Efektifitas Teknik Modeling untuk Meningkatkan Interaksi Sosial Siswa SMPN 3 Ingin Jaya
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik modeling dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa di SMPN 3 Ingin Jaya. Interaksi sosial merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, termasuk di lingkungan sekolah, yang berdampak pada kemampuan siswa dalam bekerja sama, menghargai pendapat, dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah angket interaksi sosial yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan teknik modeling dalam layanan konseling kelompok. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji Paired-Sample T-Test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik modeling efektif dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa, yang ditandai dengan peningkatan skor interaksi sosial setelah diberikan perlakuan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan teknik modeling dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok dapat menjadi alternatif strategis untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan sosial yang lebih baik di lingkungan sekolah
The Use of Tag Question in a Fairy Tale
Get PDFThis study examines the use of tag questions in fairy tale dialogues, specifically in the story Why Doesn’t the Rabbit Have a Long Tail?, motivated by the limited research on this linguistic phenomenon in contemporary children’s literature. The objectives are to identify the forms of tag questions, analyze their communicative functions in character interactions, and explore their impact on meaning conveyance, character development, and narrative dynamics. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, data were collected from the fairy tale text and supported by relevant academic sources, then analyzed pragmatically and syntactically to gain a comprehensive understanding of tag question usage. Based on the analysis of the fairy tale, it was found that the explicit use of formal tag questions is very limited, appearing only around four to five times. However, reflective questions functioning similarly are more prevalent and play a crucial role in expressing the protagonist’s inner conflict, fostering emotional engagement with readers, and reinforcing the moral message of the story. Therefore, tag questions and reflective interrogatives serve as effective linguistic strategies that enrich dialogue, enliven characters, and make the narrative more interactive and meaningful. This provides important contributions to linguistic studies in literature and benefits writers and educators in children’s literature

Get PDFAdapun latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya acara adat yang dilaksanaknan di Mandailing Natal diantaranya tradisi markobar dalam bentuk acara pernikahan, akikah, kenduri, sampai kemalangan juga ada markobar, dan bertepatan penulis menjalani perkuliahan di jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam maka dari itu penulis meneliti tentang nilai pendidikan islam dalam tradisi markobar pada acara pernikahan adat mandailing. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja nilai pendidikan islam yang terdapat dalam tradisi markobar pada acara pernikahan adat mandailing di desa Simalagi kecamatan Huta Bargot kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu semua data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data mencakup wawancara dengan tokoh parkobar yaitu guru markobar, Hatobangon, tokoh adat, dan tokoh mayarakat. Proses penelitian meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan nilai pendidikan islam yang terdapat dalam tradisi markobar pada acara pernikahan adat Mandailing yaitu : 1. Nilai tauhid seperti contoh menanamkan keimanan kepada allah, 2. Nilai Syariah seperti contoh patuh dan sopan santun kepada suami, menjaga diri dan kehormatan untuk suami, kerelaan Ketika mengasuh anak dan suami. 3. Nilai Akhlak seperti contoh silaturahmi, kejujuran, kesopanan dan keikhlasan

Get PDFLeadership research is not only relevant within organizational contexts but also important to study within the family environment. The film 1 Kakak 7 Ponakan presents an interesting family leadership dynamic that can be analyzed, particularly through the role of Moko as a parental figure substitute. The purpose of this study is to explore how family leadership is represented by Moko and to examine its relevance to the transformational leadership approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a narrative approach, conducted through direct observation of key scenes depicting interactions between Moko and his seven nieces and nephews. The findings reveal that Moko prioritizes the family's interests above his own, even sacrificing his personal ambitions for the future of his nieces and nephews. He is also able to motivate, set an example, and foster a sense of togetherness through strong emotional bonds. Moko’s leadership reflects transformational aspects such as sacrifice, shared vision, and the development of collective awareness within the family. These findings contribute significantly to leadership studies by demonstrating that transformational leadership values are not only relevant in organizations but can also be applied in everyday family life
Representasi Perempuan dalam Film Sri Asih Sebagai Superhero di Tengah Kultur Patriaki
Get PDFIndonesia has a long history of patriarchal culture that places men as dominant and often restricts women's freedom of movement. This condition has given rise to gender inequality that persists to this day, making the issue of women's representation in the media, particularly in film, an important topic to examine. This study aims to analyze how the film Sri Asih (2022) represents women as superheroes amidst a patriarchal culture and its implications for the construction of gender roles in society. The study used a qualitative method with a narrative semiotic approach at the levels of reality and representation. Data were obtained through observation of scenes in the film and relevant supporting literature, then linked to theories of representation and feminism to uncover the meaning behind the depiction of Alana/Sri Asih. The results show that Sri Asih is portrayed as a brave, independent woman with the strength to challenge male domination. In various scenes, Alana appears not as a passive object but as an active subject who plays a role in fighting oppression, freeing citizens from exploitation, and becoming a symbol of new hope for society. This representation challenges traditional gender stereotypes that place women in a subordinate position, while also opening up new perspectives on gender equality in the public sphere. This research has had a positive impact in strengthening the understanding that film can be a crucial aspect in fostering collective awareness regarding women's empowerment. Future research could expand the study by comparing the representation of female superheroes in Indonesian and international films to broaden perspectives on gender construction in popular media

The population of this research is the people who live in Dusun X Tembung Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. While taking samples in this study using Random Sampling Techniques (Random). The data analysis technique used in this study is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test and One Sample T-Test. The calculation results show that from the test table for one of the samples above, it can be seen that the t-count value is 27.324. The value of df (degrees of freedom) is 0.000. Thus the alternative hypothesis (H1) which reads that consumer satisfaction is satisfied with the service quality of Rava Water Refill Drinking Water. is "accepted"

Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap struktur organisasi dan praktik operasional cabang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif meliputi perencanaan, pengarahan, komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan, motivasi, pengembangan bawahan, serta integritas dan etika berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model PBL pada materi tumbuh kembang makhluk hidup di kelas XI SMA Negeri 17 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas XI-H dengan jumlah 29 siswa, pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument soal yang digunkan sebanyak 25 soal pilihan berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Implementasi model pembelajran PBL membuat peserta didik lebih aktif sehingga peserta didik dapat bertukar informasi untuk penyelesaian masalahnya. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dilihat dari persentase perhitungan uji N-gain 0,48 dalam kategori sedang

This research employed a qualitative method with a literature review approach, collecting data from various sources such as books, articles, journals, and so on. The results of this study indicate that the development of an integrative-based Islamic Educational Psychology module, which combines cognitive and transcendental studies, has proven effective in improving the quality of holistic and meaningful learning. This module is designed not only to strengthen students' understanding of cognitive concepts in educational psychology but also to instill the spiritual and transcendental values that characterize Islamic education. The integrative approach used in this module bridges scientific aspects and faith values, enabling students to develop not only intellectually but also morally and spiritually. The use of this module has also shown an increase in active student engagement, in-depth understanding of the material, and positive attitudes toward Islamic values in the learning process. Therefore, this module is highly relevant for implementation in Islamic educational environments to shape the character of students who are well-rounded, knowledgeable, and possess noble character
