    PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTIPE ALAT UJI PERMEABILITAS BETON BERPORI UNTUK MENENTUKAN KOEFISIEN PERMEABILITAS

    The increasing growth of infrastructure and building development has led to a reduction in land surface cover. The lack of surface cover significantly impacts the environment, such as causing severe flooding. To address water-related issues, one approach is to manage runoff at its source through Low Impact Development (LID) strategies, such as permeable pavements. One method used to infiltrate water is porous concrete. Key parameters of porous concrete include strength, water-cement ratio, porosity, and permeability coefficient. The permeability coefficient of porous concrete is obtained through permeability testing. Laboratory permeability tests are more commonly used than field-testing. Therefore, it is important to have a dedicated tool for testing the permeability of porous concrete. The first stage involves the development and testing of a prototype, which includes prototype design, material survey, material procurement, equipment preparation, prototype construction, and testing. The prototype development refers to the ACI 522R-10 standard. The results of the prototype testing are analyzed using Darcy’s law to determine the permeability coefficient and analyze the flow characteristics. Based on the research findings, the permeability test prototype for porous concrete can be used as a testing tool for porous concrete permeability both in laboratory and field settings. The prototype exhibits laminar flow, thus allowing Darcy’s law to be applied for evaluating hydraulic conductivity

    Metode HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) adalah sebuah metode atau teknik untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya kerja dengan mengklasifikasikan karakterisitik bahaya yang dapat terjadi dan mengevaluasi risiko yang terjadi melalui penilaian risiko dengan menggunakan matriks penilaian risiko. Pekerjaan kolom beton merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan kerja yang meliputi pekerjaan pembesian, pekerjaan bekisting, pekerjaan pengecoran, dan pekerjaan pelepasan bekisting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur tanpa observasi langsung ke lapangan. Berdasarkan analisis risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan kolom beton di Proyek X hasil rekapitulasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai risiko pekerjaan kolom beton secara keseluruhan berada pada angka 9,8, angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar risiko berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi

    Prototype of Electrical Power Breaker Automation ON PHB-TR Using Microcontroller-Based IOT For Flood-Prone Areas

    The flood disaster caused losses for PT PLN consumers whose areas were flooded. To prevent electric shock accidents due to flooding, PT PLN took steps to extinguish distribution substations whose areas were affected by flooding. This step was taken to maintain the safety of the flood-affected community from being electrocuted, but this resulted in a loss for PT PLN, namely the selling kWh that was not distributed. In this study, the method used is research and development, where the author makes an idea to overcome the problem of the length of power outage due to flooding by making a PHB-TR Control Prototype for Distribution Substations. Where this prototype is an innovation to replace the main switch on the PHB-TR with MCCB and MCB which are applied in the box panel. With this prototype, PT PLN officers can speed up the process of blackout areas experiencing flooding quickly by controlling the MCCB and MCB at the PHB-TR distribution substation from the PLN office, but still maintaining the reliability of the 20 kV Medium Voltage Network. This prototype is based on the Internet of Things that can be controlled remotely using the Blynk application that can be operated from smartphones and computers. This prototype design is expected to help PLN officers to cut off the PHB-TR load from the PLN office or remotely, as well as some of the benefits that PT PLN can receive from this tool innovation, namely saving kWh that is not channeled and a positive image for PT PLN will be maintained by maintain the reliability of the electrical distribution system

    Influence of Leadership Style, Team Attachment, and Teamwork on the Performance of the Regional Election Winning Team in Indonesia: Research on the Indonesian Independent Farmers Organization of Central Java Province

    This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, team involvement, and teamwork on the performance of election campaign teams in Indonesia, especially within the Independent Indonesian Farmers organization in Central Java Province. The methodology used is a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques, involving 60 respondents as a sample. Data was collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire to measure respondents' perceptions of the variables studied. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software, by testing validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, and applying multiple regression analysis, F test, and T test. The implications of these findings provide strategic insights for the Independent Indonesia Farmers organization to improve the effectiveness of election campaign teams by strengthening effective leadership practices, increasing active involvement of team members in every stage of the campaign, and promoting collaborative synergy among team members to optimally achieve common goals. This research makes an important contribution in the context of election campaign management at the organizational level, by highlighting the importance of internal factors such as leadership and teamwork in achieving expected performance. The next step could involve developing more specific strategies and training programs to reinforce aspects that have been identified as key to success in the context of an election campaign.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, keterlibatan tim, dan kerja tim terhadap kinerja tim kampanye pemilu di Indonesia, khususnya di dalam organisasi Petani Indonesia Mandiri Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 60 responden sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert untuk mengukur persepsi responden terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS, dengan menguji validitas, keandalan, normalitas, heteroscedastisitas, dan menerapkan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, dan uji T. Implikasi dari temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi organisasi Petani Indonesia Mandiri untuk meningkatkan efektivitas tim kampanye pemilu dengan memperkuat praktik kepemimpinan yang efektif, meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif anggota tim di setiap tahap kampanye.  dan mempromosikan sinergi kolaboratif antar anggota tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam konteks pengelolaan kampanye pemilu di tingkat organisasi, dengan menyoroti pentingnya faktor internal seperti kepemimpinan dan kerja tim dalam mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Langkah selanjutnya mungkin melibatkan pengembangan strategi dan program pelatihan yang lebih spesifik untuk memperkuat aspek yang telah diidentifikasi sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam konteks kampanye pemil

