Analisis Produk Not Good (NG) dalam Proses Pemotongan Kardus dengan Metode Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
PT BCD is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector, specifically in the manufacture of packaging made from cardboard. In the production process, there is cardboard cutting using a cutting machine to cut cardboard with predetermined quality standards such as producing products that are not defective or Not Good (NG) products. The presence of NG products in January. With this problem, it is necessary to identify the slitter machine by applying the FMEA method to identify the problems that occur. The purpose of the study is to carry out quality control to reduce the occurrence of NG products produced by the slitter machine. In January, it was found that there were 528 NG products. Researchers used Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to find the root cause of the problem. The variables contained in the RPN are Severity, Occurrence, Detection. Judging from the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method approach, the cause of the occurrence of Not Good (NG) products is the result of untidy cutting according to the highest RPN value with a value of 224, namely a blunt knife.

ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PIDANA PELAKU PENCEMARAN NAMA BAIK MELALUI MEDIA ELEKTRONIK DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menghadirkan tantangan baru dalam penegakan hukum pidana, salah satunya terkait dengan maraknya kasus pencemaran nama baik yang terjadi melalui media elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku pencemaran nama baik melalui media elektronik di Kabupaten Lampung Utara, menelaah penerapan ketentuan hukum yang digunakan oleh aparat penegak hukum, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses penegakannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan empiris, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku pencemaran nama baik melalui media elektronik didasarkan pada terpenuhinya unsur kesengajaan dan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) jo. Pasal 45 ayat (3) UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 dan UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2024. Aparat penegak hukum di Lampung Utara telah menerapkan ketentuan tersebut secara proporsional, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada berbagai hambatan seperti keterbatasan alat bukti elektronik, rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, dan kurangnya kemampuan teknis dalam bidang forensik digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku pencemaran nama baik di Kabupaten Lampung Utara telah berjalan sesuai ketentuan hukum, tetapi efektivitasnya masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui penguatan kapasitas aparat penegak hukum, sosialisasi hukum digital kepada masyarakat, serta penerapan prinsip keadilan restoratif agar hukum tidak hanya menjerat pelaku, melainkan juga mendidik masyarakat untuk beretika di ruang digital.

Pengaruh Kepadatan Kandang Yang Berbeda Terhadap Produktivitas Telur Puyuh (Cortunix Cortunix Japonica) Pada Fase Layer: The Effect Of Different Cage Densities On Quail Egg Productivity (Cortunix Cortunix Japonica) In The Phase Layer
This research aims to determine the effect of different cage densities on Quail Day Product (QDP), average egg weight and Egg Mass in quail (Cortunix Cortunix Japonica). This research was conducted on August 17, 2024 - September 21, 2024 at Mr. Suwarto\u27s Cage. In Palas Jaya Village, Palas District, South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. The material of this study was quail (Cortunix Cortunix Japonica) as many as 360 heads aged 42 days in a baterray cage with a size of 100 cm x 50 cm. The method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replicates. The treatment of this study was different cage densities, namely P1 = density of 12 quails, P2 = density of 16 quails, P3 = density of 20 quails, and P4 = density of 24 quails. The data were tabulated using ANOVA, if there was a significant difference, it would be followed by Duncan\u27s test. The results showed that different cage densities in quail (cortunix cortunix japonica) were real effect (P<0.05) to the average egg weight and egg mass (Egg Mass) but not real effect (P>0.05) to Quail Day Product (QDP). The most optimal cage density in quail egg productivity is the P1 treatment with a quail population of 12 birds which shows the average value of QDP (85,40%), the average egg weight (10,14 grams/grain), and the value of Egg Mass (8,68 grams/head/day).

RESPON RUMPUT ODOT DENGAN PEMBERIAN PUPUK BOKASHI DARI BERBAGAI JENIS FESES TERNAK: Odot Grass Response to Providing Bokashi Fertilizer from Various Types of Livestock Feces
Hijauan makanan ternak merupakan sumber pakan utama bagi ternak ruminansia. Sehingga diperlukan perlakuan-perlakuan tertentu agar produktivitas hijauan makan ternak dapat ditingkatkan atau berproduksi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis pupuk bokashi dan dosis terbaik untuk pertumbuhan rumput odot. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan kelompok jenis pupuk bokashi (ayam, kambing dan kelinci) dan kelompok dosis (8, 16, dan 32 ton/ha) serta direplikasi sebanyak lima kali. Hijauan makanan ternak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rumput odot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis pupuk bokashi feses kambing memiliki tinggi dan diameter tanaman serta berat segar terbaik yaitu 111,32 ± 9,50 cm; 4,90 ± 0,27 cm; dan 395,98 ± 3,29 g/rumpun, sedangkan dosis terbaik pada 16 ton/ha terhadap tinggi dan diameter tanaman serta berat segar terbaik yaitu 105,59 ± 12,83 cm; 4,47 ± 0,65 cm; dan 388,92 ± 8,21 g/rumpun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pupuk bokashi feses kambing dengan dosis 16 ton/ha menghasilkan respon rumput odot terbaik.

Penilaian Postur Kerja dengan Metode REBA pada UD. Bintang Terang Roti Ketawa
This research aims to determine the level of complaints felt by workers at UD. Bintang Terang Roti Ketawa, because there is the use of manual tools and a mismatch between body dimensions and the facilities used by the workers, seen from the results of the body map questionnaire that was distributed, there are many complaints felt by the workers, therefore the researchers identified body posture problems using the REBA method, from the assessment of the results using the REBA method obtained very high results or it was said that repairs were carried out immediately. Repairs or design of work facilities were carried out using anthropometric data of workers with normality test calculations, data adequacy, and uniformity so that the results obtained were in accordance with the dimensions of the workers\u27 bodies, the results of facility design. The work succeeded in reducing the level of complaints felt by workers so that the design was suitable for use.

