Pemasaran Konten: Menyusun Narasi Menarik untuk Melibatkan Audiens dan Mempromosikan Batik Tradisional Lampung
No full textThis study aims to explore the application of content marketing in promoting Lampung Batik through social media, specifically Instagram, with a focus on crafting engaging narratives to enhance audience engagement. The background of this research stems from the growing use of social media as a marketing tool, yet limited studies have examined effective strategies for constructing marketing narratives for local cultural products such as Lampung Batik. The method employed in this research is content analysis with a qualitative approach, where data was collected through observation of marketing content from several Instagram accounts promoting Lampung Batik. The findings indicate that effective marketing narratives are built through captivating visuals, storytelling about the batik-making process, the use of relevant hashtags, customer testimonials, and collaborations with influencers to expand audience reach. In conclusion, narratives that are consistently and authentically constructed can introduce Lampung Batik as a highly valuable cultural product, as well as increase audience awareness of its existence and the importance of preserving this traditional batik. Recommendations for future research include developing marketing strategies on other social media platforms and strengthening collaborations with the cultural and tourism sectors to broaden the audience.

Get PDFTo realize the intelligence of the Indonesian nation as stated in the 1945 Constitution, the role of libraries is needed, which has been regulated in Law No. 43 of 2007 which discusses libraries. The library serves as a means of education, preservation, recreation, research, and information to improve the quality of intelligence and empowerment of the nation. So is the East Java Provincial Library and Archives Office, of course, there are things to be achieved in its goal of educating the nation with a library collection sourced from the receipt of library materials. This acceptance comes from the purchase of books every year. These are managed by the Deposit, Development, and Preservation of Library Materials in the Development sub-field. These are also adjusted to the National Library Standards. This will be related to Warwick\u27s theory (1979) regarding policy implementation with four elements, namely organizational capability, information, support, and potential sharing. What must be adjusted for the implementation of a policy. The research used a descriptive qualitative method using a descriptive approach with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that there are problems related to human resources and existing facilities, although in the process of receiving, namely purchasing books, it can be said that it runs smoothly, but in the management process there are various obstacles starting from the lack of human resources and also available facilities. Therefore, it can be said that the implementation of this policy has not been maximally implemented.

Dengan latar belakang keberagaman sosial budaya dan pendidikan umat, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana penyuluh agama Buddha mengadaptasi metode komunikasi mereka serta bagaimana pengetahuan tersebut dikembangkan dan diterapkan dalam konteks lokal. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengungkap dinamika komunikasi religius dan kontribusinya terhadap pembinaan spiritual umat Buddha di wilayah tersebut.Penelitian ini membahas transformasi pengetahuan komunikasi religius di kalangan penyuluh agama Buddha di Bandar Lampung. Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan reproduksi sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO) di Desa Pugung Raharjo, Kecamatan Sekampung Udik, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pugung Raharjo, Kecamatan Sekampung Udik, Kabupaten Lampung Timur pada Juni–Juli 2023. MAteri penelitian adalah kuesioner, alat tulis, dan kamera. Kuesioner berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan identitas peternak sapi PO dan tingkat keberhasilan reproduksi sapi PO yang ada di lokasi penelitian. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, yaitu metode yang menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat utama pengumpul data dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan peternak. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptif yaitu dalam bentuk rataan dan standar deviasi dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2010. Get PDFFish is the product of various types of natural resources and is widely consumed by most people. Based on data obtained from the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Nusa Tenggara, Sumbawa is ranked second in West Nusa Tenggara as an area with high potential in the world of fisheries and it is very likely that many people will be involved in the world of fisheries. One of the fish supply companies located in the city of Sumbawa is UD Wijaya Samawa. This company is engaged in catching, processing and selling fish. However, in the fish packaging production process, there are problems with inefficient placement of facilities and layout resulting in waste of both time and place, thus disrupting the ongoing production process. One method that can be used to streamline production process facilities is the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method. As for determining alternative layout proposals, namely by using the BLOCPLAN Algorithm based on the ARC that has been made. The results of this study are alternative layout proposals that can minimize the distance from the previous 54 meters to 35.53 meters so that the distance can be reduced by 18.47 meters.

Analisis Kelayakan Investasi Mesin Pemotong Kerupuk Ikan di UMKM Dua Putri Sangkapura Bawean
Get PDFUMKM Dua Putri is a home-based business that produces typical Bawean fish crackers located in Gresik district which has 4 products, namely: Large Roasted Crackers, Small Roasted Crackers, Original Leko Crackers, Leko Balado Crackers. The problem is that when carrying out the process of cutting cracker cakes, we still use manual cutting. Even though there is a dough rolling machine and a cracker roasting machine, it is still overwhelming during the cutting process. Therefore, the researcher\u27s aim is to analyze the feasibility of investing in a cutting machine as a consideration so that time is not wasted and is efficient based on the machine\u27s age of 7 years. The results of calculations using the NPV method yield a result of Rp. 58,025,817 (NPV>0), IRR of 19.02% (IRR>10% initial interest rate), BCR of (BCR>1), and proven investment returns from BEP results with data interpolation for 2 years and 7 months. Based on calculations, this investment is feasible or can be done.

