Problematika tersebut terjadi karena banyaknya perselisihan dalam konteks kehidupan orang percaya yang menyebabkan permasalahan dalam menjaga kesatuan, adanya tekanan dan intimisasi terhadap orang percaya sehingga memberikan dampak untuk hidup berpusat kepada Yesus Kristus. Melalui metode analisis deskriptif terhadap Surat Paulus kepada jemaat Filipi, penulis melakukan kajian eksegesis terhadap teks Filipi 1:27-30 yang menekankan prinsip hidup berpadanan dengan Injil Kristus, yang memberikan aplikasi agar orang percaya hidup dalam kesatuan, tidak gentar oleh lawan dan siap menderita untuk Kristus. Dengan demikian melalui penelitian ini memberikan solusi kepada orang percaya agar tetap mengupayakan kesatuan dan tetap kuat dalam penderitaan.The principle of a believer's life is Christ-centered, but in the reality of life, there are still many human failures to live in the center of Jesus Christ. This problem occurs because of the many disputes in the context of the life of the believer which causes problems in maintaining unity, the existence of pressure and intimidation against the believer so that it has an impact on living a life centered on Jesus Christ. This research attempts to show the meaning of justification in the Christians life of believers as imputation of Christ's truth. The Lord Jesus did not sin at all in his life. So, the truth refers to right behavior or life, not to status. This research examines how the development of thought in the modern age has made significant contributions to Christianity. This view stems from a new approach to Paul's theology, called The New Perspective on Paul. This research shows how faith is a means of imputing that truth. In Romans 4 the truths which are accounted for to the believer are not explained further. But in Philippians 3: 9 and 2 Corinthians 5:21 we find the terms "righteousness of God" and "righteousness which comes from God". These two passages lend support to the dogmatic term iustitia aliena, 'foreign' truth, which does not originate with the believer himself

Starting a family needs to be well prepared through premarital counseling so that each partner knows who he is, what are his weaknesses and strengths in order to become a family that grows in faith and lets go of the old pattern of life so that it becomes a blessing.The method used is qualitative research with the hope of giving the right perspective and attitude about the importance of premarital counseling.Beberapa isu pokok yang akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini antara lain: 1) adanya anggapan bahwa konseling pranikah tidak penting dan buang-buang waktu; 2) konseling pranikah dilakukan hanya sekadar memenuhi persyaratan perkawinan; 3) konseling pranikah dianggap cara yang kurang menyenangkan karena membicarakan hal-hal yang bersifat pribadi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menunjukkan kepada orang Kristen bahwa pentingnya konseling pranikah guna mempersiapkan perkawinan Kristen seumur hidup. Memulai sebuah keluarga Kristen perlu dipersiapkan dengan baik melalui konseling pranikah sehingga masing-masing pasangan mengenal siapa dirinya, apa yang menjadi kelemahan dan kelebihan supaya menjadi keluarga Kristen yang bertumbuh dalam iman dan melepaskan pola hidup lama sehingga menjadi berkat. No full textThis article aims to describe the development of faith for Christian youth at the Toraja Mamasa Church (GTM) of the Siloam Salueno Congregation. The method used in this article is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this article is Christian youth at the GTM Siloam Salueno Congregation. The results of the observations in this article indicate that Christian youth in the Siloam Salueno Congregation experience shallow understanding of the Christian faith due to the absence of faith formations held in the church, resulting in a lack of understanding of the Christian faith. In addition, the most serious impact is the existence of Christian youths who leave their (Christian) faith. Therefore, the implementation of Faith Development for Youth and Youth at GTM Siloam Salueno Congregation which is routine is one of the steps to be the answer in shaping the character of the Christian youth generation to become agents of change who can contribute positively to the church and nation.Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pembinaan iman bagi remaja kristen di Gereja Toraja Mamasa (GTM) Jemaat Siloam Salueno. Metode yang dipakai dalam artikel ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Yang menjadi subjek dalam artikel ini adalah pemuda remaja kristen di GTM Jemaat Siloam Salueno. Hasil kajian dalam artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa pemuda remaja kristen di Jemaat Siloam Salueno mengalami kedangkalan pemahaman terhadap iman kristen disebabkan karena tidak adanya pembinaan-pembinaan iman yang diadakan oleh gereja sehingga kemudian mengakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman tentang iman kristen. Selain itu, dampak yang paling serius adalah adanya pemuda remaja kristen yang meninggalkan iman (Kristen) kepercayaan mereka. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Pembinaan Iman bagi Pemuda Remaja di GTM Jemaat Siloam Salueno yang rutin merupakan salah satu langkah untuk menjadi jawaban dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda kristen agar menjadi agen perubahan yang dapat berkontribusi bagi gereja dan bangsa secara positif
PERTUMBUHAN IMAN KAUM TUNANETRA KEPADA KRISTUS DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI JAWA BARAT, JAKARTA DAN MEDAN
Get PDFDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, the church was limited by government regulations not to hold on-site service but was replaced with online service via YouTube, Zoom Meetings or other media. Not everyone can use this technology, especially those who have limitations as experienced by the blind. As believers they still have to grow in faith. The problem in the research is how blind people continue to grow in faith in Christ even during the Covid-19 pandemic? This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach together with interviews with blind people about the need for their growth in faith. The growth in faith can be obtained through worship, Bible reading. By stopping the weekly service as usual, it is through reading the Bible that they gain faith growth. But they are constrained by funding problems to have a special Bible for them. The result of this research is that the blind need Braille Bible. The author lists the needs of the Braille Bible and distributes it for free as a form of community service. The author hopes that this research can raise the concern of Christians for the needs of the blind and those who need help.Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, gereja dibatasi aturan pemerintah untuk tidak mengadakan ibadah secara onsite tetapi diganti dengan ibadah online melalui YouTube, Zoom Meeting atau media yang lain. Tidak semua orang dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini terutama mereka yang mempunyai keterbatasan sebagaimana dialami kaum tunanetra. Sebagai orang percaya mereka tetap harus bertumbuh dalam iman. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana kaum tunanetra tetap bertumbuh dalam iman kepada Kristus meskipun di masa pandemi Covid-19? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dibarengi dengan wawancara terhadap kaum tunanetra tentang kebutuhan akan pertumbuhan iman mereka. Pertumbuhan iman bisa didapat melalui ibadah, pembacaan Alkitab. Dengan dihentikan ibadah minggu seperti biasa maka melalui pembacaan Alkitablah mereka mendapatkan pertumbuhan iman. Tetapi mereka terkendala masalah dana untuk memiliki Alkitab khusus bagi mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kaum tunanetra membutuhkan Alkitab Braille. Penulis mendata kebutuhan Alkitab Braille dan membagikannya secara gratis sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods, while related to theological studies in relation to the hedonistic lifestyle, the authors relate descriptive qualitative research in the context of phenomenology with qualitative methods that are library research. Which is to analyze the content of meaning contained in a narrative or text, in relation to the Scriptures, the author uses narrative analysis. And in the end it can be concluded that believers should always live according to God's will, which is to do things that show love for God. and abstain from Deeds that originate from the desires of the flesh. and always pursue eternal happiness not temporary happiness taught in hedonism.Mencari kebahagiaan dalam hidup ini adalah sesuatu yang selalu didambakan oleh semua orang namun dalam mencari dan menemukannya seseorang perlu dibimbing dan didorong oleh suatu motivasi yang benar, sehingga kebahagiaan yang diperoleh dapat dinikmati dengan baik, bukan untuk memuaskan keinginan daging semata yang pada akhirnya membuat manusia tersebut binasa dengan dunia ini. Sebagaimana yang diajarkan dalam Alkitab bahwa manusia sebaiknya selalu hidup mencari dan menyenangkan hati Tuhan, namun pada kenyataannya yang terlihat saat ini adalah, ada begitu banyak orang yang hidup mencari kebahagiaan untuk memuaskan keinginannya bukan keinginan Tuhan. Lalu bagaimana dengan kehidupan orang Kristen saat ini? Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sedangkan terkait dengan kajian teologi dalam kaitannya dengan gaya hidup hedonisme, penulis mengaitkan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dalam konteks fenomenologi dengan metode kualitatif yang bersifat library research. Yang mana untuk menganalisis kandungan makna yang terdapat dalam sebuah narasi atau teks, dalam kaitannya dengan Kitab Suci, penulis menggunakan analisis naratif. Get PDFThis research is about theological study of the views of the Roman Catholic Church on the concept of the Kingdom of God which is equated with the Church. By using qualitative research, especially literature review, several errors were found in this concept. First, it is a mistake to equate the Church with the Kingdom of God as understood by the Roman Catholic group. Second, I strongly agree when I say that the Church is the government of Christ. It should be noted, however, that in the context of God's kingdom (note the OT and NT concepts previously discussed) God's reign includes all of creation and the universe. So that the KR group has narrowed the scope of God's government in the Kingdom of God if it only thinks that the scope of God's government is only within the scope of the church. Third, it concerns the hierarchy of salvation and the Pope as the representative of Christ, where in the context of the kingdom of God on earth, the Pope is the highest representative. Once again this view is too exaggerated and forced. Thus, it can be concluded that it is a big mistake to equate the Kingdom of God with the Church.Penelitian ini tentang kajian teologis terhadap pandangan Gereja Katolik Roma tentang konsep Kerajaan Allah yang disamakan dengan Gereja. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, khususnya kajian literatur, maka ditemukan beberapa kekeliruan terhadap konsep ini. Pertama, sebuah kekeliruan apabila menyamakan Gereja dengan Kerajaan Allah seperti yang dipahami oleh kelompok Katolik Roma. Kedua, sangat setuju apabila mengatakan bahwa Gereja adalah pemerintahan Kristus. Namun perlu dicatat bahwa dalam konteks kerajaan Allah (perhatikan konsep PL dan PB yang sebelumnya telah dibahas) pemerintahan Allah mencakup seluruh ciptaan dan alam semesta. Sehingga kelompok KR telah mempersempit cakupan dari pemerintahan Allah dalam Kerajaan Allah apabila hanya berpendapat bahwa cakupan pemerintahan Allah hanya dalam lingkup gereja saja. Ketiga, menyangkut tentang hirarki keselamatan dan Paus selaku wakil Kristus, di mana dalam konteks kerajaan Allah di bumi, maka Paus adalah wakil tertinggi. Sekali lagi pandangan ini pun terlalu berlebihan dan dipaksakan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan adalah kekeliruan besar untuk menyamakan Kerajaan Allah dengan Gereja

Get PDFPenelitian ini mencari pengaruh dari pendidikan agama Kristen di Keluarga dan kegiatan ibadah di sekolah terhadap pembentukan moral bagi siswa. Peneliti memperhatikan bahwa kegiatan pengajaran PAK di Keluarga satu harta tersendiri dalam bidang PAK. Kegiatan yang memiliki dampak luar biasa bagi generasi masa depan. Di samping itu kegiatan ibadah rutin di sekolah juga perlu mendapat perhatian dari semua pihak, yakni orang tua, guru dan masyarakat. Tentu tidak lupa bagi siswa itu sendiri. Sedangkan moral yang sering dipersamakan dengan pembentukan kognisi, afeksi dan perilaku etis seseorang tidak dapat diperoleh begitu saja. Hal ini harus dibentuk dalam lintasan waktu yang membutuhkan energy, waktu, pikiran, tenaga, uang dan konsentrasi demi meraih bentuk moral yang ideal khususnya dalam persfektif Kristen. