    Bankruptcy Prediction Analysis Using Altman Z-Score Model on IDX Retail Companies for 2021–2023

    This study analyzes the bankruptcy prediction of retail subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period using the Modified Altman Z-Score model. The retail sector plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy but faces challenges such as intense competition, changing consumer behavior, and macroeconomic factors that may affect the financial stability of companies. Using a descriptive quantitative method and secondary data from annual financial reports, this study employs purposive sampling to select 22 companies as samples. The analysis results show that 16 companies fall into the healthy category, 2 into the vulnerable category, and 4 into the highly vulnerable category, with PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO) recording the highest Z-Score and PT Globe Kita Terang Tbk (GLOB) the lowest. The Z-Score trend indicates fluctuations in most companies throughout the study period. In conclusion, the Modified Altman Z-Score model can serve as an effective bankruptcy prediction tool, benefiting investors in decision-making and assisting companies in improving financial performance and mitigating bankruptcy risks

    Analysis of The Quality of Financial Statements: a Case Study of Rutong Village in 2019-2023

    This study analyzes the quality of financial statements against the report on the realization of the APBDes in Rutong Country for the 2019”“2023 period. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews and documentation. The analysis was carried out qualitatively with an evaluation approach on four aspects of financial report quality, namely relevance, reliability, ability to compare, and ease of understanding. The results of the study show that the Rutong State financial statements have fulfilled their relevance by providing useful information for decision-making, and reliability through the presentation of accurate figures. The ability to compare is reflected in the consistency of the report format from year to year, while the ease of understanding still needs to be improved through the simplification of technical terms. The study also identifies key challenges in managing financial statements, such as limitations in human resource competence and information technology implementation. This study provides recommendations for optimizing budget planning based on priority needs to reduce the deviation between budget and realization, especially in the field of development and community empowerment. Financial statements should be equipped with historical data to make it easier to analyze trends and evaluate performance. To increase participation, reports are presented with a glossary or executive summary in plain language. Regular evaluations and continuous training for village officials need to be carried out so that financial management is in accordance with standards. In addition, a focus on program efficiency and effectiveness is needed to ensure that budget allocations provide optimal benefits, especially in the areas of development and health, in order to support sustainable development

    Abstrak Teknologi Microstrip saat ini pada umumnya menggunakan material substrat dari fiberglass – epoxy atau FR4, fiberglass – epoxy mempunyai kerapatan yang kurang sehingga akan menyebabkan pelemahan sedangkan substrat dengan material alumina mempunyai harga yang mahal, sulit diperoleh dan proses fabrikasi yang sulit sehingga biaya pembuatan mahal dan pemasangannya sulit. Substrat Limbah Serat Rami Komposit mempunyai karakter yang saling memperbaiki sifat elektrik, mekanik maupun kimia sehingga mempunyai kerapatan molekul yang sangat tinggi sehingga kebocoran dan pelemahan sangat kecil, fabrikasi relatif mudah, dan biaya pembuatan lebih murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu antena larik Microstrip Multiple Array menggunakan material substrat yang presisi dan mampu dioperasikan pada frekuensi gelombang mikro dan pada daerah yang kondisi cuacanya ekstrim. Prinsip dasar antena ini adalah resonansi sehingga dapat dikembangkan untuk mengakomodir Untuk FCC (Flight Communication Control) Pada Sistem Penerbangan Pesawat. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang antena Microstrip Multiple Array bentuk directional menggunakan substrat Substrat Limbah Serat Rami Komposite yang merupakan pengembangan dari antena mikrostrip hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Substrate Waste Fiber Composite has a character that mutually improves electrical, mechanical and chemical properties so that it has a very high molecular density so that leakage and weakening are very small, fabrication is relatively easy, and manufacturing costs are cheaper. The purpose of this study is to design a Microstrip Multiple Array antenna using a precise substrate material and can be operated at microwave frequencies and in areas with extreme weather conditions. The basic principle of this antenna is resonance so that it can be developed to accommodate FCC (Flight Communication Control) in the Aircraft Flight System. In this study, a directional Microstrip Multiple Array antenna will be designed using a Composite Fiber Waste Substrate substrate which is a development of the microstrip antenna from previous research.     Studi Pengaruh Penambahan Komposisi Nano Hidroksiapatit pada Campuran Polylactide dan Poly Ɛ-Caprolactone terhadap Laju Degradasi Fiksasi Internal Pelat Tulang

