Examination of an E-Blended Learning Training Experience Including Sports Facilities
The purpose of the study. The aim of the study is to identify particular tactics that enhance the intrinsic motivation and engagement of students in online training activities.
Materials and methods. This article presents the outcomes of a training programme that combined e-learning and blended learning on the Moodle platform. The programme involved 90 sports technicians and utilised a cooperative teaching approach, benchmarking, and the forum as the primary teaching resource.
Results. The findings of the experiment demonstrate the significant influence that the instructor plays in the advancement of training initiatives, alongside the design of the platform and the resources provided. This demonstrates that the forum, enquiries, tasks, and databases receive more visitors compared to the presentations, videos, and complementing articles.
Conclusions. In this experience, it is important to emphasize the significance of the Moodle platform and its resources as effective means of communication and learning for both students and instructors
Results of Indoor Hockey Training on Mastery of Dribble Techniques in Hockey Games
The purpose of the study. Mastery of fundamental techniques in hockey is essential for players. Mastery enables player cooperation to achieve the game\u27s objective. Key techniques include dribbling and pushing the ball, applicable in both indoor and field hockey. These techniques are vital for effective gameplay. In indoor hockey, only dribbling techniques are permitted according to regulations. Practice enhances dribbling skills, requiring repetitive training. This study aims to compare indoor and field hockey training effectiveness on dribbling mastery.
Materials and methods. An experimental method was employed, utilizing 24 athletes from Sambas Hockey Club, divided into two groups.
Results. The results indicate a significant improvement in dribbling technique mastery in the indoor training group.
Conclusions. The research concludes that indoor hockey training significantly enhances basic dribbling technique mastery compared to field hockey training
The Connection Between Essential Running Techniques and Long Jump Performance Indicators in Elementary School Learners Aged 10-11 Years
The purpose of the study. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the link between running technique proficiency and long jump performance in 10 to 11-year-old elementary students.
Materials and methods. A sample of 28 male students, aged 10 to 11 years, was selected for this study. A cross-sectional research design was utilized to investigate the relationship between basic running techniques and long jump performance in this demographic. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to assess the association between running methodologies and long jump effectiveness. The results of this analysis determined the strength and direction of the relationship between the two variables.
Results. The analysis yielded a significant correlation coefficient of r= 0.917, with a p-value of 0.000<0.005, indicating a strong positive correlation. This finding suggests that students\u27 skills in body alignment, arm swing, and leg coordination in running are closely related to their ability to generate the power, speed, and control necessary for superior long jump performance.
Conclusions. This study provides empirical support for the claim that proficiency in fundamental running techniques, including body alignment, arm swing, and leg coordination, correlates significantly with improved long jump performance in 10 to 11-year-old elementary school students
Movement Analysis of Fundamental Forehand and Backhand Tennis Techniques for Athletes at the Sekadau Regency PELTI Introductory Tennis Club
The purpose of the study. The objective of this study is to assess the fundamental forehand and backhand tennis movement competencies for beginner PLTI tennis players in the Sekadau district.
Materials and methods. The study utilized observation, interviews, and questionnaires as primary data sources. Secondary data included documentation and training session attendance records. Triangulation was employed in data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis adhered to Miles and Huberman\u27s interactive model, involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Observational data revealed athletes\u27 deficiencies in foot and hand positioning during racket swings. Interviews indicated that training processes were hindered by issues such as non-standard balls, management difficulties, and athlete distractibility.
Results. The questionnaire results revealed insufficient performance by athletes, especially in question 7 about foot positioning in forehand and backhand techniques. Thus, the data imply a lack of fundamental proficiency in forehand and backhand technical movements among PELTI tennis court athletes at Sekadau Regency Beginners.
Conclusions. The examination of Forehand and Backhand competencies in Field Tennis for PELTI novice athletes in Sekadau district is inadequate. Observational and interview findings reveal subpar performance metrics. Numerous athletes attain scores that are deemed insufficient and unsatisfactory
Development of Boxing Sports Samsak for Novice Athletes
The purpose of the study. This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing laseaban bags in boxing.
Materials and methods. The research sample was 30 athletes. The feasibility of the bag is first validated by experts, namely equipment experts, material experts (boxing coaches), and sports experts. Furthermore, small group tests and large group tests are tested on athletes.
Results. In a large group test with a total of 20 (twenty) athletes with 3 (aspects) with an indicator of the suitability of the bag with the comfort of using the bag, an indicator of implementation, and an indicator of user interest with 10 (ten) questions. With an average score of 4.35 with a percentage of 97.00% in the very good category.
Conclusions. The following is a response to the interest of athletes when using or using a tool developed by the researcher, namely the laseaban bag
The Impact of Utilising a Wobble Board for Training on The Precision Archery Shots a 30-Meter Distance among Athletes
The purpose of the study. This study aims to find out the effect of the training using the wobble board method on the body balance and the accuracy of archery at a distance of 30 metres of archery athletes.