Analisis Postur Kerja Menggunakan Metode REBA dan Kuesioner NBM Pada Operator Mesin Sizing SA-80 N1 di Industri Otomotif
This research was conducted at a company engaged in automotive manufacturing which produces motorbikes and related spare parts. Based on the results of observations on the production process, especially the sizing process, it is still done manually and has the potential for musculoskeletal disorders. This research is an observational study with a cross-sectional design that focuses on Ergonomics and OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) studies. Data obtained by using the Nordic Body Map (NBW) questionnaire as a tool to measure workers\u27 pain at or after work and using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to analyze work posture. After completing the NBW questionnaire on 4 sizing machine operators, 1 operator with the highest total individual score of 46 was included in the low category and was then selected to calculate work posture using the REBA method. Based on the results of calculating work posture using the REBA method, the final REBA score is 8. This score indicates (action level) 4 with high-risk conditions and further investigation is needed to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in operators

Perancangan Ulang Tata Letak IKM Tahu Sehat Sari untuk Mengurangi Jarak Material Handling
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) typically operate within limited or small spaces, with production activities that are sometimes mismatched with their available conditions. This includes the Tahu Sehat Sari SME case, where the existing product layout results in significant material handling movement, leading to high operational costs. This research designs a facility layout tailored to the SME’s needs. The layout is developed considering various constraints such as cost, available area, and other resources. The goal of this design is to create a new production layout for Tahu Sehat Sari SME, accommodate its relatively high daily production capacity, to minimize operational costs, reduce material handling distances, and increase productivity. Based on the initial layout of the SME, proposed layouts using methods such as Modified Spanning Tree (MST) and Simulated Annealing (SA) are compared. From the layout designs using single-row Simulated Annealing, double-row Simulated Annealing, and Modified Spanning Tree, the total material handling distances calculated are 8,590, 1,950, and 1,695, respectively, with the total material handling distances in the current layout 2,600 m. The most suitable layout design is determined based on the minimization of total travel distance, directly correlating to the optimization of material handling and the elimination of waste.

Investasi Perancangan Alat Pemberi Pakan pada Ayam Secara Otomatis guna Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja
This research aims to design and develop automatic chicken feeding equipment to increase work efficiency, productivity and farmer profits. Using the productivity calculation method before the equipment is designed, feeding requires 3 workers with a time of 15 minutes per session. After implementing the tool, labor requirements were reduced to 2 people with only 10 minutes per session. Using the HPP (Cost of Production) calculation method, this tool is able to increase work productivity by 3.3% and increase farmer profits from IDR 24,196 to IDR 26,924 per day. Based on the payback period calculation, this tool is able to return investment costs within 5 days, with an average expenditure of IDR 592,328 per day. This automatic chicken feeder is designed with the ability to set operational times at 08.00, 16.00 and 24.00, and has a feed capacity of 10 kg/day. The research results show that this tool is effective in increasing the operational efficiency of chicken farms, thereby providing significant benefits for farmers.

Perakitan Part Bodi Mobil Plant 1 PT TMM menggunakan Sistem Karakuri dalam Mengurangi Pemborosan Gerak Pemindahan Part Upper Arm SUV
This research was conducted to address the issue of motion waste in the process of transferring the Upper Arm SUV part during vehicle assembly at PT TMM. Based on field observations, it was found that the process cycle time, with a standard of 150 seconds, was not achieved and required an average of 241 seconds. Process analysis revealed that the transfer of the Upper Arm SUV part involved additional manual movements, such as pushing the dolly containing the Upper Arm part to the assembly position and manually handling empty part boxes. This prolonged the process time and reduced operational efficiency. To resolve this issue, this study implemented a Karakuri system that utilizes gravity for transferring Upper Arm SUV part boxes to the rack. The results demonstrated that the implementation of the Karakuri system significantly reduced unnecessary movements, improved operational effectiveness, and shortened the part transfer process time. Consequently, the standard cycle time for part transfer was achieved less tha 150 seconds.

PERTIMBANGAN HAKIM TERKAIT PENETAPAN ASAL USUL ANAK DAN AKIBAT HUKUM ANAK YANG LAHIR DARI PERKAWINAN YANG TIDAK DICATATKAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pertimbangan Hakim dalam menentukan asal usul anak yang lahir dalam perkawinan yang tidak dicatatkan berdasarkan Penetapan Pengadilan Agama Kisaran Nomor 110/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Kis serta bagaimana akibat hukum anak yang lahir dalam perkawinan yang tidak dicatatkan yang kemudian diajukan permohonan asal usul anak sesuai Penetapan Pengadilan Agama Kisaran Nomor 110/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Kis. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah hakim menggunakan pedoman dari hukum Islam, terutama Pasal 103 ayat (1) dan (2) serta Pasal 99 Kompilasi Hukum Islam di Indonesia, untuk memeriksa legitimasi anak yang lahir dari perkawinan siri. Jika ditemukan relevansi antara ketentuan hukum Munakahat Islam dan dalil Fiqhiyah dari Al Fiqh Al Islami wa Adillatuhu, hakim dapat mengubah status anak dari tidak terdokumentasi menjadi sah melalui putusan Pengadilan Agama.
