Pengembangan Alat Peraga Pengukur Debit Air Menggunakan Sensor Flow Berbasis Arduino Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Fluida
Research has been carried out on the development of teaching aid for measuring water debit using an Arduino based flow sensor as a medium of fluid learning in order to determine the feasibility of a water discharge measuring instrument developed as a fluid learning media. This research is development research consisting of the stages of data collection, product design, design validity, design revision, limited trials. The research subjects for the limited trial were the 4th-semester students of the Physics Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University Purworejo with 19 students. The product developed is a water discharge measuring device that uses an Arduino-based flow sensor as a fluid learning media through the validation stage by experts. Furthermore, the product is revised and limited to trial. From the results of the trial of the tool carried out the Water Discharge Gauge using an Arduino-based Flow Sensor obtained a debit of (3.80 ± 0.13) liters/minute. While the data from the test results taken manually were debit at (3.55 ± 0.31) liters/min. With a relative error that is very small, with a comparison of sensor and manual measurement data on water discharge of 3.40%. This shows the value of the measurement accuracy is very good. From the results of the validation carried out by the validator namely expert lecturers and peers, it was found that the quality of the teaching aids was included in the excellent category with an average percentage of 76% and the quality of the guidebook was included in the excellent category with an average percentage gain of 78%. A limited trial was conducted by conducting a practicum using a water discharge measuring instrument using an Arduino-based flow sensor, then the results of the student questionnaire responses resulted in a percentage value of 87.22% with very good criteria. Thus the Water Discharge Measuring Tool using Arduino Based Flow Sensors is feasible to be used in Fluid material experiments
Analisis Swoot Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Teh Kulit Manggis Di Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Lestari Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo
Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Mengetahui faktor internal dalam pengembangan usaha teh kulit manggis, 2) mengetahui faktor eksternal dalam pengembangan usaha teh kulit manggis, 3) mengetahui strategi yang dapat dikembangkan dalam usaha teh kulit manggis. Pengambilan sampel daerah penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil yaitu Kwt Sri Lestari yaitu 3 orang informan kunci dan 4 informan pendukung. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket atau kuesioner. Analisis yan di gunakan adalah SWOOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal yang terbagi menjadi empat yaitu kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Kekuatan berupa (1) adanya ketepatan waktu dalam pengiriman produk, (2) harga yang lebih murah dibandingkan pesaing lain, (3) quality control bahan baku sudah baik, (4) kualitas produk teh kulit manggis yang dihasilkan baik, (5) Anggota memiliki keahlian dalam pembuatan teh kulit manggis. Kelemahan berupa, (1) masih lamanya pengujian teh kulit manggis, (2) kurangnya promosi, (3) alat transportasi yang masih terbatas, (4) sulit menentukan kebutuhan pasar, (5) pemasaran masih kurang luas. Peluang berupa (1) Permintaan konsumen yang tinggi, (2) harga teh kulit manggis yang relatif stabil, (3) manfaat kesehatan sebagai obat herbal, (4) perkembangan teknologi, (5) adanya hubungan baik antara kelompok wanita tani Sri Lestari dengan konsumen. Ancaman berupa (1) menurunnya daya saing produk, (2) jumlah pesaing sejenis, (3) menurunnya daya beli masyarakat, (4) masih kurangnya peran pemerintah dan; (5) jumlah bahan baku musiman. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan yaitu (1) meningkatkan penjualan teh kulit manggis, (2) meningkatkan pelatihan terhadap anggota agar termapil dalam pembuatan teh kulit manggis, (3) meningkatkan promosi agar produk di kenal oleh masyarakat luas, (4) menjadikan teh kulit manggis mempunyai kualitas yang lebih baik, (5) pemerintah melakukan pendampingan terhadap KWT Sri Lestari dalam pengolahan teh kulit manggis
Tingkah Laku Awal Berahi Kambing Kaligesing (Capra aegagrus Hircus) Betina Yang Di Injeksi Ekstrak Hipofisa Dengan Level Berbeda
This study aims to determine the potential of goat pituitary extract on the heat cycle of the Kaligesing Goat. Improve the performance of the initial lustful behavior of the female Kaligesing Goat. The study was conducted in August 2018 until February 2019 at the Integrated Animal Husbandry Laboratory of the University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo. The material used was a pituitary extract of adult female goats and 24 female Kaligesing goats, aged 2-4 years. Medroxy progestagen acetate for sensual synchronization. The treatments used in the study were T0 (control) injection of 5 ml physiological NaCl 0.9%; T1 injection of pituitary extract 0.25 gr in 5 ml physiological NaCl 0.9%; T2 injection of 0.50 gr pituitary extract in 5 ml physiological NaCl 0.9%. The experimental design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 8 replications. The parameters observed were riding other livestock, the sound frequency, and the behavior of moving the tail. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and tested using Chi-square. The results showed that the administration of pituitary extract had no effect (P> 0.05) on all parameters. It was concluded that the administration of pituitary extract was able to show symptoms of heat but was not yet able to improve the performance of heat behavior
