PERAN IMBUHAN PAKAN (CHALLENGE PROBIOTICS DAN VEVOVITAL) PADA AYAM PETELUR UMUR 84 MINGGU TERHADAP PENAMPILAN PRODUKSI : The Role of Feed Additions (Challenge Probiotics and Vevovital) in 84 Weeks Age of Laying Hens on Production Performance
Peran imbuhan pakan berupa probiotik dan asam organik terhadap penampilan produksi ayam peterlur perlu dikaji kembali yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan pengaruh imbuhan probiotik dan asam organik pada ayam petelur terhadap pernampilan produksi ayam petelur menjelang umur afkir. Materi yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian yakni ayam ras petelur strain Lohmann Brown dengan umur 84 minggu sebanyak 96 ekor. Penelitian menerapkan metode percobaan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari yakni P0 = Pakan tanpa perlakuan, P1 = Pakan basal + 1% probiotik, P2 = Pakan basal + 1% asam organik dan P3 = Pakan basal + 0,5% probiotik + 0,5% asam organic. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian meliputi konsumsi pakan, Hen Day Production, berat telur, egg mass dan konversi pakan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi probiotik dan asam organik menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh yang nyata terhadap penampilan produksi ayam petelur umur 84 minggu (P>0,05). Namun, dari hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penambahan kombinasi probiotik dan asam organik dapat mempertahankan produksi ayam petelur umur 84 minggu.

Analisis Beban Kerja Mental Menggunakan Metode Nasa – TLX Pada Divisi Human Capital Services Officer
TTA is a mining company with a significant role played by the Human Capital Services Officer division. Employees are faced with a heavy mental workload. Intense industry competition demands improved performance in a short time with minimal errors. This study aims to analyze the mental workload in the Human Capital Services Officer division using the Nasa-TLX method. Employees work 5 days a week for 8 hours per day, but all employees in the Human Capital Services Officer division work beyond regular hours without overtime pay or shift rotation. The study utilizes the Nasa-TLX method to analyze the mental workload in the division. Out of 17 employees surveyed, 5 experienced excessive mental workload, while 12 had an optimal workload. Factors affecting the mental workload include Mental Demand, Temporal Demand, Frustration Level, and Performance Level. This analysis provides a better understanding and information that can be used to enhance user experience and work efficiency. Thus, this research provides important insights in managing workload within the Human Capital Services Officer division of PT.TTA

Analisis Kinerja Mesin Welding dengan Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Pada Divisi Alat Berat di PT. XY
XY is a manufacturing industry engaged in the production of defense equipment. In the production process, machines are one of the important things. As one of the most important aspects in the manufacturing process, machine productivity must always be improved. Therefore, methods are needed to increase productivity in line with fluctuating business needs. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method that can be used to determine the productivity of a machine. OEE is related to the availability ratio, performance ratio, and quality ratio of the production process. The multiplication of these three factors produces the company\u27s OEE value which will later be compared with the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) standard OEE value. Research was carried out on welding machines at PT. XY. The machine is used to make bumpers. Based on calculations, the welding machine obtained an availability ratio (83%), quality ratio (100%) and performance efficiency (87%). So, if the three are multiplied, we get an OEE value of 72%, it can be seen that the OEE value is still below the global standard of 85%.

Identifikasi Cacat Cetak Proses Produksi Kemasan Fleksibel Di Unit Printing PT. ACP Dengan Metode Six Sigma DMAIC
PT. ACP produces a flexible packaging that can be used in everyday life. PT. ACP is a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer in Indonesia, in addition to being a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer PT. ACP is also a manufacturer for packaging in various other segments, such as food, comestics, agrochemicals, etc. Research was conducted to identify print defects that occur in the process of making flexible packaging. The analysis in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods and Six Sigma DMAIC. This research uses a number of data from field observations and interviews with company employees, as well as data documentation owned by the company for the past year in 2022. The results of this study, namely after calculating six sigma, the results obtained are that PT. Avesta Continental Pack has a level of 5 sigma or the equivalent of the USA industry, then there are 3 types of defects that often occur, namely dry color, misregister, and color does not meet standards.

Pengendalian Kualitas dalam Perencanaan Produksi Menggunakan Alat Bantu Seven Tools di Perusahaan Konstruksi
Increasingly fierce competition in the business world encourages companies to further develop ideas for effective and efficient ways to achieve predetermined goals. Many factors influence the success of achieving company goals. One of the most important forces that supports the achievement of company goals and increases company growth in the market is quality or quality score. Product or service quality control is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. One of the quality control tools is "Seven Tools" or Seven Quality Control Tools. The seven tools method is used for the production quality control process with the aim of solving various problems faced regarding the quality of a product. Types of defects found in cold room products at PT. There are 3 Pendawa Cipta Sakti, namely `: Glue doesn\u27t stick, scratches on the coil, and holes in the styrofoam. Based on observations from graphs on histograms and Pareto diagrams, the most dominant type of defect is glue not sticking, therefore a cause and effect diagram for the type of defect glue not sticking is made.

Usulan Perbaikan Tata Letak Kerja Proses Produksi Lempengan Paku Bumi menggunakan simulasi Promodel (Studi Kasus: PT GCE)
Increasingly tight competition in the business world encourages organizations to improve the quality of their output. PT GCE, a manufacturing company in the Sheet Metal industry, with output based on employment. In the manufacturing process various obstacles often arise which result in delays in the processing time. To address these issues, they use computer simulations, primarily ProModel, to identify and overcome bottlenecks in resource utilization, production capacity, and inventory levels. This research focuses on PT GCE and queuing problems caused by several production processes, with the author analyzing the use of ProModel to improve production systems and increase performance. As a result of this research, the author made improvements to the production process system in order to increase performance, which can be done by increasing the number of employees or operators on machines where there is a buildup of goods, combining the Welding and Fit Up processes in order to optimize production time and areas as well as bringing work stations closer together with related processes and optimize operator performance so there is no waiting time.

