JUMLAH DAN KEPADATAN LOVE BIRD DOMESTIKASI DI KAUR : Domesticated Love Bird Population and Density in Regency of Kaur
Love bird di Indonesia dikenal dengan sebutan burung cinta. Studi bertujuan untuk mengetahui total jumlah dan kepadatan love bird yang didomestikasi oleh para pemelihara burung di beberapa kecamatan di Kaur. Studi telah dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan pada tahun 2024. Studi dilakukan dengan metode survei lapangan melalui aktifitas interview para pemelihara burung menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi langsung di lokasi. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode pengumpulan data bola salju. Variabel utama dalam studi ini antara lain jumlah burung yang dipelihara berdasarkan struktur umur burung (muda dan dewasa) dan perhitungan kepadatan populasi berdasarkan formula Density. Hasil studi diketahui bahwa jumlah total love bird di 5 kecamatan yang ada di Kaur berjumlah 51 ekor yang terdiri atas 28 jantan dan 23 betina. Seluruh love bird (100%) adalah love bird umur dewasa dan 0% yang berumur muda pada saat studi dilakukan. Kepadatan love bird masih tergolong rendah karena ≤ 1 ekor/km2 (D = 0,036 ekor/km2). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa love bird jantan dewasa masih menjadi pilihan pemelihara dan masih memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih banyak jumlahnya.

Implementasi Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Terhadap Persediaan Local Nut Weld M10-OI di PT. ECP
PT. ECP is a manufacturing company that produces excavator components. The problems experienced by PT. ECP is the occurrence of inventory that exceeds capacity. The excess capacity was due to the continuous purchase of Local Nut Weld M10-OI every month plus the remaining raw materials from the previous period. This study aims to apply the EOQ method to the inventory system of PT. ECP to minimize the problem of excess inventory. The results obtained from the application of the EOQ method are the number of each order of 30,742 units with a safety stock of 482 units and the frequency of orders every 2 months. Reorders are made when the remaining inventory is 3,615 units, the maximum inventory is 31,224 units, and the total inventory cost is Rp. 384,274 with a difference of Rp. 89,170 when compared to the cost of inventory before applying the EOQ method.

Rekayasa Ulang Lantai Produksi PT. X dengan Metode Systematic Layout Planning
PT X is a company that can produce and engineer machine tools engaged as a manufacturer of agricultural, livestock, plantation, and fishery machine tools. The arrangement of the layout of the production facility from the work environment (production floor) greatly affects the production process activities to run well. The increase in productivity of the company is driven by every interested party in it. With the results of these improvements, it will certainly encourage the level of performance, productivity, and quality of the products produced with the minimum possible production costs expected by management. In-depth analysis and evaluation are needed to identify problems and potential improvements in the layout of the production floor. Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) is an approach used in order to optimize material moving costs and mileage to redesign a layout. After optimizing the layout, the results of the current layout have a cost or Material Handling Cost (OMH) of IDR 2,736,750 with a total mileage of 182,45 m. On the other hand, the proposed layout has a total mileage of 175,6 m, resulting in an OMH of IDR 2,634,000. This can prove that there was a decrease in total OMH of IDR 102,750 so that the proposed layout can be applied
Analisis Produktivitas dan Efektivitas Pada Pembuatan Alat Pengupas Kulit Kelapa Muda
This study aims to design and analyze a young coconut skin peeling tool to improve efficiency and safety in the coconut-cutting process, which is currently done manually. The manual process, which takes an average of 3 minutes per coconut, is potentiallyinefficient and risky. With the development of this tool, it is expected to speed up the peeling process, increase productivity, and support the growth of Pak Agung\u27s business in Sidoarjo Regency. The methods used in this study include productivity analysis and effectiveness analysis of the tool. The productivity analysis was conducted by calculating the time required to peel a certain number of coconuts before and after the use of the tool, while the effectiveness analysis evaluates how much the tool can reduce processing time and increase the number of coconuts that can be processed in a unit of time. The analysis results show that after using the tool,the time needed to peel 30 coconuts was reduced from 95 minutes to only 16 minutes, and the processing time per coconut dropped from 3 minutes to 32 seconds. This achievement shows a significant improvement, reflecting better operationalefficiency. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in tools and technology to support the sustainability of micro and small businesses, as well as to contribute positively to the performance of the coconut processing industry.

