    Perancangan Alat Reference Point Portable (REPOBLE) untuk Optimalisasi dan Akurasi Pengukuran Level BBM pada Mobil Tangki (Studi Kasus di Pertamina Maos, Cilacap)

    Pengukuran level bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dalam mobil tangki adalah aspek krusial dalam proses distribusi BBM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan akurasi dalam pengukuran level bahan bakar minyak (BBM) pada mobil tangki di Pertamina Maos. Perbedaan hasil pengukuran BBM pada Pertamina dan SPBU menyebabkan kesalahan dalam klaim biaya dan menurunkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Sebagai solusinya, dirancanglah alat ukur portable yang dinamai REPOBLE, yang didesain untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pengukuran BBM. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sistematis Pahl dan Beitz dan Design for Manufacture (DFM), yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, konsep desain, pengembangan produk, dan pengujian prototipe. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa REPOBLE mampu mengurangi waktu rata-rata pengukuran dari 56,7 detik menjadi 28,3 detik, selisih dalam persen kenaikan waktu pengukuran adalah 50,09%. Akurasi pengukuran level BBM berkurang dari rata-rata 2,05mm menjadi rata-rata 0,675mm, selisih akurasi pengukuran dalam persen adalah 67,07%. Alat ini juga berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, dengan hasil survei menunjukkan nilai rata-rata Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sebesar 4,12. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa REPOBLE efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengukuran BBM, serta berpotensi mengurangi biaya klaim dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan

    Coal is an efficient fuel with stable heat production, so many industries use it as an energy source for the production and generation of electrical energy. Burning coal produces bottom ash waste in the combustion furnace and is categorized as B3 waste according to Government Regulation number 22 of 2021. This research is to create an alternative utilization and processing of coal bottom ash waste that is useful but still safe for the environment, namely by utilizing coal bottom ash in a ratio of 10% to 60% to sand plus cement as a binding material to form artificial aggregates, artificial aggregates are made into concrete mixtures. with a ratio of 1 cement: 2 sand and 3 artificial aggregates in the weight ratio of the materials. In this research, the maximum compressive strength value of concrete was obtained at f'c 13.89 (141.54 kg/cm2) at a ratio of 10% with a soaking time of 28 days, according to the maximum compressive strength value, coal bottom ash can be used as C quality concrete bricks. Leaching tests on 10 (ten) B3 parameters showed that Boron (B) compounds were detected above the quality standard, namely 27.62 mg/L in bottom ash, but the concentration decreased in artificial aggregates and was only 3.281 mg/L in concrete samples, while for other B3 compound parameters, the total concentration is below the specified quality standards

    Infrastructure development in soft clay soil conditions will have an impact on the low bearing capacity of the soil and a decrease in the value of the soil's carrying capacity. Increasing the bearing capacity of the soil is carried out using PVD based on empirical and numerical calculations to produce settlement values and PVD consolidation times for rectangular and triangular patterns. In this research, the results obtained from empirical calculations are that the triangle pattern is the most appropriate pattern to be applied in this case because it has a fast consolidation time value for BH 04, 05, 06, respectively, only takes 125, 124, 128 days with large decline 0.00903, 0.9012, 0.85743. Meanwhile, in numerical calculations, the triangle pattern has a fast time for BH 04, 05, 06 respectively requiring 280, 190, 134 days with a decrease of 0.0112000, 0.0001781, 0.0000006

    Cost planning is one of the important things in a development project, both for theproject owner and the implementing contractor. The contractor has a planned costtarget at the tender stage, however, changes in costs may occur during theimplementation period due to additional or less work and resulting in changes incosts. To be able to achieve the cost efficiency target, this can be done by carryingout value engineering. The stages of the value engineering method consist of theinformation stage, function analysis stage, creativity stage, evaluation stage,development stage and recommendation stage. The application of value engineeringin the BPOM Building D Construction Project can provide an increase cost and stillmaintain function. Contractor get cost efficiency of IDR 1,528,657,929,- or 2.52%,while the project owner gets a cost efficiency of IDR 1,182,279,319 or 1.66%

    Clean water is often a major obstacle, the Rempak Village Community, Siak Districtuses water from rivers and shallow wells in their daily lives. However, the waterquality is not suitable for consumption as clean water for household scale. Theamount of rainwater for clean water needs on 2 types of gable and pyramid roofs.The method used is the Rational Model to find the amount of rainwater dischargethrough rainwater catchment. The rainfall data used for the study came from theHydrology Section of BWS III Sumatra with the location of the Bunga Raya (Siak)rainfall recording station from 2016 to 2022. The results of the study prove that thecontribution of rainfall during 2 years of rain with a 110m2 gable roof obtained arainfall contribution of 0.935m3 and dimensions of 0,3 × 0,135 × 0,5m, the use of a90m2 pyramid roof with a rainfall contribution of 0,765m3, the dimensions of thereservoir tank are 0,2 × 0,2 × 0,365m. The contribution of rainfall during the 5-year return period with a 110m2 gable roof is 1,122m3 with a reservoir tankdimension of 0,3 × 0,2 × 0,622m, while a 90m2 pyramid roof has a rainfallcontribution of 0.915m3 with a reservoir tank dimension of 0,2 × 0,1 × 0,635m. Theconclusion of the study is that the more different the roof type and roof area, theamount of rainwater for clean water needs is also different