    Health Analysis of the Five Largest Banks in Indonesia during Global Uncertainty Using the RGEC Method: (Case Study on Bank Mandiri, BRI, BCA, BNI, and BTN for the Period 2020-2024)

    Various countries are facing diverse and complex challenges in recent years. This certainly has an impact on the banking industry. This study aims to analyze the health level of the five banks with the largest assets in Indonesia in the period 2020 to 2024 using the RGEC method. The results of the study show that during the period 2020-2024, Bank Mandiri, BRI, and BCA received the predicate "very healthy" which means they are considered "very capable" of facing changes in business conditions and other external factors. BNI received the predicate "healthy" in the period 2020, but increased to "very healthy" in the period 2021 to 2024. However, overall, BNI bank received the predicate "very healthy". BTN received the predicate "healthy" during 2020 to 2025, which means it is considered "capable" of facing changes in business conditions and other external factors.   Berbagai negara sedang menghadapi tantangan yang beragam dan kompleks beberapa Year terakhir.  Hal tersebut tentunya berdampak terhadap industri perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kesehatan lima bank dengan asset terbesar di Indonesia pada periode 2020 sampai 2024 menggunakan metode RGEC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2020-2024, Bank Mandiri, BRI, dan BCA memperoleh predikat “sangat sehat” yang berarti dinilai “sangat mampu” menghadapi perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya. BNI memperoleh predikat “sehat” pada periode 2020, namun meningkat menjadi “sangat sehat” pada periode 2021 sampai 2024. Namun secara keseluruhan, bank BNI memperoleh predikat “sangat sehat”. BTN memperoleh predikat “sehat” selama 2020 sampai dengn 2025,  yang berarti dinilai “mampu” menghadapi perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya

    Optimisation of Energy Consumption Balance in Multi-Hop Topology Wireless Sensor Networks for Environmental Monitoring Systems along Railway Tracks

    The implementation of IoT requires careful planning so that the system can function optimally. This study describes the planning of WSN development as a network in an IoT system with a long, straight topology, such as that found on railway tracks. The planning includes the use of appropriate technology with minimal power consumption. Three simulation scenarios were conducted using LPSAN, LPWAN, and a combination of both to compare their performance on a straight-line topology. The profile of each technology in LPSAN and LPWAN in terms of their performance in transmitting sensor data in the IoT system will be determined. The network lifetime performance is also determined to demonstrate the energy efficiency of each technology. Thus, the most optimal scenario in terms of configuration and topology in a straight-line network will be selected. From the experiments conducted, it is concluded that multihop topology is generally recommended for use in straight-line networks compared to star topology, except in conditions where nodes are very close to the gatewa

    Pelaksanaan penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tujuan analisis implementasi model manajemen biaya persediaan bahan baku kedelai pada UKM Kluster Produksi Tahu di Kabupaten Semarang. Penyelesaian penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparasi tabulasi yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai perbedaan dan efisiensi antara biaya persediaan bahan baku model konvensional dengan biaya persediaan bahan baku (Raw Material Inventory Cost) model Economic Order Quantity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode Economic Order Quantity semua UKM akan memiliki biaya persediaan yang efisien (Inventory Cost Efficiency), terlihat dari selisih biaya persediaan dan nilai efisiensi biaya persediaan. Hal ini terlihat dari selisih biaya persediaan dan nilai efisiensi biaya persediaan. Pada UKM “SM TOFU” terdapat selisih biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 52.859.074,- dengan nilai efisiensi 1,068.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi dan literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa akuntansi dilihat secara parsial. Dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi dan literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa akuntansi dilihat secara simultan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan   kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka Pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji simultan (Uji F) dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa, literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa akuntansi, serta pemahaman akuntansi dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara   bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa

    Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial variabel literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, dan pendapatan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan tenaga kerja muda di Semarang. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk mendukung penelitian ini diambil melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 tenaga kerja muda di Semarang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, setelah itu analisi lebih lanjut melalui uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R²), dan uji T. penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Namun secara parsial, gaya hidup dan pendapatan menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan tenaga kerja muda, sedangkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif tapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan tenaga kerja muda

    ANALYSIS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGING STATE-OWNED ASSETS USING SAKTI (Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi) at BALAI BESAR PELAKSANAAN JALAN NASIONAL JAWA TENGAH - D. I. YOGYAKARTA

    State-owned assets under the management of ministries or government institutions must be managed in an effective and efficient way. The effectiveness of state-owned assets management is expected to positively impact the performance, particularly in supporting operational activities that contribute to the implementation of public welfare programs. This study research is discussing about management procedures of state-owned assets specifically fixed asset classification using the SAKTI (Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi), the obstacles encountered during implementation, also evaluates the effectiveness of state-owned assets management through an internal control system assessment and an evaluation of officer abilities to applicable regulations. The research employs a descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the state-owned assets management specifically fixed asset classification using the SAKTI (Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi) has been conducted effectively, although certain aspects remain that require further improvement
