Pengaruh Pelatihan Medicine Ball Sit Up Throw Terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan dan Otot Punggung Pada Siswa Putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Bolo: Efektivitas Latihan Medicine Ball Sit Up Throw Terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan dan Punggung Pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama
The purpose of the study. To determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training on arm and back muscle strength.
Materials and methods. With the Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design, this sort of study is a true experiment. In this study, 44 male students made up the sample. The arm muscle strength variable was measured using a 60 second push-up test, while the back muscle strength variable was measured using a back and leg dynamometer test instrument.
Results. Data were analyzed by independent t test at a significantly smaller level (α) 0.05 with SPSS 16.0 application. Based on the results of independent t-test obtained results; (1) arm muscle strength variable with a significant value of 0.000. (2) Back muscle strength variable with a significant value of 0.010. The calculated significant value is smaller than the value of (0.05) thus the research hypothesis of medicine ball sit up throw training affects the strength of the arm and back muscles "accepted".
Conclusions. Thus, it was concluded that medicine ball sit up throw training had a significant effect on arm and back muscle strength in male students. It is recommended for sports teachers, coaches, coaches, and athletes to use arm muscle strength and back muscle strength.This studi aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. The research is quasi-experimentally in which the randomized pretest posttest control group design.Sample were male students SMP Negeri 4 bolo numbered people. The instrument used for research testing arm muscle power is push-up 60 second while the instrument to test the back muscle power is back and leg dynamometer.Furthermore the data analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0,05 with SPSS.16.0 Based on the results of independent t-test showed; (1) Variable arm muscle power with significance value 0,000, (2) Variable back muscle power with significance value 0,010. The significant value calculated is less than the value of a 0,05 so the hypothesis research “ Medicine ball sit -up throw effect on arm muscle power and back muscle power” accepted. It can be concluded that the training medicine ball sit-up throw significant effect on the increase in arm muscle power and back power on male students SMP Negeri 4 Bolo I the academic year of 2020/2021. For sports teacher trainers coaches and atheles are advised to use alternate training as medicine ball sit-up throw alternative way to increase arm muscle power and back muscle power
Physical Fitness and Learning Achievement Academic in Children Aged 10-12 years
The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the impact of physical fitness on student achievement
Materials and methods. The method in this research is a path analysis method with a correlational test technique. Correlational refers to taking the rsquare hypothesis, which is how big the impact of the correlation between physical fitness and student learning achievement is and this study uses the SPSS Version 25 application.
Results.The results found that the level of the variable physical fitness on learning achievement with r = 0.708 with rsquare = 0.501 Coefficients sig value . 0.000. It turns out that the value of sig. 0.000 is less than the probability value of 0.00 or the value of 0.05>0.000.
Conclusions. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the path analysis coefficient is significant. This study proves that there is a direct impact of physical fitness on student achievement
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Menendang (Shooting) Sepak Bola Melalui Modifikasi Latihan Target
The purpose of the study. In improving the learning outcomes of shooting in Football games through modification of target exercises for fourth grade students of SDS KARTIKA VIII-2 semester in the 2019/2020 school year.
Materials and methods. classroom action research that follows the model of Kemmis and Taggart theory. This study includes 2 cycles where each cycle includes 4 stages, namely planning (planning), acting (implementation), observing (observing), reflecting (reflection). research subjects were 25 students, while data were collected through tests and observations.
Results. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes for fourth grade students. This is evidenced by the percentage of fourth grade students who achieve the KKM scores on the Shooting test in a football game in each cycle. In the first cycle = 64%; cycle II = 88%, with the result that the percentage is proven in the first cycle to the second cycle has increased by 24%.