    Case Study on Energy Strategy Concerning Santa Ana Wind Activity Triggering Fires in Southern California

    Santa Ana winds, which are characterized by their scorching, arid, and forceful surges, significantly exacerbate wildfire hazards in Southern California, extending to 23,000 ha, particularly in the Los Angeles region. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between anthropogenic influences and natural climatic phenomena, with a specific focus on the influence of regional energy policies on the frequency and intensity of wildfires. The interaction between the Santa Ana winds and landscapes that are becoming more flammable has become more intensive in recent decades, although they are a natural phenomenon. Inadequately regulated urban expansion, prolonged droughts, and elevated temperatures are the causes of this intensification. Utility companies explicitly link wildfire ignitions during wind events to their energy infrastructure, particularly above-ground power lines. Moreover, the crisis has been further exacerbated by inadequate utility modernization, delayed policy reforms, and limited investment in fire-resilient infrastructure. This study assesses the degree to which regulatory inertia and climate change interact to elevate the likelihood of wildfires by analyzing historical wildfire data, meteorological patterns, and the evolution of California's energy policies. In the face of escalating climatic extremes, the results underscore the urgent need for energy strategies that are forward-thinking and integrated and that prioritize environmental sustainability, conflagration prevention, and resilience. &nbsp

    The contribution of the creative industry to the Indonesian economy is targeted to continue increasing, with one of the largest contributors being the fashion subsector. The fashion industry in Indonesia is showing excellent development. Local clothing brands are starting to emerge, one of which is Uniquelymoz Daily, a fashion brand from Bandung. This article aims to develop a research model of marketing strategy to realize sustainable company performance. A literature review was conducted to build a research model that produces a framework for marketing strategy to enhance sustainable performance. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies can be implemented by mapping the current business conditions through consumer analysis, internal and external analysis, as well as SWOT and TOWS maps. Empirical studies are needed to provide evidence of the reliability of the proposed research model

    Influence Of Customer Experience, Perceived Value, and Trust on Repurchase Intention on BRT Trans Semarang Users

    Semarang is a region that has provided public transportation facilities such as Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Semarang. This research examines the influence of repurchase intention by BRT Trans Semarang users. This study uses three variables namely customer experience, perceived value, and trust as determining factors. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 112 respondents using the BRT Trans Semarang. by using multiple linear regression analysis tools, the regression equation Y = 4,074 + 0,222X1 + 0,295X2 + 0,239X3 + e is obtained. With the t-test result show that partially customer experience, perceived value, and trust have a significant   partial effect on Repurchase Intention by BRT Trans Semarang users. The result of the F test obtained Sig value = 0,000 which show collectively displays the variables of customer experience, perceived vatalue, and trust have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The implications of the results of this research indicate that the Trans Semarang BRT manager is considered to be able to increase trust by maintaining the quality of service to drivers and officers. The affordable prices and good condition of the buses are considered capable of making customers feel satisfied so that they are willing to make repeat purchases when using BRT Trans Semarang

    This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management, especially focus on customers, quality obsession, long-term commitment, and continuous improvement on managerial performance mediated by a performance measurement system at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang. There are 38 respondents selected based on the purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and interviews. This study used a data quality test which consisted of validity and reliability tests, then used the classical assumption test which consisted of a normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test, f-test, determinant coefficient test, and path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of this study state that the performance measurement system cannot mediate the relationship between customer focus and managerial performance. The performance measurement system cannot mediate the relationship between quality obsession with managerial performance. The performance measurement system cannot mediate the long-term commitment relationship to managerial performance, the performance measurement system cannot mediate the continuous improvement relationship to managerial performance

    ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFOMANCE AT PT. KIMIA FARMA TBK BEFORE AND DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    During the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a decrease in GDP by 2.07%. As a result, many company sectors experienced a contraction in economic growth, but some company sectors actually experienced an increase in productivity, one of which was the health sector. This study aims to determine the differences in the financial performance of PT Kimia Farma, Tbk before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Total Assets Turnover, and Fixed Assets Turnover. With quantitative descriptive research methods and sample population using the financial statements of PT Kimia Farma, Tbk for the period 2017-2022. With data analysis techniques, namely financial ratio analysis, normality test, Paired Samples T-test, and processed using SPSS v.21. The results of the study concluded that based on the Paired Samples T-test test, the results showed the acquisition of a Sig value. (2-tailed) of (0.549)>α (0.05) for Current Ratio, (0.269)>α (0.05) for Quick Ratio, (0.358)>α (0.05) for Debt to Asset Ratio, (0.349)>α (0.05) for Debt to Equity Ratio, (0.283)>α(0.05) for Net Profit Margin, (0.779)>α(0.05) for Return on Equity, (0.343)>α(0.05) for Total Assets Turnover, and (0.218)>α(0.05) for Fixed Assets Turnover. So it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic
