Get PDFIt cannot be denied that the hotel industry in Indonesia is very worrying. Civil Service Police officers and the Republic of Indonesia Police often carry out raids on hotel guests who are not married couples, some who are drunk, and so on. This event is often covered by the media. However, because there are non-violent initiatives and light punishments such as administrative action and summoning parents, violators no longer feel discouraged. The authors believe that conducting research is relevant and necessary considering the issues mentioned above. Therefore, the author participated in research entitled Analysis of government Regulation Number 2 Of 2014 And Fatwa village MUI 2016 On Sharia-Based Hotel Services In Asahan District. Because the authors believe that more research is needed and is crucial regarding sharia-compliant hotel companies. Determining whether companies labeled as sharia, especially those operating in the hotel industry, truly apply sharia principles or are just symbols used to attract customers and boost profits is one of the main objectives of this research. Apart from that, the aim of this research is to find out the requirements contained in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Tourism Based on Sharia Principles, as well as sharia aspects of sharia hotels which can be realized in the form of goods, services and management
Harfu Al-Wawi Dalam Surah Yunus: (Analisis Sintaksis)
No full textPenelitian ini membahas tentang ?arfu w?w dalam surah Yunus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis, kedudukan dan makna ?arfu w?w dalam surah Yunus dengan menggunakan pendekatan sintaksis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kalimat yang di dalamnya terdapat ?arfu w?w pada surah Yunus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari Al-Qur’an tepatnya dalam surah Yunus. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode simak dan teknik catat, lalu data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif melelui proses reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 162 ?arfu w?w. Jenis w?w `?milah ditemukan 110 w?w yakni 109 w?w `a?af dan 1 w?w qasam. Sedangkan dari jenis w?w `??ilah ditemukan 52 w?w yakni 40 w?w isti‘n?fiyyah dan 12 w?w ??liyyah. W?w berkedudukan sebagai `a?af memiliki makna menggabungkan antara ma`??f dengan ma`??f `alaih dalam hal hukum maupun i`r?b. W?w berkedudukan sebagai isti‘n?f memiliki makna mengawali kalimat sempurna. W?w berkedudukan sebagai ??l memiliki makna rabit (penghubung) yang menerangkan keadaan s?hibul ??l dengan ??l. W?w berkedudukan sebagai qasam memiliki makna adatul qasam yakni perangkat atau alat untuk bersumpah yang berarti ‘demi’. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran nilai anti-kekerasan dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ajaran Islam, seperti kedamaian, kasih sayang, dan penghormatan terhadap martabat manusia, dapat diterapkan dalam lingkungan pendidikan untuk mencegah kekerasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi yang terkait dengan tema nilai anti-kekerasan dalam pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berbasis nilai anti-kekerasan. Hal ini tercermin dalam pengembangan kebijakan sekolah yang menekankan pentingnya penghargaan terhadap perbedaan dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip keadilan. Selain itu, pentingnya peran guru sebagai teladan dan pembimbing yang dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Satuan pendidikan Islam juga perlu menumbuhkan budaya damai melalui sikap saling menghargai, menyelesaikan konflik dengan cara damai, serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan yang aman dan kondusif untuk belajar. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berfungsi untuk mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik yang mampu hidup berdampingan dalam kedamaian dan saling menghormati

Get PDFFrancis Bacon, as the father of the modern scientific method, emphasized the importance of experience, experimentation, and observation in the acquisition of knowledge. His empirical philosophy, outlined in Novum Organum, has significant relevance in the context of arts education. This study aims to explore how Bacon's principles particularly those related to experimentation, observation, and the elimination of biases can be applied in arts education to enrich the teaching and learning process. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of Bacon's works and literature related to arts education. The findings suggest that arts education based on direct experience and experimentation allows students to develop practical skills, as well as critical and innovative thinking. This approach encourages students to view art as a continuous process, where exploration and new discoveries are always possible, in line with Bacon's view that knowledge is an endless journey. Therefore, Bacon's philosophy provides a strong foundation for creating a more dynamic, open, and creativity-focused approach to arts education

Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. The results of the study explain that the implementation of mortgage financing (KPR) at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat has several stages, namely completing files, financing assessment, financing decisions, contract agreements, and disbursement of funds. Factors that cause problematic financing in Home Ownership Credit Financing (KPR) products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat consists of internal factors, namely factors originating from PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat and external factors originating from the customer. Settlement of Problematic Financing in Home Ownership Credit (KPR) Financing Products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat is carried out by means of: subrogation, sale of collateral for financing, repayment of financing by providing a reduction in arrears, settlement of civil disputes through basyarnas, collection of receivables through religious courts, auction of pre-auction financing collateral through private auction houses, legal remedies against personal guarantees ( borgtocht) and or corporate guarantee, and bankruptcy. Pendekatan yang yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Krian yang menggunakan mobile banking. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode Nonpropability Sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan tools Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan mobile banking service terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan mobile banking service terhadap loyalitas nasabah, namun terdapat hubungan tidak langsung mobile banking service terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan nasabah. An Analysis of Test Items of English Subject at Eighth Grade of SMP Muhammadiyah Pasir Pengaraian
Get PDFThis research is aimed at describing the quality of the English tests and the index of difficulty. This research was conducted because of the researcher found several problems faced by eighth students grade of SMP Muhammadiyah Pasir Pengaraian when submitted the examination result. These problems were most of students had limited vocabularies so they could not answer the question of the test, they could not understand the question because it did not have clear. Based on the problems above this research is aimed at describe the quality of test that used in final examination. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population of the research were all of the eighth grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah Pasir Pengaraian. They were 84 students as the sample of the research. The instrument of the research were documentation in the form of the sheet of the students’ test and it was analyzed by using Ms. Excel. Based on the result of the research, there were 30 questions answered by the students. According to the categories of the questions as follows; 34 students they were belong to easy test (40%), 25 students answered difficult test, they were belong to difficult test (30%) and 42 students answered moderate test. They were belong to moderate test(50%). The kinds of test were matching word, arranging the statement, essay and multiple choice items. English test were included in moderate tests. The tests were good but there were some unclear instructions so that most of students could not answer. It can be concluded that arrangement of the question were good, but the form of the questions have did not clear instructions, so most of the students did not understand the questions because of the meaning of the vocabulary most of them did not know. Therefore the teacher must have the knowledge to make good quality questions so that students can answer the questions
Leadership Style of the Principal in Mas Al-Asy'ariyah Islamic School Medan Krio

Ensuring the leadership style of the school principal is one of the mandatory duties of the school principal in enhancing the leadership style at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio. This study aims to examine the leadership of the school principal in the leadership style at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, where the researcher will describe the leadership style of the school principal at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio. There are three participants in this study, namely the school principal, teachers, and students at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio. The research findings indicate that: 1) The principal of MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio implements effective leadership processes, including supervision, planning, and execution in the leadership style of the school principal. 2) The principal also frequently motivates teachers and students with the aim of encouraging them to adopt the leadership style of the school principal, thereby achieving the goals in the leadership style at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio. 3) The principal demonstrates good role modeling by involving the community in all school activities, aiming to receive input and active participation from the community in improving the leadership style at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio. In conclusion, the leadership of the school principal in enhancing the leadership style at MAS Al-Asy'ariyah Medan Krio has been effective without any obstacles, as the principal performs all tasks using a well-organized management system
The Effect of Using Guessing Game on Students Vocabulary Achievement at Grade VIII of MTSN 6 Agam
Get PDFVocabulary is a component of words with meaning and one of the most essential aspects of learning English. However, pupils are not taught vocabulary specifically in school. This results in a large number of students who lack fundamental vocabulary knowledge, despite the fact that vocabulary is one of the most essential components that students must comprehend in order to learn effectively in class. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of a guessing game has a significant impact on students' vocabulary achievement. This research employed a quantitative method and a quasi-experimental design; the research population was eighth-grade MTsN 6 Agam students. The sample was collected using a technique of purposive sampling. Students from the two classes, experimental class with 30 students and control class with 31 students, were given a pre- and post-test. This research instrument is a vocabulary test with 25 multiple-choice questions. The data were analyzed with SPSS 26. The calculated post-test result for the experimental class revealed a mean score of 89.47. It exceeds the mean score of the control group, which was 62.58. The standard deviation of each class is then calculated. Using Independent sample t-test, the researcher compared post-test experimental class and control class using the t-test formula. The output indicates that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00 0.05. It indicates that Ha is acceptable. There is a substantial difference between students who are taught using Guessing game and those who are not. The result is also indicated by the fact that the mean post-test score of the experimental group (89.47) is higher than that of the control group (62.28). It indicates that students who are taught with Guessing game are superior to those who are not. Guessing game has a significant impact on the vocabulary attainment of eighth-grade MTsN 6 Agam students
The Effect of Using Two Stay Two Stray Technique on Students Writing Skill of Recount Text at Eighth Grade SMPN 37 Medan
Get PDFThis research aimed to find out the effect on students' writing skills by using Two Stay- Two Stray Technique. The research design of this study was experimental quantitative. The eight grade students in Smpn 37 Medan were chosen as the sample of this study with a total number of 46 students. The experimental and control classes employed pre-tests and post-tests. These tests proved in the form of writing test. The data on the tests were calculated by using the t-test formula. The result showed that the post-test score was higher than the pre-test. The finding showed that there was an effect significantly on the students’ writing skills after treatment. There was enchantment of the student's number score. The mean score of the experimental class range from the pre-test was 58,5 and the post-test 79,5 and for the control class the mean score pre-test was 59,2 and from the post-test was 71,6. Thus Two Stay Two Stray Technique could be used as one of the alternatives to teaching writing recount text for Eight Grade of SMPN 37 Medan