Conclusions. Shooting in football games through target practice modification can improve students\u27 shooting skills.Tujuan Penelitian. Metode Penelitian. penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengikuti model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini mencakup 2 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus mencakup 4 tahap yaitu planning (perencanaan), acting (pelaksanaan), observasing (pengamatan), reflecting (refleksi). subjek penelitian sebanyak 25 siswa, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui test dan obsevasi
Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada siswa kelas IV. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan persentase siswa kelas IV yang mencapai nilai KKM tes Menendang (Shooting) dalam permainan sepakbola pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I = 64%; siklus II = 88%, dengan hasil persentase tersebut terbukti pada siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24%.
Kesimpulan. Menendang (Shooting) Pada Permainan Sepak Bola Melalui Modifikasi Latihan Target dapat meningkatkan keterampilan Menendang (Shooting) siswa
MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR GULING DEPAN PADA PEMBELAJARAN SENAM LANTAI MELALUI MODEL PERMAINAN : Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Guling Depan Pada Pembelajaran Senam Lantai Melalui Model Permainan
The purpose of the study. To improve the learning outcomes of front roll in floor gymnastics learning through a game model at Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Junior High School, South Jakarta.
Materials and methods. The method in this research is classroom action which follows the model of Kemmis and Taggart theory. This research is planned for 3 cycles where each cycle has 4 stages, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The research time was 3 months with 30 students as research subjects, while data were collected through tests, interviews and observations.
Results. The average score of students in the initial conditions was 70.46 with a percentage of completeness of 38.46%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students in the first cycle, which was 73.08 and the percentage of completeness was 57.69%. In the second cycle, the average value of the front roll ability of students again increased by 82.82 with a percentage of completeness of 80.77%.
Conclusions. This shows that the previously set target has been achieved so that the research is stopped in cycle II.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar guling depan Pada pembelajaran senam lantai melalui model permainan , pada SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas yang mengikuti model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini direncanakan 3 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus 4 tahap yaitu planning, acting, observasing dan reflecting. Waktu penelitian adalah 3 bulan dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui test, wawancara dan observasi. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada kondisi awal sebesar 70,46 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 38,46%. Kondisi tersebut mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 73,08 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 57,69%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kemampuan guling depan siswa kembali mengalami peningkatan sebesar 82,82 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 80,77%
Dampak Latihan Bayangan Dalam Kemampuan Teknik Pukulan Push Forehand Dalam Permainan Tenis Meja
The purpose of the study. To improve the abilities of atlets, a trainer is required to guide atlets in efforts to help and spur development in achieving learning outcomes. For this reason, a trainer must be able to choose and determine the appropriate training method or technique.
Materials and methods. The research design used One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects used were 26 people with purposive sampling technique.
Results. The results of data analysis using the test obtained the t-value of 7.710 and the t-table of 2.060.
Conclusions. So that from the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an effect of shadow training on the Improvement of the Forehand Push Technique in Table Tennis.Tujuan Penelitian.
Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para atlets eorang pelatih dituntut untuk membimbing atlets upaya bisa membantu dan memacu perkembangan dalam mencapai hasilbelajar. Untuk itu seorang pelatih harus dapat memilih dan menentukan cara atau teknik melatih yang sesuai.

Hasil. Hasil analisa data menggunakan ujit diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 7.710 dan ttabel sebesar 2.060
Kesimpulan. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan bayangan terhadap Peningkatan Teknik Pukulan Push Forehand dalam permainan Tenis Meja
Early Stage Rehabilitation for Strain Hamstring : A case report: Tahap awal Rehabilitasi pada kondisi strain hamstring
The purpose of the study. This study\u27s purpose is to report on the early stage physiotherapists\u27 intervention on patients with hamstring strains as recommended in the early stage management of sports injuries.
Materials and methods. This study is a case report from of a patient who has a hamstring strain with complaints of pain and decreased range of motion of the knee joint. Physiotherapists provide ultrasonic therapy with isometric contraction exercises on the hamstring muscles for 4 sessions for 2 weeks.
Results. Ultrasound therapy and isometric contraction exercises increased the range of motion of the knee joint by 60% (active) and 50% (passive). Pain reduction also occurred by 83% for active motion pain and 80% for passive motion pain.