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan post ex facto. Dari data yang masuk diperoleh kecenderungan variable yang tinggi yakni PAK Keluarga (X1) sebesar 91%, rutinitas ibadah siswa (X1) sebesar 94% dan 97% untuk pembentukan moralitas siswa (Y). Dengan demikian hipotesa yang diajukan telah terjawab melalui penelitian. Karena itu kegiatan pendidikan agama di keluarga dan ibadah di sekolah perlu dilakukan secara rutin untuk memperoleh moralitas yang baik bagi siswa. Semua pihak hendaknya memperhatikan upaya ini dengan lebih sungguh-sungguh dari persfektif pembentukan moral kristiani.This study investigates the influence of Christian religious education in families and worship activities in schools on moral formation for students. Researchers have noticed that PAK teaching activities in families are a separate asset in the field of PAK. An activity that has a tremendous impact on future generations. Besides, routine worship activities in schools also need attention from all parties, namely parents, teachers, and the community. Of course not forgetting for the students themselves. Meanwhile, moral which is often equated with the formation of one's cognition, affection, and ethical behavior cannot be taken for granted. This must be formed in a time trajectory that requires energy, time thought, energy, money, and concentration to achieve an ideal moral form, especially from a Christian perspective. The method used is field research with post ex facto. From the data entered, it was found that the variable tendency was high, namely PAK Keluarga (X1) by 91%, student worship routines (X1) by 94%, and 97% for the formation of student morality (Y). Thus the proposed hypothesis has been answered through research. Therefore, religious education activities in the family and worship in schools need to be carried out regularly to obtain good morality for students. All parties should take this effort more seriously from the perspective of Christian morality formation

TEOLOGI BIMBINGAN ORANG TUA KRISTEN DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL GURU UNTUK MEMOTIVASI BELAJAR ANAK
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kontribusi yang berarti baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama dari kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru PAK dan bimbingan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar PAK siswa. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di sekolah SMP GKPI Padang Bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa-siswi Kristen kelas VII yang berjumlah 61 orang. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan terdapat kontribusi yang berarti dari variabel X1 (kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru PAK) terhadap variabel Y (motivasi belajar PAK siswa). Terdapat kontribusi yang berarti dari variabel X2 (bimbingan orang tua) terhadap variabel Y (motivasi belajar PAK siswa). Nilai rhitung (0,553) > nilai rtabel (0,361). Nilai determinasi R2 dari perhitungan korelasi tersebut adalah 30,58%, dan dinyatakan berarti, dimana thitung > ttabel (3,51 > 1,701). Terdapat kontribusi secara bersama-sama dari variabel X1 (kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru PAK) dan variabel X2 (bimbingan orang tua) terhadap variabel Y (motivasi belajar PAK siswa). Dalam praktek sehari-hari penting bagi guru agama Kristen untuk memacu kemampuan komunikasi bagi kepada murid maupun sesama Guru dalam berbagai bentuk pelatihan formal maupun non formal. Demikian juga bagi orang tua untuk tetap memperhatikan bingkai kasih dalam membimbing anak-anak yang diberikan Allah kepadanya.This study aims to determine the existence of meaningful contributions both partially and collectively from the interpersonal communication skills of Christian Education (CE) teachers and parental guidance to the motivation of students' CE learning. The research was conducted at Junior High School GKPI Padang Bulan. The population in this study is all Grade VII Christian students who number 61 people. The results concluded that there is a significant contribution from variable X1 (interpersonal communication skills of CE teachers) to variable Y (motivation to learn CE students). There is a significant contribution from variable X2 (parental guidance) to variable Y (student CE learning motivation). Rhitung value (0.553) (Rtabel value (0.361). The R2 determination value of the correlation calculation is 30.58%, and is meaningful, where things > ttabel (3.51 (1.701).
