Get PDF本稿は、2022 年に実施したメキシコ現地調査の報告である。肥満は多くの非感染疾患と関連があることが知られており、肥満と過体重が成人の７割を超えるメキシコにおいて健康課題は深刻さを増している。肥満対策には、健康を増進するための制度設計や環境整備が有効であり、メキシコでも大規模な取り組みが行われている。
本報告では、メキシコの肥満対策として実施されている取り組みについてプリシード・プロシードモデルで整理し、その詳細について報告する。食生活では、過剰な砂糖摂取の原因となっている清涼飲料水をはじめとする商品に対して課税（ソーダ税）が行なわれている他、不健康な食品のパッケージに警告表示を義務化し、キャラクター等の使用の禁止が行われている。身体活動増加の取り組みとして、自転車シェアリングサービスとなるEcobici システムを導入するための環境整備を行い、新たなモビリティの普及に成功している。

Get PDFコロナ禍における「花城家文書」の受贈・整理・公開のありようについて論じた。また、「花城家文書」が作成・収受・保管された要因や背景などを射程に入れながら文書群の構造分析に基づいた目録の編成・記述の方法について明らかにした。そのうえで、家文書・個人文書が、多少なりとも、国民や地域住民の「知る権利」の保障と、記憶の継承に関係することについて言及した。The paper describes the donation, organization, and public release of the Documents of Hanashiro Family during the COVID-19 pandemic. It will also explain how the catalog was compiled and written based on a structural analysis of the documents. Get PDFいわゆる100 年企業ともいえる共同（売）店は、地域の、地域による、地域のために、生活扶助組織としての役割を果たしてきた。発足当初の機能には、生産、信用、販売そして購買などが網羅されており、集落住民にとって行政組織では果たしえないが、集落住民にとって必要な事業が営まれており、単なる「売店」ではないという意味においても、共同（売）店という表現がふさわしかったといえる。共同（売）店に込められた集落全体の起業家精神もしくはパーパスとは、1) 他者からの自衛、2) 集落自治、3) 集落の経済循環などに細分化されるところだが、いずれにせよ資本主義の侵襲に対抗するために地域＝集落がどうあるべきか、この荒波に吞み込まれるのか、もしくは跳ね返すのか、後者であればどのような対抗策を講じることができるか。本稿では過去と現状を見据えて種々の検討を試みることにする。departmental bulletin pape