Conclusions. The physiotherapy interventions with ultrasonic therapy and isometric contraction exercise therapy is in accordance with the early stage rehabilitation for the case of hamstring strains. With the interventions, the patient experienced a decrease in pain and an increase in Range of Motion from the knee joint.The purpose of the study. Efek dari Latihan Ketahanan Aerobik vs HIIT terhadap asupan energi, asupan zat gizi makro, dan tingkat VO2Max pada Peserta Pusat Kebugaran
The purpose of the study Nowadays, there are many people who participate in fitness centre to maintain their health and fitness. There are many ways to increase VO2Max, an indicator of cardiorespiratory fitness, two of many were High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and traditional aerobic endurance training. In other hand exercise in any type of way required extra energy, resulting in increased energy and macronutrient intake. Was to analyse the effects of HIIT vs. Aerobic Endurance Exercise on energy intake, macronutrient intake, and VO2Max of fitness centre participants in Depok..
Materials and methods 26 participants were recruited voluntarily from one of fitness centre in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, then randomized into HIIT Intervention Group and aerobic endurance exercise intervention group for 3 months. Energy and macronutrient intake were assessed before and after intervention. Bleep test was done to determine VO2Max Level before and after intervention.
Results. Paired t-test between before and after intervention showed that there’s significant difference (p<0.05) on VO2Max, while independent sample t-test showed that there’s no significant difference between both type of exercise.
Conclusions. This study shows that there was no effect of both HIIT and Aerobic Endurance Training on energy and macronutrient intake. However, both interventions increase VO2Max as an indicator of fitness level. Shorter time for HIIT may be useful for increasing VO2Max level on busy individual.Saat ini banyak masyarakat yang menjadi peserta pusat kebugaran untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran mereka. Banyak cara untuk meningkatkan kadar VO2Max, salah satu indikator kebugaran kardiorespiratori, dengan dua di antaranya merupakan HIIT dan latihan ketahanan aerobik. Latihan olahraga dalam bentuk apapun membutuhkan energi tambahan, sehingga asupan energi dan zat gizi makro juga meningkat.
Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis efke dari HIIT vs. latihan ketahanan aerobik terhadap asupan energi, asupan zat gizi makro, dan kadar VO2Max dari peserta pusat kebugaran di Depok.
Metode Penelitian Sebanyak 26 subjek berpartisipasi secara sukarela dalam penelitian ini, yang juga merupakan peserta salah satu pusat kebugaran di Kota Depok. Subjek kemudian diacak menjadi kelompok HIIT dan kelompok latihan ketahanan aerobik selama 3 bulan. Asupan energi dan zat gizi makro diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, begitu pula dengan bleep test untuk mengetahui kadar VO2Max
Hasil. Uji t-test berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan VO2Max antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p<0.05), sementara uji t-test bebas menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara dua tipe intervensi (p>0.05)
Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat efek baik dari latihan HIIT maupun latihan ketahanan aerobik terhadap asupan energi dan zat gizi makro. Meski begitu, dua tipe latihan ini meningkatkan VO2Max yang merupakan salah satu indikator kebugaran. Durasi HIIT yang lebih pendek dapat berguna untuk meningkatkan VO2Max pada populasi yang memiliki keterbatasan waktu
Analisis Physical Fitness Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh
The purpose of the study. To find out how far the influence of physical components (physical fitness) which includes speed, leg explosive power and balance on long jump ability.
Materials and methods. This research is descriptive with regression technique which gives a general description about agility, limb explosive power and balance with long jump ability. The research subjects used were 40 people. With a random sampling technique, the data is processed using a correlation technique through the help of the SPSS program.