Analisis Pemilihan Subbagian Sistem Pengadaan Material Bangunan Teknopark dengan metode Analisis Hirarki Proses (Studi Kasus PTN X)
This research aims to find a subsection of the procurement system as an optimal choice in management. The system management studied is the construction of a contextual technopark at PTN X Analysis using by Analytical Hierarchy Process ae past and accurately therefore the results of modeling and processing show that the decision value reaches 0.03165 for industry, 0.1772 for infrastructure, 0.0733 for sustainability, 0.0733 for partnerships, 0.36238 for location, 0.0733 for local government, 0.1772 for capital, and 0.03165 for labor, so the largest is the location factor in the procurement management system optimal.

AKTIVITAS ANTIGLIKASI EKSTRAK DAUN KENIKIR (Cosmos caudatus Kunth) DENGAN METODE SPEKTROFOTOMETRI UV-VIS: ANTI-GLICATION ACTIVITY OF KENIKIR (Cosmos caudatus Kunth) LEAF EXTRACT USING SPECTROPHOTOMETRY UV-VIS METHOD
Kenikir merupakan jenis sayuran yang sering dikonsumsi mentah sebagai lalapan dan dimasak sebagai sayur. Senyawa flavonoid dan fenolik yang terdapat pada daun kenikir dapat digunakan sebagai antiglikasi. Glikasi sendiri merupakan penyebab terjadinya komplikasi pada penderita diabetes. Reaksi glikasi akan membentuk senyawa berbahaya Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) sehingga memperburuk kondisi penderita diabetes. Antiglikasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah produksi Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs). Mengetahui aktivitas antiglikasi pada ekstrak daun kenikir merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-VIS. Hasil ekstrak daun kenikir direaksikan dengan 2,4-dinitrofenilhidrazin (DNPH) dan BSA terglikasi dianalisis menggunakan Spektrofotometri pada panjang gelombang 450 nm. Hasil penelitian menujukkan ekstrak etanol daun kenikir memiliki aktivitas antiglikasi dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 295,047 ppm dengan koefisien variasi sebesar 0,850%.Kenikir merupakan jenis sayuran yang sering dikonsumsi mentah sebagai lalapan dan dimasak sebagai sayur. GAMBARAN PENGOBATAN PERGANTIAN SENDI LUTUT (TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT) DI RSUD JENDERAL AHMAD YANI, KOTA METRO, LAMPUNG. : THERAPY TREATMENT OF TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT AT PUBLIC HOSPITAL JENDERAL AHMAD YANI, KOTA METRO, LAMPUNG
Total Knee Replacement (TKR) merupakan prosedur pergantian sendi lutut yang sudah rusak dengan sendi lutut buatan. Dalam prosedur TKR selain operasi, terdapat pengobatan utama yang diberikan yaitu analgesik sebagai pain management, antibiotik sebagai wound closure dan pengobatan lain yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan kondisi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengobatan prosedur TKR. Observasional dengan design studi cohort retrospektif yang bersifat deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel merupakan seluruh pasien yang memperoleh prosedur TKR periode 1 Januari 2022 - 31 Desember 2023. Data pengobatan dari 54 pasien telah diperoleh melalui rekam medis. NSAID (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) dan sefalosporin dipilih sebagai analgesik dan antibiotik pada pengobatan rawat inap dan obat pulang. Selain itu terdapat antiulkus, antikonvulsan, vitamin dan obat lain. Persentase pengobatan yang diberikan pada pengobatan rawat inap yaitu Ketorolac (79.3%), Ibuprofen (20.7%), Cefazolin (3.7%), Cefuroxime (92.7%), Ranitidine (100%), Amlodipine (5.5%), Atorvastatin (1.8%), and Candesartan (1.8%). Persentase pemberian obat pulang yaitu Meloxicam (94.4%), Diclofenac Natrium (5.6%), Cefixime (100%), Gabapentin (88.9%), Calcium (37.1%), and Mecobalamin (5.3%).Total Knee Replacement (TKR) merupakan prosedur pergantian sendi lutut yang sudah rusak dengan sendi lutut buatan. Pengaruh Service Excellent dan Fasilitas terhadap Customer Satisfaction Penumpang Kelas Ekonomi
This study aims to determine the effect of Service Excellent and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction (Y) on economy class passengers at Poncol Station PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang. This research uses descriptive research type. The population in this study consisted of economy class train passengers at Poncol Station which amounted to 919,357 passengers. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of statistical analysis show that Service Excellent has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 and t count of 8.452, which exceeds the t table value of 1.984. Similarly, the effect of Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is also proven to be significant, with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-statistic of 3.887, which exceeds the t table value of 1.984. The Coefficient of Determination analysis shows that 71.2% of Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Service Excellent and Facilities, while the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other variables. In addition, the F test results show that the Service Excellent and Facility variables simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, with a calculated f value of 120.040 which exceeds the f table value of 3.09. In conclusion, this study confirms that Service Excellent and Facilities have an important role in increasing Customer Satisfaction on economy class passengers at Poncol Station PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang. These findings can provide valuable insights for companies in improving service quality and facilities to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
