problems. The purpose of this research is to determine the understanding of Civil Engineering students at the Semarang State Polytechnic regarding the values of Pancasila, the perceptions of civil engineering students regarding the implementation of Pancasila in overcoming corruption in Indonesia. The research methodology used is descriptive analytical and qualitative. Data collection was carried out by administering questionnaires and interviews. Next, it is analyzed and expressed in quantitative form. From the research result, it was found that 97.8% of students memorized Pancasila, 96.9% understood Pancasila, 92.5% stated that corruption was contrary to the first principle, 97.4% of corruption was contrary to the second principle, 94.3% stated that corruption was contrary to the first principle. third, 99.1% of corruption is contrary to the fourth principle and 100% of students stated that corruption is contrary to the fifth principle of Pancasila