Kajian Tentang Smart City: Paradigma, Kesempatan, Permasalahan Yang Ada Di Kabupaten Purworejo
In the last ten years, both academics and researchers have been interested in conducting re-search on smart city and its aspects. The results of their research are focused on one point that the leap in information technology that significantly influences the architecture, infrastructure and community patterns of information needs is fast and can be accessed anywhere. This para-digm gave birth to the concept of smart city, which is a well planned city, cost-effective commu-nity services and good governance for the welfare of society.This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the smart city concept that depends on geographical, environmental, economic and social constraints. This paradigm provides an overview of the six dimensions of smart city characteristics with aspects of smart living, smart mobility, smart people, smart economy, smart environment, smart government. Modern city life is part of the community in fulfilling their daily needs. People are accustomed to high mobility between cities because of work, entertainment, education, the phenomenon of urbanization and depletion of certain resources.Thanks to the development of information and communication technology, the concept of smart city now provides an opportunity for people to enjoy services, make decisions, find something new and experience many things to improve the quality of life in the smart city era
Prototipe Penyiram Tanaman Dan Pengukur Kelembaban Tanah Berbasis Arduino Uno
Agricultural land is currently increasingly narrow, so agricultural technology develops hydroponic crop models. The microcontroller in the Arduino UNO unit is also growing so that the Internet of Things technology is increasingly rapid and widely used in life. The problem of narrow land used for plants requires soil moisture as needed. This can be solved using Arduino UNO as a data acquisition system and the YL-69 sensor as a soil moisture reading tool.This study aims to implement the YL-69 sensor and Arduino UNO to detect whether the soil media used in the hydroponic plant model is moist or dry. The sketch used is Arduino 1.8.0 software. Then the Fritzing software is used to create a circuit schema. The series tests were performed on both dry and wet soil conditions. This research was in the form of a watering plant prototype. When the dry media is detected, the sensor will send data to the Arduino UNO unit, then the microcontroller on the Arduino UNO gives instructions to the Mini Submersible Water Pump to irrigate the soil.The results showed the YL-69 sensor was able to detect dry soil conditions. Data sent to the serial monitor is in the form of a data string that is "Dry Conditions" or "Humid Conditions". This means that prototypes of watering plants and measuring soil moisture have been successful. However, further research is still needed to find out how much moisture the soil media. So the prototype can regulate the performance of the Mini Submersible Water Pump in delivering water to plant media
Keputusan Petani Menjadi Penangkar Benih Padi di Kabupaten Purworejo
The objectives of the study were to 1) determine the characteristics of rice seed breeder farmers in Purworejo Regency, 2) determine the relationship between internal and external factors with farmers 'decisions in conducting rice seed breeder farming, 3) determine the internal and external factors that influence farmers' decisions in conducting seed breeding farming rice. The sampling of the study area was determined based on purposive sampling. The chosen location is Purworejo Regency. Samples taken in the village of Awu Awu were 13 people, in Sukomanah village were 10 people, in Seborokrapyak village were 6 people, in Lugu village were 3 people, in Tunjungrejo village were 6 people. Determination of the number of samples based on a Likert scale. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that 1) formal education, availability of facilities and infrastructure, partnership support had a strong relationship with farmers 'decisions, while suitability with land aspects and ease of effort had a very strong relationship to farmers' decisions inbreeding seed farming, 2) partnership support had a significant influence on farmers' decisions
Analisis Biaya dan Produksi Simplisia Temulawak (Curcumae rhizoma) di Desa Semagung Kecamatan Bagelen Kabupaten Purworejo
This study aims to determine: 1) a. Curcumae rhizoma cultivation techniques in the village of Semagung Bagelen District Purworejo Regency, b. The process of making dried ginger (simplicia) in the village of Semagung Bagelen District Purworejo Regency, 2) production costs, revenue, income, and profits on the production of dried ginger (simplicia) in the village of Semagung Bagelen District Purworejo Regency, 3) what factors influence in the production of dried ginger (simplisia) in the village of Semagung, Bagelen District, Purworejo Regency. This research method uses a descriptive method with a sample of 51 people. The results of the analysis note that 1) Curcumae rhizoma cultivation techniques in the village of Semagung include land management, planting, fertilizing, and harvesting. While the techniques for making simplicia include sorting, washing, weighing materials, chopping, drying, and packaging. 2) Revenue from Curcumae rhizoma simplicia in the amount of IDR 930,000 per planting season, income derived from the production of Curcumae rhizoma simplicia in the amount of IDR 630,117 and profits in the production of Curcumae rhizoma simplicia in the amount of IDR 103,128 per planting season. 3) Based on the F test results, the Fcount value is 78,887 and the F table is 1.29. A significant level also indicates 0,000 which is smaller than the error (α) which is 0.01. This means that Curcumae rhizoma production is influenced simultaneously by the independent variables in the model. T-Test results note that the independent variables that significantly influence the production of ginger are: rhizome and simplicia price
Sistem Monitoring Bukti Digital Untuk Meningkatkan Kontrol Terhadap Kasus Cybercrime Di Indonesia
Nowadays, the computer technology is growing rapidly. This has a positive impact, many people can be helped by the computer. In addition, the types of jobs available are in-creasing. But, there are also negative impacts, for example the computer crimes are growing dramatically. The komputer crimes will be handled where the place of computer crime occurred at the District Level (POLSEK). The problem occurs is when police agen-cies at the District Level do not have tools to investigate digital evidence. So the proce-dure to handle this computer crime is send the physical evidence to the Regional Level (POLDA) to be acquired and analyzed.It will make the digital evidence vulnerable to be acquired and manipulated when the physical evidence is sent to the Regional Police Agency by people who do not have au-thority. It is necessary to renew the procedure for handling digital evidence in the case of a computer crime and integrated system between them.This study will produce a procedure for handling digital evidence through an integrated monitoring system between POLSEK and POLDA agencies. It is hoped that through this monitoring system, authenticity can be maintained and the digital evidence can be ac-cepted by judge in the court
Implementasi Algoritma C5.0 Untuk Klasifikas Penyakit Gagal Ginjal Kronik
Chronic kidney failure is one of the deadly diseases in many countries, including in In-donesia. This disease has a prevalence value increasing with the increasing population. Method that can be used to predict chronic kidney failure in the form of classification trees, namely C5.0. The purpose of this study is to apply the C5.0 to the classification of chronic kidney failure and to calculate the accuracy. Method C5.0 is a classification method in selecting its attributes to be processed using gain information. The independ-ent variables that are influential in this study are erythrocytes, urea, creatine, and plate-lets. The results of this study are in the form of a classification tree for chronic kidney failure. The C5.0 method produces 6 classification segments with an accuracy value of 99.3%
Kajian Proporsi Aktivitas Fisik dan Kognitif pada Pembelajaran Aktif Fisika: Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray
TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray) is one of the learning models often used by educators to make students were doing active learning activities. Still, the educators usually did not pay attention to the lack of that learning model. Some cases found that learning objectives that should have been stressed on the cognitive activities were not achieved because the physical activities are more dominant than cognitive activities during the learning process. This study aimed to investigate whether lesson plans and video of TSTS cooperative learning more emphasized cognitive or physical activities by examining the compatibility between investigated cognitive and physical activities toward the learning objectives of science. There is qualitative research that is analyzed descriptively using the lesson plan sample and video of physics learning applying TSTS. The data analysis of this study was performed by examining a table that contains the possibility of the students’ activities for the lesson plan and students’ activities. That was observed using video during the learning process than were grouped in the physical or cognitive activities based on the operational verb of Bloom Taxonomy. The result of the study is both the lesson plan and video show that cognitive operations are more dominant than physical activities. It means that those activities are following the purpose of science learning. The average of cognitive activities is 77,4%, and physical activities are 22,6%. The educators are suggested to attend the proportion of physical and cognitive activities so that the purpose of science learning can be achieved optimally