Analisis Perbaikan Posisi Kerja di Industri Pencacah Sampah Plastik Dengan Metode Quick Exposure Check (QEC)
Get PDFThe wrong body position of workers while working can cause the risk of work accidents and cause complaints of illness, which will have a direct impact on reducing the worker\u27s work productivity. To anticipate this, companies can improve work processes and activities to reduce risks or musculoskeletal complaints experienced by workers. Through the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method carried out on workers, especially in the production section, workers\u27 complaints due to incorrect work posture in the musculoskeletal area (back, shoulders, neck, arms and wrists) will be known so that recommendations can be made regarding process improvements. work for production workers and can reduce the risk of work-related injuries from the results of this analysis. From the research results, it was found that the QEC value for workers carrying out grinding/chopping, washing and drying work processes and activities was 65.34%; 60.79% and 64.77%, so there is a need for continued research and changes to workers\u27 work processes and activities. With these changes, workers will be able to do work comfortably and reduce the risk of injury or musculoskeletal complaints in workers when doing work.

PENINGKATAN KUALITAS BONGGOL SINGKONG MELALUI TEKNOLOGI FERMENTASI MENGGUNAKAN Aspergillus niger TERHADAP KANDUNGAN NUTRIEN: Improving the Quality of Cassava Cobs Through Fermentation Technology Using Aspergillus Niger on Nutrient Content
Get PDFFaktor terpenting dalam mendukung produktivitas ternak ruminansia adalah ketersediaan pakan yang berkualitas dan tersedia setiap saat. Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh aras konsentrasi Aspergillus niger dan lama waktu pemeraman terhadap kandungan nutrien bonggol singkong. Penelitian ini didesain menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap pola factorial 3x3 dengan 3 ulangan. Fermentasi menggunakan kapang Aspergillus niger dengan 3 aras konsentrasi (A0: 0%, A1: 2,4% dan A2: 5%) dan lama pemeraman (T0: 0 hari, T1: 2 hari dan T2: 4 hari). Variabel yang diamati adalah kandungan bahan kering, kadar abu, kadar lemak kasar, kadar serat kasar, kadar protein kasar, kadar BETN. Data dianalisis ragam kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji wilayah ganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh interaksi (p<0,05) antar aras dan lama waktu pemeraman yang berbeda terhadap kandungan serat kasar dan protein kasar bonggol singkong yang difermentasi dengan kapang Aspergillus niger. Pada kombinasi perlakuan A2T2 menghasilkan penurunan serat kasar paling tinggi (20,12%), peningkatan protein kasar tertinggi (12,99%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan aras starter dan lama waktu pemeraman meningkatkan protein kasar dan menurunkan serat kasar dengan penggunaan aras starter Aspergillus niger 5% dan lama pemeraman 4 hari.

Get PDFBurung maleo (Macrocephalon maleo) adalah endemik Sulawesi yang berasal dari famili Megapodiidae, dan sebagai maskot provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Maleo saat ini digolongkan dalam satwa langka, sehingga perlu dilindungi agar terhindar dari kepunahan. Peraturan Menteri Kehutanan Nomor P.106/Men LHK/Setjen/Kum.1/12/2018 turut memperkuat posisi maleo sebagai satwa yang dilindungi. Maleo memiliki keunikan dari ciri morfologi, habitat tempat tinggal hingga cara perkembangbiakannya. Maleo tersebar di beberapa tipe habitat mulai dari tempat datar yang panas hingga hutan pegunungan yang lebat. Pada habitat alaminya, burung maleo memanfaatkan pohon untuk bertengger, berteduh, dan beristirahat. Burung maleo mempunya keunikan sebagai spesies burrow nester, yakni pembuat sarang dalam liang atau lubang. Pada aspek perkembangbiakannya, maleo melakukan penetasan telur secara alami, dengan menggunakan panas bumi (geothermal) atau panas matahari. Konservasi burung maleo perlu diupayakan untuk menjamin keberlangsungan hewan endemik ini. Terdapat beberapa program konservasi terhadap burung maleo, contohnya Taman Bogani Nani Wartabone, dan Taman Nasional Lore Lindu di Sulawesi Tengah yang programnya berfokus pada pelestarian dan membangun perkembangbiakan maleo. Upaya konservasi maleo sebagai satwa langka di Indonesia memiliki tujuan utama yang mencerminkan kepentingan pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati dan ekosistem alam Indonesia.

Analisis Efektivitas Line Cubing 2 dengan Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness di PT. BM
Get PDFPT. BM is a food seasoning company. One of its superior products is seasoning cubes. In the production process, seasoning cubes are found in cubing line 2. From the research results, cubing line 2 has problems that impact the high level of product defects and downtime. This research aims to analyze the OEE calculation online cubing 2 with the aim of increasing effectiveness and finding the root cause of the problem. Research methods involve problem identification, observation, literature study, data collection and analysis, discussion, recommendations for improvement, conclusions, and suggestions. The data was analyzed using OEE calculations and the root cause of the problem was identified using fishbone diagram analysis. Recommended improvements include setting brass as the standard bushing material, as well as carrying out preventive maintenance every 6 months. It is hoped that the implementation of these improvements can increase overall production effectiveness at PT. BM.