Materials and methods. The research used a quasi-experimental research type with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The samples in this study were 12 athletes taken from the archery athletes of Selabora Panahan aged 13-17 years old. The instruments used were the Stork Test and a 30 metre archery. The data analysis technique used the Normality Test assisted by SPSS 16 software and the Homogeneity Test to determine whether the variance of samples taken from the same population was equal or not.
Results. Based on the research findings, it can be obtained: analysis of body balance of archery athletes of Selabora Panahan, obtained t value (6.199) > t table (2.20), and p value (0.000) < 0.05, based on data analysis for the accuracy of archery athletes of Selabora Panahan obtained the value of t count (5.437) > t table (2.20), and the value of p (0.000) < 0.05.
Conclusions. it can be concluded that there is an effect of training using a wobble board on the body balance and accuracy of archery at a distance of 30 meters of the archery athletes
Impact of Learning Motivation and Physical Condition on Physical Education Learning Outcomes in Junior High School Students Aged 13-15 Years: A Analysis studies
The purpose of the study. to determine and evaluate the relative contributions of physical fitness and learning motivation to the learning outcomes of students in the 7–9 age range.
Materials and methods. The purpose of correlation approaches is to quantitatively ascertain if and to what extent two or more variables are correlated. Data is analyzed using the statistical techniques of correlation and multiple regression utilizing the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution Version 25) software. Before the advent of statistical methods for hypothesis testing. Use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (uji K-S) to check for data normality.
Results. The coefficient of correlation for rx12y = 0.49 is indicated. Koefisisen korelasi signifikansi diperoleh F hitung 4,37>t tabel 3,35, dengan distribusi t dengan α = 0,05 dan k = 2 sebagai pembilang dan (n–k–1) sebagai dk penyebut. In other words, there is a positive correlation between the Jasmani Motivasi Belajar and the Penjasorkes Learning Outcomes, which are 0,492 x 100%, or 0,24 x 100%, or 24%.
Conclusions. Students\u27 willingness and excitement to participate in physical education learning activities will be influenced by their motivation for learning. A learner who understands effective learning motivation would attempt to inspire themself to learn well. Since achieving satisfactory learning outcomes is one of the goals of the processes and activities that take place in the classroom, teachers are crucial in helping students develop motivation for learning and improving their physical fitness
Floating Serv Ability Volleyball Skill: the Relationship of Muscle Strength for Junior High School
The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and the results of the volleyball floating serve for students of Junior High School.
Materials and methods. The form of this study is a correlation study with the population ofstudents of Junior High School, Kampar Regency with a total sample students. The instruments used in this study were the arm muscle strength test and the floating exercise.
Results. Data analysis in this study obtained r count of 0.902 with a large contribution of 81.36%, this is classified as very good. Based on the results of the research conducted.

Development of Speed Training Equipment and Dollyo Chagi\u27s Taekwondo Kick Speed Endurance Using Pyongyo
The purpose of the study. The context of this research is that coaches and trainers must be able to adapt to competition as a result of the continuously changing technological landscape in the coaching process . Staying focused throughout training is the trainer\u27s responsibility. This is important because, in addition to monitoring training progress, the trainer\u27s role during sessions also requires the ability to evaluate programme results. To train the speed and endurance of kicks for taekwondo players , this research aims to design a speed and endurance training tool for Dollyo kicks. Chagi uses sensors, LEDs and digital accounting.
Materials and methods. The following processes form a research methodology called research and development, which include: potential and problems; data collection; product design; design validation; design revision; product trials; product revision; and mass production.
Results. Based on research, 93% of Taekwondo I experts are good at stage I, and 95% are very good at stage II. The assessment for stage I was 75% good, while stage II was 95% very good, according to Taekwondo II experts. Electrical expert I gave a good rating of 74% for stage I and a very good score of 95% for stage II. The Phase I assessment for Electrical Expert II was 90% very good, and the Phase II assessment was 95% very good.
Conclusions. In small group testing, 71% of trainer evaluation methods were considered very good; large group testing was 89.37%; and product testing was 89.37%
The Impact of Problem Based Learning Methods on Long Jump Learning Outcomes for Primary School
The purpose of the study. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the problem-based learning approach on the educational outcomes of the Primary School long jump students.
Materials and methods. This investigation employed a pre-experimental design experimental methodology. 37 children represented the study\u27s population. With an average group size of 37 students, the study\u27s sampling strategy was saturated sampling. The pretest, treatment, and posttest phases are used in data collection. The long jump test column is the tool utilized. Data analysis with the effect test (ttest).
Results. The long jump capacity findings with the problem-based learning model with tcount=8.99>ttable=1.99 were calculated based on the data obtained. These results show that ha is accepted and ho is rejected, indicating a rise, when the difference between the pretest mean value of 51.85 and the posttest mean value of 66.36 is bigger, with a difference of 14.51 numbers if the difference is 28%.
Conclusions. Students\u27 psychomotor abilities are improved by the model problem-based learning because it allows students to concentrate on problem-solving as they are aware of the learning process\u27s trouble spots right away