Perancangan Mesin Pencuci Telur guna Meminimalisir Tingkat Kerusakan pada UMKM Telur Asin Abhi
Abhi Salted Eggs UMKM, located in Jombang Regency, produces salted eggs with a daily capacity of 850–1000 eggs from 1200 ducks. The production process, especially egg washing, faces significant challenges because it is still done manually. Problems that arise include long washing times, worker complaints due to exposure to soapy water, and egg damage rates reaching 7.14%–9.54%, causing losses of up to IDR 5,487,000 per month. To overcome these problems, an automatic egg washing tool was designed that can wash up to 20 eggs per cycle. Test results show that this tool is able to reduce the level of egg damage to 1% from 600 eggs tested, while increasing production capacity in the washing process. This innovation contributes to efficiency, reduced losses, and increased product hygiene, supporting the sustainability of Abhi Salted Eggs UMKM.

ANALISIS PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI PEMEGANG POLIS ASURANSI TERHADAP PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI YANG DINYATAKAN PAILIT
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada pemegang polis asuransi akibat perusahaan asuransi yang mereka gunakan dinyatakan pailit. Maka untuk membatasi persoalan tersebut, dirumuskan lah permasalahan ini dengan rumusan masalah yaitu: Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang polis asuransi terhadap perusahaan asuransi yang dinyatakan pailit, dan Bagaimana mekanisme pembayaran klaim pemegang polis asuransi terhadap perusahaan yang dinyatakan pailit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan analisis data sekunder yang terkait dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan teori hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemegang polis memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang adil dan layak ketika perusahaan asuransi yang mereka gunakan mengalami kebangkrutan. Oleh sebab itu, penulis menyarankan agar OJK membentuk lembaga tersendiri dalam memberikan jaminan kepada pemegang polis.

Penerapan Data Deret Waktu dalam Peramalan Permintaan Semen Curah Tipe Ezpro Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak POM QM (Studi Kasus di PT. WXY)
PT WXY, which operates in the cement industry, seeks to improve operational efficiency by forecasting demand for EzPro type bulk cement for the coming period. This study aims to determine the most effective forecasting method using two approaches, namely Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing, and analyzing historical data for 10 months using POM QM V5 software. The accuracy of the forecasting results is evaluated by Mean Squared Error (MSE). The results show that the Single Exponential Smoothing method has an MSE of 1,113,479,000, lower than the Moving Average method which reaches 1,721,099,000. Therefore, Single Exponential Smoothing is chosen as the best forecasting method to improve accuracy, optimize distribution schedules, and reduce operational risks such as excess or shortage of stock. Consistent application of this method is expected to support the smoothness of the supply chain and improve the company\u27s operational efficiency.

Perancangaan Rute Pengiriman Optimal dengan Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) untuk Efisiensi Distribusi di Jaya Abadi Fruits
This study focuses on optimizing the distribution routes at Jaya Abadi Fruits using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) method with a Saving Matrix approach. The primary issue is the manual route management that relies solely on the drivers\u27 memory, leading to frequent wastage of travel distance, time, and operational costs. Moreover, the stochastic nature of customer demand complicates daily supply planning and results in suboptimal fulfillment of customer needs. This research utilizes primary data collected through direct observation and interviews to gain an accurate understanding of the distribution process. The Saving Matrix analysis is applied to identify optimal routes, reducing the travel distance from 109.4 km to 61.8 km (a savings of 43.51%), cutting travel time from 4.46 hours to 2.20 hours (a savings of 50.67%), and lowering distribution costs from IDR 279,400 to IDR 231,800 (a savings of 17.04%).