Results. From the data analysis, the results obtained are: (1). There is a significant effect of speed on the long jump ability, with the value of r arithmetic (r0)=0.687 (P<0.05) with a contribution value of 47.2% (2). There is a significant effect of limb explosive power on Long Jump Ability. with a calculated r value (r0) = 0.504 (P<0.05) with a contribution value of 25.4% (3). There is a significant effect on the balance of Long Jump Ability, with a calculated r value (r0) = 0.415 (P<0.05) with a contribution value of 17.2% (4). There is a significant effect together in terms of speed, leg explosive power, balance on Long Jump Ability, with a calculated r value (r0) = 0.725 (P < 0.05) with a contribution value of 52.6%.
Conclusions. From the results of data processing, it shows that it has a significant influence from data analysis, namely speed, leg explosive power and balance on long jump abilityTujuan Penelitian. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh komponen fisik (fhysical fitness) yang meliputi kecepatan, daya ledak tungkai dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh.
Metode Penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik regresi memberikan gambaran umum tentang kelincahan, daya ledak tungkai dan keseimbangan dengan kemampuan lompat jauh. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 40 orang. Dengan teknih random sampling, dengan data diolah menggunakan teknik korelasi melalui bantuan program SPSS.
Hasil Penelitian. Dari analisis data yang diperoleh hasilnya: (1). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kecepatan Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh, dengan nilai r hitung (r0) = 0,687 (P < 0,05) dengan nilai kontribusi 47,2% (2). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh. dengan nilai r hitung (r0) = 0,504 (P < 0,05) dengan nilai kontribusi 25,4% (3). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan keseimbangan Kemampuan Lompat Jauh, dengan nilai r hitung (r0) = 0,415 (P < 0,05) dengan nilai kontribusi 17,2% (4). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama ditinjau dari kecepatan, daya ledak tungkai, keseimbangan terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh, dengan nilai nilai r hitung (r0) = 0,725 (P < 0,05) dengan nilai kontribusi 52,6%.
Kesimpulan. Dari hasil pengolahan data, menunjukkan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dari analisis data yaitu kecepatan, daya ledak tungkai dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh
Pengaruh Metode Cirkuit Training Terhadap Kecepatan Pemanjatan Wallclimbing Atlet Federasi Panjat Tebing Indonesia (FPTI) Dalam Jalur Speed Word Record
The purpose of the study. The goal of the study is to see how the circuit training approach affects the speed of wall-climbing by athletes from the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) on the Pekanbaru City Speed World Record Line.
Materials and methods. A research technique using an experimental methodology of one group pretest-post test design, in which a pretest is administered before therapy is administered. The study\u27s population included the whole Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) Pekanbaru City, which included six male athletes.
Results. We apply the t-test procedure to test the hypothesis, and we receive tcount = 7.01 from the t-value calculation, which we then compare to the ttable value. The value of ttable = 2.132 is known from table t, indicating that tcount is larger than ttable. As a result, the accepted hypothesis and the effect of circuit training on the ability to climb wall-climbing speed with a 19.31% increase in ability.
Conclusions. PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA DI INDONESIA ATAS HAK POKOKNYA
The purpose of the study. Revealing the legal protection of football players as workers in the football "industry" and as a worker / laborer for a club, so that the Manpower Law can be applied.
Materials and methods. This research uses a juridical-normative approach which is expected to provide more understanding to the players in the world of sports, especially in the field of football in Indonesia.
Results. The fact is that soccer players, as workers or laborers, still have not got the rights they should receive, and also most of them still do not understand or do not really understand the contents of the contracts they have signed.
Conclusions. A bright spot where PSSI as the parent of national football has made changes by forming the NDRC where its task is to resolve disputes between players and football clubs.Pemain sepak bola merupakan tenaga kerja dalam “industri” sepak bola dan sebagai seorang pekerja/buruh bagi suatu klub,sehingga UU Ketenagakerjaan dapat diterapkan kepada pemain sepak bola,dan klub sepak bola adalah sebagai perusahaan dan berkedudukan sebagai pemlik perusahaan atau majikan.
