    In this paper we describe the designing of MIMO(Multiple input and multiple output ) system along with scheduling technology which schedule the beam  depending on  SINR ratio keeping it different from other scheduling techniques like RR and PF techniques.  This paper describe the effect of scheduling  to compare different parameter  for the dynamic resource allocation.Now a days communication industry increasing spontaneously In this late century,  use of mobile and cellular services are  very common .In the proposed method of SINR scheduling technique  signals are scheduled according to  their signal to  noise plus interference ratio.     The main aim of our project is to convert medical records in traditional non-digitized format to a more useful digitized format using Optical Character Recognition (HCR). Using HCR software to recognize medical documents has many benefits. Manual method for data entry was used previously to capture data from medical records, when HCR was not present. With this handwritten character recognition method, it shows the ability of a computer to receive and recognize handwritten data in medical records. This paper mainly focuses on the recognition of handwritten English characters. Deep learning is the method used for identity recognition which will depend on the neural network.  The records digitized using neural network will be stored on the cloud for future use

    In today’s era it is very important to manage and handle the waste. The waste bins kept in the public places overflows before the garbage cleaners arrive to collect the waste. As a result, the bins are not cleared off on timely basis and foul smell, maintaining of hygiene, spread of disease are the biggest problems in the public area. Smart Dustbin is the need of the hour for the urban areas.  The paper aims at the development of a smart garbage bin alert system. The complete IoT based dustbin is designed and developed to automate the process and monitor it efficiently. The system measures the level of waste inside the bin and auto locks the garbage bin and informs municipal authorities about the same stating the location of the bin so that corrective measure can be taken for timely collection of garbage and avoidance of the filthiness in the area. The system will also adapt with network environment to manage all information from waste management

    Design and Implementation of Statistical Estimation Based Model for Fair Assessment of Rain Interrupted Cricket Matches

    Cricket has achieved the status of a religion in India due to its huge popularity. The huge amounts of money and interest that cricket garners is increasing the spotlight on making the cricket experience for avid fans more seamless and enjoyable. There is a immediate requirement to come up with a fair assessment method which at any point of the game can decide the winner considering all relevant factors influencing the match. The current model used in rain interrupted matches is the Duckworth-Lewis (D/L) method. In interrupted matches a decision has to be reached within an allocated time of the game and the game cannot be postponed to another day. It has been reported that the D/L method delivers unrealistic target scores for certain cases exhibiting its unfairness and bias towards teams batting second. The proposed algorithm formulated is an alternate approach that could serve well to reset the target score overcoming this intrinsic problem of the D/L method. This algorithm demands extensive data cleaning and structuring of the raw available data, followed by feature extraction. Exploratory analysis and statistical tests have then been carried out on the independent variables. The developed mathematical functions work for both batting and bowling teams and the neural networks are trained to learn these functions. The developed algorithm is trained and validated for all the completed ODI matches as well as for D/L matches. Accuracy of the model tested on completed ODI matches and for rain interrupted matches is 57 % and 61% respectively. The implemented algorithm can be extended to player selection, modelling using other features (apart from batting and bowling related) to improve the prediction for the rain interrupted matchesimplementing a D/L method - for fairer evaluation of outcomes