Analisis Risiko Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Akibat Faktor Fisika Lingkungan Kerja pada Sektor Jasa Pengujian
High noise levels, as well as insufficient or excessive lighting and extreme room temperatures, can have an impact on employee Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). In testing service companies, employee complaints regarding physical work environment conditions—such as noise from laboratory equipment, overly bright lighting, and excessively cold room temperatures—indicate potential risks to occupational health and safety. This study aims to analyze the influence of physical environmental factors in the workplace. A descriptive analysis method was used to interpret primary and secondary data, which were then compared with Threshold Limit Values (TLVs), and followed by improvement recommendations using fishbone analysis. Measurement data showed the highest noise level in the analyst room at 83.1 dBA, close to the TLV of 85 dBA. The highest lighting levels were found in the BITU division head’s room and at Hilman’s desk, at 556 LUX and 576 LUX respectively. The lowest lighting level was recorded at Denrio’s desk with 301 LUX, compared to the lower TLVs of 150 LUX and 500 LUX. Room temperature measurements across all sampled locations showed a maximum of 27.3°C and a minimum of 21.2°C. Recommendations from this study include the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for impact mitigation, employee training or education, and facility improvements to reduce the negative effects on occupational health and safety.

IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN LOGISTIK OBAT DI RUMAH SAKIT MITRA SEHAT MANDIRI SIDOARJO`: `IMPLEMENTATION OF A MEDICATION LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT MITRA SEHAT MANDIRI HOSPITAL SIDOARJO
The increased availability of medications today has led to a rise in demand for medical services. Drug logistics management in hospitals involves interrelated stages such as planning, procurement, storage, distribution, processing, evaluation, and monitoring. All of these stages require good coordination to function optimally. This study aims to examine the implementation of drug logistics management at the Pharmacy Installation of Mitra Sehat Mandiri Hospital in Sidoarjo using a qualitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional design. The results show that training has a positive impact on employee performance, particularly in the input component. Adequate budgeting is necessary for purchasing medications and maintaining storage facilities and related equipment. Equipment must meet standards, have proper lighting, and be regularly calibrated. In general, the hospital’s logistics process includes planning through to supervision. Most medications are available as needed, although some may occasionally be out of stock due to supply shortages from distributors. Additionally, some damaged or expired drugs were found, indicating the need for a comprehensive evaluation of drug management to improve its effectiveness and efficiency. Overall, the availability of medications at this hospital is considered to be in accordance with demand.

Logistik obat di rumah sakit terdiri dari berbagai tahapan yang saling bergantung antara satu sama lain. Hal tersebut meliputi: perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengolahan, evaluasi, dan pemantauan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan koordinasi yang baik untuk dapat memastikan bahwa setiap langkah dapat berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara menerapkan manajemen logistik obat di instalasi farmasi RS Mitra Sehat Mandiri Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan yang dapat ditemukan pada komponen input. Anggaran yang cukup harus tersedia untuk pembelian obat dan pemeliharaan fasilitas penyimpanan obat dan peralatan terkait lainnya untuk menjamin kualitas persediaan dan memperpanjang umur peralatan. Peka terhadap pengukuran, memenuhi persyaratan, pencahayaan, dan secara teratur dikalibrasi peralatan tertentu. Bagian dari proses: perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, distribusi, pengolahan, dan pengawasan. Semua obat di fasilitas farmasi RS Mitra Sehat Mandiri Sidoarjo tersedia sesuai permintaan, tetapi terkadang beberapa obat tidak tersedia karena kehabisan stok dari distributor atau gudang PBF. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecukupan obat yang direncanakan dan jumlah obat yang tersedia selama masa persediaan sangat penting dan tepat saat dibutuhkan. Selain itu, ada banyak obat yang rusak atau kadaluwarsa di fasilitas farmasi RS. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan obat baik input maupun proses pemberian obat harus dievaluasi agar pengelolaan obat di fasilitas farmasi RS Mitra Sehat Mandiri Sidoarjo dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien. Ketersediaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RS Mitra Sehat Mandiri Sidoarjo sesuai dengan kebutuhan
