Dimana usaha budidaya jamur tiram ini dikelola oleh masyarakat sekitar dari desa Sei Rotan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga dalam budidaya jamur tiram di Desa Sei Rotan Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dan bagaimana respon masyarakat di Desa Sei Rotan Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan pemberdayaan jamur tiram ini bisnis budidaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha budidaya jamur tiram reza jaya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga masyarakat desa Sei Rotan dan ingin melihat bagaimana tanggapan masyarakat terhadap usaha budidaya jamur tiram ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Dengan adanya usaha budidaya jamur tiram dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga masyarakat di desa Sei Rotan, hal ini terlihat dari segi pendidikan, kesehatan dan pendapatan dimana pendapatan masyarakat sebelum usaha budidaya jamur tiram rendah dan setelah adanya usaha budidaya jamur tiram. budidaya jamur tiram perekonomian masyarakat mulai membaik. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, respon masyarakat Desa Sei Rotan terhadap keberadaan budidaya jamur tiram sebagian kurang antusias. Namun selain itu sebagian masyarakat merespon positif usaha budidaya jamur tiram ini, karena dengan adanya usaha budidaya jamur tiram ini dapat meningkatkan perekonomian mereka.Reza Mushroom Jaya is one of the oyster mushroom cultivation businesses managed by Mr. Reza which is located in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Where the oyster mushroom cultivation business is managed by the local community from the Sei Rattan village with the aim of improving the family economy. The formulation of the problem in research is how the process of empowering the family economy in oyster mushroom cultivation in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District and how the community responds in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District with the empowerment of this oyster mushroom cultivation business. This study aims to determine whether the Reza mushroom jaya oyster mushroom cultivation business can improve the family economy of the Sei Rotan village community and want to see how the community responds to this oyster mushroom cultivation business. The type of research used is qualitative. The data collection method used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted. With the oyster mushroom cultivation business, it can improve the family economy of the community in the Sei Rattan village, this is seen in terms of education, health and income where the income of the community before the oyster mushroom cultivation business was low and after the oyster mushroom cultivation the community's economy began to improve. From the results of research conducted, the response of the people of Sei Rattan Village to the existence of oyster mushroom cultivation is partly less enthusiastic. But other than that, some people respond positively to this oyster mushroom cultivation business, because with this oyster mushroom cultivation business it can improve their economy
The Influence Of Social Media Marketing And Celebrity Endorsement On Purchase Intention
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and celebrity endorsements on Tokopedia's purchase intention and the mediating role of brand image in this relationship. The method of data collection was done through a questionnaire to 240 respondents. Using a purposive sampling technique, the respondents are residents of DKI Jakarta who have seen one of the social media accounts and posted a Tokopedia advertisement. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 software and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with LISREL software version 8.8. The results showed that social media marketing and celebrity endorsements significantly affected brand image. Therefore, brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention and has a fully mediating role in the relationship between social media marketing and celebrity endorsement of purchase intention
Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Cost Stickiness Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2021
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indikasi perilaku cost stickiness pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Kekakuan biaya ditunjukkan oleh reaksi terhadap perubahan biaya. Terlihat bahwa biaya operasi meningkat lebih tinggi ketika volume aktivitas meningkat daripada penurunan biaya operasi ketika volume aktivitas menurun. Sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan kriteria penelitian adalah 107 dari seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yaitu 144 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021 yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model ABJ yang merupakan modifikasi dari model regresi linier berganda yang diperkenalkan oleh Anderson, Balakhrisman, Janakiraman (2003). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya indikasi perilaku cost stickiness pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia pada tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap cost stickiness. Hal ini dapat diartikan ketika nilai corporate governance pada suatu perusahaan tinggi, maka rasio total biaya operasi akan menurun, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat cost stickiness pada suatu perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kontribusi variabel corporate governance mampu menjelaskan dan menurunkan tingkat cost stickiness pada perusahaan manufaktur. Dengan demikian tingkat cost stickiness pada suatu perusahaan dapat diatasi dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik
The Effect of Teacher's Certification on The Performance Results in SD Negeri 040446 Kabanjahe
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect between teacher certification on teacher performance in elementary school. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 040446 Kabanjahe in 2023. This research is a type of quantitative research using comparative causal methods or expost facto research. The population in this research is all teachers in SD Negeri 040446 Kabanjahe who have been certified. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were 5 teachers who had passed certification. The object of research is in the form of Teacher Certification and Teacher Performance at SD Negeri 040446 Kabanjahe. The study was conducted from October to November 2023. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, r count 0.887 > r table 0.878, which means that there is a relationship between teacher certification on teacher performance and obtained t count value 2.065 > t table 1.672 and significance t count 0.043 < t table 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect of teacher certification on teacher performance in SD Negeri 040446 Kabanjahe. Based on the similarities in discussion, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between teacher certification on teacher performance at SD Negeri 040446 Kabanjahe
An Analysis of Students’ Ability in Writing A Greeting Card At MTS Simpang Dolok Batu Bara
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to investigate the students’ ability in writing a greeting card at MTs Simpang Dolok Batubara.This observation was taken 6 days which started from Monday, 11th December 2023 to Saturday, the 16th of December 2023. The Qualitative Research Method was used in this research. The subjects of this research chosen randomly were 7 students as the representative of students in the eight grades of Junior High School Students of MTs Simpang Dolok Batubara, academic year 2023-2024. The populations from this research were the whole students of VIII grade of MTs Simpang Dolok Batubara. Technique of collecting data used was the observation in which the students were observed during the writing class by using observation sheet designed with theory of Brown in Moh. (2019 ) to know the ability that have been achieved by the students and all the data found from 7 subjects of research that have been analyzed by the researcher there were 4 indicators/elements, namely content, vocabulary, grammar and mechanics. After the research conducted, it was found that there were 3 students with the good level in writing skill, 3 students with the fair in writing skill, and only one students categories as the unsatisfied or poor in writi skill.. Shortly, this finding of the research was appropriate with the assumption in this research that is a greeting card is effective to increase the students’ effectivity and creativity in writing

