Low Noise Multiquantum Well DAR IMPATT Diodes Based On SiXGe1-X/Si
A Multiquantum Well (MQW) SixGe1-x/Si DAR (Double Avalanche Region) IMPATT (Impact Avalanche Transit Time) diode as a high power-high efficiency-low noise source at W-band is proposed in this paper. The RF power, conversion efficiency and noise of the device are optimized with respect to number of quantum wells and Ge mole fraction. The proposed device delivers peak power of 2.7 W, conversion efficiency of 7.5% and noise measure of 25 dB when the number of wells in the MQW structure is four and mole fraction of Ge is 0.3. The admittance plots of the device exhibit distinct negative conductance bands for three different (0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) mole fractions of Ge. An upward shift of optimum frequency is observed with increasing Ge mole fraction. The noise measure of the device decreases with increasing mole fraction of Ge and decreasing current
Optimization of OFET Performance with Pentacene as Organic Material
Pentacene is widely used in organic transistors as an organic semiconductor material. The conductivity of pentacene is enhanced in recent days, which helps in improving the device characteristics of organic transistors providing additional benefit of low-cost and flexible devices. Modeling and simulation of such devices are constructive in analyzing device characteristics. Here, in this paper modeling and simulation of four different configurations of organic transistor – two on the basis of the bottom gate and two on the basis of the top gate – is done in order to analyze the transfer and output characteristics. Off current of 10-15 A, and low subthreshold swing of 0.347 V/decade was observed
Grid loss protection in an utility interactive single phase micro string solar inverter
This paper talks about anti-islanding protection function in a 1.5 kVA solar based micro string inverter with considering only the solar input side connected at input and utility connected at output side. As per the Indian standard 16169 which was released in 2014 and equivalent to IEC 62116 standard which was released in the year 2008, any power conditioning unit connected to utility must disconnect from utility within 2s after it goes off-line. The three different voltage levels and total of 47 conditions were tested for various real and reactive power maintaining quality factor 1 at utility side through a 200 kW RLC load and the disconnection time of inverter were obtained through a high definition oscilloscope. For the inverter tested for anti-islanding protection function, it was found that in all scenarios the inverters disconnected well within two seconds as per the limit imposed by IS 16169:2014/ IEC 62116:2008

Solar Assisted Water Purification System Analysis
A theoretical analysis of solar assisted water purification is presented in this research. A system is designed in which Maximum heat energy is absorbed by collector, the heated primary fluid is transferred to heat exchanger consists of salt water. Vapourization of salt water takes place and pure water vapour is taken out by vaccum pump and further condensed to get drinkable water. The remaining salt is flushed out from heat exchanger. The components that system consisted are parabolic troughs, heat exchanger, vaccum pump, primary fluid and the pump which circulates the primary fluid. The designed collector is parabolic which helps to take more amount of solar energy and transmit to pipe consisting primary fluid. The primary fluid used is Duratherm 450 because it is economically and thermally stable, it gives high performance, it is environmentally friendly and cost effective. Parametric analysis carried out with help of computer model which simulated experimental results by solving equations and calculations, based on this graphical analysis was done which concluded our experiment
Effective Utilization of Battery Banks in PV Based Novel Inverter Operated Induction Motor Drives
The three-phase squirrel cage induction motor is due to its many advantages, such as no maintenance, robust construction, etc., usually used for agricultural applications. PV induction motor drives are mainly used where no power is available. However, conventional two-level inverters that convert DC to AC do not provide a quality output. Therefore, this article describes an induction motor drive with a multilevel converter. In a home-based PV system, full use of battery packs is essential to reduce network dependency and improve reliability. To achieve this goal, it is important to keep the battery banks in an almost identical state of charge. This article proposes a technique for limiting battery banks by switching isolated panels. The selection of the isolated panels considers the irregularity of the position of the panels. In order to reduce network dependency and improve reliability, a switching model is developed for the photovoltaic system that considers the generation and load model. The proposed switching technique and model will be reviewed in the MATLAB / SIMULINK environment. 
Food Ordering System based on Human Computer Interaction and Machine Learning Techniques
There is a saying,”the best interface is no interface”. Many people consider voice interface as an excellent approach to communicate with computer system. In the following paper, we are trying to build up a system which is based on Human Computer Interaction to put in an order for food in restaurants. People tend to go to a restaurant where service and convenience of the customer are given top priority. A major problem faced by the customers in a restaurant is waiting for the staff to take the order, this is because during rush hours the availability of staff decreases. This mishap can be removed by implementing a Food ordering system, a device which is built using Raspberry Pi 3; along with voice controlled interface, as presented in this paper. Techniques like Natural Language Processing, Rule-based system, Sentiment Analysis are used in the proposed system

Speaker Verification System using Wavelet Transform and Neural Network for short utterances
In this paper, wavelet transform technique and neural network is used for development of Speaker Verification System for short utterances. The sampled data undergo 4-level decomposition in wavelet decomposition technique. DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) is performed on the dataset, to improve the features extraction process. This study includes Hilbert Transform, which shows the importance of magnitude and phase for speaker classification and their performance was shown. Hilbert Transform is explored, to analyze performance of phase for the data. The features are then, fed to feed-forward back propagation neural network for further classification. The proposed technique is evaluated on fixed phrase of the RedDots dataset and self-recorded numerical dataset. The proposed method performs effectively up to 95% recognition rate.  
Breast Cancer Detection Using Supervised Machine Learning Algorithm
The most commonly causing cancer among Indian women is breast cancer and it effecting all over world with its impact. According to the medical reports of breast cancer patients in India were unable to hold the pain and about half of them are dying. In the proposed work used a machine learning algorithm to decrease the pre-processing time and to detection the symptoms and for better accuracy. The system is trained pre-processed image of fed to the system which are in the form of mammograms in common the X-ray of breast. The system which has the data segregated into the training and testing datasets analyses the input images based on the characters or the labels assigned to them done with the application of few of the algorithms which are present in the machine learning we compare the data or the image and probable output based on the character labels is obtained in the form of result. Compared to existing work and the proposed machine learning model as a serious of combination and permutations of algorithms lead to increase in the efficacy of the result and got the accuracy of 97.4% using random forests algorithm
