In the context of rapid urbanization, public transport becomes essential for economic and social development, especially in large urban areas. However, in Morocco, the public transport system remains insufficient to meet the needs of users, particularly in Greater Agadir, where irregular schedules and vehicle overcrowding pose major issues. This study examines the impact of aligning public transport services (schedules, frequency, comfort, and peak hour management) on the satisfaction of students at FSJES Aït Melloul.
The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining exploratory interviews with institutional actors and a questionnaire administered to 200 students. Data analysis is based on Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that peak hour management, schedule adjustment, and perceived comfort have a significant impact on user satisfaction. In contrast, bus frequency does not have a direct effect on satisfaction but acts indirectly through the perception of optimized schedules.
This research highlights the importance of aligning transport policies with the actual needs of users, particularly students. It provides practical recommendations for improving the quality of transport services, considering the sustainability of the system and territorial equity. The study thus contributes to a better understanding of user expectations and the challenges that public authorities must face to make public transport more efficient and accessible to all.

The student entrepreneurial ecosystem provides a favorable framework for the development of innovative projects and the emergence of entrepreneurs among recent graduates. In Morocco, despite the existence of various support mechanisms, academic research offering a clear structuring of this ecosystem remains limited. This article addresses this gap by developing a theoretical model designed to identify and organize its main dimensions. The adopted methodology is based on an in-depth review of scientific literature and institutional reports related to student entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial support. This analysis made it possible to highlight several essential components: pedagogical and training mechanisms, support structures and infrastructures (incubators, innovation centers, funding platforms), key stakeholders (universities, public institutions, private sector), as well as strategic networks and partnerships.
Although significant efforts have been made by both the government and universities, the student entrepreneurial ecosystem is still under development. The implications of this study highlight the need to further structure this environment in order to strengthen the transition of students towards entrepreneurial action. The study emphasizes the pivotal role of universities, which, through their programs and support services, enhance entrepreneurial skills and stimulate the intention to start a business. The proposed model illustrates the interactions between these different components and underlines their contribution to creating a favorable environment for student entrepreneurship. The originality of this research lies in its focus on the Moroccan context, which remains underexplored in the international literature, and in the provision of a conceptual framework that can serve as a basis for future empirical studies as well as for the design of targeted policies and programs.

This study examines the effectiveness of the Asset-Liability Management (ALM) approach in improving the profitability of Moroccan banks during the COVID-19 crisis. Faced with unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic, the Moroccan banking sector had to adapt quickly to maintain its financial stability and profitability. Our research focuses on the period 2019-2022, encompassing the pre-crisis, acute crisis, and immediate post-crisis phases. Using the Structural Equation Modeling method, we analyzed a comprehensive set of financial and operational data collected from the eight main Moroccan banks, representing over 80% of the national banking market. Our findings suggest that ALM played a crucial role in stabilizing bank profitability during this turbulent period, with a significant positive correlation between ALM implementation effectiveness and several performance indicators, including net interest margin, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). Banks that adopted more sophisticated ALM approaches demonstrated a better ability to manage liquidity and interest rate risks, with larger banks benefiting more from their ALM systems.
This research contributes to filling both theoretical and empirical gaps in the literature, providing a framework for understanding ALM effectiveness in the context of a global crisis.