Analysis of Autism Children's Classifications in Elementary School

Using the case study method, the research approach includes consideration of various aspects, including cognitive characteristics, behavior and social interactions. Data was collected through observations, interviews with teachers, as well as examination of related documents, providing a strong basis for in-depth analysis. With a focus on a deeper understanding of the varied characteristics of children with autism at the elementary school level, the main aim of the research was to classify these children based on their cognitive abilities, behavior and level of social interaction. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for designing educational programs that are more appropriate to the individual needs of each autistic child. The benefits are not only limited to improving learning effectiveness, but also include supporting social integration in the elementary school environment. This research involved subjects of children who had autism and attended elementary school. Study participants included children with varying cognitive characteristics, behavior, and levels of social interaction. The results highlight significant variation in the characteristics of children with autism in elementary school, allowing classification based on their cognitive abilities, behavior and level of social interaction. Some children show a positive response to certain learning methods, while others require a more individualistic approach. It is hoped that the classification of research results will provide a solid basis for improving educational programs, increasing learning effectiveness, and supporting the social integration of children with autism in the elementary school environment

Using Role Play Technique to Improve Students Speaking Skill at the Eighth Grade of SMPN 7 Bukittinggi
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to to know whether using the role play technique can improve the students’ speaking skill. The researcher had done in SMPN 7 Bukittinggi at VIII.7 class. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. The first problem, most of the students were still awkard in speaking, the only spoke when the teacher asked them. The second problem, the lack of opportunities for students to speak when learning English in the class. The third problem, the students were less excited or less encouraged enough to participated in the speaking learned process. To obtain the research data the writer conducted the observation and test. It was found that there was a significant effect of using role play technique toward students speaking skill. It is proven that role play techniques can improve students' speaking skills. Where student scores increased further from cycle 1 to cycle 2. From the prelimenery research it can be seen that the average student score is 60,00. After carrying out actions in cycle 1 the average value increased, namely 72.25 and in cycle 2 it increased again to 91,00. It can be concluded that all the students enjoy with the role play technique. Moreover, they admitted that their speaking skill improve