    Pemulihan patah tulang menggunakan fiksasi internal pelat yang berfungsi mempertahankan pengurangan retak selama penyembuhan tulang. Fiksasi internal pelat direkomendasikan bersifat biodegradasi secara biologis yang terbuat dari biokomposit polylactide/poly ɛ-caprolactone/nano hidroksiapatit (PLA/PCL/nHA). Material ini memiliki kekuatan mekanik tinggi, namun susah mengontrol waktu laju degradasi. Tujuan penelitian ini menciptakan fiksasi internal pelat dari biokomposit PLA/PCL/nHA dengan laju degradasi dapat diprediksi. Metode pembuatan spesimen dengan Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) dengan variasi penambahan prosentase komposisi nHA. Tekanan kompaksi 40 MPa, temperatur sintering 150oC dan waktu penahanan 3 jam. Bertambahnya komposisi nHA mempercepat laju degradasi dan hilangnya berat spesimen. Penambahan komposisi nHA semakin besar untuk erosi permukaan semakin tinggi. Hasil ini untuk rencana implementasi spesimen pada tingkatan umur pasien. Spesimen penambahan 10 wt% nHA untuk pasien diatas umur 50 tahun atau lansia. Spesimen penambahan 20 wt% nHA untuk pasien dewasa, sedangkan spesimen penambahan 30 wt% nHA untuk pasien bayi dan anak-anak

    Investigasi Pengaruh Penuaan Termal terhadap Sifat Mekanik Karpet Felt Polyethylene Terephthalate Laminasi dengan Low-Density Polyethylene untuk Aplikasi Pengembangan Produk Quarter Trim Panel

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penuaan termal pada sifat mekanik karpet felt polyethylene terephthalate (PET) yang dilaminasi dengan low density polyethylene (LDPE) untuk pengembangan quarter trim panel kendaraan. Latar belakang penelitian berfokus pada pentingnya material interior otomotif yang tahan lama. polyethylene terephthalate (PET) dikenal memiliki stabilitas termal dan kekuatan tarik tinggi, sementara low density polyethylene (LDPE) menawarkan fleksibilitas. Namun, penelitian terkait kombinasi laminasi polyethylene terephthalate (PET) dan low density polyethylene (LDPE) dan dampak penuaan termal terhadap sifat mekaniknya masih terbatas. Metode penelitian mencakup persiapan spesimen, pengujian tarik sebelum dan setelah penuaan termal pada suhu 70 °C selama 72 jam dalam kondisi panas kering, serta analisis struktur molekuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada kekuatan tarik, di mana spesimen cross direction (CD) menurun dari 58,5 MPa menjadi 40 MPa, dan terjadi peningkatan modulus elastisitas sebesar 20%. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh degradasi molekuler dan reorganisasi struktur amorf polyethylene terephthalate (PET) yang mengurangi kohesi antar molekul. Kesimpulannya, penuaan termal berdampak negatif pada sifat mekanik karpet felt polyethylene terephthalate (PET) yang dilaminasi low density polyethylene (LDPE). Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk pengembangan material interior kendaraan yang lebih tahan lama dan menekankan perlunya peningkatan stabilitas termal pada laminasi (PET) dan low density polyethylene   (LDPE)

    The need for a halal lifestyle has become a necessity for the world community, especially Muslims. Indonesia as a country with the largest number of Muslims has its own potential and challenges in facing the development of the world's halal industry. In 2023, The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Center (RISSC) noted that the Muslim population in Indonesia will reach 240.62 million people. This shows that Indonesia is a country with a Muslim majority. Halal certification is a guarantee of a product that has been declared permissible for consumption according to Islamic law. The Halal Certificate is issued by the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) which was formed in October 2017 based on the mandate of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee (JPH) which was ratified on October 17, 2014. The implementation of Halal certification in Indonesia is mandatory for all food and beverage products with a deadline for implementing the obligation to be Halal certified on October 17, 2024. This community service program aims to assist in halal certification at the Cafe Taichan Goreng Mas Moy in Tegalrejo Salatiga. The methods used in this mentoring activity are through preparation, survey, mentoring through education and direction. The results of this mentoring activity are the existence of halal-certified products for Cafe Taichan Goreng Mas Moy Tegalrejo Salatiga, so that it can realize the government program regarding halal certification regulations

    Contribution of Wages and Production in the Personal Care Industry to the Growth of the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia 2010-2023

    The purpose of this research is to analyze and discuss the impact of the magnitude of the influence of the wages and the production factors on the Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) of the personal care industry in Indonesia during 2010 up to 2023. The study use the expalantory research method, which is related to the hypothesis test between the affecting variables against predicted variables in the scheme of a model. The analysis technique in this research is linear regression for processing the secondary data and the time series type for 14 years. This study provides evidence of the hypotheses is stated in Model 1, there is a significant effect of the Wages variable on the IHSG of the consumtion In Model 2, there is a significant impact between the Production on the IHSG of the consumtion industry. Simultaneously shown in Model no. 3, there is a significant influence between the Wages and the Production on the IHSG of the personal care industry in Indonesia, with a contribution of 90,50 %. Indek Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) is one of the indices for measuring investment growth, so the Financial Services Authority (OJK) must monitor it more intensively so that it continues to grow and attract investors to invest their capital in Indonesia

    Innovation's Mediating Contribution To The Relationship Between Financial Flexibility And Sustainability Performance

    This study explores the impact of debt and cash combination arrangements as financial flexibility that can improve sustainable performance in companies. This research also examines how innovation mediates the relationship between a company's financial flexibility and future sustainability achievements. Utilizing a resource-based view and path analysis, we analyze data from sustainability reports of basic and chemical industry firms listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2023. These findings provide empirical evidence that contingency theory can adapt by controlling the effect of financial flexibility on sustainability performance. As tested through debt and cash flexibility, financial flexibility has no direct impact on sustainability performance. Meanwhile, innovation is proven to depend on sustainability achievement. Empirical evidence of resource-based theory, where financial flexibility is a potential competitive advantage over the development and research process in innovation. Likewise, innovation holds a significant role in linking financial flexibility to sustainability performance. Companies with flexible finances can more easily allocate resources to innovate, increasing the company's ability to carry out activities that pay attention to the social and environmental impacts of sustainable business activities

    Numerical Study of EV Frame Performance in Side Pole Collision: ASTM A36 vs. AL-7075T6 Analysis

    Electric vehicles are emerging as eco-friendly alternatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat global warming. The Indonesian government supports this transition through subsidies, infrastructure development, and regulations encouraging electric vehicle adoption. Automotive manufacturers are enhancing electric vehicle models with safer and more efficient technology. Ensuring the frame's durability during collisions is crucial for safety. Structural engineering plays a vital role, as material failure from operational loads or impacts can lead to significant losses. The large and heavy batteries in electric vehicles present challenges in designing frames that support loads while maintaining passenger safety. Side-pole crash testing is essential due to the limited crumple zones on vehicle sides. This study analyzed the performance of ASTM A36  and AL-7075T6 materials in a side-pole collision at 32 km/h speed using the Finite Element Analysis method. The results showed that both materials experienced almost the same deformation, 98.79 mm for ASTM A26 and 98.77 mm for AL-7075T6. It is, however, a large difference in the maximum stress, ASTM A36 at 4849.7 MPa, and AL-7075T6 at only 1699.9 MPa. This was shown that AL-7075T6 has a better impact resistance than ASTM A36, therefore increasing the safety of electric vehicle frames for side-pole collision conditions

    The Effect of Injection Parameters on Warpage, Shrinkage, and Tensile Strength of Polypropylene Composites

    Polypropylene composite material is an environmentally friendly material when compared to other polymer materials because the composition of polypropylene is only 76% and the remaining 24% is limestone. The use of this composite material is to reduce dependence on the use of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Acrylic Styrene (AS) resins because both materials are difficult to decompose and recycle. The "base" product made from this material has a warpage defect that causes a gap effect when the product is installed with other components. Therefore, a study was conducted on the effect of mold temperature and holding pressure on warpage defects, shrinkage, tensile strength and surface morphology. This study used an experimental method with variations in mold temperature used were 20°C, 40°C, and 60°C, variations in holding pressure used were 70 bar, 110 bar, and 150 bar. Testing was carried out by measuring dimensions to determine warpage, shrinkage percentage, measuring tensile strength and observing surface structure. The warpage value decreases by 29% at high mold temperatures and increases by 84% at high holding pressure. The shrinkage percentage decreases with increasing mold temperature and holding pressure in the transverse direction by 7.14%-9.52% at constant pressure and 25%-26.29% at constant temperature, in the longitudinal direction by 1.27%-6.21% at constant pressure and 13.92%-17.95% at constant temperature. The optimal parameters to obtain the highest tensile strength of 26.77 MPa are at a mold temperature of 60°C and a holding pressure of 110 bar
